Hierarchical Magnetic Network Constructed by CoFe Nanoparticles Suspended Within “Tubes on Rods” Matrix Toward Enhanced Microwave Absorption显示文摘Hierarchical magnetic-dielectric composites are promising functional materials with prospective applications in microwave absorption(MA)field.Herein,a three-dimension hierarchical“nanotubes on microrods,”core–shell magnetic metal–carbon composite is rationally constructed for the first time via a fast metal–organic frameworksbased ligand exchange strategy followed by a carbonization treatment with melamine.Abundant magnetic CoFe nanoparticles are embedded within one-dimensional graphitized carbon/carbon nanotubes supported on micro-scale Mo2N rod(Mo2N@CoFe@C/CNT),constructing a special multi-dimension hierarchical MA material.Ligand exchange reaction is found to determine the formation of hierarchical magnetic-dielectric composite, which is assembled by dielectric Mo2N as core and spatially dispersed CoFe nanoparticles within C/CNTs as shell.Mo2N@CoFe@C/CNT composites exhibit superior MA performance with maximum reflection loss of−53.5 dB at 2 mm thickness and show a broad effective absorption bandwidth of 5.0 GHz.The Mo2N@CoFe@C/CNT composites hold the following advantages:(1)hierarchical core–shell structure offers plentiful of heterojunction interfaces and triggers interfacial polarization,(2)unique electronic migration/hop paths in the graphitized C/CNTs and Mo2N rod facilitate conductive loss,(3)highly dispersed magnetic CoFe nanoparticles within“tubes on rods”matrix build multi-scale magnetic coupling network and reinforce magnetic response capability, confirmed by the off-axis electron holography.Chunyang Xu Lei Wang Xiao Li Xiang Qian Zhengchen Wu Wenbin You Ke Pei Gang Qin Qingwen Zeng Ziqi Yang Chen Jin Renchao Che 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,3:10
Two new species of Japalura(Squamata:Agamidae)from the Hengduan Mountain Range,China显示文摘Until recently, the agamid species,Japalura flaviceps, was recognized to have the widest geographic distribution among members of the genus occurring in China, from eastern Tibet to Shaanxi Province. However, recent studies restricted the distribution of J.flaviceps to the Dadu River valley only in northwestern Sichuan Province, suggesting that records of J.flaviceps outside the Dadu River valley likely represent undescribed diversity.During two herpetofaunal surveys in 2013 and 2015,eight and 12 specimens of lizards of the genus Japalura were collected from the upper Nujiang(=Salween)Valley in eastern Tibet,China, and upper Lancang(=Mekong)Valley in northwestern Yunnan,China, respectively. These specimens display a unique suite of diagnostic morphological characters. Our robust comparisons of phenotype reveal that these populations can be distinguished readily from J.flaviceps and all other recognized congeners.Herein,we describe the two Japalura lineages as new species,Japalura laeviventris sp.nov.and Japalura iadina sp.nov..In addition,we provide updated conservation assessments for the new species as well as imperiled congeners according to the IUCN criteria for classification, discuss the importance of color patterns in the diagnosis and description of species in the genus Japalura, and discuss directions for future taxonomic studies of the group.Kai WANG Ke JIANG Da-Hu ZOU Fang YAN Cameron D.SILER Jing CHE Kunming Institute of Zoology,Chinese Academy of Sciences Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History and Department of Biology,University of Oklahoma Tibet University 2016Zoological Research2016,37,1:9
Matrilineal History of the Rana longicrus Species Group(Rana,Ranidae,Anura) and the Description of a New Species from Hunan, southern China显示文摘Fieldwork in Jiemuxi National Nature Reserve,Hunan,China, discovered morphologically indistinguishable groups of brown frogs that bred at different, exclusive times of the year.A principal components analysis of morphometric data, molecular analyses, and the exclusive breeding season suggested the occurrence of two species. The population that breeds during the winter was found to be an undescribed species and was subsequently described as Rana jiemuxiensis sp.nov.The new cryptic species can be identified from its congeners at the same locality by having a different breeding season and a divergent DNA barcode.Six major lineages of brown frogs were resolved with high nodal support.Rana japonica,R.chaochiaoensis,R.omeimontis,and R.jiemuxiensis have independent maternal lineages.Rana hanlunica and R.maoershanensis have essentially identical maternal lineages and they appear to represent the same species. The validity of the species R.longicrus,R.zhenhaiensis,and R.culaiensis and their genealogical relationships are not resolved and deserve further study. The genealogy indicates that sympatric cryptic lineages probably widely exist in the R.longicrus group. This highlights the importance of future more fine-scaled samplings and the inclusion of nuclear genes.Fang YAN Ke JIANG Hongman CHEN Ping FANG Jieqiong JIN Yi LI Shaoneng WANG Robert W.MURPHY Jing CHE Yaping ZHANG 2011Asian Herpetological Research2011,2,2:8

