1Chinese Trauma Surgeon Association for management guidelines of vacuum sealing drainage application in abdominal surgeries-Update and systematic review显示文摘Vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) is frequently used in abdominal surgeries. However, relevant guidelines are rare. Chin ese Trauma Surge on Associati on orga nized a committee composed of 28 experts across China in July 2017, aiming to provide an evidence-based recommendation for the application of VSD in abdominal surgeries.Eleven questions regarding the use of VSD in abdominal surgeries were addressed:(1) which type of materials should be respectively chosen for the intraperitoneal cavity, retroperitoneal cavity and superficial incisions?(2) Can VSD be preventively used for a high-risk abdominal incision w让h primary suture?(3) Can VSD be used in severely contaminated/infected abdominal surgical sites?(4) Can VSD be used for temporary abdominal cavity closure under some special conditions such as severe abdominal trauma, infection, liver transplantation and intra-abdominal volume increment in abdominal compartment syndrome?(5) Can VSD be used in abdominal organ inflammation, injury, or postoperative drainage?(6) Can VSD be used in the treatment of intestinal fistula and pancreatic fistula?(7) Can VSD be used in the treatment of intra-abdominal and extra-peritoneal abscess?(8) Can VSD be used in the treatment of abdominal wall wounds, wound cavity, and defects?(9) Does VSD in crease the risk of bleeding?(10) Does VSD increase the risk of intestinal wail injury?(11) Does VSD increase the risk of peritoneal adhesion? Focusing on these questions, evidence-based recommendations were given accordingly. VSD was strongly recommended regarding the questions 2-4. Weak recommendations were made regarding questions 1 and 5-11. 2STUDY ON CONCENTRATING SULFURIC ACID SOLUTION BY VACUUM MEMBRANE DISTILLATION显示文摘Concentrating sulfuric acid solution by vacuum membrane distillation with flat PEFE membrane is explored. The effects of sulfuric acid concentration, temperature of the feed, the vacuum degree of the vacuum side on the flux of membrane distillation and the separation efficiency of acid are investigated. The results illustrate that the flux of the membrane distillation increases with the rise of feed temperature and the vacuum degree of the vacuum side, but it decreases with the rise of the sulfuric acid concentration of the feed. The separation efficiency of acid is correlated with the flux of membrane distillation; the separation efficiency of the acid can amount to 100% in the process, when operative conditions are properly controlled. 3Development of coal mine methane concentration technology for reduction of greenhouse gas emissions显示文摘In coal mines in such countries as China and Russia,most of the coal mine methane(CMM) generated during mining is emitted to the atmosphere without any effective usage,because the methane concentration of CMM is relatively low and not allowed to be used as fuel for safety reasons.Methane is one of the greenhouse gases.Therefore,if it becomes possible to concentrate CMM to an acceptable level for use as fuel,this will greatly contribute to reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.With the aim of gaining approval as a greenhouse gas emission reduction of the clean development mechanism(CDM) or joint implementation(JI) project,we developed a CMM concentration system to apply the vacuum pressure swing adsorption(VPSA) technology using a high methane-selective adsorbent by Osaka Gas Co.,Ltd.The pilot-scale plant of a CMM concentration system was installed in a coal mine in Fuxin City in the northeastern China and a demonstration test was commenced in December 2008.As the result,the pilot-scale plant successfully concentrated the raw material gas with a methane concentration of 21% and a flow rate of 1000 Nm3/h to 48%,which exceeded the target of the methane concentration performance(a 25% increase).The methane recovery rate reached 93%.Takahisa UTAKI 2010Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,1:13
