2Reverse reconciliation for continuous variable quantum key distribution显示文摘An efficient and practical post-processing technique based on reverse reconciliation for continuous variable quantum key distribution is proposed and simulated with low-density parity check (LDPC) codes. MultiLevel Coding/ MultiStage Decoding, which fully utilizes optimization technique such as vector quantization and iterative decoding and the optimal channel coding most close to the Shannon limit, was used to realize efficient reverse reconciliation algorithm. Simulation results showed that the proposed method can improve the secure key distribution rate to 2.2 kb/s and the coding efficiency to 0.89 over 20 km in single-mode optical fiber. 3非晶硅电子射野影像系统与ArcCHECK在直肠癌容积旋转调强剂量验证中的应用显示文摘目的:比较非晶硅电子射野影像系统(a-Si EPID)与旋转照射剂量验证仪器(Arc CHECK)在直肠癌容积旋转调强(VMAT)剂量验证中的应用。方法:随机选取20例直肠癌VMAT病例,分别设计a-Si EPID与Arc CHECK的验证计划,并在UNIQUE加速器上进行验证。采用γ分析方法(3 mm,3%)比较两种不同验证工具的相对剂量与绝对剂量通过率、X和Y方向的profile。结果:Arc CHECK的绝对剂量通过率为(97.73±1.98)%,相对剂量通过率为(96.96±2.34)%;aSi EPID的绝对剂量通过率为(97.58±1.88)%,相对剂量通过率为(98.13±1.47)%。X、Y方向的profile理论值与实测值很相近,理论剂量分布图与实测计算剂量分布图在高低剂量点分布上重合度较高。结论:Arc CHECK和a-Si EPID的验证结果在剂量学上没有明显差异,两者在直肠癌VMAT剂量验证中都是可行的,但a-Si EPID操作简单、使用方便、显示剂量即时,可以更便捷地进行VMAT剂量验证。黎旦 宾石珍 程品晶 单冬勇 成树林 张俊俊 2016中国医学物理学杂志2016,33,7:9
4Arc CHECK在乳腺癌螺旋断层放疗计划剂量验证中的应用显示文摘目的:探讨Arc CHECK旋转调强剂量验证系统在乳腺癌螺旋断层放疗(Helical Tomotherapy,HT)计划剂量验证中的应用可行性。方法:将20例乳腺癌HT计划移植到Arc CHECK系统进行调强放射治疗(Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy,IMRT)计划剂量验证,得到的验证结果与HT计划在其模体中计算获得的平面剂量分布进行比较。剂量验证结果分析采用Gamma分析法,并采用多种标准进行评估。结果:20例乳腺癌病例在阈值水平(Threshold,TH)为10%,3%/3 mm、3%/4 mm、3%/5 mm的γ通过率超过90%的病例数分别占总例数的40%、55%、80%;TH水平为15%,3%/3 mm、3%/4 mm、3%/5 mm的γ通过率超过90%的比例分别为40%、55%、85%,TH水平为20%,3%/3 mm、3%/4mm、3%/5 mm的γ通过率超过90%的比例分别为40%、60%、85%。当评估标准为5%/5 mm时,γ通过率超过90%的比例为100%。靶区剂量均匀性指数(HI),瘤床的同步追量,靶区边界内缩至皮缘下及淋巴结情况对γ通过率无影响(P>0.05)。模体中心偏离x负方向大于4 cm的11例病例中,仅有2例验证结果达到3%/3 mm(TH=10),比例为18%;模体中心偏离x正方向大于4 cm的9例病例中,有6例验证结果达到3%/3 mm(TH=10),比例为66.7%。结论:Arc CHECK旋转调强验证系统可用于乳腺癌HT计划剂量验证,有效地简化了HT剂量验证的流程,但验证模体中心与机器等中心偏移关系对验证通过率的影响仍需配合第三方验证系统作进一步研究。张晋建 黎静 文婷 叶柳清 李志强 侯友贤 贾峻嵩 陈静 王彦 钟毓 2015中国医学物理学杂志2015,32,2:9