Phylogenetic Relationships of the Genus Paramesotriton(Caudata: Salamandridae) with the Description of a New Species from Qixiling Nature Reserve, Jiangxi, Southeastern China and a Key to the species显示文摘The matrilineal genealogy of the genus Paramesotriton is hypothesized based on DNA sequences from mitochondrial NADH subunit two(ND2) and its flanking tRNAs(tRNATrp and a partial tRNAAla). The genealogy identifies a highly divergent, unnamed lineage from Qixiling Nature Reserve, Jiangxi, China and places it as the sister taxon of P. chinensis. The newly discovered population differs from other congeners by several features of external morphology including having large clusters of dark brown conical warts on the dorsum of the head, lateral surface of the body and dorsolateral ridges. Its intermittent dorsal vertebral ridge is the same color as other parts of the dorsum and tail narrows gradually from the base to the tip. Further, the new population differs from all congeners by an uncorrected P-distance of more than 9.38% in ND2. Consequently, we describe the new species of Asian warty newt(Salamandridae) as Paramesotriton qixilingensis sp. nov.Zhiyong YUAN Haipeng ZHAO Ke JIANG Mian HOU Lizhong HE Robert W.MURPHY Jing CHE 2014Asian Herpetological Research2014,5,2:7
Discovery of Japalura chapaensis Bourret, 1937 (Reptilia: Squamata: Agamidae) from Southeast Yunnan Province, China显示文摘Due to a paucity of surveys in northern Indochina and lack of international collaborations among neighboring countries, recognized distributional ranges for many amphibian and reptile species end at the political borders for some countries, despite seemingly continuous suitable habitat spanning the region. Combining both morphological and genetic data, we report the first discovery of Japalura chapaensis, a rare agamid lizard believed previously to be endemic to northern Vietnam only, along the border region of southeastern Yunnan Province,China. To facilitate future research on the genus Japalura sensu lato in Indochina, we provide detailed descriptions of additional specimens of this rare species, including the first description of coloration in life and an expanded diagnosis, and discuss the species boundary of J. chapaensis with respect to its congeners.Kai Wang Ke Jiang Yu-Fan Wang Nikolay A. 8Patient-derived non-small cell lung cancer xenograft mirrors complex tumor heterogeneity显示文摘Objective:Patient-derived xenograft(PDX)models have shown great promise in preclinical and translational applications, but their consistency with primary tumors in phenotypic, genetic, and pharmacodynamic heterogeneity has not been well-studied.This study aimed to establish a PDX repository for non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and to further elucidate whether it could preserve the heterogeneity within and between tumors in patients. Methods:A total of 75 surgically resected NSCLC specimens were implanted into immunodeficient NOD/SCID mice.Based on the successful establishment of the NSCLC PDX model,we compared the expressions of vimentin,Ki67,EGFR,and PD-L1 proteins between cancer tissues and PDX models using hematoxylin and eosin staining and immunohistochemical staining. In addition,we detected whole gene expression profiling between primary tumors and PDX generations. We also performed whole exome sequencing(WES)analysis in 17 first generation xenografts to further assess whether PDXs retained the patient heterogeneities. Finally, paclitaxel, cisplatin, doxorubicin, atezolizumab, afatininb, and AZD4547 were used to evaluate the responses of PDX models to the standard-of-care agents. Results:A large collection of serially transplantable PDX models for NSCLC were successfully developed. The histology and pathological immunohistochemistry of PDX xenografts were consistent with the patients’tumor samples.WES