| 1 | Influence of the impounding process of the Three Gorges Reservoir up to water level 172.5m on water eutrophication in the Xiangxi Bay显示文摘The water level of the Three Gorges Reservoir(TGR) rose to 172.5 m in two stages from September to November,2008.The hydrodynamic parameters and water quality parameters(e.g.flow velocity,temperature,turbidity and nutrient content) had been continuously monitored to reveal the influence of the impounding process of the TGR on the water eutrophication in the Xiangxi Bay(XXB).The maximal daily rise of the water level of the TGR was about 2.38 m.The water exchange between the mainstream(the Changjiang River) and the XXB of the TGR was enhanced by density current,and its main characteristics were a density-stratified flow in different directions.The water exchange reduced the differences of the water quality parameters(for example,temperature,turbidity,nutrient level,pH,etc.) between the mainstream and the XXB during the impounding process.Meanwhile,the water stability index in the mainstream remained small but it was lowered in the XXB.The main causes included the dilution by water of lower concentration of the chlorophyll a(Chl.a) entering from the mainstream,the decline of the water stability,and the increase of suspended silt,which induced the Chl.a to decrease in the XXB during the impounding process.The grade of the water eutrophication changed from middle eutrophic level to mesotrophic state in the process.However,as available nutrients were imported into the XXB from the mainstream during the impounding process the risk of water eutrophication increases in the XXB in the future. | YANG ZhengJian1,LIU DeFu1,JI DaoBin1,2 & XIAO ShangBin1,3 1 College of Civil & Hydroelectric Engineering,China Three Gorges University,Yichang 443002,China 2 School of Water Resources & Hydropower Engineering,Wuhan University,Wuhan 430072,China 3 Institute of Earth Environment,Chinese Academy of Sciences,Xi’an 710075,China | 2010 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,4: | 58 |
| 2 | The control of syndepositional faulting on the Eogene sedimentary basin fills of the Dongying and Zhanhua sags, Bohai Bay Basin显示文摘The Dongying and Zhanhua sags are the major hydrocarbon exploration and produc- tion subbasins in the Bohai Bay Basin. Integrated analysis of the sedimentary basin fills has shown that the syndepositional faults and their arrangement styles exerted an important influ- ence on the development and distribution of the Eogene depositional systems. The sedimentary filling evolution of the subbasins reflects the general control of the episodic rifting process. The major long-term active normal faults formed a series of paleogeomorphic accident or slopebreak zones that commonly delineated the subsidiary palaeostructural units and the depositional facies tracts and constrained the general distribution of sedimentary facies zones. The central sag boundary fault slopebreak zones usually determined the distribution of the depocenters of ter- restrial clastic depositional systems, particularly the lowstand fans or deltaic depositional sys- tems, and have proven to be the economically important targets for the exploration of subtle sandstone reservoirs. A variety of syndepositional fault arrangement patterns, including the par- allel, en echelon, combo-like, broom-like fault systems and the fault overlap or transfer zones, have been recognized in the subbasins. They generated distinctive geomorphic features and exerted a direct influence on sediment dispersal and sandbody distribution during the Eogene synrift stage. | 3 | Sequence stratigraphic framework and distribution of depositional systems for the Paleogene in Liaodong Bay area显示文摘With a comprehensive geological and geophysical data base,the Paleogene in the Liaodong Bay area,which consists of the Kongdian,Shahejie and Donghying Formations from the base to top,was divided into 4 second-order sequences and 8 third-order sequences based on the characteristics of the se-quence boundaries. Each third-order sequence is subdivided into the lowstand,lake transgressive and highstand systems tracts. The Lowstand systems tract (LST) is mainly composed of progradational parasequence sets,while the lake transgressive systems tract (TST) largely consists of the retrograda-tional parasequence sets and the highstand systems tract (HST) is dominated by the progradational parasequence sets. The main types of depositional systems include the shallow lake,semi-deep lake,deep lake,delta,fan delta,braided fluvial delta and nearshore subaqueous fan. The braided fluvial delta and fan delta depositional systems are mainly confined to the sequences of the lower