| 1 | 海洋酵母菌胞外酶及其基因的最新研究进展显示文摘综述海洋酵母菌所产多种胞外酶的生产、纯酶性质及基因克隆工作的最新研究进展。从实验室建立的500多株海洋酵母菌种资源库中筛选出了数十株可以产生多种不同活性胞外酶的海洋酵母菌,它们分别属于耶鲁维亚酵母菌(Yarrowia)、类酵母(Aureobasidium)、毕赤氏酵母菌(Pichia)、梅奇酵母菌(Metschnikowia)和隐球酵母菌(Cryptococcus)等不同种属。所产生的胞外酶主要包括纤维素酶、碱性蛋白酶、酸性蛋白酶、淀粉酶(包括生淀粉酶)、菊糖酶、脂酶、植酸酶和嗜杀因子等。深入进行了各种胞外酶的生产,纯化及纯酶的性质研究,并对部分菌株的胞外酶基因进行了克隆、测序和表达,这些研究有助于对海洋酵母胞外酶的理论研究和生产应用价值的了解和对于海洋酵母菌资源、生理和遗传的进一步深入研究。 | 池振明 龚方 李静 王祥红 | 2008 | 中国海洋大学学报(自然科学版)2008,38,5: | 15 |
| 2 | 1株产纤维素酶海洋酵母菌的筛选、鉴定及发酵条件优化显示文摘从实验室的海洋酵母菌种库中筛选得到19株能产纤维素酶的海洋酵母菌,经过复筛得到1株纤维素酶活力相对较高的菌株98,该菌株分离自青岛东风盐场表层海水。通过传统的酵母菌种鉴定及分子生物学鉴定,最终鉴定该株海洋酵母菌属于普鲁兰类酵母(Aureobasidium pullulans)。对其发酵产酶培养基进行了优化,其最适产酶培养基组成为(w/v):2.0%可溶性淀粉,0.5%蛋白胨,2.0%酵母粉,海水,起始pH值调至7.0。在28℃,160 r/min振荡培养24 h后,产葡聚糖内切酶(CMCase)活达到4.51 U/mg,滤纸酶活达到4.75 U/mg。并对粗酶液的水解产物进行了薄层层析研究,发现纤维素酶水解羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)和滤纸的酶解产物大部分是单糖,另外有少量的二糖。 | 张亮 池振明 | 2007 | 中国海洋大学学报(自然科学版)2007,37,S2: | 14 |
| 3 | 一株海洋红酵母(rhodosporidium paludigenum)的营养组分分析显示文摘实验对海洋红酵母(沼泽生红冬孢酵母)的基础营养成分、脂肪酸和氨基酸进行了研究和分析。结果发现,沼泽生红冬孢酵母的粗蛋白含量为42.01%,粗脂肪为3.09%,总糖为29.5%,粗灰分为8.59%,水分为5.28%。必需氨基酸含量丰富和组成合理,脂肪酸的主要组分为C18:1、C17:1、C16:0和C18:2,表明该菌株具有用作水产饵料生物的营养价值。但该酵母菌缺少水产动物生长所必需的多不饱和脂肪酸EPA和DHA,用作水产动物单细胞蛋白,尤其是作为幼体饵料使用时,需要添加富含多不饱和脂肪酸的藻类作为补充。 | 杨世平 吴灶和 简纪常 | 2011 | 饲料工业2011,32,10: | 9 |

| 5 | 4株海洋酵母菌胞外酶活力及其对水产养殖有机污染物的降解显示文摘研究利用平板鉴别培养基法观察比较4株海洋酵母菌生淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶和纤维素酶等胞外水解酶的能力,并进一步分析测定其酶活性。结果表明,圆丘假丝酵母菌(Candida.colliculosa)DY11-1能产淀粉酶、蛋白酶和脂肪酶,其酶活力分别为181.4 U/mL、123.1 U/mL和36.7 U/mL;毕赤酵母(Pichia sp)DY11-6和近平滑假丝酵母(Candida parapsilosis)DY07-1都能产生淀粉酶和蛋白酶,它们淀粉酶的活力分别为108.1 U/mL和96.5 U/mL,蛋白酶的活力分别是35.1 U/mL和128.4 U/mL;粘红酵母(Rhodotorula glutinis)DY02-3四种胞外酶皆无。以罗非鱼(Tilapia mossambica)饲料浸出液作为养殖有机污染物,分析比较4株酵母菌对其的降解率。结果显示,圆丘假丝酵母DY-11-1菌株对饲料浸出液的COD、总氮、总磷降解能力最高,9 d后分别由27.60 mg/mL、12.22 mg/mL和2.67 mg/mL下降到15.73 mg/mL、7.59 mg/mL和1.40 mg/mL,降解率分别为43.0%、37.8%和47.5%。表明DY11-1菌株对养殖有机污染物有较强的分解作用,在改善养殖水质方面具潜在的应用价值。 | 戴顺珍 夏新建 许忠能 林小涛 | 2013 | 生态科学2013,32,1: | 5 |
| 6 | 解淀粉芽孢杆菌SWJS22固体发酵产谷氨酰胺酶的优化研究显示文摘以南海海泥中筛选出来的解淀粉芽孢杆菌SWJS22(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SWJS22)为菌种,优化固体发酵产谷氨酰胺酶的工艺。选择发酵条件(接种量、发酵时间、发酵温度)和发酵培养基(淀粉原料、料水比、产酶诱导剂)进行单因素试验,通过正交试验对料水比、产酶诱导剂、接种量进行进一步优化,将谷氨酰胺酶活力从(83.10±4.64)U/mg干基提高到了(2 690.02±28.80)U/mg干基。优化后的发酵条件为:接种量2.0%(V/m),温度37℃,时间48h;优化后的发酵培养基为:豆粕20g,小麦粉5g,蔗糖脂肪酸酯(SE-1170)0.02g,料水比1.0∶0.6(m∶m)。对固体曲料中的谷氨酰胺酶进行提取工艺的优化,在料液比为1∶8(m∶V)、37℃下摇床提取1h最优。将粗酶液与同等酶活力的商业酶对谷氨酰胺进行酶解,通过测定谷氨酸和谷氨酰胺的含量变化,验证了粗酶液将谷氨酰胺转化成谷氨酸的能力较强。 | 周池虹伶 崔春 赵谋明 | 2015 | 食品与机械2015,31,6: | 4 |
| 7 | Optimum Production and Characterization of an Acid Protease from Marine Yeast Metschnikowia reukaufii W6b显示文摘The marine yeast strain W6b isolated from sediment of the South China Sea was found to produce a cell-bound acid protease.The crude acid protease produced by this marine yeast showed the highest activity at pH 3.5 and 40 ℃.The optimal pH and temperature for the crude acid protease were in agreement with those for acid protease produced by the terrestrial yeasts.The