and RNA-seq further confirmed that PDX accurately replicated the molecular heterogeneities of primary tumors.Similar to clinical patients,PDX models responded differentially to the standard-of-care treatment, including chemo-,targeted-and immuno-therapeutics.Conclusions:Our established PDX models of NSCLC faithfully reproduced the molecular, histopathological, and therapeutic characteristics,as well as the corresponding tumor heterogeneities, which provides a clinically relevant platform for drug screening, biomarker discovery, and translational research.Xuanming Chen Cheng Shen Zhe Wei Rui Zhang Yongsheng Wang Lili Jiang Ke Chen Shuang Qiu Yuanli Zhang Ting Zhang Bin Chen Yanjun Xu Qiyi Feng Jinxing Huang Zhihui Zhong Hongxia Li Guowei Che Kai Xiao 2021Cancer Biology & Medicine2021,18,1:5
The Australasian frog family Ceratobatrachidae in China,Myanmar and Thailand:discovery of a new Himalayan forest frog clade显示文摘In an effort to study the systematic affinities and specieslevel phylogenetic relationships of the enigmatic anurans variably assigned to the genera Ingerana or Limnonectes(family Dicroglossidae),we col ected new molecular sequence data for five species including four Himalayan taxa,Limnonectes xizangensis,Lim.medogensis,Lim.alpina,Ingerana borealis and one southeast Asian species,I.tasanae, and analyzed these together with data from previous studies involving other ostensibly related taxa. Our surprising results demonstrate unequivocal y that Lim.xizangensis,Lim.medogensis and Lim.alpina form a strongly supported clade, the sister-group of the family Australasian forest frog family Ceratobatrachidae. This discovery requires an expansion of the definition of Ceratobatrachidae and represents the first record of this family in China. These three species are distinguished from the species of Ingerana and Limnonectes by the:(1)absence of interdigital webbing of the foot,(2)absence of termina discs on fingers and toes,(3)absence of circumargina grooves on the fingers and toes,and(4)absence of tarsal folds.Given their phylogenetic and morphologica distinctiveness,we assign them to the oldest available generic name for this clade,Liurana Dubois 1987,and transfer Liurana from Dicroglossidae to the family Ceratobatrachidae. In contrast,Ingerana tasanae was found to be clustered with strong support with the recently described genus Alcalus(Ceratobatrachidae),asmall clade of otherwise Sundaic species;this constitutes a new record of the family Ceratobatrachidae for Myanmar and Thailand.Final y,Ingerana borealis clustered with the 'true' Ingerana(family Dicroglossidae),for which the type species is I.tenasserimensis.Fang YAN Ke JIANG Kai WANG Jie-Qiong JIN Chatmongkon SUWANNAPOOM Cheng LI Jens V.VINDUM Rafe M.BROWN Jing CHE State Key Laboratory of Genetic Resources and Evolution,Kunming Institute of Zoology,Chinese Academy of Sciences Southeast Asia Biodiversity Research Institute,Chinese Academy of Sciences Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History and Department of Biology,University of Oklahoma School of Agriculture and Natural Resources,University of Phayao Imaging Biodiversity Expedition Department of Herpetology,California Academy of Sciences Biodiversity Institute and Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology,1345 Jayhawk Blvd,University of Kansas 2016Zoological Research2016,37,1:4

Human embryonic stem cells-derived endothelial cell therapy facilitates kidney regeneration by stimulating renal resident stem cell proliferation in acute kidney injury显示文摘Endothelial cell therapy has been implicated to enhance tissue regeneration and vascularization in ischemic kidney. However, no published study has yet examined direct effects of endothelial cell treatment in kidney recovery. This study investigated the therapeutic efficacy of endothelial cells in a mouse model with acute kidney injury (AKI). Thus, human embryonic stem cells-derived endothelial cells (hESC-ECs) labeled with a reporter system encoding a double fusion reporter gene for firefly luciferase (Fluc) and green fluorescent protein (GFP) were characterized by Fluc imaging and immunofluoresence staining. Cultured hESC-ECs (1×106) were injected into ischemic kidney shortly after AKI. Survival of the transplanted hESC-ECs was monitored in vivo from day 1 to 14 after endothelial cell transplantation and potential impact of hESC-EC treatment on renal regeneration was assessed by histological analyses. We report that a substantial level of