1Wireless Communications with Programmable Metasurface:Transceiver Design and Experimental Results显示文摘Metasurfaces have drawn significant attentions due to their superior capability in tailoring electromagnetic waves with a wide frequency range, from microwave to visible light. Recently, programmable metasurfaces have demonstrated the ability of manipulating the amplitude or phase of electromagnetic waves in a programmable manner in real time, which renders them especially appealing in the applications of wireless communications. In this paper, we present the fundamental principle of applying programmable metasurface as transmitter for wireless communications. Then, we establish a prototype system of metasurface-based transmitter to conduct several experiments and measurements over the air, which practically demonstrate the feasibility of using programmable metasurfaces in future communication systems. By exploiting the dynamically controllable property of programmable metasurface, the design, implementation and experimental evaluation of the proposed metasurface-based wireless communication system are presented with the prototype, which realizes single carrier quadrature phase shift keying(QPSK) transmission over the air. In the developed prototype, the phase of the reflected electromagnetic wave of programma-ble metasurface is directly manipulated in real time according to the baseband control signal, which achieves 2.048 Mbps data transfer rate with video streaming transmission over the air. In addition, experimental result is provided to compare the performance of the proposed metasurface-based architecture against the conventional one. With the slight increase of the transmit power by 5 dB, the same bit error rate(BER) performance can be achieved as the conventional system in the absence of channel coding. 2Prototype for 5G New Air Interface Technology SCMA and Performance Evaluation显示文摘Sparse code multiple access(SCMA) is a novel non-orthogonal multiple access scheme proposed to meet the challenging demand of the future 5G communications, especially in support of the massive connections. The coded bits from each data stream will be directly mapped as multi-dimensional SCMA codeword in complex domain and then spread onto the physical resource elements in a sparse manner. The number of codewords that can be nonorthogonally multiplexed in one SCMA block can be made much larger than the number of orthogonal resource elements therein, resulting in an overloaded system. The sparsity in the spreading pattern and the design in the multidimensional modulator jointly ensure the SCMA codewords can be robustly decoded with low complexity. In this paper, we focus on the low complexity receiver design and verified the superior of an SCMA system via simulations and real-time prototyping. 3Slice Data Based Support Generation Algorithm for Fused Deposition Modeling显示文摘This paper presents a robust algorithm to generate support for fused deposition modeling (FDM). Since many flaws appear in most stereo lithography (STL) models, this algorithm utilizes slice data as input. A top-down approach was used to calculate the support slice layer by layer. The generation algorithm was described in detail including the slice grouping, oriental bounding box (OBB) calculation, offsetting, and Boolean operations. Several cases are given to validate the efficiency and robustness of the procedure. The algorithm provides necessary support not only for hanging surface but also for hanging vertexes and edges with O(n) time complexity, where n is the number of layers. The algorithm fully utilizes the parts' self-support ability and reduces support volume to the maximum extent. 6Geochemical Constraints of Sediments on the Provenance, Depositional Environment and Tectonic Setting of the Songliao Prototype Basin显示文摘The geochemistry of sediments is primarily controlled by their provenances, and different tectonic settingshave distinctive provenance characteristics and sedimentary processes. So, it is possible to discriminate provenances,depositional environments and tectonic settings in the development of a sedimentary basin with the geochemistry of theclastic rocks. The analytical results of the present paper demonstrate that sediments in the Songliao prototype basin areenriched in silica (SiO2=66.48-80.51%), and their ΣREE are 30-130 times of that of chondrite with remarkable Euanomalies. In discriminating diagrams of Eu/Eu* vs ΣREE and (La/Yb)N vs ΣREE, most samples locate above the line Eu/Eu*=1, on the right of the line Eu/Eu*/ΣREE=1 and under the line La/Yb)N/ΣREE=1/8, which indicates that thedepositional environment of sediments in the basin was oxidizing. In addition, variations of MgO, TiO2, A12O3,FeO+Fe2O3, Na2O and CaO vs SiO2 reflect a tendency of increasing mineral maturity of sediments in the basin. 