3计及合理弃光的含储能配电网分布式光伏最大接入容量评估方法显示文摘为在允许合理弃光前提下有效评价储能配置于配电网后的分布式光伏最大接入容量,该文构建了考虑弃光率约束的含储能配电网光伏最大接入容量评估模型,并通过对潮流约束和线路容量约束的线性化,将之构建为一个以年为尺度、小时为颗粒度的大规模线性规划模型。为有效提高求解效率,根据模型特征和储能运行规律,提出了场景缩减策略,有效降低了优化模型规模,并进一步通过优化场景集的迭代更新保证了解的最优性。算例结果表明,利用该文所提场景缩减策略,可将求解时间降低80%,且精度基本保持不变;同时配置储能能够明显提升邻近节点的光伏最大接入容量,提升容量与储能允许的最大充电功率之间基本呈现出线性关系,在5%的允许弃光率下,耦合系数约为0.8。吕泉 AAMIR SAEED 杨丹霞 郭雪丽 刘桂百 德里达那·曼苏尔 周玮 2023电网与清洁能源2023,39,5:3

7Right versus left fully robotic live donor nephrectomy and open kidney transplantation:Does the laterality of the donor kidney really matter?显示文摘Objective Robotic-assisted live donor nephrectomy(LDN)is being gradually adopted across transplant centers.The left donor kidney is preferred over right due to anatomical factors and ease of procurement.We aimed to study donor and recipient outcomes after robotic procurement and subsequent open implantation of right and left kidneys.Methods All fully robotic LDNs and their corresponding open kidney transplants performed at our center between February 2016 and December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Out of 196 robotic LDN(49[right]vs.147[left]),10(5.1%)donors had intra-operative events(6.1%[right]vs.4.8%[left],p=0.71).None of the LDN required conversion to open surgery.The operative times were comparable for the two groups.Nausea(13.3%)was the most common post-operative complication.There was no mortality in either LDN group.Herein,we report our outcomes on 156 recipients(39 right and 117 left allografts)excluding robotic implants,exports,and pediatric recipients.There were no significant differences between right and left kidney recipients with respect to 1-year post-transplant patient survival(100.0%vs.98.1%,p=0.45)or graft survival(93.9%vs.97.1%,p=0.11),or delayed graft function(7.7%vs.5.1%,p=0.55).Conclusion Non-hand-assisted robotic live donor nephrectomies can be safely performed with excellent outcomes.Right LDN was not associated with higher incidence of complications compared to left LDN.Open implantation of robotically procured right renal allografts was not associated with higher risk of recipient complications.Brianna Ruch Deki Tsering Chandra Bhati Dhiren Kumar Muhammad Saeed Seung Duk Lee Aamir Khan Daisuke Imai David Bruno Marlon Levy Adrian Cotterell Amit Sharma 2023Asian Journal of Urology2023,10,4:0
8Machine Learning-Enabled Communication Approach for the Internet of Medical Things显示文摘The Internet ofMedical Things(IoMT)is mainly concernedwith the efficient utilisation of wearable devices in the healthcare domain to manage various processes automatically,whereas machine learning approaches enable these smart systems to make informed decisions.Generally,broadcasting is used for the transmission of frames,whereas congestion,energy efficiency,and excessive load are among the common issues associated with existing approaches.In this paper,a machine learning-enabled shortest path identification scheme is presented to ensure reliable transmission of frames,especially with the minimum possible communication overheads in the IoMT network.For this purpose,the proposed scheme utilises a well-known technique,i.e.,Kruskal’s algorithm,to find an optimal path from source to destination wearable devices.Additionally,other evaluation metrics are used to find a reliable and shortest possible communication path between the two interested parties.Apart from that,every device is bound to hold a supplementary path,preferably a second optimised path,for situations where the current communication path is no longer available,either due to device failure or heavy traffic.Furthermore,the machine learning approach helps enable these devices to update their routing tables simultaneously,and an optimal path could be replaced if a better one is available.The proposed mechanism has been tested using a smart environment developed for the healthcare domain using IoMT networks.Simulation results show that the proposed machine learning-oriented approach performs better than existing approaches where the proposed scheme has achieved the minimum possible ratios,i.e.,17%and 23%,in terms of end to end delay and packet losses,respectively.Moreover,the proposed scheme has achieved an approximately 21%improvement in the average throughput compared to the existing schemes.Rahim Khan Abdullah Ghani Samia Allaoua Chelloug Mohammed Amin Aamir Saeed Jason Teo 2023Computers, Materials & Continua2023,76,8:0
9Control Charts for the Shape Parameter of Power Function Distribution under Different Classical Estimators显示文摘In practice,the control charts for monitoring of process mean are based on the normality assumption.But the performance of the control charts is seriously affected if the process of quality characteristics departs from normality.For such situations,we have modified the already existing control charts such as Shewhart control chart,exponentially weighted moving average(EWMA)control chart and hybrid exponentially weighted moving average(HEWMA)control chart by assuming that the distribution of underlying process follows Power function distribution(PFD).By considering the situation that the parameters of PFD are unknown,we estimate them by using three classical estimation methods,i.e.,percentile estimator(P.E),maximum likelihood estimator(MLE)and modified maximum likelihood estimator(MMLE).We construct Shewhart,EWMA and HEWMA control charts based on P.E,MLE and MMLE.We have compared all these control charts using Monte Carlo simulation studies and concluded that HEWMA control chart under MLE is more sensitive to detect an early shift in the shape parameter when the distribution of the underlying process follows power function distribution.Azam Zaka Ahmad Saeed Akhter Riffat Jabeen Aamir Sanaullah 2021Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2021,,6:0