bioluminescence activity was detected 24 h after hESC-EC injection followed by a gradual decline from 1 to 14 d. Human ESC-ECs markedly accelerated kidney cell proliferation in response to ischaemia-induced damage, indicated by an elevated number of BrdU+ cells. Co-expression of Sca-1, a kidney stem cell proliferation marker, and BrdU further suggested that the observed stimulation in renal cell regeneration was, at least in part, due to increased proliferation of renal resident stem cells especially within the medullary cords and arteriole. Differentiation of hESC-ECs to smooth muscle cells was also observed at an early stage of kidney recovery. In summary, our results suggest that endothelial cell therapy facilitates kidney recovery by promoting vascularization, trans-differentiation and endogenous renal stem cell proliferation in AKI.JIA XiaoHua L He LI Chen FENG GuoWei YAO XinPeng MAO LiNa KE TingYu CHE YongZhe XU Yong LI ZongJin KONG DeLing 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,23:4
Hierarchical coupling effect in hollow Ni/NiFe2O4-CNTs microsphere via spray-drying for enhanced oxygen evolution electrocatalysis显示文摘Design and fabrication of cost-effective transition metal and their oxides-based nanocomposites are of paramount significance for metal-air batteries and water-splitting.However,the traditional optimized designs for nanostructure are complicated,low-efficient and underperform for wide-scale applications.Herein,a novel hierarchical framework of hollow Ni/NiFe2O4-CNTs compositemicrosphere forcibly-assembled by zero-dimensional(OD)Ni/NiFo204 nanoparticle(<16 nm)and one-dimensional(1D)self-supporting CNTs was fabricated successfully.Benefitted from the unique nanostructure, such monohybrids can achieve remarkable oxygen evolution reaction(OER)performance in alkaline media with a low overpotential and superior durability, which exceeds most of the commercial catalysts based on IrO/RuO2 or other non-noble metal nanomaterials. The enhanced OER performance of Ni/NiFe2OA-CNTs composite is mainly ascribed to the increased catalytic activity and the optimized conductivity induced by the effects of strong hierarchical coupling and charge transfers between CNTs and Ni/NiFe204 nanoparticles. These effects are greatly boosted by the polarized heterojunction interfaces confirmed by electron holography. The density functional theory(DFT)calculation indicates the epitaxial Ni further enriches the intrinsic electrons contents of NiFe204 and thus accelerates absorption/desorption kinetics of OER intermediates. This work hereby paves a facile route to construct the hollow composite microsphere with excellent OER electrocatalytic activity based on non-noble metal oxide/CNTs.Xuefeng Yu Guanyu Chen Yizhe Wang Jiwei Liu Ke Pei Yunhao Zhao Wenbin You Lei Wang Jie Zhang Linshen Xing Jingjun Ding Guangzhou Ding Min Wang Renchao Che 2020Nano Research2020,13,2:3
Effectiveness of a hydroxynaphthoquinone fraction from Arnebia euchroma in rats with experimental colitis显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the potential effectiveness of hydroxynaphthoquinone mixture(HM)in rats with 2,4,6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid(TNBS)-induced colitis.METHODS:Colitis was induced by intracolonic administration of TNBS(80 mg/kg,dissolved in 50%ethanol).Rats were treated daily for 7 d with HM(2.5,5,10 mg/kg)and mesalazine 100 mg/kg 24 h after TNBS instillation.Disease progression was monitored daily by observation of clinical signs and body weight change. At the end of the experiment, macroscopic and histopathologic lesions of rats were scored, and myeloperoxidase(MPO)activity was determined. We also determined inflammatory cytokine tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αlevel by ELISA,Western blotting and immunochemistry to explore the potential mechanisms of HM.RESULTS:After intracolonic instillation of TNBS,animals developed colitis associated with soft stool, diarrhea and marked colonic destruction.Administration of HM significantly attenuated clinical and histopathologic severity of TNBS-induced colitis in a dose-dependent manner. It abrogated body weight loss, diarrhea and inflammation, decreased macroscopic damage score, and improved histological signs, with a significant reduction of inflammatory infiltration, ulcer size and the severity of goblet cell depletion(all P<0.05 vs TNBS alone group).HM could reduce MPO activity. In addition,it also decreased serum TNF-αlevel and down-regulated TNF-αexpression in colonic tissue. This reduction was statistically significant when the dose of HM was 10 mg/kg(P<0.05 vs TNBS alone group),and the effect was comparable to that of mesalazine and showed no apparent adverse effect. The underlying mechanism may be associated with TNF-αinhibition.CONCLUSION:These findings suggest that HM possesses favourable therapeutic action in TNBS-induced colitis, which provides direct pharmacological evidence for its clinical application.Hua-Ying Fan Zi-Liang Zhang Ke Liu Ming-Yan Yang Wei-Hong Lv Xin Che Hui Xu Wei-Wei Song 2013World Journal of Gastroenterology2013,19,48:3