9Conceptual design of irradiation device for silicon neutron transmutation doping around Es-Salam research reactor显示文摘Silicon neutron transmutation doping remains one of the most viable nuclear applications for research reactors.Providing this kind of product involves an irradiation method capable of fulfilling the quality requirements of doping and alleviating the challenges related to the design and safety of the irradiation device.In this paper,we propose an irradiation device prototype for neutron transmutation doping of silicon ingots with diameters of 2 to 3 in.based on the Es-Salam research reactor.The thermal hydraulic analysis of the proposed irradiation device was performed to determine the optimum conditions for cooling.The effect of the mechanical vibrations induced by the circulation of coolant in the device was quantified via experimental measurements under different flow rates.The results show that the maximum temperature reached by the silicon ingots is below the temperature limit,effectively validating the design of the irradiation device.Other investigations are prospected to further optimize the design and the irradiation conditions.The irradiation of silicon ingots with a large diameter will be considered.M.Salhi B.Mohammedi S.Laouar M.Dougdag M.Touiza M.Abbaci M.Moughari 2020Nuclear Science and Techniques2020,31,4:2
10Material Base of in vivo Invigorating Qi and Enriching Blood of Bazhen Decoction by HPLC-ESI-MS显示文摘Objective To identify the in vivo metabolized chemical constituents in Bazhen Decoction(BZD) and to study the relationship between Siwu Decoction(SWD) and Sijunzi Decoction(SJZD) with BZD.Methods Analysis and comparison were carried out by HPLC-ESI-MS.Serum samples after ig administration of preparations such as SWD,SJZD,and BZD,with different ingredients were collected for analysis.Results Twenty-two components were detected after ig administration of BZD,and six of them were metabolites and others were original form of the components contained in BZD.The prototype constituents were atractylenolide I,5-hydroxymethyl-furoic acid(5-HMFA),oxypaeoniflorin,atractylenolide III,albiflorin,paeoniflorin,liquiritin,ferulic acid,ligustilide,and ginsenosides Rg1 and Rb1.The metabolized constituents were paeonimetabolin I,glycyrrhetic acid monoglucuronide,glycyrrhetinic acid,and ginsenosides Rh1 and Rd.Conclusion The results also show that 5-HMFA,oxypaeoniflorin,albiflorin,paeoniflorin,ferulic acid,and ligustilide are common components absorbed into blood existing in both BZD and SWD,which are material base of enriching blood;Atractylenolide I,atractylenolide III,and liquiritin are common ingredients absorbed into blood existing in both BZD and SJZD,and they are material base of invigorating Qi.The results provide basic data for the further studies on the effective components,the effecting mechanism,and the quality control of BZD.Wen-lan LI Jing BAI Zhi SUN Juan DU Yu-bin JI 2012Chinese Herbal Medicines2012,4,4:2
11Topology optimization of a 6-DOF spatial compliant mechanism based on Stewart propotype platform显示文摘To improve the global stiffness and conveniently build a model of a compliant mechanism with spatial multiple degrees of freedom(DOF),the topology optimization method,combined with the isomorphic mapping matrix,is proposed in this paper for structure synthesis of a 6-DOF spatial compliant mechanism.By using the differential approximation method,the Jacobian matrix of the Stewart prototype platform is calculated as the isomorphic mapping matrix,and its eigenvalues and eigenvectors are considered.Combining the isomorphic mapping matrix with the solid isotropic material with the penalization topology optimization method,the topological model of the 6-DOF spatial compliant mechanism is constructed,and a topological structure of the 6-DOF spatial compliant mechanism is derived which has the same differential kinematic characteristics as the Gough-Stewart prototype platform.Piezoelectric actuators are mounted inside the topological structure during the three-dimensional printing manufacturing process,and its driver directions are in accordance with the driver configuration directions of the Gough-Stewart prototype platform.The effectiveness of the proposed method for topological structure synthesis of the 6-DOF spatial compliant mechanism is demonstrated through several numerical examples and experimental studies.Dachang Zhu Wanghu Zhan 2019Acta Mechanica Sinica2019,35,5:2
