1Electron force-induced dislocations annihilation and regeneration of a superalloy through electrical in-situ transmission electron microscopy observations显示文摘What effect does electric current do on dislocation evolution of metals keeps being a confusing question to be answered and proved. To this end, the dislocation evolution of a superalloy with electric current was directly observed by electrical in-situ transmission electron microscopy in this work. Dislocations annihilation at first and then regeneration was found for the first time, which directly proves the existence of electron force during the electrically-assisted manufacturing. Dislocations regeneration would be driven by the electron force and the resistance softening by the local Joule heating effect. 3NUMERICAL STUDY ON THE LOCAL WIND STRUCTURES FORCED BY THE COMPLEX TERRAIN OF QINGDAO AREA显示文摘In this paper, some 2-D features of the down- and up-slope winds and sea-land-breeze generated over the com-plex terrain of the Qingdao area and the interaction between them are numerically analysed by use of a 2-Dnon-hydrostatic mesoscale model. The simulated results in the west-east vertical cross-section show that (1) when thelarge-scale wind is a southerly gentle one, the generated easterly down-slope wind is much stronger than with an oppo-site background wind, and the down-slope wind can trigger and intensify the land breeze corresponding to the easterncoast of Jiaozhou Bay; (2) a gentle westerly background wind will reduce the eastward sea breeze and up-slope windduring the daytime due to a cold advection, but shows a little effect on the mesoscale circulation formed in the nighttime.吴增茂 K.HeinkeSchlunzen 1992Acta meteorologica Sinica1992,6,3:3
4Learning Bayesian network structure with immune algorithm显示文摘Finding out reasonable structures from bulky data is one of the difficulties in modeling of Bayesian network(BN), which is also necessary in promoting the application of BN. This paper proposes an immune algorithm based method(BN-IA) for the learning of the BN structure with the idea of vaccination. Furthermore, the methods on how to extract the effective vaccines from local optimal structure and root nodes are also described in details.Finally, the simulation studies are implemented with the helicopter convertor BN model and the car start BN model. 5MOLECULAR DYNAMICS STUDIES OF BONDORIENTATIONAL ORDER IN MOLTEN AND QUENCHED-VITREOUS STATE OF LiCI显示文摘In this paper, we give further discussions about our new method of bond spherical har-monics with equal number of near neighborst, and study the molten salt LiCl and itsquenching process by means of molecular dynamics simulation. The bond order parametersQ_l at different temperatures are calculated by averaging the Q_l values of the computer-generated instantaneous configurations at each time-step. By consulting the Q_l histogramsof the linear combination models with a parameter of square deviation σ we find that theQ_l Listograms from the simulation and those from the combination model with 90% localtetrahedron structure are very similar. The results indicate that the local bond orientationin the quenched LiCl system tends strongly to be tetrahedron. The local bond-orientationalorders in the quenching process can be described by the same linear combination, but thesquare deviation varies with the temperature. The square deviation decreases with thelowering of temperature and drops rapidly when the glass transition takes place. 7Extended x-ray absorption fine structure study of MnFeP_(0.56)Si_(0.44) compound显示文摘The Mn Fe P0.56Si0.44 compound is investigated by x-ray diffraction, magnetic measurements, and x-ray absorption fine structure spectroscopy. It crystallizes in Fe2P-type structure with the lattice parameters a = b = 5.9823(0)  and c = 3.4551(1)  and undergoes a first-order phase transition at the Curie temperature of 255 K. The Fe K edge and Mn K edge x-ray absorption fine structure spectra show that Mn atoms mainly reside at 3g sites, while 3f sites are occupied by Fe atoms. The distances between the absorbing Fe atom and the first and second nearest neighbor Fe atoms in a 3f-layer shift from 2.65  and 4.01  in the ferromagnetic state to 2.61  and 3.96  in the paramagnetic phase. 