SEs4-Ek,SEs3 and SEs1+2,while the sequences of SEd3,SEd2 and SEd1 are dominated by the delta and nearshore subaqueous fan depositional systems with the latter being developed at the downthrown side of the basin-bounding fault in each sequence. The evolution of the depositional systems is always con-trolled by the paleo-tectonic setting and the ancient landform in the space and geological time. | 4 | Spatial and Seasonal Patterns of Ichthyoplankton Assemblages in the Haizhou Bay and Its Adjacent Waters of China显示文摘Surveys were conducted in five voyages in Haizhou Bay and its adjacent coastal area from March to December 2011 during full moon spring tides. The ichthyoplankton assemblages and the environmental factors that affect their spatial and seasonal patterns were determined. Totally 35 and 12 fish egg and larvae taxa were identified, respectively. Over the past several decades, the egg and larval species composition has significantly changed in Haizhou Bay and its adjacent waters, most likely corresponding with the alteration of fishery resources, which are strongly affected by anthropogenic activities and climate change. The Bray-Curtis dissimilarity index identified four assemblages: near-shore bay assemblage, middle bay assemblage and two closely related assemblages(near-shore/middle bay assemblage and middle/edge of bay assemblage). The primary species of each assemblage principally reflected the spawning strategies of adult fish. The near-shore bay assemblage generally occurred in near-shore bay, with depths measuring <20 m, and the middle bay assemblage generally occurred in the middle of bay, with depths measuring 20 to 40 m. Spatial and seasonal variations in ichthyoplankton in each assemblage were determined by interactions between biological behavioral traits and oceanographic features, particularly the variation of local conditions within the constraint of a general reproductive strategy. | 8 | Comparison of Two Methods to Assess the Size Structure of Phytoplankton Community Assemblages, in Liaodong Bay, China显示文摘Liaodong Bay is one of the largest semi-enclosed bays located in Bohai Sea,in northeast China.It is an important feeding and spawning place,even wintering and breeding migration base for many marine organisms.The size structure of phytoplankton communities is a key feature of marine ecosystems and can be used as an indicator for algae disaster,but the methods to evalute is still challenging.Here,we compared the size-fractionated chlorophyll-a method with a high-throughout sequencing method in an evaluation of the size structure of phytoplankton assemblages in Liaodong Bay,China,in 2014.The proportion of picophytoplankton was estimated at just 19%according to the results based on size-fractionated chlorophyll-a,which likely represents a severe underestimation.The sequencing method confirmed that many kinds of phytoplankton species appeared in more than one size-fractionated filter membrane,with some even dominating where the filter membrane pore size was greater than the individual phytoplankton size.According to the sequencing method,the phytoplankton assemblages in Liaodong Bay were dominated by picophytoplankton(average proportion=44%),followed by the nanophytoplankton(average 32%),a composition that is more consistent with other studies.The sequencing method provides a more robust way to assess the size structure and taxonomic diversity of marine phytoplankton communities. | SONG Lun WU Jing DU Jing LI Nan WANG Kun WANG Peng | 2019 | Journal of Ocean University of China2019,18,5: | 8 |

| 10 | 1985-2015 年渤海海岸线和围填海的时空变迁研究(英文)显示文摘Extraction and analysis of the shoreline and land reclamation patterns are important for studies on topics such as the dynamics of coastal wetland ecological environments,transportation and exchange of material energy in coastal regions,and recruitment of fishery resources.Spatial-temporal variations in the shoreline and land reclamation in the Bohai Sea were analyzed based on 49 Landsat images of 7 periods from 1985 to 2015.The following conclusions were drawn.(1)The extracted shoreline data based on visual interpretation had high precision,and the shoreline extraction errors could be controlled within the theoretical range.(2)Over the past 30 years,the shoreline of the Bohai Sea has exhibited an average rate of change of 188.47 m/a and an average accretion distance of 3.55×10^3 m toward the sea.The fastest rate of shoreline change occurred in Laizhou Bay(134.78 m/a),followed by Bohai Bay(128.20 m/a)and Liaodong Bay(61.69 m/a).(3)The average rate of reclamation was 3.25×10^4 ha/a in the Bohai Sea,where the total area of aquaculture land,unused land,and salt land exceeded 60%of the total reclamation area.(4)The geometric shape of the bay became increasingly complicated from year to year,and the geometric center of gravity of the bay moved rapidly toward the sea.In addition,the area of the bay showed a significant decreasing trend.Therefore,to protect the function and structure of the ecosystem in coastal regions,we must control the scale and rate of land reclamation in the future. | 丁小松 单秀娟 陈云龙 金显仕 MUHAMMED Forruq Rahman | 2019 | Journal of Geographical Sciences2019,29,12: | 8 |
