| 1 | Overview of 5G security technology显示文摘The 5 th-generation mobile communication system(5 G) has higher security requirements than previous systems. Accordingly, international standard organizations, operators, and equipment manufacturers are focusing extensively on 5 G security technology. This paper analyzes the security requirements of 5 G business applications, network architecture, the air interface, and user privacy. The development trends of5 G security architecture are summarized, with a focus on endogenous defense architecture, which represents a new trend in 5 G security development. | 2 | Lattice-Based Double-Authentication-Preventing Ring Signature for Security and Privacy in Vehicular Ad-Hoc Networks显示文摘Amidst the rapid development of the Internet of Things (loT), Vehicular Ad-Hoc NETwork (VANET), a typical loT application, are bringing an ever-larger number of intelligent and convenient services to the daily lives of individuals. However, there remain challenges for VANETs in preserving privacy and security. In this paper, we propose the first lattice-based Double-Authentication-Preventing Ring Signature (DAPRS) and adopt it to propose a novel privacy-preserving authentication scheme for VANETs, offering the potential for security against quantum computers. The new construction is proven secure against chosen message attacks. Our scheme is more efficient than other ring signature in terms of the time cost of the message signing phase and verification phase, and also in terms of signature length. | 3 | NC-MACPABE: Non-centered multi-authority proxy re-encryption based on CP-ABE for cloud storage systems显示文摘The cloud storage service cannot be completely trusted because of the separation of data management and ownership, leading to the difficulty of data privacy protection. In order to protect the privacy of data on untrusted servers of cloud storage, a novel multi-authority access control scheme without a trustworthy central authority has been proposed based on CP-ABE for cloud storage systems, called non-centered multi-authority proxy re-encryption based on the cipher-text policy attribute-based encryption(NC-MACPABE). NC-MACPABE optimizes the weighted access structure(WAS) allowing different levels of operation on the same file in cloud storage system. The concept of identity dyeing is introduced to improve the users' information privacy further. The re-encryption algorithm is improved in the scheme so that the data owner can revoke user's access right in a more flexible way. The scheme is proved to be secure. Moreover,it selects the routing tree generated by CTP(Collection Tree Protocol) as routing path for data transmission. By dividing at the source node, it adds the hidden information and also the privacy homomorphism. | 10 | A Method for Time-Series Location Data Publication Based on Differential Privacy显示文摘In the age of information sharing, logistics information sharing also faces the risk of privacy leakage. In regard to the privacy leakage of time-series location information in the field of logistics, this paper proposes a method based on differential privacy for time-series location data publication. Firstly, it constructs public region of interest(PROI) related to time by using clustering optimal algorithm. And it adopts the method of the centroid point to ensure the public interest point(PIP) representing the location of the public interest zone. Secondly, according to the PIP, we can construct location search tree(LST) that is a commonly used index structure of spatial data, in order to ensure the inherent relation among location data. Thirdly, we add Laplace noise to the node of LST, which means fewer times to add Laplace noise on the original data set and ensures the data availability. This model can recognize and regulate CSP's actions based on specific requirements of various users. Additionally, the model could make effective evaluation to the credibility of CSP, and can monitor events that user privacy is violated. | 12 | Privacy-Preserving Algorithms for Multiple Sensitive Attributes Satisfying t-Closeness显示文摘Although k-anonymity is a good way of publishing microdata for research purposes, it cannot resist severalcommon attacks, such as attribute disclosure and the similarity attack. To resist these attacks, many refinements of k-anonymity have been proposed with t-closeness being one of the strictest privacy models. While most existing t-closenessmodels address the case in which the original data have only one single sensitive attribute, data with multiple sensitiveattributes are more common in practice. In this paper, we cover this gap with two proposed algorithms for multiple sensitiveattributes and make the published data satisfy t-closeness. Based on the observation that the values of the sensitive attributesin any equivalence class must be as spread as possible over the entire data to make the published data satisfy t-closeness,both of the algorithms use different methods to partition records into groups in terms of sensitive attributes. One uses aclustering method, while the other leverages the principal component analysis. Then, according to the similarity of quasi-identifier attributes, records are selected from different groups to construct an equivalence class, which will reduce the lossof information as much as possible during anonymization. Our proposed algorithms are evaluated using a real dataset. Theresults show that the average speed of the first proposed algorithm is slower than that of the second