1固体充填采煤充实率设计与控制理论研究显示文摘根据固体充填采煤密实充填体的不同充实率决定不同岩层移动控制效果及'等价采高'预计地表沉陷的原理,提出固体充填充实率设计的理论依据,定性分析影响充实率的主控因素,并分别基于等价采高、关键充填设备、工作面推进方向、固体充填材料力学特性、地质条件以及充填工艺实施等7个主控因素对充实率的不同影响机理进行理论分析,明确充实率设计的基本原理,建立不同覆岩条件及压煤类型条件下固体充填采煤充实率设计流程与方法,并提出充实率控制的基本原理及6项控制措施;结合济三矿固体充填采煤工程案例,对充实率的设计及控制理论进行了应用,充实率控制指标理论设计为88%,现场实测为90.3%。理论分析与实践表明,充填设备与地质条件对充实率的影响程度最显著,充实率的精确设计与良好控制是保证充填采煤技术成功实现岩层移动及地表沉陷控制的关键。张强 张吉雄 巨峰 李猛 耿佃凯 2014煤炭学报2014,39,1:50
2充填采煤液压支架充填特性理论研究及工程实践显示文摘固体充填采煤液压支架既具有传统支架掩护采煤所需要的基本功能,又具有掩护充填所需要的特殊功能,是实现采充一体化的关键设备。针对其掩护充填的特殊功能,提出充填特性的概念,并分别从支护强度、后顶梁支护强度、运动特性、夯实力、夯实离顶距以及地质条件适应性6方面具体阐述了充填特性的基本内涵。架型结构、地质条件、充填工艺是影响充填特性的主要因素,其中架型结构直接决定充填支架的充填特性;煤层厚度、煤层顶底板、煤层倾角、煤层埋深等地质条件影响充填特性的发挥;充填工艺则通过改变离顶距及夯实力大小、改善对不同地质条件的适应性3方面影响充填性能的保障。具体工程实践中则通过工作面布置优化、结构设计优化、充填工艺优化、实时在线监测等措施保障充填性能的发挥。济三矿ZZC10000/20/40型六柱正四连杆充填采煤液压支架的工程应用验证了本文的研究成果。张强 张吉雄 邰阳 巨峰 孙强 2014采矿与安全工程学报2014,31,6:20
3矸石充填与垮落法混合综采技术研究与实践显示文摘针对平煤十二矿己15突出煤层无合适煤层保护层、矸石无法地面排放及常规充填工作面无法满足矿井产能等工程难题,提出了岩层保护层卸压开采矸石充填与垮落法混合综采技术。研究了矸石充填与垮落法混合综采三大技术关键:混合综采系统构成、关键设备及混合综采工艺,得出了混合综采面充填段长度与充填高度的关系曲线,优化了混合综采面关键参数,基于数值模拟结果设计己15-31010混合综采面合理充填段和过渡段长度分别为120 m和6 m。工程实践表明,矸石充填与垮落法混合综采技术实现了岩层保护层排矸井下充填的同时兼顾充填工作面产量。殷伟 缪协兴 张吉雄 张强 孙强 2016采矿与安全工程学报2016,33,5:20
4基于固体充填材料压实特性的充实率设计研究显示文摘为了实现对固体充填采煤工作面充实率进行科学的设计,在分析充填材料影响充实率原理的基础上,采用充填材料压实特性试验,测试得到了5种充填材料的压实特性,并结合充填液压支架夯实机构对充填材料的夯实作用,提出了基于充填材料压实特性的充实率设计方法,进一步计算得到了关键因素对充实率的影响规律。现场工程应用表明:理论设计充实率为88.9%,与现场实测值基本吻合。李猛 张吉雄 黄艳利 张强 2017采矿与安全工程学报2017,34,6:16
5充填采煤液压支架夯实离顶距影响因素研究显示文摘利用Pro/E5.0三维仿真软件构建了3种常用型号固体充填采煤液压支架的实体模型,基于务实离顶距合理性的判定原理,重点分析了支护高度、煤层倾角、顶板提前下沉量及夯实作用次数等因素对夯实离顶距的影响规律.结果表明:各因素对夯实离顶距均有明显影响,其中支护高度最为显著;影响程度各有区别,不同型号支架适应的工程地质条件也各有不同,以六柱正四连杆支架为例:支护高度为最大设计高度60%~85%、煤层倾角近水平、顶板提前下沉量为0、循环夯实6次以上时,夯实离顶距最易保障充填采煤液压支架的充填性能,且该架型支架适应煤层倾角较小、对充实率要求不高、顶板条件较好的充填工作面.张强 张吉雄 邰阳 贾红现 李猛 2014中国矿业大学学报2014,43,5:14
6充填采煤液压支架工作阻力设计方法研究显示文摘本文分析了现有固体充填液压支架的结构及控顶特征,阐述了顶板条件、支架结构、充填密实程度和支架工作状态等关键影响因素对工作阻力的影响机制,建立了顶板-充填液压支架-充填体协同控顶力学模型,提出支架工作阻力的设计流程和方法:通过建立覆岩整体运动模型并结合临界充实率判断覆岩破断状态得到工作面顶板平均载荷大小,通过构建充填支架顶梁受力模型并求解立柱载荷比确定支架顶梁载荷形式,最后求解支架力学平衡方程得到充填液压支架的工作阻力。采用本方法设计了新巨龙煤矿1303N-1^#充填工作面充填支架工作阻力。研究可为充填液压支架的选型设计提供理论支撑。张强 武中亚 杜二宝 陈杨 黄鹏 李猛 2020采矿与安全工程学报2020,37,1:14
7Mining pressure monitoring and analysis in fully mechanized backfilling coal mining face-A case study in Zhai Zhen Coal Mine显示文摘Fully mechanized solid backfill mining(FMSBM) technology adopts dense backfill body to support the roof. Based on the distinguishing characteristics and mine pressure control principle in this technology, the basic principles and methods for mining pressure monitoring were analyzed and established. And the characteristics of overburden strata movement were analyzed by monitoring the support resistance of hydraulic support, the dynamic subsidence of immediate roof, the stress of backfill body, the front abutment pressure, and the mass ratio of cut coal to backfilled materials. On-site strata behavior measurements of 7403 W solid backfilling working face in Zhai Zhen Coal Mine show that the backfill body can effectively support the overburden load, obviously control the overburden strata movement, and weaken the strata behaviors distinctly. Specific performances are as follows. The support resistance decreases obviously; the dynamic subsidence of immediate roof keeps consistent to the variation of backfill body stress, and tends to be stable after the face retreating to 120-150 m away from the cut. The peak value of front abutment pressure arises at 5-12 m before the operating face, and mass ratio is greater than the designed value of 1.15, which effectively ensures the control of strata movement. 