| 11 | Geological characteristics of shale rock system and shale oil exploration breakthrough in a lacustrine basin:A case study from the Paleogene 1st sub-member of Kong 2 Member in Cangdong sag,Bohai Bay Basin,China显示文摘A deep understanding of the basic geologic characteristics of the fine-grained shale layers in the Paleogene 1 st sub-member of Kong 2 Member(Ek_2~1) in Cangdong sag, Bohai Bay Basin, is achieved through observation of 140 m continuous cores and systematic analysis of over 1 000 core samples from two wells. Basic geological conditions for shale oil accumulation are proposed based on the unconventional geological theory of oil and gas. The shale rock system mainly developed interbedded formation of felsic shale, calcareous and dolomitic shale and carbonates; high quality hydrocarbon source rock formed in the stable and closed environment is the material base for shale oil enrichment; intergranular pores in analcite, intercrystalline pores in dolomite and interlayer micro-fractures make tight carbonate, calcareous and dolomitic shale and felsic shale effective reservoirs, with brittle mineral content of more than 70%; high abundance laminated shale rock in the lower section of Ek_2~1 is rich in shale oil, with a total thickness of 70 m, burial depth between 2 800 to 4 200 m, an average oil saturation of 50%, a sweet spot area of 260 km^2 and predicted resources of over 5×10~8 t. Therefore, this area is a key replacement domain for oil exploration in the Kongdian Formation of the Cangdong sag. At present, the KN9 vertical well has a daily oil production of 29.6 t after fracturing with a 2 mm choke. | 12 | Wintertime extreme precipitation event over southern China and its typical circulation features显示文摘This study objectively defined an extreme precipitation event(EPE)over southern China and investigated the associated typical circulation pattern on the intraseasonal time scale.The occurrence of the EPE resulted from the joint operations of anomalous circulations over the subtropics and mid-high latitudes.During the EPE,simultaneous enhancements of the trough over the Bay of Bengal(BBT)and the Western Pacific subtropical high(WPSH)facilitated the abundant water vapor conditions over southern China,whereas the weakened East Asian major trough(EAT)led to a moderate cold air invasion to that region,producing a persistent convergence zone over southern China.Wave train pattern in North Atlantic and Europe may be viewed as precursory signals for the EPE over southern China,and it contributed to the Rossby wave propagation in association with the EPE.These wave packets propagated toward East Asia mainly along the North African-Asian subtropical westerly jet waveguide.Low-frequency disturbances along this waveguide contributed to the enhancement of the BBT and WPSH and the weakening of the EAT,constituting favorable circulation conditions for the EPE. | Haifeng Zong Cholaw Bueh Liren Ji | 2014 | Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,10: | 7 |
| 13 | Sediment distribution and provenance since Late Pleistocene in Laizhou Bay,Bohai Sea,China显示文摘There are three transgression-regression events and evolutions of the sedimentary environment by sea level changes since the Pleistocene in the southern section of the Bohai Sea, China. It is obvious that a multi-source fluvial delta sedimentary system may be more dominant in a sedimentary environment. Based on previous research and survey or historical data, we carried out studies on the division of sedimentary units, sedimentary facies analysis and strata division and comparison, which aim to establish the sedimentary stratigraph of Laizhou Bay. We focus on the sedimentary procession of the Laizhou Bay since the early Late Pleistocene. It can be divided into two glacial periods and three interglacial periods, corresponding to two regression and three transgression events in Laizhou Bay since Late Pleistocene. In 124.6-72.0 ka BP, 60.0-24.4 ka BP and 10.2-4.0 ka BP, three times warm-wet periods occurred, respectively corresponding to the Cangzhou transgression, Xianxian transgression, and Huanghua transgression. In 72.0-60.0 ka BP and 24.4-10.2 ka BP, two dry and cold periods, it was the continental sedimentary environment, corresponding to Wurm early glacier and Wurm late glacier. The results show:(1) Sediments have the characteristics of phase and stage under the terrestrial input of the Yellow River and middle-small rivers in the southern section of the Bohai Sea.