1Research on network integration technology of observation stations显示文摘According to the phenomenon of 'four more'and'four low 'problems in the observation stations,the surface-based meteorological observing system can't adapt to the change of the adaptive observation equipment and reduce of business intensification. A station integrated system is proposed,w hich can be configured,connected and extended to all kinds of observation equipment. And the integrated processor is designed,supporting a variety of communication interface standards. Flexible configuration,connection and expansion betw een conventional and new type of meteorological observation equipment are supported. It is capable for online calibration and maintenance of observation equipment. 2Knowledge acquisition, semantic text mining, and security risks in health and biomedical informatics显示文摘Computational techniques have been adopted in medi-cal and biological systems for a long time. There is no doubt that the development and application of computational methods will render great help in better understanding biomedical and biological functions. Large amounts of datasets have been produced by biomedical and biological experiments and simulations. In order for researchers to gain knowledge from origi- nal data, nontrivial transformation is necessary, which is regarded as a critical link in the chain of knowledge acquisition, sharing, and reuse. Challenges that have been encountered include: how to efficiently and effectively represent human knowledge in formal computing models, how to take advantage of semantic text mining techniques rather than traditional syntactic text mining, and how to handle security issues during the knowledge sharing and reuse. This paper summarizes the state-of-the-art in these research directions. 3XIDM: A Common Data Model Based on XML显示文摘Integration between file systems and multidatabase systems is a necessary approach to support data sharing from distributed and heterogeneous data sources. We first analyses problems about data integration between file systems and multidatabase systems. Then, A common data model named XIDM(XML\|based Integrating Dada Model), which is XML oriented, is presented. XIDM bases on a series of XML standards, especially XML Schema, and can well describe semistructured data. 4Fog-IBDIS:Industrial Big Data Integration and Sharing with Fog Computing for Manufacturing Systems显示文摘Industrial big data integration and sharing(IBDIS)is of great significance in managing and providing data for big data analysis in manufacturing systems.A novel fog-computing-based IBDIS approach called Fog-IBDIS is proposed in order to integrate and share industrial big data with high raw data security and low network traffic loads by moving the integration task from the cloud to the edge of networks.First,a task flow graph(TFG)is designed to model the data analysis process.The TFG is composed of several tasks,which are executed by the data owners through the Fog-IBDIS platform in order to protect raw data privacy.Second,the function of Fog-IBDIS to enable data integration and sharing is presented in five modules:TFG management,compilation and running control,the data integration model,the basic algorithm library,and the management component.Finally,a case study is presented to illustrate the implementation of Fog-IBDIS,which ensures raw data security by deploying the analysis tasks executed by the data generators,and eases the network traffic load by greatly reducing the volume of transmitted data.Junliang Wang Peng Zheng Youlong Lv Jingsong Bao Jie Zhang 2019Engineering2019,5,4:2
5Overview of global monthly surface temperature data in the past century and preliminary integration显示文摘This paper analyzes the status of existing resources through extensive research and international cooperation on the basis of four typical global monthly surface temperature datasets including the climate research dataset of the University of East Anglia(CRUTEM3), the dataset of the U.S. National Climatic Data Center(GHCN-V3), the dataset of the U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration(GISSTMP), and the Berkeley Earth surface temperature dataset(Berkeley). China's first global monthly temperature dataset over land was developed by integrating the four aforementioned global temperature datasets and several regional datasets from major countries or regions. This dataset contains information from 9,519 stations worldwide of at least 20 years for monthly mean temperature, 7,073 for maximum temperature, and 6,587 for minimum temperature. Compared with CRUTEM3 and GHCN-V3, the station density is much higher particularly for South America, Africa,and Asia. Moreover, data from significantly more stations were available after the year 1990 which dramatically reduced the uncertainty of the estimated global temperature trend during 1990e2011. 7Fully Bayesian reliability assessment of multi-state systems with overlapping data显示文摘The failure data at the system level are often limited,resulting in high uncertainty to system reliability assessment. Integrating data drawn from various structural levels of the target system(e.g. the system, subsystems, assemblies and components), i.e. the multi-level data, through Bayesian analysis can improve the precision of system reliability assessment. However, if the multi-level data are overlapping, it is challenging for Bayesian integration to develop the likelihood function. Especially for multistate systems(MSS), the Bayesian integration with overlapping data is even more difficult. The major disadvantage of previous approaches is the intensive computation for the development of the likelihood function caused by the workload to opt the appropriate combinations of the vectors of component states consistent with the overlapping data. An improved fully Bayesian integration approach from a geometric perspective is proposed for the reliability assessment of MSS with overlapping data. In this method, a specific combination of component states is regarded as a state vector, which leads to a specific system state of the MSS, and all state