8充填体协同支架控顶效应研究显示文摘固体充填开采中充实率是控制岩层移动的关键,充填工作面中煤壁、液压支架与充填体形成体系协同承载上方载荷、控制顶板变形,该体系中支架的合理工作阻力与充实率密不可分。基于充实率与岩层破断关系,建立了煤壁-支架-充填体耦合控顶力学模型,给出了高、低充实率(kg=4.16×10^8,kg=2.15×10^7 N/m^3)下支架立柱的合理工作阻力公式,分析高、低充实率下顶板的变形和受力特征受上覆岩层载荷、煤壁地基系数与支架工作阻力的影响规律,研究结果表明:由于不同充实率导致工作面覆岩破断结构形态不同,充填支架工作阻力与充实率并非为线性正相关;相比煤壁地基系数、支架工作阻力,采空区上方载荷对顶板变形、弯矩分布影响较为显著。黄鹏 张兴军 郭宇鸣 李艾玲 张强 2020采矿与安全工程学报2020,37,1:9
9村庄下厚煤层开采方法研究显示文摘针对我国村庄下厚煤层压煤量巨大的问题,提出进行分层充填开采、覆岩离层及垮落带断裂带注浆充填开采和村庄搬迁新模式开采,以解放村庄下厚煤层。在技术条件可行的前提下,对比分析了不同煤层厚度及不同村庄人口密度时3种开采方法的经济效益。结果表明:3种开采方法的经济利润随煤厚的增加均呈增长趋势,随村庄人口密度的增长均呈下降趋势,分层充填开采的利润增长或下降幅度最小,村庄搬迁方法的利润增长或下降幅度最大。村庄搬迁方法受2种因素的影响巨大,煤层越厚越有利于实施村庄搬迁方法,村庄人口越稀少,村庄搬迁的利润就越高。最后,总结了村庄下厚煤层开采方法选择时应遵循的原则。王成真 2016煤炭科学技术2016,44,1:8
10Structure optimal design research on backfill hydraulic support显示文摘Backfill hydraulic support is the key equipment in achieving coal mining and solid backfilling simultaneously in solid backfill mining technology.Based on the summary and analysis of main types,basic structural properties and filed application of backfill hydraulic support,this work has firstly proposed the basic principle of backfill hydraulic support optimization design and provided the method of optimal design of key structural components,like four-bar linkage,rear canopy and tamping structure;the method is further elaborated as changing hinging position of upper bar to optimize four-bar linkage,by lengthening or shortening the rear canopy to optimize length ratio of canopy;and by changing length and hinging position of tamping structure as well as suspension height of backfill scrape conveyor to realize optimization of tamping structure.On this basis,the process of optimal design of backfill hydraulic support is built.The optimal design case of ZC5200/14.5/30 six columns-four bar linkage used in 7203 W workface of Zhaizhen Coal Mine shows that the backfill properties like horizontal roof gap,vertical horizontal gap,tamping angle and tamping head gap are improved obviously through optimizing four-bar linkage,canopy length and tamping structure according to the optimal design method proposed in this work.张强 张吉雄 齐文跃 周楠 邰阳 2017Journal of Central South University2017,24,7:7
11固体充填开采“三效”关系及其优化控制方法显示文摘充填效果、充填效率和充填效益(简称“三效”)3者之间的关系是充填开采理论设计及工程实施过程中难以回避的问题,但目前尚未形成“三效”关系的定量表征方法。针对固体非密实充填和密实充填,提出了“三效”的内涵,给定了“三效”的表征原理,阐释了“三效”优化控制的概念。以充填体在机械夯实作用和采空区覆岩压实作用下逐渐密实的过程为纽带,构建了基于固体密实充填“三效”与充填工艺、充填材料参数和充填体密实状态关系的分析模型。采用理论分析方法阐述了充填效果、充填效率与充填效益之间的相互关系,给出了“三效”的量化表征方法、求解流程和计算公式。基于单因素变量分析方法,研究了夯实次数、单次夯实时间、单个支架落料时间和堆料高度4个充填工艺关键因素以及自然安息角和夯实前容重2个充填材料关键因素对“三效”的影响规律,得到了4种“三效”关系类型。根据“三效”关系变化规律并结合充填开采关键参数设计流程进一步提出了针对固体密实充填的“三效”优化控制方法。针对唐山矿T3292充填工作面的“三效”分析表明:充填开采过程中实施了富余的夯实次数,降低了充填效率和效益,建议优化充填材料并减少夯实次数,从而在保证充填效果的同时实现较高的充填开采效率和效益。武中亚 张强 张昊 郑庆学 刘宏军 田秀国 2021煤炭学报2021,46,10:5
