| 1 | BigDog四足机器人关键技术分析显示文摘对Big Dog四足机器人的核心技术进行分析,适应复杂地形是Big Dog的设计主线。提高横、纵自由度联动能力是Big Dog结构设计主要突破点。机体重心颠簸起伏、机体重心自扰动等不良运动特性是四足机器人控制难度大的主要原因。液压动力系统的构成和优点将被剖析,解决腿类移动装置的驱动问题是液压系统研发的根本目的。支撑腿打滑及俯仰和横滚角度是否过大作为监测机体运动安全状态的参数。惯导和关节编码器可检测机身与肢体的状态,借助压力传感器可还原落足点地形,三者合一可构建虚拟模型。借助虚拟模型可求算机体重心等关键控制处理中间参数,运动控制系统可实施粗略的动作预演及精确的运动学和动力学规划。规划模型与样机模型的偏差作为反馈值实施闭环控制。建立以三维激光扫描仪和双目视觉为主的导航系统,视觉地形还原功能可帮助LS3安全跨越岩石地形,软件系统将各种基本功能整合为有机的整体。机器人的自主性与智能性被讨论,利用Big Dog/LS3与好奇号火星探测器作对比并加以分析。Big Dog目前存在的几个主要问题:液压系统无法瞬时大幅增压、机械传动各种损伤、仿生设计的不彻底性。LS3机器人针对Big Dog的不足,多个改进环节被分析。猎豹、野猫、Petman等机器人被简要分析。阿特拉斯双足机器人借助虚拟模型可实现机械臂碰撞保护功能,遭受外力撞击可迅速恢复平衡状态。 | 丁良宏 | 2015 | 机械工程学报2015,51,7: | 55 |
| 2 | 栓皮栎体胚诱导关键影响因素研究显示文摘Immature zygotic embryos of Quercus variabilis were as explants to induce somatic embryogenesis. Several factors influencing somatic embryogenesis have been assayed. Somatic embryos can be induced in MS and WPM basal medium, but there was more quantity, big size and high induction rate in MS medium. Induction rate was not significant cultured in light and dark condition. Zygotic embryos, collected in middle of July, gave higher rate of somatic embryogenesis than those collected on the earlier or later date. By adding 6-BA in medium individually, somatic embryogenesis appeared directly on the zygotic embryos without detectable callus. Secondary embryogenesis appeared in medium with 2,4-D individual or combined with 6-BA or TDZ. High induction frequency of 90% was achieved in MS medium supplemented with 0.5 mg·L -1 6-BA and 2,4-D, whereas the rate in hormone-free medium was only 16.7%. The genotypes of mother trees had an great impact on the inducing rate. Zygotic embryo surgery treatments were not favorable to embryogenesis. It was best to inoculate with entire zygotic embryos. | 5 | 孤立性心房颤动患者血浆高敏C反应蛋白与大内皮素-1浓度变化及相互的关系显示文摘目的:探讨不同类型的孤立性心房颤动(房颤)患者血浆高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与大内皮素-1(big ET-1)的水平差异以及二者之间的关系。方法:入选我院128例纽约心脏协会心功能分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级、左心室射血分数〉50%的孤立性房颤患者,其中阵发性房颤患者(阵发性房颤组)83例,持续性房颤患者(持续性房颤组)45例,同时选择年龄、性别及病情与之相匹配的阵发性事上性心动过速患者82例作为对照组,测定血浆hs—CRP及higET-1浓度并进行统计学分析。结果:①两组房颤患者血浆hs—CRP及hig ET-1浓度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。②持续性房颤组血浆hs—CRP浓度高于阵发性房颤组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);持续性房颤组血浆higET-1浓度较阵发性房颤组有升高趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。③在阵发性房颤组,血浆hs—CRP浓度与hig ET~1浓度呈正相关(s=0.563,P〈0.05);在持续性房颤组,血浆hs—CRP浓度与hig ET-1浓度有相关性(P〈0.05),但相关性较弱,r值〈0.1。结论:孤立性房颤患者血浆hs—CRP及hig ET-1浓度增加,且持续性房颤患者升高明显;阵发性孤立性房颤患者的血浆hs-CRP浓度big ET-1浓度呈正相关。 | 郑黎晖 姚焰 吴灵敏 陈刚 张奎俊 张澍 | 2015 | 中国循环杂志2015,30,3: | 15 |

| 7 | Parameter Optimization of Interval Type-2 Fuzzy Neural Networks Based on PSO and BBBC Methods显示文摘Interval type-2 fuzzy neural networks(IT2FNNs)can be seen as the hybridization of interval type-2 fuzzy systems(IT2FSs) and neural networks(NNs). Thus, they naturally inherit the merits of both IT2 FSs and NNs. Although IT2 FNNs have more advantages in processing uncertain, incomplete, or imprecise information compared to their type-1 counterparts, a large number of parameters need to be tuned in the IT2 FNNs,which increases the difficulties of their design. In this paper,big bang-big crunch(BBBC) optimization and particle swarm optimization(PSO) are applied in the parameter optimization for Takagi-Sugeno-Kang(TSK) type IT2 FNNs. The employment of the BBBC and PSO strategies can eliminate the need of backpropagation computation. The computing problem is converted to a simple feed-forward IT2 FNNs learning. The adoption of the BBBC or the PSO will not only simplify the design of the IT2 FNNs, but will also increase identification accuracy when compared with present methods. The proposed optimization based strategies are tested with three types of interval type-2 fuzzy membership functions(IT2FMFs) and deployed on three typical identification models. | 8 | A view on big data and its relation to Informetrics显示文摘Purpose:Big data offer a huge challenge.Their very existence leads to the contradiction that the more data we have the less accessible they become,as the particular piece of information one is searching for may be buried among terabytes of other data.In this contribution we discuss the origin of big data and point to three challenges when big data arise:Data storage,data processing and generating insights.Design/methodology/approach:Computer-related challenges can be expressed by the CAP theorem which states that it is only possible to simultaneously provide any two of the three following properties in distributed applications:Consistency(C),availability(A)and partition tolerance(P).As an aside we mention Amdahl’s law and its application for scientific collaboration.We further discuss data mining in large databases and knowledge representation for handling the results of data mining exercises.We further offer a short informetric study of the field of big data,and point to the ethical dimension of the big data phenomenon.Findings:There still are serious problems to overcome before the field of big data can deliver on its promises.Implications and limitations:This contribution offers a personal view,focusing on the information science aspects,but much more can be said about software aspects.Originality/value:We express the hope that the information scientists,including librarians,will be able to play their full role within the knowledge discovery,data mining and big data communities,leading to exciting developments,the reduction of scientific bottlenecks and really innovative applications. | Ronald ROUSSEAU | 2012 | Chinese Journal of Library and Information Science2012,,3: | 13 |