vectors generate a system state space. The overlapping data are regarded as the constraints which create hyperplanes in the system state space. And a point in a hyperplane corresponds to a particular combination of the state vectors. In the light of the features of the constraints, the proposed approach introduces space partition and hyperplane segmentation, which reduces the selection workload significantly and simplifies the likelihood function for overlapping data. 9Modeling the causal regulatory network by integrating chromatin accessibility and transcriptome data显示文摘Cell packs a lot of genetic and regulatory information through a structure known as chromatin,i.e.DNA is wrapped around histone proteins and is tightly packed in a remarkable way.To express a gene in a specific coding region,the chromatin would open up and DNA loop may be formed by interacting enhancers and promoters.Furthermore,the mediator and cohesion complexes,sequence-specific transcription factors,and RNA polymerase Ⅱ are recruited and work together to elaborately regulate the expression level.It is in pressing need to understand how the information,about when,where,and to what degree genes should be expressed,is embedded into chromatin structure and gene regulatory elements.Thanks to large consortia such as Encyclopedia of DNA Elements(ENCODE) and Roadmap Epigenomic projects,extensive data on chromatin accessibility and transcript abundance are available across many tissues and cell types.This rich data offer an exciting opportunity to model the causal regulatory relationship.Here,we will review the current experimental approaches,foundational data,computational problems,interpretive frameworks,and integrative models that will enable the accurate interpretation of regulatory landscape.Particularly,we will discuss the efforts to organize,analyze,model,and integrate the DNA accessibility data,transcriptional data,and functional genomic regions together.We believe that these efforts will eventually help us understand the information flow within the cell and will influence research directions across many fields.Yong Wang Rui Jiang Wing Hung Wong 2016National Science Review2016,3,2:1

12Determining Web Data Currency Based on Markov Logic Network显示文摘This paper proposes a method based on Markov Logic Network (MLN) to determine the time order of entity attribute values. We use the characteristics of web sources’ currency, web sources inter-dependency and attribute data currency in a certain web source as predicates in MLN. We define five rules (new rules can be added) to infer the currency of different values provided by different sources. On one hand, this method considers currency problem based on entity attribute instead of the entire entity, which is critical to improve the qualityof data provided by Web Integration Systems; on the other hand, this method summarizes characteristics of web sources and web data based on carefully analysis. 13Regional gravity survey and application in oil and gas exploration in China显示文摘Ground gravity survey for regional structure unit delineation and oil and gas exploration in China is addressed in this paper with examples. Gravity survey scales, coverage, technical regulations and achievements at the national level are introduced, including data processing and anomaly interpretation techniques. Bouguer anomalies of terrestrial territories of China and classification of anomalous feature zones are also described;they are well correlated with lithotectonical boundaries, fault zones, and unexposed igneous plutons. Recent study results of petroliferous sedimentary basins are presented as well, including concealed boundaries and major structures of large basins. It is concluded that gravity survey is the most effective and economic method in unveiling unexposed and deep-seated structures, targeting and delineating oil and gas-bearing sedimentary basins, and locating main trap structures within prolific basins in early stage of exploration in China. 14Public 'Cloud' Provisioning for Venus Express VMC Image Processing显示文摘In this paper,we consider the implementation of the “cloud' computing strategy to study data sets associated to the atmospheric exploration of the planet Venus. More concretely,the Venus Monitoring Camera (VMC) onboard Venus Express orbiter provided the largest and the longest so far set of ultraviolet (UV),visible and near-IR images for investigation of the atmospheric circulation. To our best knowledge,this is the first time where the analysis of data from missions to Venus is integrated in the context of the 'cloud' computing. Data sharing and data service such as support of metadata deign, structuring of data contents, support of text mining are applied for better use of data as data interoperability. 19An Integration Framework for Digital Progressive Die Design and Manufacturing显示文摘This paper reports an effort to develop an intelligent integration framework for digital progressive die design and manufacturing. Both data-and process-centric integration functions are provided by the framework as if a special ight-weight PDM/PLM (Product Data Management/Product Lifecycle Management) and WM (Workflow Management) system is embedded in the integrated engineering environment. A flexible integration approach based on the CAD (Computer-Aided Design) framework tenet is employed to rapidly build up the system while the intrinsic characteristics of the process are comprehensively taken into account. 20Integration of Sensor Network Synthesis and Steady-State Online Data Reconciliation显示文摘Sensor network synthesis means to select certain variables to be measured, to select suitable sensors, to observe all the important variables, and to get reliable and accurate process data. The steady state online data reconciliation can remove the influences of errors in the measurements on the acquired data, and get consistent process data that satisfy the process constraints. These two techniques have been studied often but separately. This paper proposed to integrate these two techniques into a unified system to get better information about the process data.