8Atomic pair distribution function research on Li_2MnO_3 electrode structure evolution显示文摘The mechanism research of structure-related reactions on Li_2MnO_3 is important to enhance the electrochemical performance of lithium-manganese-rich layered oxides.Although there are some reports on the structure evolution of Li_2MnO_3 during cycling process,the employed research techniques are very limited,mainly in/ex-situ X-ray diffraction,X-ray absorption and transmission electron microscopy.Here,atomic pair distribution function,a method to study the local atomic arrangement on the basis of average spectroscopic information,is used for the first time to study the local structure evolution of Li_2MnO_3 during electrochemical charge/discharge cycles.The results clearly demonstrate that Mn^(3+)/Mn^(4+) redox couple is activated and Mn ions are reduced during discharging process.Some Mn ions in Mn layers can significantly migrate to Li layers and occupy the octahedral sites.As a result,a portion of inserted Li ions can occupy the face-shared tetrahedron sites,accompanied by the formation of local spinel-like structure.This work provides an important and suitable method based on the average spectroscopic information to investigate the local structure of electrode materials of lithium-ion batteries as well as other advanced battery systems.Yubo Yang Heng Su Tianhao Wu Yuyuan Jiang Danmin Liu Pengfei Yan Haolai Tian Haijun Yu 2019Science Bulletin2019,64,8:1
9Computerized Simulation of the Structure of Molten DyF_3-LiF System显示文摘The structure of molten DyF3-LiF system has been simulated by Monte Carlo method.Theradial distribution functions(RDFs)and the local structure have been obtained.It is concluded that F- ionsdistribute closely around Dy3+ ions.There exist some fissures and holes between F- ions and Li+ ions.There are mainly two kinds of ionic types:the complex ions like DyFn3-n clusters with the central Dy3+ ions(the main ionic clusters are octahedral complex ions like DyF63-)and the“free”Li+ ions.Moreover,somecomplex ions like DyFn3-n clusters are connected to one another by flourine-bridge,forming more compli-cated ionic clusters like Dym3m-n Fn.By calculating the potential energies of all types of ions,it is concludedthat Li+ ions have the highest potential energy in the molten system,which are current-carrying ions in theelectrolytic conductance.徐驰 刘健 陈念贻 李洁 唐定骧 1993Journal of Rare Earths1993,11,3:0
10Surface exsolution and local atomic structure of amorphous CeTiO_x显示文摘We made precipitated nano-ceria(~5 nm) on the surface of the catalyst by heat treatment of Cesupersaturated amorphous CeTiOxto improve the oxygen storage properties of CeO_2. The catalysts were prepared by sol-gel methods and TiO_2 nanoparticles were preferentially generated as a core material to form selective Ce-supersaturated structure on the catalyst surface. Reaction temperature and amount of doping element are optimized to induce selective crystallization of CeO_2. Cee Ce(2 nd shell)bond around 0.38 nm of Ce L3-edge extended X-ray absorption fine structure is reduced and nanostructure of precipitated ceria on the surface is observed by HREM. The catalyst is present as amorphous with precipitated nano-CeO_2 on the surface. 11Influence of Fe in the local Structure of Perovskite Compound La_(2/3)Ca_(1/3)Fe_(1-x)Mn_(x)O_(3)显示文摘The ceramic samples with nominal composition of La_(2/3)Ca_(1/3)Fe_(1-x)Mn_(x)O_(3)(0.01≤x≤0.20)were prepared by solid state reaction method.The effect of Fe doping on the Mn site was measured by the positron annihilation technique and M'dssbauer spectroscopy.Upon doping,no appreciable structure change and electronic structure change in Mn-O plane were observed in the series of compounds.The M6ssbauer parameters show that the iron probe has stable 3+valance with the high spin state in all samples.Moreover,by examining the shape of the spectra,the tendency can be found that the isomer shift and quadruploe splitting increase with the increasing Fe+3 content.This phenomenon shows the local lattice distortion and the localization of d-electrons with the increasing Fe-doping content.魏龙 王耘波 王辉耀 岳勇 王天民 张天保 曹国辉 2000Chinese Physics Letters2000,17,6:0

13Polymorphic Analysis of TLR4 Gene in Hainan Local Pig Breeds Based on Sequencing Technology显示文摘[Objective]The paper was to understand the polymorphism of TLR4 gene in Hainan local pig breeds.[Method]The TLR4 genome sequence of Wuzhishan pigs,Lingao pigs,and Tunchang pigs was cloned and sequenced by PCR.The sequence was analyzed using DNAStar and BioEdit software,and the structure of TLR4 protein was analyzed using SMART,SOPMA,and SWISS-MODEL online software.The secondary structure and tertiary structure of TLR4 protein were predicted as well.[Result]The total length of TLR4 gene in three Hainan local pig breeds were all 10435 bp which included a 2526 bp CDS(coding 841 amino acid).Intra-specific comparison showed that there was one nucleotide site with polymorphism in Wuzhishan pigs;there were six nucleotide sites with polymorphism in Tunchang pigs,two of which were located in the coding area;there were three nucleotide sites with polymorphisms in Lingao pigs,one of which was located in the coding area.When interspecific comparisons of TLR4 gene sequences from three Hainan local pig breeds were performed,there were 27 nucleotide sites with polymorphism,two of which were missense mutations,resulting in amino acid changes.The homology of TLR4 gene sequence from three pig breeds was 99.8%-99.9%,indicating that the TLR4 gene sequence was highly conservative.The predicted protein structure indicated that the G→T mutation at 7209 site and G→A mutation at 7781 site in TLR4 gene of Hainan local pig breeds caused changes in the secondary and tertiary structure of TLR4 protein.[Conclusion]TLR4 gene in Hainan local pig breeds has polymorphism.The structural changes caused by polymorphism may change the function of TLR4 gene.Liu Hailong Zhang Yan Wang Wenxiu Huang Lili 2020Animal Husbandry and Feed Science2020,12,1:0

