1Investigating metal-organic framework as a new pseudo-capacitive material for supercapacitors显示文摘A new application of metal organic framework(MOF) as a pseudo-capacitive material for supercapacitors is investigated.To this end,a simple nickel-based MOF,formulated Ni_3(btc)_2-12H_2O,is synthesized via a hydrothermal reaction.As an electro-active material,such nickel-based MOF exhibits superior pseudocapacitive behavior in KOH aqueous electrolyte with a high specific capacitance of 726 Fg^(-1).Also,it displays good electrochemical stability with 94.6%of the initial capacitance over consecutive 1000 cycles.In addition,a simple asymmetric supercapacitor with a high energy density of 16.5 Wh kg^(-1) is successfully built using the nickel-based MOF as positive electrode and commercial activated carbon as negative electrode in KOH electrolyte.Long Kang Shi-Xiong Sun Ling-Bin Kong Jun-Wei Lang Yong-Chun Luo 2014Chinese Chemical Letters2014,25,6:13
2发射状OMS_2型MnO_2的制备及其超级电容性能显示文摘在不同的反应时间下水热法控制制备发射状超级电容器用MnO2电极材料,采用X射线衍射光谱(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)表征其结构,采用循环伏安、恒流充放电和交流阻抗研究其电化学电容性能。结果表明,制备的MnO2为隐钾锰矿型,具有发射状结构,随着反应时间的延长,MnO2的晶型从不完善逐渐变得完善,发射状结构逐渐明显、增大,并且MnO2辐射出的每根单枝从较细的纳米刺逐渐生长为四方结构的纳米棒;在5mA/cm2的电流密度下,最高比电容达到了448F/g;随着反应时间的增加,MnO2电极的比容量先增长再降低。冉奋 张宣宣 王翎任 赵磊 范会利 孔令斌 康龙 2013功能材料2013,44,19:4
3Ultrahigh rate capability of 1D/2D polyaniline/titanium carbide(MXene)nanohybrid for advanced asymmetric supercapacitors显示文摘High energy density and enhanced rate capability are highly sought-after for supercapacitors in today's mobile world.In this work,polyaniline/titanium carbide(MXene)(PANI/Ti3C2Tx)nanohybrid is synthesized through a facile and cost-effective self-assembly of.one-dimensional(10)PANI nanofibers and two-dimensional(20)Ti3C2Tx nanosheets.PANl!Ti3C2Tx delivers greatly improved specific capacitance,ultrahigh rate capability(67%capacitance retention from 1 to 100 A·g^(-1))as well as good cycle stability.Electrochemical kinetic analysis reveals that PANI/Ti3C2Tx is featured with surface capacitance-dominated process and has a quasi-reversible kinetics at high scan rates,giving rise to an ultrahigh rate capability.By using PANl!Ti3C2Tx as positive electrode,an 1.8 V aqueous asymmetric supercapacitor(ASC)is successfully assembled,showing a maximum energy density of 50.8 Wh·kg^(-1)·(at 0.9 kW-kg-1)and a power density of 18 kW·kg^(-1)(at 26 Wh·kg^(-1)).Moreover,an 3.0 V organic ASC is also elaborately fabricated,·by using PANI/Ti3C2Tx,achieving an ultrahigh energy density of 67.2 Wh·kg^(-1)(at 1.5 kW·kg^(-1))and a power density of 30 kW·kg^(-1)·(at 26.8 Wh·kg^(-1)).The present work not only improves fundamental understanding of the structure-property relationship towards ultrahigh rate capability electrode materials,but also provides valuable guideline for the rational design of high-performance:energy storage devices with both high energy and power densities.Jinhua Zhou Qi Kang Shuchi Xu Xiaoge Li Cong Liu Lu Ni Ningna Chen Chunliang Lu Xizhang Wang Luming Peng Xuefeng Guo Weiping Ding Wenhua Hou 2022Nano Research2022,15,1:2
4All-solid-state flexible microsupercapacitor based on two-dimensional titanium carbide显示文摘MXenes,serving as a novel family of two-dimensional(2D) metal carbides,have attracted great research interest as one of the promising electrode materials due to the unique properties.However,to our best knowledge,the 2D titanium carbide(one kind of MXene) used in constructing microsupercapacitors(MSCs) has not yet been reported to date.To this end,we firstly produce the MXene films on various kinds of substrates including polyethylene terephthalate(PET),silicon oxide film and titanium plate through vacuum-filtrating and subsequent controlled transferring.On this basis,flexible all-solid-state symmetric MSCs on PET substrate based on MXene films are fabricated by micro-fabrication process using polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)/H_2SO_4 as gel electrolyte.The results