| 1 | Study on the Current Situation and Protection Countermeasures of Wild Plant Resources in Xishuangbanna National Nature Reserve显示文摘[Objective] The aim was to study the current situation and protection countermeasures of wild plant resources in Xishuangbanna National Nature Reserve. [Method] The current situation of wild plant resources in Xishuangbanna National Nature Reserve was researched by means of route survey, sample plot survey and literature survey, and then the main impact factors of wild plant resources were analyzed by using participatory rural appraisal and problem tree analysis, finally protection countermeasures were put forward according to current situation and main impact factors. [Result] There were 2 779 species of vascular plants belonging to 214 families and 1 012 genera (including subfamilies and varieties) in Xishuangbanna National Nature Reserve, among them, there existed 261 species of pteridophyte belonging to 41 families and 91 genera, 14 species of gymnosperm belonging to 6 families and 6 genera, and 2 504 species of angiosperm belonging to 167 families and 915 genera. Wild plant resources in reserve were mainly affected by planting under forest, habitat fragmentation, cutting trees, collection and utilization of no-timber products, development of animal husbandry, insufficient recognition of community residents to reserve management establishment and lots of floating population. In the future, wild plant resources in reserve could be protected through strengthening propaganda, education and management, enforcing the law strictly and other countermeasures. [Conclusion] The study could provide theoretical foundation for the protection of wild plant resources in Xishuangbanna National Nature Reserve. | YANG Zhong-xing1, YIN Wu-yuan2, AI Jian-lin1 1. | 2 | Empirical Analysis of Factors Influencing Surplus Labor Transfer in Poverty-stricken Areas: A Case Study of Yimatu Town in Fuxin City显示文摘From the microscopic point of view, taking the surplus labor transfer in the Yimatu Town area as study object,we conduct survey of characteristics and transfer of rural surplus labor in Yimatu Town, through questionnaires and field interviews. Then we analyze the main factors influencing surplus labor transfer in rural areas from the personal characteristics of labor forces and family factor of labor forces. The results show that gender, age, educational level, farmland management days and other factors pertaining to the labor forces all affect the transfer of surplus labor, but the size and extent of the impact vary.In accordance with various influencing factors,we put forward recommendations for promoting the effective transfer of surplus labor in rural areas as follows:first, paying equal attention to macroscopic factors and microscopic factors influencing the transfer of surplus labor;second, focusing on the factors concerning the rural households and individual farmers,to find out the factors influencing the rational transfer;third, shifting the employment concept of surplus labor in rural areas;fourth, speeding up the construction of small towns and developing the secondary and tertiary industries. | CHEN Shuang 1 ,ZHANG Yan2,HU Li-jia1 1.Southwest Forestry University,Kunming 650224,China 2.Shenyang Agricultural University,Shenyang 110866,China | 2012 | Asian Agricultural Research2012,4,7: | 2 |
| 3 | Spatial Information Research for Temperature and Precipitation Climate Data in Hengduan Mountains显示文摘[Objective] The aim was to study the spatial information of temperature and precipitation data in Hengduan mountains. [Method] Considering GIS spatial interpolation and numerical statistics theory, spatial prediction were carried out to the ten years average temperature and precipitation flux observation data in 109 sparse meteorological stations in Hengduan Mountains. Based on the spatial range of geographic position of Hengduan Mountains, and 1∶1 000 000 scale DEM as data sources, and using trend surface simulation and residual ordinary Kriging interpolation correction method, the spatial continuous surface for annual average temperature and precipitation were studied. [Result] It was scientific and reasonable to use certain unevenly distributed sparse climate observation station value, and by dint of trend simulation and residue interpolation method to get climate consecutive spatial result. This method can not only accurate the temperature and precipitation spatial distributions to grid point, but also can reflect macro and micro geography factors and topographic influence factor of variation. Furthermore, it can be predicted error term trend surface reasonable spatial distribution. Simulation results were basically in accordance with the objective law, and can be used for the region climate data spatial informatization simulation. [Conclusion] The study provided scientific spatial basic data for the further study of ecological and vegetation in Hengduan Mountains. | YE Jiang-xia School of Resources, Southwest Forestry University, Kunming 650224, China | 2011 | Meteorological and Environmental Research2011,2,4: | 2 |

| 5 | Correlations between the ages of Alnus host species and the genetic diversity of associated endosymbiotic Frankia strains from nodules显示文摘Nodule samples were collected from four alder species: Alnus nepalensis, A. sibirica, A. tinctoria and A. mandshurica growing in different environments on Gaoligong Mountains,Yunnan Province of Southwest China and on Changbai Mountains, Jilin Province of Northeast China. PCR-RFLP analysis of the IGS between nifD and nifK genes was directly applied to uncultured Frankia strains in the nodules. A total of 21 restriction patterns were obtained. The Frankia population in the nodules of A. nepalensis had the highest genetic diversity among all four Frankia populations; by contrast, the population in the nodules of A. mandshurica had the lowest degree of divergence; the ones in the nodules of A. sibirica and A. tinctoria were intermediate. A dendrogram, which was constructed based on the genetic distance between the restriction patterns, indicated that Frankia strains from A. sibirica and A. tinctoria had a close genetic relationship. Frankia strains from A. nepalensis might be the ancestor of Frankia strains infecting other Alnus species. From these results and the inference of the ages of Alnus host species, it is deduced that there was a co-evolution between Alnus and its microsymbiont Frankia in China. | DAI Yumei, ZHANG Chenggang, XIONG Zhi & ZHANG Zhongze Institute of Applied Ecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shenyang 110016, China Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing 100039, China School of Forest Resources, Southwest Forestry College, Kunming 650224, China | 2005 | Science China(Life Sciences)2005,48,z1: | 1 |