12Backfill support's backfill and operation properties and evaluation显示文摘充填采煤液压支架是充填采煤技术实现充采一体化的核心设备,其性能的可靠性是实现致密充填的关键。为评价充填采煤液压支架的充填性能,本文提出充填运转特性的概念,并从结构特性、支护特性、夯实特性、力学响应特性及地质适应特性5个方面阐述其内涵,具体通过支护强度、夯实空顶距等14个指标综合体现。选择其中7个独立的评价指标,采用多指标综合评价方法,构建了基于充填运转特性的充填采煤液压支架设计方案评价体系,给出了评价的方法与流程,以及充填运转特性工程控制措施。运用该体系评价了翟镇矿ZC5200/14.5/30型充填采煤液压支架的11个优化方案,评选出的10#最佳方案在夯实离顶距等充填运转特性指标上具有明显优势,验证了评价体系的合理性。基于此构建了'初始方案设计、设计方案优化、评价指标优选、优化方案评价、运转特性控制'的充填采煤液压支架研究框架,为深入研究充填采煤液压支架控顶性能提供借鉴。张强 杜长龙 张吉雄 王佳奇 李猛 齐文跃 2018Journal of Central South University2018,25,6:4
13Overlying strata movement of recovering standing pillars with solid backfilling by physical simulation显示文摘To analyze the overlying strata movement law of recovering room mining standing pillars with solid backfilling.Physical simulation experiments with sponge and wood as the backfilling simulation material were tested.The results show that:(i) The covering-rock mechanics of the overly strata comes from 'two-arch structures + hinged girder + bend beam' to 'backfilling material + hinged girder + bent beam' by increasing the fill ratio from 0%to 85%,the beginning of overlying strata movement appears later and the total duration of subsidence velocity increased from zero to the highest value increases.The trend of 'single polarization' of the subsidence velocity curves becomes noticeable and the velocity variation trend becomes stable,(ii) The equiponderate aeolian sand was added to improve the anti-pressure ability of the loess,and the corresponding ground processing & transportation system was designed.An Baifu Miao Xiexing Zhang Jixiong Ju Feng Zhou Nan 2016International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2016,26,2:3
14Research into stope roof control of compound roof by solid backfilling mining显示文摘Based on the analysis of the failure characteristics and backfilling effect of the compound roof at 1801 backfilling workface in Taiyuan coal mine,China,we propose a method of controlling the presubsidence of a compound roof by using pre-stressed bolts to improve the backfilling ratio of the workface so as to maintain the global stability of the stope roof.In addition,PHASE simulation software was employed to analyze the influence law of pre-stressing force,length,and interval on roof subsidence at the workface.On the basis of the numerical simulation results,a model for calculating the pre-stressing force and length of the bolts,the interval between the bolts,as well as roof subsidence at the workface,was established by using SPSS regression analysis software.Moreover,the research results were applied successfully to the 1801 filling workface.According to the monitoring data of roof closure,it was found that the final subsidence value for the goaf roof was 350 mm and the filling ratio at the workface was 86%,which could fully meet the demand for safety production at the workface.The safe and effective control of the stope roof was therefore realized,which achieves the goal of safe and