optimal medium of the acid protease production was seawater containing 1.0% glucose, 1.5% casein, and 0.5% yeast extract, and the optimal cultivation conditions of the acid protease production were pH 4.0, a temperature of 25 ℃ and a shaking speed of 140 rmin-1.Under the optimal conditions, 72.5 UmL-1 of acid protease activity could be obtained in cell suspension within 48 h of fermentation at shake flask level.The acid protease production was induced by high-molecular-weight nitrogen sources and repressed by low-molecu-lar-weight nitrogen sources.Skimmed-milk-clotting test showed that the crude acid protease from the cell suspension of the yeast W6b had high skimmed milk coagulability.The acid protease produced by M.reukaufii W6b may have highly potential applications in cheese, food and fermentation industries. | LI Jing PENG Ying WANG Xianghong CHI Zhenming | 2010 | Journal of Ocean University of China2010,9,4: | 3 |

| 9 | Screening of protease-producing marine yeasts for production of the bioactive peptides显示文摘Over 400 yeast strains from seawater and sediments were obtained, but only five strains named HN2-3, N13d, N13C, Mb5 and HN3-2 among them could form clear zones around their colonies on the double plates with 2.0% casein. Peptides in the hydrolysate produced by the proteases from strains HN2-3 and N13d had higher angiotensin I-converting-enzyme (ACE)-inhibitory activity. The two marine yeast strains were identified to be Aureobasidium pullulans according to the results of routine yeast identification and molecular methods. After purification of the proteases from the two marine yeast strains, it was found that the optimal pH for them was both 9.0, both of them were serine alkaline protease. However, the optimal temperature for the protease from the strain HN2-3 was 52℃ while that from strain N13d was 48℃. | 10 | Selection of Yarrowia lipolytica Strains with High Protein Content from Yeasts Isolated from Different Marine Environments显示文摘A total of 78 Yarrowia lipolytica yeast strains from seawater, sediments, mud of salterns, the guts of marine fish, and marine algae were obtained. After the crude protein of the yeasts was estimated by the method of Kjehldahl, we found that seven strains of the marine yeasts grown in soy bean cake hydrolysate with 20 g L-1 of glucose for 48 h at 28℃ contained more than 41.0 g protein per 100 g of cell dry weight and the cell dry weight was more than 4.4 g per L of the culture. Among them, strain SWJ-1b contained the highest crude protein. | 11 | 海水酵母菌的分离鉴定及其在果实贮藏保鲜中的应用显示文摘本文研究了海水酵母菌对果实腐烂病的防治效果以及其在梨和苹果果实采后贮藏保鲜中的作用。通过显微观察结合分子生物学方法对分离的菌株进行鉴定,结果表明该菌与酵母菌(Galactomyces geotrichum)同源性相近,属于酵母菌类。通过平板抑菌试验及活体试验研究该菌对腐烂病菌的拮抗作用,发现该菌对腐烂病菌具有明显的拮抗作用,活体试验结果表明,5×107 CFU/m L该菌对接种了5×104 spores/m L病原菌的梨和苹果果实腐烂病具有良好的防治效果。经该菌悬浮液浸泡处理的采收后的梨果实,贮藏20 d时的腐烂率比对照少20%,贮藏60 d苹果的腐烂率比对照减少了30%。另外,该菌处理能够延缓梨和苹果果实的软化速率,保持果实较高的营养品质。本研究表明,从海水中分离的酵母菌在果实腐烂病的生物防治和果实保鲜方面具有极大的应用潜力。 | 张书轩 原永兵 张新富 王玉玲 杨绍兰 | 2017 | 现代食品科技2017,33,12: | 0 |