(2) PI moved towards coastal in Cangzhou transgression strata in early Late Pleistocene. PI moved northward from land in Xianxian transgression strata in the late Pleistocene. | 14 | Spatial-temporal variation of phytoplankton community structure in Jiaozhou Bay, China显示文摘To better understand the spatial-temporal variation in phytoplankton community structure and its controlling factors in Jiaozhou Bay, Qingdao, North China, four seasonal sampling were carried out in 2017. The phytoplankton community structure and various environmental parameters were examined. The phytoplankton community in the bay was composed of mainly diatoms and dinofl agellates, and several other species of Chrysophyta were also observed. Diatoms were the most dominant phytoplankton group throughout the year, except in spring and winter, when Noctiluca scintillans was co-dominant. High Si/N ratios in summer and fall refl ect the high dominance of diatoms in the two seasons. Temporally, the phytoplankton cell abundance peaked in summer, due mainly to the high temperatures and nutrient concentrations in summer. Spatially, the phytoplankton cell abundance was higher in the northern part of the bay than in the other parts of the bay in four seasons. The diatom cell abundances show signifi cant positive correlations with the nutrient concentrations, while the dinofl agellate cell abundances show no correlation or a negative correlation with the nutrient concentrations but a signifi cant positive correlation with the stratifi cation index. This discrepancy was mainly due to the diff erent survival strategies between diatoms and dinofl agellates. The Shannon-Wiener diversity index ( H′) values in the bay ranged from 0.08 to 4.18, which fell in the range reported in historical studies. The distribution pattern of H′ values was quite diff erent from that of chlorophyll a , indicating that the phytoplankton community structure might have high biomass with a low diversity index. | 16 | Transport Accessibility and Spatial Connections of Cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area显示文摘Based on geographic information system(GIS) spatial analysis technology, the spatial pattern of raster grid transport accessibility for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay area was studied and the states of spatial connectedness were simulated using highway passenger transport, railway passenger transport, port passenger transport and aviation passenger transport data. The result shows that transport accessibility within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay area costs ‘one hour’ and the spatial distribution of accessibility in the area presents clear ‘core-periphery’ spatial characteristics, with Guangzhou, Foshan, Shenzhen constituting the core. The transport accessibility of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao is high. Average accessibility of urban nodes as measured by travel time is 0.99 h, and the areas accessible within 1.42 h occupy 79.14% of the total area. Most of the areas with the lowest accessibility are found in the peripheral area, with the worst accessibility being 4.73 h. Compared with the west-side cities, the economically developed east-side cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay area have higher connectivity with roads, railways, ports, and aviation transport. Guangzhou, Foshan, Zhuhai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Macao are closely linked. | 17 | Organic Carbon in the Surface Sediments from the Intensive Mariculture Zone of Sanggou Bay: Distribution, Seasonal Variations and Sources显示文摘Mariculture has rapidly grown worldwide, which might greatly influence the biogeochemical cycle of organic carbon in coastal seas. In this study, several geochemical parameters, including grain size composition, sedimentary total organic carbon (TOC), total nitrogen (TN), stable carbon (δ13C) and nitrogen (δ15N) isotopic compositions, were analyzed for surface sediments collected from different mariculture zones of Sanggou Bay and in different seasons. We investigated the composition and distribution of or- ganic matter in surface sediments and further evaluated the contribution of mariculture activities to TOC sources. The TOC and TN contents (mass percentage) in the bay were in the range of 0.14% to 1.45% and 0.03% to 0.20%, respectively. The spatial distribution indicated that