Subtyping of type A influenza by sequencing the variable regions of HA gene specifically amplified with RT-PCR显示文摘The outbreak of a novel influenza A(H1N1) virus across the globe poses a threat to human health. It is of paramount importance to develop a rapid, reliable and inexpensive diagnostic procedure.Based on the bioinformatic information from public database, primers specific for influenza A virus surface protein haemagglutinin(HA) of several subtypes(including H1,H2,H3,H5,H7 and H9) were designed.Primer-specific PCR products were subjected to sequencing for accurately distinguishing H1 and H3 subtypes from others. This sequencing-based detection method will not only be applied to rapid detection and simultaneous subtype identification of new influenza A virus H1N1,but also provide the strategies to monitor other new types ofinfluenza virus with explosive potential.YAN An DING GuoHui ZHOU ZhenFeng DONG Hui ZHANG YaKun ZHU Lei HE YunGang ZHANG GuoQing LI YiXue SUN Bing HUANG Zhong LAN Ke JIN Li WANG HongYan WANG XiaoNing YANG Zhong ZHONG Yang DAI JianXin GUO YaJun WANG Hao CHE XiaoYan WU Fan YUAN ZhenGan ZHANG Xi CAO ZhiWei ZHOU XiaoNong ZHOU JiaHai MA ZhiYong TONG GuangZhi ZHAO GuoPing JIN WeiRong XIONG Hui 2009Chinese Science Bulletin2009,54,13:3

Herpetological phylogeographic analyses support a Miocene focal point of Himalayan uplift and biological diversification显示文摘The Himalaya are among the youngest and highest mountains in the world, but the exact timing of their uplift and origins of their biodiversity are still in debate. The Himalayan region is a relatively small area but with exceptional diversity and endemism. One common hypothesis to explain the rich montane diversity is uplift-driven diversification—that orogeny creates conditions favoring rapid in situ speciation of resident lineages. We test this hypothesis in the Himalayan region using amphibians and reptiles, two environmentally sensitive vertebrate groups. In addition, analysis of diversification of the herpetofauna provides an independent source of information to test competing geological hypotheses of Himalayan orogenesis. We conclude that the origins of the Himalayan herpetofauna date to the early Paleocene, but that diversification of most groups was concentrated in the Miocene. There was an increase in both rates and modes of diversification during the early to middle Miocene, together with regional interchange(dispersal)between the Himalaya and adjacent regions. Our analyses support a recently proposed stepwise geological model of Himalayan uplift beginning in the Paleocene, with a subsequent rapid increase of uplifting during the Miocene, finally giving rise to the intensification of the modern South Asian Monsoon.Wei Xu Wen-Jie Dong Ting-Ting Fu Wei Gao Chen-Qi Lu Fang Yan Yun-He Wu Ke Jiang Jie-Qiong Jin Hong-Man Chen Ya-Ping Zhang David M.Hillis Jing Che 2021National Science Review2021,8,9:3

Azvudine is a thymus-homing anti-SARS-CoV-2 drug effective in treating COVID-19 patients显示文摘Azvudine(FNC)is a nucleoside analog that inhibits HIV-1 RNA-dependent RNA polymerase(RdRp).Recently,we discovered FNC an agent against SARS-CoV-2,and have taken it into Phase III trial for COVID-19 patients.FNC monophosphate analog inhibited SARS-CoV-2 and HCoV-OC43 coronavirus with an EC_(50) between 1.2 and 4.3 μM,depending on viruses or cells, and selective index(SI)in 15-83 range.Oral administration of FNC in rats revealed a substantial thymus-homing feature, with FNC triphosphate(the active form)concentrated in the thymus and peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC).Treating SARS-CoV-2 infected rhesus macaques with FNC(0.07 mg/kg, qd,orally)reduced viral load, recuperated the thymus, improved lymphocyte profiles, alleviated in flammation and orga n damage, and lessened grou nd・glass opacities in chest X-ray.Sin gle-cell seque ncing suggested the