1温室气体的卫星遥感——进展与趋势显示文摘二氧化碳和甲烷减排是控制全球增温最核心的手段,传统的人为碳排放计算主要依赖于在线监测和清单算法,2019年第49届IPCC全会明确了利用大气观测通过'自上而下'通量计算对排放清单进行支撑和验证,因此了解大气遥感碳监测发展趋势以及同化反演技术方法成为了中国应对国际气候变化事务亟待探明的重要问题。根据卫星遥感技术发展进程和监测需求,将碳监测遥感的发展划分为3个阶段(1999年—2008年,2009年—2019年,2019年—),前两个阶段和第三阶段对应卫星分别为第一代和第二代温室气体监测卫星。本文在分析日本、美国、欧洲和中国第一代段碳监测卫星遥感探测技术发展进程的基础上,重点介绍了第二代卫星遥感探测技术的创新及其在探测精度、分辨率和覆盖率等方面提升。为了满足全球和区域人为碳排放监测的重大需求,需要优化反演算法提高精度、科学规划卫星的组网观测提升监测效率。同时也进一步阐述了如何依据组网观测的全球高精度、高时空分辨率的卫星数据,利用'自上而下'数据同化方法获得独立源汇信息来补充和验证清单。最后,指出了卫星高光谱遥感和新一代碳监测卫星的未来发展趋势及估算人为碳排放的潜力。刘毅 王婧 车轲 蔡兆男 杨东旭 吴林 2021遥感学报2021,25,1:39
2Retrieval of global terrestrial solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence from TanSat satellite显示文摘The first Chinese Carbon Dioxide Observation Satellite Mission(TanSat), which was launched on December 21, 2016, is intended to measure atmospheric CO_2 concentration.The high spectral resolution(0.044 nm) and high SNR(360 at 15.2 mW m^(-1) sr^(-1) nm^(-1)) measurements in the region of the O_2-A band of the Atmospheric Carbon dioxide Grating Spectroradiometer(AGCS) module onboard TanSat make it possible to retrieve solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence(SIF) from TanSat observations at the global scale.This paper aims to explore the potential of the TanSat data for global SIF retrieval.A singular vector decomposition(SVD) statistical method was employed to retrieve SIF using radiance over a micro spectral window(~2 nm) around the Fe Fraunhofer lines(centered at 758.8 nm).The global SIF at 758.8 nm was successfully retrieved with a low residual error of 0.03 mW m^(-1) sr^(-1) nm^(-1).The results show that the spatial and temporal patterns of the retrieved SIF agree well with the global terrestrial vegetation pattern.The monthly SIF products retrieved from the TanSat data were compared with other remote sensing datasets, including OCO-2 SIF, MODIS NDVI, EVI and GPP.The overall consistency between TanSat and OCO-2 SIF products(R^2= 0.86) and the consistency of the spatial patterns and temporal variations between the TanSat SIF and MODIS vegetation indices and GPP enhance our confidence in the potential and feasibility of TanSat data for SIF retrieval.TanSat, therefore, provides a new opportunity for global sampling of SIF at fine spatial resolution(2 km × 2 km), thus improving photosynthesis observations from space.Shanshan Du Liangyun Liu Xinjie Liu Xiao Zhang Xingying Zhang Yanmeng Bi Lianchong Zhang 2018Science Bulletin2018,63,22:29

4森林生态系统碳储量及碳通量遥感监测研究进展显示文摘在全球CO_2浓度持续增加导致气候变暖的背景下,森林生态系统碳储量及碳通量遥感大尺度监测成为关注热点。文中深入分析了当前国内外卫星遥感观测技术对森林碳循环评估的2种途径:1)基于遥感手段估算森林生物量并推算森林碳储量,通过碳储量变化确定森林生态系统的CO_2通量。归纳各类森林生物量遥感估算方法的原理及优缺点,系统评述各类方法在大区域森林碳储量估算中存在的不确定性。2)基于CO_2温室气体观测卫星遥感数据,定量监测森林生态系统与大气CO_2通量,基于交换的CO_2通量推算森林碳储量变化。归纳遥感手段观测森林生态系统与大气CO_2通量的主要数据、方法及优缺点,系统评述各类数据及方法在森林CO_2通量时空变化特征监测、森林碳储量估算等方面取得的进展,重点分析专用CO_2浓度监测卫星数据,尤其是我国自主碳卫星数据在CO_2柱浓度反演算法研究以及不同数据源之间的对比、验证和同化研究等方面取得的进展,总结专用温室气体遥感观测数据在森林碳储量及碳通量监测方面的优势。提出利用遥感手段进行森林生态系统碳循环定量监测的研究展望。邹文涛 陈绍志 赵荣 2017世界林业研究2017,30,5:16
5An advanced carbon dioxide retrieval algorithm for satellite measurements and its application to GOSAT observations显示文摘An advanced carbon dioxide retrieval algorithm for satellite observations has been developed at the Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The algorithm is tested using Greenhouse gases Observing SATellite(GOSAT) L1 B data and validated using the Total Column Carbon Observing Network(TCCON) measurements. 7基于GOSAT反演的中国地区二氧化碳浓度时空分布研究显示文摘卫星遥感监测大气二氧化碳柱平均干空气体积混合比(XCO2)是实现碳源汇全球监测的最有效手段,本文对国际上4种应用GOSAT卫星观测的短波红外反演算法进行了介绍和结果分析。首先对于4种反演产品的有效数据量的分析表明:现有单一反演产品还不足以支撑XCO2时空分布研究。其次利用集合平均方法,综合使用4种反演产品研究了2010年中国地区XCO2时空分布特征,结果表明:XCO2呈现显著的地理分布和季节变化,不同地区季节变化趋势基本一致,均在春季达到最高值、夏季达到最低值,多数地区全年高于380 ppm(×10-6);在地理分布上,东部和西部地区存在较明显的差异,东部地区人口密集、工农业生产等人为活动旺盛,周边多被森林和草地覆盖,碳源汇强度大,因此XCO2季节变化幅度较大,全年约8 ppm;中、西部地区受人类活动影响较少,植被覆盖稀疏,XCO2全年变化仅5 ppm。杨东旭 刘毅 蔡兆男 邓剑波 2016大气科学2016,40,3:10
