4Fuzzy-GA based algorithm for optimal placement and sizing of distribution static compensator (DSTATCOM) for loss reduction of distribution network considering reconfiguration显示文摘This work presents a fuzzy based methodology for distribution system feeder reconfiguration considering DSTATCOM with an objective of minimizing real power loss and operating cost. Installation costs of DSTATCOM devices and the cost of system operation, namely, energy loss cost due to both reconfiguration and DSTATCOM placement, are combined to form the objective function to be minimized. The distribution system tie switches, DSTATCOM location and size have been optimally determined to obtain an appropriate operational condition. In the proposed approach, the fuzzy membership function of loss sensitivity is used for the selection of weak nodes in the power system for the placement of DSTATCOM and the optimal parameter settings of the DFACTS device along with optimal selection of tie switches in reconfiguration process are governed by genetic algorithm(GA). Simulation results on IEEE 33-bus and IEEE 69-bus test systems concluded that the combinatorial method using DSTATCOM and reconfiguration is preferable to reduce power losses to 34.44% for 33-bus system and to 45.43% for 69-bus system.Mohammad Mohammadi Mahyar Abasi A.Mohammadi Rozbahani 2017Journal of Central South University2017,24,2:1

9The relative frequency of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Mycobacterium avium infections in HIV positive patients,Ahvaz,Iran显示文摘Objective:To estimate the prevalence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis(M.tuberculosis) and Mycobacterium avium(M.avium) infections in HIV -positive patients suspected to have puimonar) and extrapulmonary mycobacterial co-infection using PCR technique.Methods: Totally 50 samples comprising sputum,pleural fluid and CSF taken from HIV positive patients suspected to have mycobacterial infection,were processed.The demographic information and results of acid fast staining and culture were recorded for each patient.The PCR for detecting of M.tuberculosis comprised of specific primers targeting IS6110 gene sequence.For detecting of M.avium,PCR with primers that amplifies the mig gene were used.Results:From 50 samples processed,45 were sputum(90%),3 pleural fluid(6%) and 2 CSK(4%).In total.8(16%) were culture positive,7 had positive acid fast staining 114%) and 13 samples(26%)were positive using PCR technique.All the positive samples were sputum and belonged to patients with pulmonary infection.01 these.9 were positive for M.tuberculosis(69.2%) and 4 were identified as 1/.avium (30.8%).which 2 out of 13 positive samples showed mixed infections by both mycobacteria. 15Damage detection of 3D structures using nearest neighbor search method显示文摘An innovative damage identification method using the nearest neighbor search method to assess 3D structures is presented.The frequency response function was employed as the input parameters to detect the severity and place of damage in 3D spaces since it includes the most dynamic characteristics of the structures.Two-dimensional principal component analysis was utilized to reduce the size of the frequency response function data.The nearest neighbor search method was employed to detect the severity and location of damage in different damage scenarios.The accuracy of the approach was verified using measured data from an experimental test;moreover,two asymmetric 3D numerical examples were considered as the numerical study.The superiority of the method was demonstrated through comparison with the results of damage identification by using artificial neural network.Different levels of white Gaussian noise were used for polluting the frequency response function data to investigate the robustness of the methods against noise-polluted data.The results indicate that both methods can efficiently detect the damage properties including its severity and location with high accuracy in the absence of noise,but the nearest neighbor search method is more robust against noisy data than the artificial neural network.Ali Abasi Vahid Harsij Ahmad Soraghi 2021Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2021,20,3:1

20Crucial role of charge transporting layers on ion migration in perovskite solar cells显示文摘The device preconditioning dependent hysteresis and the consequential performance degradation hinder the actual performance and stability of the perovskite solar cells. Ion migration and charge trapping in the perovskite with large contribution from grain boundaries are the most common interpretations for the hysteresis. Yet, the high performing devices often include intermediate hole and electron transporting layers, which can further complicate the dynamical process in the device. Here, by using Kelvin Probe Force Microscopy and Confocal Photoluminescence Microscopy, we elucidate the impact of chargetransporting layers and excess MAI on the spatial and temporal variations of the photovoltage on the MAPbI3-based solar cells. By studying the devices layer by layer, we found that the light-induced ion migration occurs predominantly in the presence of an imbalanced charge extraction in the solar cells, and the charge transporting layers play crucial role in suppressing it.
