| 1 | DDGS和酵母培养物对奶牛生产性能和乳成分的影响显示文摘选择16头泌乳天数为127±52d经产荷斯坦泌乳牛用于评价酵母培养物(达农威益康XP)和玉米酒糟及其可溶物(DDGS)在试验日粮中含有限草料纤维数量(草料中的中性洗涤纤维含量为19.3%,干物质基础)之情况下对产奶量和乳成分的影响及其它们之间的互作效应。本次试验采用4重复4×4拉丁方设计,试验时间为4个星期。处理组均按照2×2因子排列而设定,其中:1)日粮中不含酵母培养物和DDGS(对照组);2)日粮中含有20%DDGS,无酵母培养物(DDGS组);3)日粮中含有60g/d的酵母培养物益康XP(XP组);4)日粮中含有20%DDGS和60g/d的益康XP(XP+DDGS组)。本次试验结果表明:各处理组之间对奶牛体重和体况评分无显著的影响。日粮的处理并不影响干物质采食量(DMI),在使用草料纤维含量较低且添加20%DDGS的日粮情况下乳脂率会降低。添加益康XP的确能够提高产奶量及乳蛋白产量,但却不能够完全阻止因DDGS所造成的乳脂率下降的趋势。无论日粮中是否含有DDGS,益康XP都能够提高奶牛的生产性能。 | AR Hippen DJ Schingoethe KF Kalscheur P Linke K Gross DR Rennich IIkye Yoon 徐明 | 2010 | 中国奶牛2010，，8： | 4 |

| 3 | Features of extrahepatic metastasis after radiofrequency ablation for hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘BACKGROUND Extrahepatic metastasis(EHM)of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is associated with poor outcomes.However,the clinical features and risk factors of EHM of HCC after radiofrequency ablation(RFA)remain unclear.AIM To elucidate the characteristics and risk factors of EHM after RFA for HCC.METHODS From January 2008 to December 2017,we retrospectively enrolled 661 patients who underwent RFA as first-line treatment for HCC at 2 tertiary hospitals.The inclusion criteria were age≥18 years,a diagnosis of HCC,and treatment-naivety.Abdominal computed tomography(CT)or magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and alpha-fetoprotein measurements were routinely performed at 1 mo after RFA and followed-up at intervals of 3-6 mo.Univariate analyses were performed using the chi-squared test or Student’s t-test,and univariate and multivariate analyses were performed via logistic regression,as appropriate.RESULTS EHM was diagnosed in 44 patients(6.7%)during a median follow-up period of 1204 days.The 10-year cumulative rate of HCC recurrence and EHM was 92.7%and 33.7%,respectively.Initial recurrence was most often intrahepatic,and the rate of extrahepatic recurrence at initial recurrence was only 1.2%.The median time to the diagnosis of EHM was 2.68 years,and 68.2%of patients developed EHM within 2 years of the first recurrence,regardless of recurrence-free survival and 75.0%of patients developed EHM within 5 years after first recurrence.EHM was mostly diagnosed via abdominal CT/MRI in 33(75.0%)and 38 of 44 patients(86.4%)with EHM had either positive abdominal CT scan results or serum AFP level elevation.In multivariate analysis,recurrence-free survival<2 years,ablation zone/tumor size<2,and alpha-fetoprotein level>400 IU/mL were associated with a high EHM risk.CONCLUSION EHM occurs following multiple intrahepatic recurrences after RFA and combined contrast-enhanced abdominal CT and serum AFP were useful for surveillance.Patients especially with high-risk factors require close follow-up for EHM. | Jae H Yoon Young J Goo Chae-Jun Lim Sung K Choi Sung B Cho Sang S Shin Chung H Jun | 2020 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2020，26，32： | 3 |

| 6 | SLC26A4 mutation testing for hearing loss associated with enlargement of the vestibular aqueduct显示文摘Pendred syndrome(PS) is characterized by autosomal recessive inheritance of goiter associated with a defect of iodide organification, hearing loss, enlargement of the vestibular aqueduct(EVA), and mutations of the SLC26A4 gene. However, not all EVA patients have PSor SLC26A4 mutations. Two mutant alleles of SLC26A4 are detected in 1/4 of North American or European EVA populations, one mutant allele is detected in another 1/4 of patient populations, and no mutations are detected in the other 1/2. The presence of two mutant alleles of SLC26A4 is associated with abnormal iodide organification, increased thyroid gland volume, increased severity of hearing loss, and bilateral EVA. The presence of a single mutant allele of SLC26A4 is associated with normal iodide organification, normal thyroid gland volume, less severe hearing loss and either bilateral or unilateral EVA. When other underlying correlations are accounted for, the presence of a cochlear malformation or the size of EVA does not have an effect on hearing thresholds. This is consistent with observations of an Slc26a4 mutant mouse model of EVA in which hearing loss is independent of endolymphatic hydrops or inner ear malformations. Segregation analyses of EVA in families suggest that the patients carrying one mutant allele of SLC26A4 have a second, undetected mutant allele of SLC26A4, and the probability of a sibling having EVA is consistent with its segregation as an autosomal recessive trait. Patients without any mutations are an etiologically heterogeneous group in which siblings have a lower probability of having EVA.