15LKLR: A Local Tangent Space-Alignment Kernel Least-Squares Regression Algorithm显示文摘In the fields of machine learning and data mining, label learning is a nascent area of research, and within this paradigm, there is much room for improving multi-label manifold learning algorithms for high-dimensional data. Thus far, researchers have experimented with mapping relationships from the feature space to the traditional logical label space(using neighbors in the label space, for example, to predict logical label vectors from the feature space's manifold structure). Here we combine the feature manifold's and label space's local topological structures to reconstruct the label manifold. To achieve this, we use a nonlinear manifold learning algorithm to transform the local topological structure from the feature space to the label space. Our algorithm adopts a regularized leastsquares kernel method to realize the reconstruction process, employing an optimization function to find the best solution. 16Genotyping by sequencing reveals lack of local genetic structure between two German Ips typographus L.populations显示文摘The European spruce bark beetle(Ips typographus L.)is a serious pest in Norway spruce stands.While usually attacking freshly fallen trees or trees with a reduced defense system,also healthy trees can be infested during massive outbreaks of I.typographus that can occur after catastrophic events such as drought periods or storms.Knowledge of the genetic structure of this species,especially on local scales is still ambiguous.While local population structure was reported in some studies,others did not detect any differentiation among I.typographus populations.Here,we used genotyping by sequencing to infer the genetic structure of two I.typographus populations in western Germany,which had a distance of approx.58 km from each other.Based on 16,830 SNPs we detected high genetic diversity,but very low genetic differentiation between the populations(F_(ST):0.001)and a lack of population structure.These results suggest a high dispersal ability of I.typographus.Markus Müller Mathias Niesar Ignaz Berens Oliver Gailing 2022Forestry Research2022,2,1:0
17Absolute scaling law for temperature data in Rayleigh-Benard convection显示文摘In addition to the hierarchical-structure (H-S) model, this paper further explores the most intensive intermittent structure of Rayleigh-Bénard convection at the high Ra numbers proportional to temperature. With respect to the discovery and by means of the scale, both of Bolgiano, there are two regions of the structure holding the absolute scaling law given by Ching’s paper. Through theoretic analysis of data, this paper indicates that the regions act as two local intensive intermittent structures, by which the statistical absolute scaling performance of region is induced, rather than the statistical result of the entire time series in belief since 1941. 18Structure instability-induced high dielectric properties in[001]-oriented 0.68Pb(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_3–0.33PbTiO_3 crystals显示文摘The structure evolution and origin of ultrahigh dielectric properties have been investigated in the low temperature range from 300 K to 5 K for [001]-oriented 0.68 Pb(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_3–0.33PbTiO_3(PMN–33 PT) crystal. The experimental results reveal that a short-range ordered monoclinic MAis the dominant phase at ambient temperature. As the temperature drops below 270 K, the MAtransforms into monoclinic MC, and the MCremains stable until 5 K. Although no phase transition occurs from 5 K to 245 K, polar nanoregions(PNRs) display visible changes. The instability of PNRs is suggested as responsible for the low temperature relaxation. The ultrahigh dielectric constant at room temperature is associated with the instability of local structure and phase transition. 19Ultra-high-density local structure in liquid water显示文摘We employ multiple order parameters to analyze the local structure of liquid water obtained from all-atom simulations,and accordingly identify three types of molecules in water.