4Photon Statistics of Photon-Added and Photon-Subtracted Two-Mode Squeezed Vacuum State显示文摘We introduce states a^(†m) |ξ〉and a^(m)|ξ〉, where |ξ〉is a two-mode squeezed vacuum state. We examine the properties of these states by analytic derivation. Because of the entanglement between the modes of the field, photon adding (or subtracting) for one of the modes results in interesting outcomes. For a two-mode squeezed vacuum state, the effect of annihilation of m a-photons is just the same as creation of m b-photons. Annihilation of photons of mode a (or mode b) actually increases the mean number of photons of mode a and mode b. 5封闭负压引流技术联合人工真皮修复慢性创面的临床研究显示文摘目的 观察封闭负压引流技术(VSD)联合人工真皮修复慢性创面的临床疗效.方法 66例慢性创面患者随机分成两组.对照组33例:予抗感染,改善微循环,聚维酮纱外敷,经换药治疗创面未愈者行植皮或皮瓣修复术.观察组33例:予抗感染,改善微循环,早期应用VSD处理创面,创面有新鲜肉芽组织后植入人工真皮(皮耐克),待其肉芽生长满意后行植皮术.结果 对照组平均住院天数(55.3±1.2)天,其中植皮或皮瓣修复术修复30例,创面换药愈合者3例,创面愈合后疤痕增生明显.观察组平均住院天数(31.6±1.2)天,其中20例患者创面较大,经外敷人工真皮,肉芽生长满意后予植皮手术,其余患者经植入人工真皮换药,创面治愈后外观满意,疤痕增生轻或不明显.结论 VSD联合人工真皮修复慢性创面可以有效的促进慢性创面愈合,减少疤痕增生,缩短住院时间.陈柏秋 彭文要 邱加崇 余继超 刘冰峰 招伟峰 2014国际医药卫生导报2014,20,8:9
6Characterization of the ZnO thin film prepared by single source chemical vapor deposition under low vacuum condition显示文摘A novel technique is developed for growing high quality ZnO thin films by means of single source chemical vapor deposition (SS CVD) under low vacuum conditions with the precursor of zinc carbamate Zn4O(CO2Net2)6. SEM, AFM and XRD studies show that the resultant thin films have high density, smooth surface, uniform polycrystalline structure and excellent c-axis orientation. XPS investigation indicates that the ZnO films are free of decomposed precursor residues in the bulk. 7Application of vacuum distillation in refining crude indium显示文摘Vacuum distillation is a technique suitable for low boiling and melting point materials,to remove the heavy and low vapor pressure impurities at low level.As indium has low melting point and high boiling point,it is suitable for refining by vacuum distillation.First,saturation vapor pressure for major elements in crude indium was calculated by the Clausius–Clay Prang equation,which could approximately predict the temperature and pressure during vacuum distillation process.Second,the activity coefficients for In–Cd,In–Zn,In–Pb,In–Tl at 1373 K,and In–Sn at 1573 K were acquired by means of molecular interaction on volume model.Vapor–liquid equilibrium composition diagrams of those above systems in crude indium were drawn based on activity coefficients.These diagrams could estimate the compositions of products in each process during the refinement of crude indium.Finally,1.2–1.6 ton crude indium was used per day when vacuum distillation experiments were carried out,and experimental results are in good agreement with the predicted values of the vapor–liquid equilibrium composition diagrams.Wen-Long Jiang Yong Deng Bin Yang Da-Chun Liu Yong-Nian Dai Bao-Qiang Xu 2013Rare Metals2013,32,6:8

9Deoxidization of CuCr25 alloys prepared by vacuum induction melting显示文摘The influence of crucible and vacuum on oxygen content of CuCr25 prepared by vacuum induction melting (VIM) has been investigated. The experimental results show that the selection of crucible is very important. Alkaline oxide MgO crucible can result in increment of oxygen content and segregation of Cr in the CuCr25 alloys prepared. Neutral oxide Al 2O 3 crucible has no contribution to oxygen in CuCr25. 10Laboratory model study of newly deposited dredger fills using improved multiple-vacuum preloading technique显示文摘Problems continue to be encountered concerning the traditional vacuum preloading method in field during the treatment of newly deposited dredger fills.In this paper,an improved multiple-vacuum preloading method was developed to consolidate newly dredger fills that are hydraulically placed in seawater for land reclamation in Lingang Industrial Zone of Tianjin City,China.With this multiplevacuum preloading method,the newly deposited dredger fills could be treated effectively by adopting a novel moisture separator and a rapid improvement technique without sand cushion.A series of model tests was conducted in the laboratory for comparing the results from the multiple-vacuum preloading method and the traditional one.Ten piezometers and settlement plates were installed to measure the variations