efficient backfilling mining under a compound roof.Gao Rui Zhang Jixiong Spearing A.J.S. 15Horizontal roof gap of backfill hydraulic support显示文摘For the backfill hydraulic support as the key equipment for achieving integration of backfilling and coal mining simultaneously in the practical process, its characteristics will directly influence the backfill body's compression ratio. Horizontal roof gap, as a key parameter of backfilling characteristics, may impact the backfilling effect from the aspects of control of roof subsidence in advance, support stress, backfilling process and the support design. Firstly, the reason why horizontal roof gap exists was analyzed and its definition, causes and connotation were introduced, then adopting the Pro/E 3D simulation software, three typical 3D entity models of backfill hydraulic supports were built, based on the influence of horizontal roof gap on backfilling effect, and influence rules of four factors, i.e. support height, suspension height, suspension angle and tamping angle, were emphatically analyzed on horizontal roof gap. The results indicate that, the four factors all have significant impacts on horizontal roof gap, but show differences in influence trend and degree, showing negative linear correlation, positive linear correlation, positive semi-parabolic correlation and negative semi-parabolic correlation, respectively. Four legs type is the most adaptive to the four factors, while six legs(II) type has the poorest adaptability, and the horizontal roof gap is small under large support height, small suspension height, small suspension angle and large tamping angle situation. By means of optimizing structure components and their positional relation and suspension height of backfill scrape conveyor in the process of support design and through controlling working face deployment, roof subsidence in advance, mining height and backfilling during engineering application, the horizontal roof gap is optimized. 16基于振动性态分析的矸石固体充填效果评价方法研究显示文摘为进一步提高充填效率、保证充填质量,采用实时压实监测技术,研究一种基于振动性态分析的矸石固体充填效果评价方法。根据现场充填工艺产生的实际作业夯实离顶距机理,并基于振动压实理论,探讨了推压密实机构加速度与充填效果之间的数学关系,提出一种基于加速度与密实充填率的充填效果评价依据;通过分析充填物料压实机理,采用压实监测值(Compaction Value,CV)作为充填物料压实状态的表征指标,深入剖析了推压密实机构加速度波形及振动强度变化规律对充填效果的影响,并建立矸石物料充填效果快速评估模型。试验结果表明:CV与充填体压实度之间存在很强的相关性,所建立的压实度回归模型精度较高。该方法可实现对充填效果的快速评估,为提高充填开采效率提供了一条新途径。赵昊 史艳楠 张冲冲 2021煤炭工程2021,53,2:3

18长壁综采充填前顶板不可控下沉量研究显示文摘充填前顶板下沉量是引起充填开采地表沉陷的主要因素之一,受充填回采工序的影响,充填前顶板下沉量较常规回采工作面大且仍没有有效办法加以控制,此处将该下沉量定义为充填前顶板不可控下沉量;以邢台矿7608充填工作面为工程背景,对充填前顶板不可控下沉量进行研究,通过弹性地基梁理论对不可控下沉量影响因素进行定性研究;利用FLAC3D数值模拟和相似模拟试验对充填前顶板不可控下沉量的影响因素进行定量研究。结果表明:煤层埋深和顶板岩性对该下沉量影响较大,同时通过优化采高和控顶距及提高液压支架的初撑力和工作阻力可以缓减充填前顶板不可控下沉量。孙少龙 2020煤矿安全2020,51,7:2
19综合赋权的TOPSIS充填采煤液压支架评价方法研究显示文摘为了评价充填采煤液压支架的结构设计,提出了一种基于层次分析法(AHP)、熵权法(EWM)和CRITIC三者综合赋权的TOPSIS评价方法。从结构特性、夯实特性、支护特性和充填特性4个方面确定了8项评价指标,构建了充填采煤液压支架评价体系。融合主客观赋权方法,主观上采用AHP赋权,客观上基于仿真模型采用EWM和CRITIC赋权,建立了AEC-TOPSIS综合评价模型,通过计算各支护状态的相对贴近度分析出优良支护区间。以某四柱充填采煤液压支架为例,该液压支架的优良贴合度为2.4%~2.9%,优良支护区间为3.75~4.80 m,与其服务的煤层厚度相吻合,说明在该煤层进行固体充填开采时可发挥该支架最均衡的性能,为充填采煤液压支架结构设计提供了一种可靠的评价体系与方法。时培涛 张吉雄 张强 闫浩 宗庭成 2023采矿与安全工程学报2023,40,3:1