6Design of Irregular QC-LDPC Code Based Multi-Level Coded Modulation Scheme for High Speed Optical Communication Systems显示文摘In this paper, we focus on the design of irregular QC-LDPC code based multi-level coded modulation(MLCM) scheme by jointly optimizing the component code rate and the degree distribution of the irregular QC-LDPC component code. Firstly, the sub-channel capacities of MLCM systems is analyzed and discussed, based on which the optimal component code rate can be obtained. Secondly, an extrinsic information transfer chart based two-stage searching algorithm is proposed to find the good irregular QC-LDPC code ensembles with optimal component code rates for their corresponding sub-channels. Finally, by constructing the irregular QC-LDPC component codes from the designed ensembles with the aim of possibly enlarging the girth and reducing the number of the shortest cycles, the designed irregular QC-LDPC code based 16QAM and 64QAM MLCM systems can achieve 0.4 dB and 1.2 dB net coding gain, respectively, compared with the recently proposed regular QC-LDPC code based 16QAM and 64QAM MLCM systems.Liqian Wang Dongdong Wang Yongjing Ni Xue Chen Midou Cui Fu Yang 2019China Communications2019,16,5:7
7Check list表单在ICU连续性血液净化患者上机管理中的应用显示文摘目的:探讨Check list表单在ICU连续性血液净化患者上机管理中的应用效果。方法:选择2015年1~6月行床旁连续性血液净化50例患者作为对照组,采用传统流程;将7~12月行床旁连续性血液净化治疗66例患者为观察组,使用check list表单进行用物准备、管路安装及上机过程的管理。比较两组行血液净化时用物准备和管路安装时间、正确率,上机过程规范流程执行率,医生对护理工作的满意度的差异。结果:观察组较对照组用物准备和管路安装时间明显缩短、正确率明显上升,提高了规范操作的依从性(P<0.01),医生对护理工作的满意度观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:床旁连续性血液净化过程中使用check list表单,缩短了护士用物准备和管路安装的时间,提高了工作效率,减少了安全隐患,保证了患者的安全,提高了规范上机操作流程的依从性,提高医生对护理工作的满意度。胡海平 2017齐鲁护理杂志2017,23,7:7

9Soil erosion and sediment interception by check dams in a watershed for an extreme rainstorm on the Loess Plateau,China显示文摘The magnitude of soil erosion and sediment load reduction efficiency of check dams under extreme rainstorms is a long-standing concern.The current paper aims to use check dams to deduce the amount of soil erosion under extreme rainstorms in a watershed and to identify the difference in sediment interception efficiency of different types of check dams.Based on the sediment deposition at 12 check dams with 100% sediment interception efficiency and sub-catchment clustering by taking 12 damcontrolled catchments as clustering criteria,the amount of soil erosion resulting from an extreme rainstorm event on July 26,2017(named '7·26' extreme rainstorm) was estimated in the Chabagou watershed in the hill and gully region of the Loess Plateau.The differences in the sediment interception efficiency among the check dams in the watershed were analyzed according to field observations at 17 check dams.The results show that the average erosion intensity under the '7-26' extreme rainstorm was approximately 2.03×10~4 t/km^2,which was 5 times that in the second largest erosive rainfall in 2017(4.15×10~3 t/km^2) and 11-384 times that for storms in 2018(0.53×10~2 t/km^2-1.81×10~3 t/km^2).Under the '7-26' extreme rainstorm,the amount of soil erosion in the Chabagou watershed above the Caoping hydrological station was 4.20 × 106 t.The sediment interception efficiency of the check dams with drainage canals(including the destroyed check dams) and with drainage culverts was 6.48 and 39.49%,respectively.The total actual sediment amount trapped by the check dams was 1.11 × 106 t,accounting for 26.36% of the total amount of soil erosion.In contrast,3.09×106 t of sediment were input to the downstream channel,and the sediment deposition in the channel was 2.23×10~6 t,accounting for 53.15%of the total amount of soil erosion.The amount of sediment transport at the hydrological station was8.60×10~5 t.The Sediment Delivery Ratio(SDR) under the '7·26' extreme rainstorm was 0.21.The results indicated that the amount of soil erosion was huge,and the sediment interception efficiency of the check dams was greatly reduced under extreme rainstorms.It is necessary to strengthen the management and construction technology standards of check dams to improve the sediment interception efficiency and flood safety in the watershed.Leichao Bai Nan Wang Juying Jiao Yixian Chen Bingzhe Tang Haolin Wang Yulan Chen Xiqin Yan Zhijie Wang 2020International Journal of Sediment Research2020,35,4:7

11Surrogate markers of insulin resistance:A review显示文摘Insulin resistance is a hallmark of obesity,diabetes,and cardiovascular diseases,and leads to many of the abnormalities associated with metabolic syndrome. Our understanding of insulin resistance has improved tremendously over the years,but certain aspects of its estimation still remain elusive to researchers and clinicians.The quantitative assessment of insulin sensitivity is not routinely used during biochemical investigations for diagnostic purposes,but the emerging importance of insulin resistance has led to its wider application research studies.Evaluation of a number of clinical states where insulin sensitivity is compromised calls for assessment of insulin resistance. Insulin resistance is increasingly being assessed in various disease conditions where it aids in examining their pathogenesis,etiology and consequences. 17Consistency check of degradation mechanism between natural storage and enhancement test for missile servo system显示文摘Reliability enhancement testing(RET) is an accelerated testing which hastens the performance degradation process to surface its inherent defects of design and manufacture. It is an important hypothesis that the degradation mechanism of the RET is the same as the one of the normal stress condition. In order to check the consistency of two mechanisms, we conduct two enhancement tests with a missile servo system as an object of the study, and preprocess two sets of test data to establish the accelerated degradation models regarding the temperature change rate that is assumed to be the main applied stress of the servo system during the natural storage. Based on the accelerated degradation models and natural storage profile of the servo system, we provide and demonstrate a procedure to check the consistency of two mechanisms by checking the correlation and difference of two sets of degradation data.