12Current Model Analysis of South China Sea Based on Empirical Orthogonal Function(EOF) Decomposition and Prototype Monitoring Data显示文摘Environmental load is the primary factor in the design of offshore engineering structures and ocean current is the principal environmental load that causes underwater structural failure. In computational analysis, the calculation of current load is mainly based on the current profile. The current profile model, which is based on a structural failure criterion, is conducive to decreasing the uncertainty of the current load. In this study, we used prototype monitoring data and the empirical orthogonal function(EOF) method to investigate the current profile in the South China Sea and its correlation with the design of underwater structural strength and the dynamic design of fatigue. The underwater structural strength design takes into account the size of the structure and the service water depth. We propose profiles for the overall and local designs using the inverse first-order reliability method(IFORM). We extracted the characteristic profile current(CPC) of the monitored sea area to solve dynamic design problems such as vortex-induced vibration(VIV). We used random sampling to verify the feasibility of using the EOF method to calculate the CPC from the current data and identified the main problems associated with using the CPC, which deserve close attention in VIV design. Our research conclusions provide direct references for determining current load in this sea area. 16Lnc-RP5 Regulates the mi R-129-5p/Notch1/PFV Internal Promoter Axis to Promote the Expression of the Prototype Foamy Virus Transactivator Tas显示文摘Prototype foamy virus(PFV)is a unique retrovirus that infects animals and humans and does not cause clinical symptoms.Long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs)are believed to exert multiple regulatory functions during viral infections.Previously,we utilized RNA sequencing(RNA-seq)to characterize and identify the lncRNA lnc-RP5-1086 D14.3.1-1:1(lnc-RP5),which is markedly decreased in PFV-infected cells.However,little is known about the function of lnc-RP5 during PFV infection.In this study,we identified lnc-RP5 as a regulator of the PFV transcriptional transactivator(Tas).Lnc-RP5 enhanced the activity of the PFV internal promoter(IP).The expression of PFV Tas was found to be promoted by lnc-RP5.Moreover,mi R-129-5 p was found to be involved in the lnc-RP5-mediated promotion of PFV IP activity,while the Notch1 protein suppressed the activity of PFV IP and the expression of Tas.Our results demonstrate that lnc-RP5 promotes the expression of PFV Tas through the miR-129-5 p/Notch1/PFV IP axis.This work provides evidence that host lnc RNAs can manipulate PFV replication by employing mi RNAs and proteins during an early viral infection.Shanshan Xu Liujun Chen Yinglian Tang Peipei Yuan Jun Yan Yingcheng Zheng Li Huang Zhi Li Yan Sun Song Han Jun Yin Qin Pan Biwen Peng Xiaohua He Wanhong Liu 2020Virologica Sinica2020,35,1:1

20SEDIMENTARY PATTERN OF PROTOTYPE BASIN IN THE DEPOSITION PERIOD OF LAIYANG FORMATION AND THE ADVANTAGEOUS AREAS FOR OIL AND GAS EXPLORATION OF JIAOLAI BASIN显示文摘Laiyang formation of Jiaolai Basin is the target stratum for oil and gas exploration. By measuring several field sections, the authors find that Laiyang formation reveals the whole processes from development to death of the lake basin and its sedimentary facies differ in different structural locations. Analyses about sedimentary facies and paleocurrent orientations in association with researches about the positive tectonic units such as Dayetou horseback and Chaigou horst indicate that Laiyang sag is a relatively independent sedimentary unit that shows great water depth typical of deep lake or semideep lake and was controlled by Wulongcun fault during the deposition period of Laiyang formation. Its sediments mainly originated from Jiaobei uplift area and Dayetou horseback. Gaomi-Zhucheng sag was a fast-filled basin controlled by Wurong fault and Yishu fault zone, being high in the northeast and low in the northwest and characterized by the development of pluvial facies and fluvial facies in most areas, and with the development of lake facies being limited to local low-lying regions. Selection of advantageous hydrocarbon reservoir areas for exploration purpose mainly relies on the sedimentation pattern of prototype basin and conservation conditions.