promotion of thymus function by FNC.A randomized,single-arm clinical trial of FNC on compassionate use(n=31)showed that oral FNC(5 mg,qd)cured all COVID-19 patients, with 100%viral ribonucleic acid negative conversion in 3.29±2.22 days(range:1-9 days)and 100%hospital discharge rate in 9.00±4.93 days(range:2-25 days). The side-effect of FNC is minor and transient dizziness and nausea in 16.12%(5/31)patients.Thus,FNC might cure COVID-19 through its anti-SARS-CoV-2 activity concentrated in the thymus, followed by promoted immunity.Jin-Lan Zhang Yu-Huan Li Lu-Lu Wang Hong-Qi Liu Shuai-Yao Lu Yong Liu Ke Li Bin Liu Su-Yun Li Feng-Min Shao Kun Wang Ning Sheng Rui Li Jin-Jin Cui Pei-Chun Sun Chun-Xia Ma Bo Zhu Zhe Wang Yuan-Hao Wan Shi-Shan Yu Yongsheng Che Chao-Yang Wang Chen Wang Qiangqian Zhang Li-Min Zhao Xiao-Zhong Peng Zhenshun Cheng Jun-Biao Chang Jian-Dong Jiang 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,1:3
Polarization-enhanced AlGaN solar-blind ultraviolet detectors显示文摘AlGaN solar-blind ultraviolet detectors have great potential in many fields, although their performance has not fully meet the requirements until now. Here,we proposed an approach to utilize the inherent polarization effect of AlGaN to improve the detector performance.AlGaN heterostructures were designed to enhance the polarization field in the absorption layer, and a high built-in field and a high electron mobility conduction channel were formed. As a result,a high-performance solar-blind ultraviolet detector with a peak responsivity of 1.42 A/W at 10 V was achieved, being 50 times higher than that of the nonpolarization-enhanced one. Moreover,an electron reservoir structure was proposed to further improve the performance.A higher peak responsivity of 3.1 A/W at30 V was achieved because the electron reservoir structure could modulate the electron concentration in the conduction channel. The investigation presented here provided feasible approaches to improve the performance of the AlGaN detector by taking advantage of its inherent property.Ke Jiang Xiaojuan Sun Zi-Hui Zhang Jianwei Ben Jiamang Che Zhiming Shi Yuping Jia Yang Chen Shanli Zhang Wei Lv Dabing Li 2020Photonics Research2020,8,7:3
Monitoring Greenhouses Gases over China Using Space-Based Observations Monitoring Greenhouses Gases over China Using Space-Based Observations显示文摘The atmospheric carbon dioxide(CO 2)concentration has increased to more than 405 parts per million(ppm.1 ppm=10-6 m/s 2)in 2017 due to human activities such as deforestation,land-use change and burning of fossil fuels.Although there is broad scientific consensus on the damaging consequences of the change in climate associated with increasing concentrations of greenhouse gases, fossil CO 2 emissions have continued to increase in recent years mainly from rapidly developing economies and China is now the largest emitter of CO 2 generating about 30%of all emissions globally. To allow more reliable forecast of the future state of the carbon cycle and to support the efforts for mitigation greenhouse gas emissions,a better understanding of the global and regional carbon budget is needed.Space-based measurements of CO 2 can provide the necessary observations with dense coverage and sampling to provide improved constrains on of carbon fluxes and emissions. The Chinese Global Carbon Dioxide Monitoring Scientific Experimental Satellite(TanSat)was established by the National High Technology Research and Development Program of China with the main objective of monitoring atmospheric CO 2 and CO 2 fluxes at the regional and global scale.TanSat has been successfully launched in December 2016 and as part of the Dragon programme of ESA and the Ministry of Science and Technology(MOST),a team of researchers from Europe(UK and Finland)and China has evaluated early TanSat data and contrast it against data from the GOSAT mission and models. In this manuscript,we report on retrieval intercomparisons of TanSat data using two different retrieval algorithms,on validation efforts for the Eastern Asia region using GOSAT CO 2 data and first assessments of TanSat and GOSAT CO 2 data against model calculations using the GEOS-Chem model.Hartmut BOESCH Yi LIU Paul I PALMER Johanna TAMMINEN Jasdeep S ANAND Zhaonan CAI Ke CHE Huilin CHEN Xi CHEN Liang FENG Janne HAKKARAINEN Pauli HEIKKINEN Nikoleta KALAITZI Rigel KIVI Robert PARKER Peter SOMKUTI Jing WANG Alex WEBB Dongxu YANG Lu YAO You YI 2020Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2020,3,4:2