in excess pore water pressures and moisture content,and vane shear strength was measured at different positions.The testing results indicate that water dischargeetime curves obtained by the traditional vacuum preloading method can be divided into three phases:rapid growth phase,slow growth phase,and steady phase.According to the process of fluid flow concentrated along tiny ripples and building of larger channels inside soils during the whole vacuum loading process,the fluctuations of pore water pressure during each loading step are divided into three phases:steady phase,rapid dissipation phase,and slow dissipation phase.An optimal loading pattern which could have a best treatment effect was proposed for calculating the water discharge and pore water pressure of soil using the improved multiple-vacuum preloading method.For the newly deposited dredger fills at Lingang Industrial Zone of Tianjin City,the best loading step was 20 kPa and the loading of 40-50 k Pa produced the highest drainage consolidation.The measured moisture content and vane shear strength were discussed in terms of the effect of reinforcement,both of which indicate that the multiple-vacuum preloading method has a better treatment effect not only in decreasing the moisture content and increasing the bearing capacity,but also in increasing the process uniformity at different depths of foundation.Jingjin Liu Huayang Lei Gang Zheng Haizuo Zhou Xuelian Zhang 2017Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2017,9,5:7
11Preparation of CuCr25 alloys through vacuum arc smelting and their properties显示文摘CuCr alloys are important contact materials, but all conventional preparing methods have disadvantages and mismatch the requirements for mass production and high properties. The CuCr25 alloys were prepared by means of arc smelting in vacuum, and their microstructures, physical properties as well as dielectric strength were investigated. The experimental results show that vacuum arc smelting is an ideal method to produce CuCr25 contact alloys with fine microstructure, low gas content, high density and dielectric strength. 12Efficacy and safety of active silicone oil removal through a 23-gauge transconjunctival cannula using an external vacuum pump显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of active removal of silicone oil with low and high viscosity through a 23-gauge transconjunctival cannula using an external vacuum pump.METHODS: This study was conducted as a prospective, interventional case series. A total of 22 eyes of 21 patients [1000 centistokes(c St): 17 eyes, 5700 c St:5 eyes] were included in this study. All patients underwent active silicone oil removal via the entire lumen of a 23-gauge microcannula with suction pressure of a650-700 mm Hg vacuum using an external vacuum pump. A tubing adaptor from the Total Plus Pak誖(Alcon,Fort Worth, USA) was used to join the microcannula and silicone vacuum tube connected to an external vacuum pump. Main outcome measures were mean removal time,changes of intraocular pressure(IOP) and visual acuity,and intraoperative and postoperative complications.RESULTS: Mean removal time(min) was 1.49±0.43 for1000 c St and 7. 12 ± 1. 27 for 5700 c St. The IOP was18.57±7.48 mm Hg at baseline, 11.68 ±4.55 mm Hg at day1 postoperatively(P <0.001), and 15.95±4.92, 16.82±3.81,17.41 ±3.50, and 17.09 ±3.01 mm Hg after one week, one month, three months, and six months, respectively. All patients showed improved or stabilized visual acuity.There was no occurrence of intraoperative or postoperative complications during the follow up period.CONCLUSION: This technique for active removal of silicone oil through a 23-gauge cannula using an external vacuum pump is fast, effective, and safe as well as economical for silicone oil with both low and high viscosity in all eyes with pseudophakia, aphakia, or phakia.Hyun Ju Oh Woohyok Chang Min Sagong 2015International Journal of Ophthalmology(English edition)2015,8,2:6