8China's sizeable and uncertain carbon sink: a perspective from GOSAT显示文摘Despite the agreement that China’s terrestrial ecosystems can provide a carbon sink and offset carbon dioxide(CO2)emissions from fossil fuels,the magnitude and spatial distribution of the sink remain uncertain.Accurate quantification of the carbon sequestration capacity of China’s terrestrial ecosystems has profound scientific and policy implications.Here,we report on the magnitude and patterns of China’s terrestrial carbon sink using the global monthly CO2flux data product from the Greenhouse gases Observing SATellite(GOSAT),the world’s first satellite dedicated to global greenhouse gas observation.We use the first year’s data from GOSAT(June 2009–May2010)that are currently available to assess China’s biospheric carbon fluxes.Our results show that China’s terrestrial ecosystems provide a carbon sink of-0.21 Pg C a-1.The consumption of fossil fuels in China leads to carbon dioxide emissions of 1.90 Pg C a-1into the atmosphere,approximately 11.1%of which is offset by China’s terrestrial ecosystems.China’s terrestrial ecosystems play a significant role in offsetting fossil fuel emissions and slowing down the buildup of CO2in the atmosphere.Our analysis based on GOSAT data offers a new perspective on the magnitude and distribution of China’s carbon sink.Our results show that China’s terrestrial ecosystems provide a sizeable and uncertain carbon sink,and further research is needed to reduce the uncertainty in its magnitude and distribution.Li Zhang Jingfeng Xiao Li Li Liping Lei Jing Li 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,14:5
9Effects of spectral sampling rate and range of CO_2 absorption bands on XCO_2 retrieval from TanSat hyperspectral spectrometer显示文摘The spectral sampling rate and range of CO2absorption bands are critical for the optimal design of hyperspectral instrument for CO2observation satellite.Undersampling of spectra in space-based spectrometer significantly contaminates signals measured in the CO21.61 lm-band.The CO2dry-air column(XCO2)error due to spectral undersampling can be up to*1 ppm,which is the target precision of the Chinese Carbon Satellite(TanSat)for a single sounding.Undersampling error depends on surface albedo,solar zenith angle,and scattering properties in the atmosphere.The spectral sampling rate is recommended to be greater than 2.0 pixels per full width at half maximum to avoid undersampling.Reduction of spectral resolution and the use of narrower spectral regions can improve spectral sampling with little changes in CO2retrieval sensitivity without losing much information.The full-band approach provides direct constraints on the wavelength-dependent surface albedo and particle scattering from the measurements.To keep a broader band,we recommend reduction of the spectral resolution by a factor of two.Yi Liu Zhaonan Cai Dongxu Yang Yuquan Zheng Minzheng Duan Daren L 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,14:5