sedimentary TOC and TN contents in shellfish monoculture and shellfish-kelp polyculture zones were higher than in other mariculture zones, which might be related to grain size composition and mariculture organisms. Seasonal variations of TOC contents were observed in different mariculture zones. The TOC/TN atomic ratio (C/N),δ13C and δ15N were in the ranges of 5.97 to 10.97, 21.76‰ to 13.14‰ and 2.13‰ to 8.08‰, respectively, implying that sedimentary organic matter in Sanggou Bay was the mixture of marine phytoplankton, terrestrial and maricultural sources. A simple mixing model based on δ13C was applied and the results indicated that the relative contributions of organic carbon sources in Sanggou Bay followed the order kelp (36.6%) marine phytoplankton (28.7%) shellfish bio-deposition (23.8%) terrestrial input (10.9%). | 18 | 核因子κB抑制剂对^131Ⅰ导致甲状腺癌细胞凋亡的协同作用显示文摘目的研究核因子κB(NF-κB)抑制剂Bay11-7082和^131Ⅰ导致DTC细胞凋亡的效果,并探讨二者的协同作用。方法用Westernblot鉴定^131Ⅰ、Bay11-7082以及两者联合处理DTC细胞24h后细胞内NF-κB调控的凋亡抑制因子[x染色体相关凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)和生存素蛋白(stir-vivin)]以及凋亡关键因子[天冬氨酸特异性半胱氨酸蛋白酶(caspase3)和多聚腺苷二磷酸核糖聚合酶(PARP)]相对表达水平的变化,以β-actin作内参,进行半定量分析。用膜黏连蛋白-5-异硫氰酸荧光磺/碘化丙啶双标记染色流式细胞技术鉴定不同方式处理后癌细胞的凋亡变化。多组间均数比较采用单因素方差分析,两两比较采用q检验进行统计分析。结果Westernblot证实对照组DTC癌细胞内XIAP和survivin相对表达水平为(16.62±0.73)%和(15.20±0.53)%,^131Ⅰ作用24h后两者增至(95.22±3.27)%和(71.80±2.76)%,而^131Ⅰ联合Bay11-7082作用后两者分别被抑制至(8.29±0.35)%和(6.87±0.28)%。不同处理方式作用后XIAP和survivin表达水平差异均有统计学意义(F=1823.47和1406.12,P均〈0.01),联合处理组与^131Ⅰ组,对照组两两比较q值13.37至45.38(P均〈0.01)。对照组easpase3的2个亚基p19和p17以及PARP失活水解产物p89相对表达水平为(4.93±0.49)%、(4.67±0.34)%和(4.87±0.64)%,^131Ⅰ作用24h后增高至(25.07±1.26)%、(18.29±1.14)%和(34.97±1.90)%,Bay11-7082作用后增至(60.32±3.59)%、(41.29±3.23)%和(66.49±2.96)%;联合用药后增高更为明显,分别为(104.62±5.02)%、(94.72±4.28)%和(101.59±4.04)%。不同处理方式间三者差异均有统计学意义(F=575.13、625.95和712.87,P均〈0.01),联合处理组与单独用药组比较g值15.95~86.01(P均〈0.01)。流式细胞技术同样证明联合用药导致凋亡细胞比例增高的幅度较单独用药更为明显,^131Ⅰ和Bay11-7082单独作用后凋亡早期细胞比例分别为(9.44±0.66)%和(18.92±1.84)%,联合用药后增至(47.02±4.53)%,差异有统计学意义(F=201.12,P〈0.01),联合处理组与^131Ⅰ组和Bay11-7082组两两比较q值为13.86和17.13,P均〈0.01。结论^131Ⅰ通过活化NF-κB途径导致DTC细胞内凋亡抑制因子表达升高,而联合使用Bay11-7082可以明显抑制这种变化。联合用药对^131Ⅰ导致DTC细胞的凋亡可产生协同效应。 | 孟召伟 谭建 | 2012 | 中华核医学与分子影像杂志2012,32,5: | 5 |
| 19 | Numerical analysis on water exchange and its response to the coastal engineering in the Yueqing Bay in China显示文摘On the basis of a numerical model of tidal current using Delft3D, the distribution of the semi - exchange time of water was simula- ted in the Yueqing Bay here. The result showed that the semi - exchange time was about more than 6 d in the bay end, and about 1~2 d in the bay mouth. Besides, based on the calculation of the semi - exchange time before and after the Xuanmen Dam pro- ject, a comparison between them was further carried out. And the same work was also done with the recent reclamation projects in the Yueqing Bay as well. The results showed that the change in semi - exchange time caused by the Xuanmen Dam project was a- bout 6 d increase near the dam and 4.5 d increase at the bay end. | 20 | Lagrangian methods for water transport processes in a long-narrow bay-Xiangshan Bay, China显示文摘A better understanding of water transport processes is highly desirable for the exploitation of the ocean resources and the protection of the ocean ecological system.In this paper,the Lagrangian methods are used to study the water transport processes in Xiangshan Bay in China,a typical semi-closed and narrow-shaped bay with complex coastline and topography.A high-resolution3-D hydrodynamic model is developed and verified,and the results from the model agree well with the field data.Based on the hydrodynamic model,the Lagrangian residual current is computed by using the particle tracking method.A concept based on the dynamical systems theory,the Lagrangian coherent structures(LCSs),is introduced to uncover the underlying structures which act as the transport barriers in the flow.The finite-time Lyapunov exponent(FTLE)fields are computed from the hydrodynamic model results to extract the LCSs.The results indicate that the LCSs act as the internal structures of the Lagrangian residual current and the Lagrangian residual current displays the residual current speed and direction of different water regimes separated by the LCSs.The water masses with different transport characteristics can be identified and their exchange ability with other water masses can be estimated by combining the Lagrangian particle tracking with the LCSs methods.The comprehensive applications of these Lagrangian methods reveal the underlying structures and the inhomogeneous characteristics of the water transport in Xiangshan Bay. | 梁书秀 韩松林 孙昭晨 胡展铭 | 2014 | Journal of Hydrodynamics2014,26,4: | 5 |