14Study on the Removal of MIBK from Aqueous Solution by Vacuum Membrane Distillation显示文摘Methyl isobutyl ketone(MIBK) is widely used as extraction agent in hydrometallurgy. As it has a definite solubility in water, so when using MIBK as extraction agent, there will be MIBK in stripping solutions inevitably, which not only pollutes working conditions, but also affects the quality of ultimate product. In order to remove MIBK from aqueous solutions, the means of flat vacuum membrane distillation(VMD) is studied in the paper. The area of the membrane used in the study is 0.02 m 2, the initial volume of feed is 2 L, each experiment was conducted over a time period of 60 120 min. The influences of the factors such as temperature(34.8 55.0 ℃); pressure in the permeate side(10.67 14.67 kPa) and feed flow rate(27.8 69.4 mL/s) were experimentally studied. Increasing the temperature or reducing the pressure in the permeate side results in a faster removal of MIBK; however there is a decrease in removal factor β , increasing the feed flow rate results in a faster removal of MIBK and an increase of removal factor β , especially in the range of lower flow rate. 15Inclusions in melting process of titanium and titanium alloys显示文摘This paper summarizes melting methods of titanium and titanium alloy, such as vacuum arc melting(VAR) and electron beam cold hearth melting(EBCHM), and the related inclusions formed when using these melting methods. Low-density inclusions are resulted from contamination of air, and high-density inclusions are caused by refractory elements. The formation process of inclusions was analysed. The removal mechanism of different kinds of inclusions was specified. Low-density inclusions are removed mainly by resolving. This is a comprehensive process containing reaction diffusion. The resolving rate of high-density inclusions is so low that these inclusions are mainly removed by sedimentation. The experiments and physical models of inclusions are detailed. In various melting methods, vacuum arc melting is prominent. However, this method cannot remove inclusions effectively, which usually results in repeat melting. Electron beam cold hearth melting has the best ability of removing inclusions. 16老年脊柱术后急性感染诊断及治疗显示文摘目的:探讨老年脊柱术后急性感染诊断及治疗。方法:回顾性分析了50例经手术病理证实的老年脊柱术后急性感染患者的临床及MRI资料,对椎体、椎间盘改变、椎旁脓肿及椎管内硬膜外脓肿的MRI表现进行分析。将高负压封闭引流术(high vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)应用于本组患者的临床治疗之中,对该方法的临床疗效进行评价。结果:1经病理诊断结果为化脓性脊椎炎、化脓性椎间盘炎以及继发硬模外脓肿分别为15例、14例及21例;经MRI诊断,化脓性脊椎炎、化脓性椎间盘炎以及继发硬模外脓肿分别为14例、12例及19例,与病理诊断符合率为90.00%。2经VSD术治疗后,优、良、中、差例数分别为22例、25例、3例、0例,治疗优良率为94.00%;非感染组(n=120)患者治疗后,优、良、中、差例数分别为56例、58例、6例及0例,治疗优良率为95.00%。3VSD术治疗前掌倾角与尺偏角分别为(4.23±0.72)°与(10.22±1.34)°,治疗后掌倾角与尺偏角分别为(5.78±1.32)°与(13.13±2.11)°,治疗前后掌倾角与尺偏角相比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MRI对老年脊柱术后急性感染具有较高的诊断价值;VSD术治疗老年脊柱术后急性感染的效果较佳,值得在临床上加以推广并应用。刘海涛 2014川北医学院学报2014,29,4:5
17Microscale study of frictional properties of graphene in ultra high vacuum显示文摘We report on the frictional properties of epitaxial graphene on SiC in ultra high vacuum.Measurements have been performed using a microtribometer in the load regime of 0.5 to 1 mN.We observed that a ruby sphere sliding against graphene results in very low friction coefficients ranging from 0.02 to 0.05.The friction and also the stability of the graphene layer is higher than that under similar conditions in ambient conditions.The friction shows a load dependence.Finally it was found that graphene masks the frictional anisotropy which was observed on the SiC surface.Diego MARCHETTO Tim FESER Martin DIENWIEBEL 2015Friction2015,3,2:5
18Structures and Properties of Iron Matrix Composites with Tungsten Carbide Particle by EPC-V Process显示文摘In this paper the Expendable Pattern Casting with dry sand Vacuum(EPC-V) process is used to manufacture iron matrix composites with tungsten carbide particle.Microstructures of the composites layers were analyzed.The abrasive wear resistance of the composites layers were tested and compared with that of high chromium cast iron.The results show that the iron matrix composites with tungsten carbide particle have high hardness.The abrasive wear resistance of composites with tungsten carbide particle is higher than that of high chromium cast iron.The properties of the matrix materials have been improved remarkably.Xu Daqing Luo Jirong Huang Naiyu 1999Journal of Iron and Steel Research(International)1999,6,2:5