10CH_4 retrieval from hyperspectral satellite measurements in shortwave infrared: sensitivity study and preliminary test with GOSAT data显示文摘One of the important science requirements of monitoring atmospheric methane abundances from hyperspectral measurements is to establish a highly accurate retrieval algorithm.This paper aimed to describe a retrieval algorithm based on a series of sensitivity study with an effective and accurate forward model,which was applied to realize online calculation of absorption coefficient and backscattered solar radiance.The sensitivity study consisted of band selection,interference factors analysis,and retrieval model construction.The band selection analysis indicated that the 1.65 lm band(5,900–6,150 cm-1)associated with the 2.06 lm band(4,800–4,900 cm-1)retained more than 90%of the information content of CH4,CO2,and temperature,and more than 85%of that of H2O in the retrieval.Investigation of the interference factors showed that H2O,temperature,and CO2will cause unacceptable errors if they are not revised.This also showed that revising temperature and H2O with a profile model is more efficient than with a temperature offset and a H2O scale factor model.A preliminarily test using the Greenhouse gases Observing SATellite Level 1B spectral data indicated that most of the retrieval errors were less than 1%,which is acceptable for methane flux estimation.Jianbo Deng Yi Liu Dongxu Yang Zhaonan Cai 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,14:5
11XCO_2 satellite retrieval experiments in short-wave infrared spectrum and ground-based validation显示文摘Based on the optimal estimation method, a satellite XCO2 retrieval algorithm was constructed by combining LBLRTM with VLIDORT. One-year GOSAT/TANSO observations over four TCCON stations were tested by our algorithm, and retrieval results were compared with GOSAT L2 B products and ground-based FTS measurements. Meanwhile, the influence of CO2 line mixing effect on retrieval was estimated, and the research showed that neglecting CO2 line mixing effect could result in approximately 0.25% XCO2 underestimation. 14Algorithm for retrieving surface pressure from hyper-spectral measurements in oxygen A-band显示文摘An algorithm for retrieving the surface pressure from oxygen A-band measurements in the future Chinese CO2satellite(CarbonSpec/TanSat)was developed.The ful physical radiative transfer model,vector radiative transfe model based on successive order of scattering,which i based on the successive order of scattering approach,wa used to simulate the measurements of CarbonSpec/TanSat as well as the kernel matrix in the inversion algorithm,and then the surface pressure and other related atmospheric parameters such as aerosol optical depth(AOD),surface albedo,and temperature were derived through optima estimation theory.Sensitivities of the algorithm to surface albedo,solar zenith angle(SZA),viewing zenith angle(VZA),aerosol type,and AOD were investigated,and the results showed that the absolute error of retrieved surface pressure increases with decreasing surface albedo o increasing SZA and VZA.An accuracy of\4 hPa ove bright surfaces(surface albedo C0.15)could be derived fo various SZAs and viewing geometries.Moreover,the algorithm can simultaneously retrieve the surface albedo AOD,and its vertical distribution indicated by scaleHailei Liu Minzheng Duan Daren L Yan Zhang 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,14:4
15江苏地区二氧化碳浓度时空分布特征分析显示文摘利用瓦里关和上甸子大气本底站观测的月平均CO2浓度数据对GOSAT卫星反演的CO2浓度数据进行验证,结果表明GOSAT产品与台站观测数据有较好的一致性.利用2009年6月—2011年5月GOSAT反演的CO2浓度数据,分析了江苏地区CO2浓度的时空变化特征,结果表明:1)975 h Pa高度层CO2浓度高于850 h Pa高度层,CO2浓度的水平变化要小于垂直变化;2)在季节变化上,CO2浓度冬季最高,夏季最低,这可能与植被光合作用的强弱变化有关;比较前后两年的CO2浓度数据,夏季和秋季的增速较快,冬季和春季的增速较慢;3)在日变化上,发现徐州和南京站02时CO2浓度最高,14时CO2浓度最低,这可能也与植被光合作用的强弱有关.卢鹏 张华 刘端阳 项瑛 许遐祯 2015南京信息工程大学学报(自然科学版)2015,7,3:3
