| 1 | GRAIN BOUNDARY REORGANIZATION IN INTERMETALLIC COMPOUNDS NiAl AND FeAl显示文摘Computer simulation of grain boundaries(GB) was carried out in Fe and ordered alloys NiAl and FeAl with B2 superlattice. In this work symmetrical tilt grain boundaries =5[100](012) and = 5[100](013) are studied. The atomic interaction has been described by Morse empirical central- force potentials.The atomic structure and energy of GB were investigated by means of construction of -surface using full atomic relaxation by method of molecular statics. It is shown that = 5 tilt GBs in Fe, Ni3Al and NiAl have several steady states. Comparison of our results with geometrical model of coincidence site lattice (CSL) was carried out. | 2 | COHERENT, REGULAR AND SIMPLE SYSTEMS IN ZERO DECOMPOSITIONS OF PARTIAL DIFFERENTIAL SYSTEMS显示文摘This paper studies triangular differential systems arising from various decompositions of partial differential polynomial systems. In theoretical aspects, we emphasizeon translating differential problems into purely algebraic ones. Rosenfeld’s lemma is extended to a more general setting; relations between passivity and coherence are clarified;regular systems and simple systems are generalized and proposed, respectively. In algorithmic aspects, we review the Ritt-Wu and Seidenberg algorithms, and outline a methodfor decomposing a differential polynomial system into simple ones. | 3 | Quantum phase transition and entanglement in Li atom system显示文摘By use of the exact diagonalization method, the quantum phase transition and en- tanglement in a 6-Li atom system are studied. It is found that entanglement appears before the quantum phase transition and disappears after it in this exactly solvable quantum system. Homophase systems look like ordered binary alloy and include antiphase domain boundaries of various orientation. Clear components border on ordered alloy in heterophase systems and two processes take place simultaneously here-disordering of binary alloy and solution in ordered phase of clear component. | 13 | INFLUENCE OF A MISORIENTATION ANGLE ON AN ENERGR OF THE SYMMETRIC GRAIN BOUNDARY IN FCC METALS显示文摘In the present work the research of grain boundary (CB) energy versus angle of misorientation in fcc metals Al, Cu, An and Ni was carried out. An axis of CB misorientation is a direction [100], angle of misorientation makes from 2皍p in 23*. The interatomic interaction was opproximated by Morse’ s pair semi-empirical potential. Two variants of relaxation technique were used: (1) rigid relax- ation with the change of atom quantity per a GB (vacancy relaxation ) and (2) full atomic relaxation by a molecular static method. The obtained orientation dependence has a good agreement with experi- ment. There are cusps on a curve in the range of special GB angles.The comparison of obtained curves with calculated ones in model Van der Merwe was carried out.