proposed algorithm butthe former can preserve more original information. | 13 | Identifying the vulnerabilities of bitcoin anonymous mechanism based on address clustering显示文摘The anonymity mechanism of bitcoin is favored by the society, which promotes its usage and development. An adversary should not be able to discover the relation between bitcoin addresses and bitcoin users to ensure effective privacy. However, the relation among bitcoin transactions can be used to analyze the bitcoin privacy information, which seriously jeopardizes the bitcoin anonymity. Herein, we describe the vulnerabilities associated with the anonymity mechanism of bitcoin, including the relation among bitcoin addresses and the relation among bitcoin users. Further, we demonstrate that the existing methods do not guarantee the comprehensiveness, accuracy, and efficiency of the analysis results. We propose a heuristic clustering method to judge the relation among bitcoin addresses and employ the Louvain method to discover the relation among bitcoin users. Subsequently, we construct an address-associated database of historical transactions and implement real-time updates. Extensive experiments are used to demonstrate the comprehensiveness, accuracy, and efficiency of the proposed scheme. Specifically, the proposed scheme reveals the privacy vulnerability associated with the blockchain technology. Smartphones and tablet devices are thus becoming increasingly popular for accessing information and a wide range of services, including health care services. Modern mobile apps can be used for a variety of reasons, ranging from education for the patients and assistance to clinicians to delivery of interventions. Mobile phone apps have also been established to benefit patients in a scope of interventions across numerous medical specialties and treatment modalities. Medical apps have their advantages and disadvantages. It is important that clinicians have access to knowledge to make decisions regarding the use of medical apps on the basis of risk-benefit ratio. Mobile apps that deliver psycho social interventions offer unique challenges and opportunities. A number of reviews have highlighted the potential use of such apps. There is a need to describe, report and study their side effects too. The adverse effects associated with these apps can broadly be divided into:(1) those resulting from the security and safety concerns;(2) those arising from the use of a particular psycho social intervention; and(3) those due to the interaction with digital technology. There is a need to refine and reconsider the safety and adverse effects in this area. The safety profile of a mobile PSI app should describe its safety profile in:(1) privacy and security;(2) adverse effects of psychotherapy; and(3) adverse effects unique to the use of apps and the internet. | 16 | Differentially private high-dimensional data publication via grouping and truncating techniques显示文摘The count of one column for high-dimensional datasets, i.e., the number of records containing this column, has been widely used in nuinerous applications such as analyzing popular spots based on check-in location information and mining valuable items from shopping records. However, this poses a privacy threat when directly publishing this information. Differential privacy (DP), as a notable paradigm for strong privacy guarantees, is thereby adopted to publish all column counts. Prior studies have verified that truncating records or grouping columns can effectively improve the accuracy of published results. To leverage the advantages of the two techniques, we combine these studies to further boost the accuracy of published results. However, the traditional penalty function, which measures the error imported by a given pair of parameters including truncating length and group size, is so sensitive that the derived parameters deviate from the optimal parameters significantly. To output preferable parameters, we first design a smart penalty function that is less sensitive than the traditional function. Moreover, a two-phase selection method is proposed to compute these parameters efficiently, together with the improvement in accuracy. | 17 | Publishing Social Graphs with Differential Privacy Guarantees Based on wPINQ显示文摘To publish social graphs with differential privacy guarantees for reproducing valuable results of scientific researches, we study a workflow for graph synthesis and propose an improved approach based on weighted Privacy integrated query(wPINQ). The workflow starts with a seed graph to fit the noisy degree sequence, which essentially is the 1K-graph. In view of the inaccurate assortativity coefficient, we truncate the workflow to replace the seed graph with an optimal one by doing target 1K-rewiring while preserving the 1K-distribution. Subsequently, Markov chain Monte Carlo employs the new seed graph as the initial state, and proceeds step by step guided by the information of Triangles by intersect to increase the number of triangles in the synthetic graphs. We first analyze the key challenges faced with IoT dataflow and initially overview the related techniques in dataflow management, spanning dataflow sensing, mining, control, security, privacy protection,etc. Then, we illustrate and compare representative tools or platforms for IoT dataflow management. In addition,promising application scenarios, such as smart cities, smart transportation, and smart manufacturing, are elaborated,which will provide significant guidance for further research.
