| 1 | 冠心舒通胶囊联合单硝酸异山梨酯片对冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效及安全性分析显示文摘目的探讨冠心舒通胶囊联合单硝酸异山梨酯片对冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法将2016年12月—2018年12月治疗的128例冠心病心绞痛患者的临床病例资料进行回顾性整理分析,根据不同治疗方案分为对照组60例和观察组68例。对照组给予单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合冠心舒通胶囊治疗,均治疗4周。治疗结束后记录并比较2组的临床疗效、心电图疗效和不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效率和心电图总有效率均显著高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组在治疗过程中及治疗后的不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冠心舒通胶囊联合单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效更为显著,且具有一定的安全性。 | 戴艺 刘丽 欧燕 周理国 | 2019 | 解放军医药杂志2019，31，9： | 29 |
| 2 | 稳定型心绞痛中医药临床试验核心指标集研制显示文摘目的:本研究旨在研制适用于中医治疗稳定型心绞痛(SAP)研究的核心指标集(COS)。方法:研究通过系统评价中医药治疗SAP的文献,并对医生和SAP患者展开定性访谈,产生指标池。邀请利益相关者参加两轮在线德尔菲调查和一场面对面共识会议对指标进行评分。最后通过共识会议产生最终的 COS。结果:指标池纳入了324 个指标,在此基础上遴选出65个指标进入初始清单应用到德尔菲调查中。来自7个利益相关群体的223名参与者参与了德尔菲调查并对指标进行评分,87人完成了第一轮,47 人完成了第二轮。31名参与者参加了共识会议,最终共识包括来自4个指标域 中的6 个指标进入到最终核心指标集,包括心绞痛发作频率、心绞痛发作持续时间、西雅图心绞痛量表平板运动总时间、心血管事件和心电图 QT 间期。结论:本研究研制的COS为今后 SAP 中医临床试验中的测量和报告提供了最少指标集合。通过使用该 COS 可以减少试验间的异质性,促进利益相关者进行循证决策。 | 张明妍 张俊华 蔡慧姿 冯睿 路美娟 田盈 | 2021 | Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine2021，1，1： | 5 |
| 3 | Research progress of Sini decoction in pharmacy, pharmacology and clinical application显示文摘Sini decoction originated from Zhang Zhongjing's Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases(200-210 C.E.)in the Eastern Han Dynasty.It is a traditional and famous prescription in China.Its preparations mainly include Sini decoction,Sini decoction drop pills and Sini decoction suppositories.The main chemical components are diterpenoid alkaloids,gingerol,volatile oil,coumarin,polysaccharide,triterpene saponins,flavonoids,amino acids,and alkaloids.This product has a cardiovascular function,anti-shock,anti-diabetes complications,anti-tumor,anti-atherosclerosis,and effects on the nervous system.Modern clinical practice is widely used in cardiovascular,respiratory,digestive,neurological and gynecological diseases.This paper reviews the pharmaceutical research,pharmacological effects,safety evaluation and clinical application of Sini decoction,including the source and composition of Sini decoction,the origin and resource status of authentic medicinal materials of Sini decoction,the research on preparation form reform,chemical composition and quality control,to provide a reference for further research and clinical promotion of Sini decoction. | Ting-Yuan Dai Jian-Bo Wang Xue-Xin-Yu Ma Xue Wang Xiao-Li Gong Xiao-Zhou You | 2022 | Toxicology Advances2022，4，4： | 0 |
| 4 | 冷喷雾电离质谱法分析表征四逆汤中的酸碱非共价复合物显示文摘本研究采用冷喷雾电离质谱(CSI-MS)法表征四逆汤中7组酸碱化合物形成的非共价复合物。通过自行搭建的冷喷雾电离装置,以经液氮冷却的氮气作为离子源鞘气,为酸碱非共价复合物质谱分析提供低温电离条件。采用四极杆/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱采集一级全扫描和二级碰撞诱导解离模式下的质谱数据。结果表明,在正、负离子模式下,均可检测到7组酸碱化合物之间形成的非共价复合物。进一步使用等温滴定量热实验和计算化学方法分析代表性酸碱化合物间的非共价相互作用模式,验证了CSI-MS的实验结果。该方法可为探索四逆汤自沉淀的形成机制提供理论依据和技术参考。 | 胡琪 尚宇瀚 薛宏宇 马强 | 2023 | 质谱学报2023，44，1： | 0 |
| 5 | Clinical application of Aconitum carmichaelii Debx. (Fu Zi in Chinese) by traditional Chinese medicine physicians–A cross-sectional questionnaire survey in Beijing显示文摘Objective:To investigate clinical application of aconite root(Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.;hereinafter“aconite”)by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)physicians in TCM hospitals in Beijing and explore the specific use of aconite and the effect of different doses on decoction time.Methods:This was a cross-sectional study using two-stage sampling.Questionnaires were administered among TCM physicians from TCM hospitals in Beijing between September 2020 and August 2021.The questionnaire mainly included general demographics,clinical backgrounds of TCM physicians,and clinical application of aconite.The data analyses were performed using SPSS 20.0.Results:A total of 387 questionnaires were collected,of which 385 were valid.Of the 385 participating TCM physicians,331(85.97%)used aconite in clinical practice.The top three medical diagnoses treated with aconite were heart failure,diarrhea without cause,and chronic gastritis.The TCM pattern treated most frequently with a high dose of aconite was spleen-kidney yang deficiency,and the TCM pattern treated most frequently with a low dose was spleen yang deficiency,while spleen-kidney yang deficiency was treated most frequently with a common dose of aconite.The top three common formulas were Sini decoction,Mahuang Xixin Fuzi decoction,and Zhenwu decoction.Hei Shun Pian was the most common herbal pieces of aconite.The highest frequency of the maximum dose of aconite was 15 g,that of the minimum dose was 3 g,and that of the common dose was 10 g.There was a certain correlation between decoction time and the dose of aconite.Most TCM physicians advised their patients to take medicine twice a day.Conclusion:In this study,we refined and quantified the use of aconite and enriched the exploration of the clinical application of aconite besides its provisions in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China. | Xiaopeng Zhao Shenglou Ni Ning Liang Qiuchen Huang Zhongyi Pan Lin Zhang Jia Song Yanling Fu | 2021 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2021，8，4： | 0 |