16中国大气成分卫星遥感的发展与应用显示文摘大气成分(ACs)影响着大气圈与其他圈层的相互作用。卫星遥感的全球观测能力在大气成分监测方面发挥着独一无二的作用。我国从20世纪70年代开始实施风云气象卫星等遥感卫星计划。从1988年第一颗气象卫星发射经过了二十年的探索和积累,2008年风云三号A星的成功发射实现我国自主卫星大气成分探测零的突破。随后,我国成功实施了多个面向大气成分监测的科学探索和业务卫星计划,大大促进了卫星遥感在气溶胶颗粒物、痕量气体和温室气体监测领域的研究与应用。其中,极轨风云三号和静止风云四号两大系列业务卫星搭载的成像仪以及高分五号和大气环境监测卫星等搭载的气溶胶偏振测量仪,分别提供了高空间覆盖和高时间分辨的气溶胶颗粒物观测。风云三号系列业务卫星和高分五号科学试验卫星上搭载的高光谱探测仪实现了多种痕量气体的监测,而中国首颗全球大气二氧化碳科学试验卫星、风云三号D星和高分五号科学试验卫星先后实现了大气二氧化碳柱浓度的全球探测能力。同时,20世纪90年代以来,卫星大气成分遥感的地面真实性检验工作也取得了显著的进展。2022年4月我国刚刚发射成功的大气环境监测卫星,在全球首次搭载有二氧化碳探测的主动激光雷达,这将提供更高精度的大气二氧化碳和气溶胶颗粒物的观测资料,更好服务于我国大气环境治理和“双碳”战略目标。张兴赢 王富 王维和 黄富祥 陈炳龙 高玲 王舒鹏 闫欢欢 叶函函 司福祺 洪津 李小英 曹琼 李正强 2022气象科技进展2022,12,5:3
17TanSat Mission Achievements: from Scientific Driving to Preliminary Observations显示文摘The Chinese global carbon dioxide monitoring satellite(TanSat)was successfully launched in December 2016 and has completed its on-orbit tests and calibration.TanSat aims to measure the atmospheric Carbon Dioxide column-averaged dry air mole fractions(X_(CO_2))with a precision of 4 ppm at the regional scale,and further to derive the CO_2 global and regional fluxes.Progress toward these objectives is reviewed and the first scientific results from TanSat measurements are presented.During the design phase,Observation System Simulation Experiments(OSSE)on TanSat measurements performed prior to launch measurements using a nadir and a glint alternative mode when considering the balance of stable measurements and reduces the flux uncertainty(64%).The constellation measurements of two satellites indicate an extra 10%improvement in flux inversion if the satellite measurements have no bias and similar precision.The TanSat on-orbit test indicates that the instrument is stable and beginning to produce X_(CO_2)products.The preliminary TanSat measurements have been validated with Total Carbon Column Observing Network(TCCON)measurements and have inter-compared with OCO-2 measurements in an overlap measurement.LIU Yi WANG Jing YAO Lu CHEN Xi CAI Zhaonan YANG Dongxu YIN Zengshan GU Songyan TIAN Longfei LU Naimeng L Daren 2018空间科学学报2018,38,5:2
18北京城市下垫面大气CO2反演算法显示文摘大气温室气体监测仪GMI(Greenhouse gases Monitor Instrument)是高分五号(GF-5)卫星载荷之一,主要用于全球温室气体含量监测和碳循环研究。高精度反演是卫星大气CO2遥感的基本需求。地表反射率影响卫星遥感辐射量及辐射传输过程中的地气耦合过程,严重制约着CO2的反演精度,针对GMI开发高精度的大气CO2反演算法,地表反射是一个需要重点考虑的因素。城市是CO2重要的发射源,且城市下垫面存在明显的二向反射特性,加上城市大气条件不良,复杂的地气耦合效应存在这都考验反演算法的准确性和鲁棒性。本文针对北京城市地区,利用2011年-2016年共5年的MODIS(MODerate-resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer)地表二向反射分布函数BRDF(Bidirectional Reflectance Distribution Function)数据,构建了适合利用单次观测数据反演的BRDF模型,并提出一种同时反演地表BRDF参数和大气CO2含量的算法。结果表明在550 nm波长处气溶胶光学厚度AOD(Aerosol Optical Depth)小于0.4时,大部分GMI模拟数据的反演误差控制在0.5%(~2 ppm)内。利用GOSAT(Greenhouse gases Observing SATellite)实测数据的反演结果与修正后的日本国立环境研究所NIES(National Institute for Environmental Studies)反演结果进行对比,其平均误差为1.25 ppm,相关性达到0.85。本算法满足GMI数据在北京城市区域高精度CO2反演的需求,并使得反演高值气溶胶区域数据成为可能,增加了GMI观测数据的利用率。吴浩 王先华 叶函函 蒋芸 段锋华 吕松 2019遥感学报2019,23,6:2

20便携式傅里叶变换红外光谱仪在大气温室气体观测中的应用进展显示文摘大气温室气体柱浓度地基遥感观测是碳监测卫星验证和校正的有效手段,目前主要依赖于昂贵且移动困难的高分辨率傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(120/125 HR)。采用便携式较低光谱分辨率(0.5cm-1)傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(EM27/SUN)进行温室气体柱浓度的监测提供了一种新型的便捷手段。EM27/SUN通过自带的太阳跟踪器记录太阳直射辐射光谱,根据温室气体在短波红外波段存在明显吸收线的原理,利用非线性最小二乘算法PROFFIT和GGG反演柱气体平均干空气摩尔分数Xgas。通过高精度反演算法反演后得到的数据具有较高精度和高稳定度,具备进行科学应用的条件。EM27/SUN在国际上的科学应用主要总结为3类:烟羽成分浓度测量、卫星验证以及城市尺度源汇估算。重点讨论了EM27/SUN相比于其他观测手段的优势及带来的创新性结果。展望了未来EM27/SUN可以用于国内外各种特殊点的气体羽流分析、卫星数据验证和城市源汇分析工作,还可以用于不同TCCON站点的传递定标。车轲 刘毅 蔡兆男 杨东旭 王海波 朱思虹 2021遥感技术与应用2021,36,1:2
