| 2 | Discrimination of foodborne pathogenic bacteria using synchrotron FTIR microspectroscopy显示文摘Traditional Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy has been recognized as a valuable method to characterize and classify kinds of microorganisms.In this study,combined with multivariate statistical analysis,synchrotron radiation-based FTIR(SR-FTIR) microspectroscopy was applied to identify and discriminate ten foodborne bacterial strains.Our results show that the whole spectra(3000-900 cm^(-1)) and three subdivided spectral regions(3000-2800,1800-1500 and 1200-900 cm^(-1),representing lipids,proteins and polysaccharides,respectively) can be used to type bacteria.Either the whole spectra or the three subdivided spectra are good for discriminating the bacteria at levels of species and subspecies,but the whole spectra should be given preference at the genus level.The findings demonstrate that SR-FTIR microspectroscopy is a powerful tool to identify and classify foodborne pathogenic bacteria at the genus,species and subspecies level. | Ya-Di Wang Xue-Ling Li Zhi-Xiao Liu Xing-Xing Zhang Jun Hu Jun-Hong Lü | 2017 | Nuclear Science and Techniques2017，28，4： | 3 |

Presently available methods of direct sediment removal from reservoirs can be classified into four, i.e., flushing, dredging, dry-earth excavation and the combination of flushing and dredging. Flushing and dredging are extensively reviewed as the methods of large-scale direct removal for large quantities of sediment. The most economic choice of methods and equipment depends on the sedimentation characteristics of individual reservoir. World experience of flushing operation is reviewed. These desmids are subdivided into homogeneous and heterogeneous types based on the characteristic ornamentations on their cell walls. More attention was paid to the studyof the microtexture of Lapworthella and some new materials of trace fossils. Phycodes pendum Seilacher, animportant index for correlation, was also discovered in the Zhongyicun Member. In the Yu’ anshan Membermany worms, medusas and arthropods of the Chengjiang fauna have been found by other workers. Asupplemental study was made on the fossil zones of the Meishucunian stage. Based on new isotopic data, theage of the Precambrian-Cambrian boundary should now be 597 Ma. | 17 | EXPERIMENTAL PRIMARY LIVER CANCER IN TREE SHREWS EXPOSED TO HUMAN HEPATITIS B VIRUS AND AFLATOXIN B_(1)显示文摘On the basis of the successful establishment of an animal model in tree shrews experimentally in fected with human hepatitis B virus (HHBV), a study on the hepatocarcinogenic effects of HHBV and aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) by using this animal model was conducted through a lifelong experiment. Among 41 tree shrews exposed to AFB1, 17 were experimentally infected by HHBV and 24 were uninfected. After 158 weeks, significant difference of primary liver cancer (PLC) incidence was present between the HHBV infected (52.94%) and uninfected (12.5%) groups (p<0.05). No difference was found between these two groups in the amount of AFB4 ingestion. Moreover, 1/9 of the tree shrews infected only by HHBV but not exposed to AFB4 developed PLC. No PLC was found in 6 tree shrews that had neither been infected with HHBV nor been exposed to AFB4. The mean DNA value increased steadily as follows: leiomyoma (14.39±0.62 Au); leiomyosarcoma Grade Ⅰ (19.78±2.39 Au); leiomyosarcoma Grade Ⅱ (26.39± 1.60 Au); leiomyosarcoma Grade Ⅲ (30.66±2.39 Au). The difference of DNA value in the 4 groups had statistical significance (p<0.05-0.01).