show that the as-made MSC has an ultrahigh rate performance with the scan rate of up to 1000Vs^(-1) as well as an ultrafast frequency response(τ_0 = 0.5 ms).In addition,the MSC delivers a large volumetric capacitance of 1.44 F cm^(-3),a high volumetric energy density(0.2 mWh cm^(-3) at the current density of 0.288 A cm^(-3) and a good cycling stability.Our research results presented here may pave the way for a new potential application of MXene in micro-power suppliers and micro-energy storage devices.Bao-Shou Shen Hao Wang Li-Jun Wu Rui-Sheng Guo Qing Huang Xing-Bin Yan 2016Chinese Chemical Letters2016,27,10:2
5纳米结构坡缕石改性聚苯胺超级电容器电极材料的研究显示文摘通过原位聚合法制备了超级电容器用坡缕石改性聚苯胺复合电极材料,对其结构和形貌进行了表征,并在1.0mol/L H2SO4溶液中对其电化学性能进行了测试。结果表明,复合材料粒径较聚苯胺减小,分散性提高,比电容随坡缕石含量的增加呈先增大后减小的趋势。在几种不同坡缕石含量的复合材料中,坡缕石含量为1.8%的复合材料比电容达最大。与聚苯胺电容(360F/g)相比,在1.0A/g电流密度下,其比电容提高到485F/g;在3.0A/g电流密度下,其1 000次充放电的电容保持率为75.4%,高于相同条件下聚苯胺的电容保持率(55.7%)。代涛娟 王昱豪 雷文 何平 2013武汉理工大学学报2013,35,9:2

7Hemoglobin-glucose oxidase catalyzed polymerization of aniline:Electrochemical study and application显示文摘A new method for the formation of electroactive polyaniline(PANI) biocatalyzed by hemoglobin coupled with glucose oxidase in neutral medium on the polystyrene nanospheres(PS) modifed glassy carbon electrode, was investigated. The bio-polymerized PANI formed on the PS was confrmed by the obvious increase of the diameter of the particles on the scanning electron microscopy image. The cyclic voltammetric behavior of the PANI was also investigated. PANI produced an oxidative peak at 0.28 V and a reductive peak at 0.23 V. Based on the glucose-dependent bio-polymerization, a new electrochemical protocol for the estimation of glucose was developed. The square wave voltammetric response of PANI deposited on the modifed electrode increased linearly with glucose concentration in the range of 0.1–10.0 μmol/L. 9Synthesis of Co-Ni oxide microflowers as a superior anode for hybrid supercapacitors with ultralong cycle life显示文摘Li-ion hybrid capacitors(LIHCs),composing of a lithium-ion battery(LIB) type anode and a supercapacitor(SC) type cathode,gained worldwide popularity due to harmonious integrating the virtues of high energy density of LIBs with high power density of SCs.Herein,nanoflakes composed microflower-like Co-Ni oxide(CoNiO) was successfully synthesized by a simple co-precipitation method.The atomic ratio of as-synthesized CoNiO is determined to be 1:3 through XRD and XPS analytical method.As a typical battery-type material,CoNiO and capacitor-type activated polyanilinederived carbon(APDC) were used to assemble LIHCs as the anode and cathode materials,respectively.As a result,when an optimized mass ratio of CoNiO and APDC was 1:2,CoNiO//APDC LIHC could deliver a maximum energy density of 143 Wh kg^1 at a working voltage of 1-4 V.It is worth mentioning that the LIHC also exhibits excellent cycle stability with the capacitance retention of ~78.2%after 15,000 cycles at a current density of 0.5 A g^1.Ling-Yang Liu Xu Zhang Hong-Xia Li Bao Liu Jun-Wei Lang Ling-Bin Kong Xing-Bin Yan 2017Chinese Chemical Letters2017,28,2:1
10Ni–Al composite hydroxides fabricated by cation–anion double hydrolysis method for high-performance supercapacitor显示文摘Chemical doping of nickel hydroxide with other cations(e.g. Al^(3+)) is an efficient way to enhance its electrochemical capacitive performances. Herein, a simple cation–anion(Ni^(2+)and AlO_2) double hydrolysis method was developed toward the synthesis of nickel–aluminum(Ni–Al) composite hydroxides. The obtained composite hydroxides possesses a porous structure, large surface area(121 m^2/g) and homogeneous element distribution. The electrochemical test shows that the obtained composite hydroxides exhibits a superior supercapacitive performances(specific capacitance of 1670F/g and rate capability of 87% from 0.5 A/g to 20 A/g) to doping-free nickel hydroxide(specific capacitance of 1227 F/g and rate capability of 47% from 0.5 A/g to 20 A/g).
