1Catalytic alkane dehydrogenations显示文摘Olefins find widespread applications in the synthesis of polyolefins and fine chemicals. With an increasing demand for olefins, the technologies for alkane dehydrogenation have drawn much attention. Several types of heterogeneous catalysts have found applications in industry for the dehydrogenation of light alkanes, mainly ethane, propane, and butane. In the past three decades, a number of transition-metal complexes,particularly pincer-ligated iridium complexes, have been developed as the homogeneous catalysts for alkane dehydrogenations. 2Wind tunnel simulation experiment and investigation on the electrification of sandstorms显示文摘Electric discharge phenomenon is often observed during the passage of sandstorms over desert regions and sometimes does great damage to human beings. Based on previous researches on the electrification of sandstorms by the scholars both at home and aboard,the authors conducted the simulation experiments on the electric fields of sandstorm-triggered creeping-saltating sand, suspending sand and watered suspending sand in the large-scale wind tunnel. 3Development of a Soil Stabilizer for Road Subgrade Based on Original Phosphogypsum显示文摘The research used industrial by-products original phosphogypsum(PG)as the main raw material,slag(SG)and Portland cement(PC)as auxiliary materials,and the optimal additive amount was determined according to the compressive strength value of the sample.Comprehensively evaluate the water resistance and volume stability of the samples,and determine the best formula for new roadbed stabilized materials.The results showed that when the weight ratio of PG,slag and cement was OPG:SG:PC=6:3:1,and mixed with 5%micro silica fume(MSF)and 3‰hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC),the sample’s comprehensive performance was the best,specifically,the sample’s compressive strength in 60 days reached 28.8 MPa,the softening coefficient reached 0.9,and the expansion rate was stable at about−0.2%.In addition,the mechanism of action of enhancers MSF and HPMC was analyzed according to use Vicat device,X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope.The best formula SP3GH3 has the best curing effect on soil.The 28-day unconfined compressive strength(UCS)of the sample reached 2.4 MPa,the expansion rate was less than 0.09%,and the water stability coefficient was above 0.79,which was higher than that of the samples cured by traditional cement and lime during the same period.Zenghuan Gu Aiguo Fang Sudong Hua Qingzhou Zhao Lidong Sun Fan Xia Liying Qian Xiaojian Ren 2021Journal of Renewable Materials2021,9,2:2

6Ultrasound-visualized nanocarriers with siRNA for targeted inhibition of M2-like TAM polarization to enhance photothermal therapy in NSCLC显示文摘Photothermal therapy(PTT)has received a lot of attention as a promising strategy for eliminating tumors quickly.However,the unavoidable inflammatory response during the treatment might result in a high concentration of M2-like tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs),increasing the risk of tumor recurrence and metastasis.To address this problem,gold-based nanocarriers(PGMP-small interfering RNA(siRNA)nanoparticles(NPs))containing STAT6siRNA,that inhibited M2-like TAM polarization,were designed and investigated for PTT and gene therapy of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).In an NSCLC model,the nanocarriers demonstrated excellent siRNA delivery ability and a high gene transfection rate of up to 90%in macrophages,thus inhibiting the polarization of about 87%of M2-like TAMs and effectively suppressing the invasion and metastasis of NSCLC.Meanwhile,the unique gold nanosphere structure offered improved PTT and contrast-enhanced ultrasound imaging,thus contributing to the efficient elimination and real-time monitoring of the tumor tissues.These nanocarriers with combined gene and photothermal therapeutic capabilities improved the efficacy of single-modality treatment,and showed the potential to inhibit cancer cell recurrence and metastasis to ultimately cure NSCLC.Wenhao Lv Chen Xu Hao Wu Yangyang Zhu Ozioma Udochukwu Akakuru Hui Du Fang Nie Aiguo Wu Juan Li 2023Nano Research2023,16,1:0

8Development and Field Application of Phosphogypsum-Based Soil Subgrade Stabilizers显示文摘A phosphogypsum-based subgrade stabilizer(PBSS)was formulated using industrial by-product phosphogypsum(PG),mixed with slag and calcium-silicon-rich active material(GSR).The active powder(AP)was used to modify PBSS,and PBSS-AP was obtained.PBSS and PBSS-AP were each mixed with 10%silty soil,and cement and lime(CAL:5%lime+2%cement)were used as the traditional material for comparative experiments.Samples were cured under standard conditions,and tested for unconfined compressive strength(UCS),water stability,volume expansion,and leachate,to explore the stabilization effect of the three solidified materials on silty soil.The results showed that the comprehensive performance of sility soil mixed with 12%PBSS-AP was the best.The CaO,SiO_(2)and Al_(2)O_(3)provided by PG,Slag and GSR will react with water to form a stable C-S-H gel,which is conducive to stabilizing the soil.Field application results showed that the compaction exceeded 95%,the deflection was 144.9 mm,and UCS was 2.5 MPa after 28 days.These findings indicated that PBSS-AP is an effective stabilizer for subgrade soils.Hongfei Yue Aiguo Fang Sudong Hua Zenghuan Gu Yu Jia Cheng Yang 2022Journal of Renewable Materials2022,10,8:0
9Controllable synthesis of layered black bismuth oxidechloride nanosheets and their applications in internal tumor ablation显示文摘The recently emerging bismuth oxyhalide(BiOX)nanomaterials are promising indirect band gap photosensitizer for ultraviolet(UV)light-triggered phototherapy due to their unique layered nanosheet structure.However,the low absorption and poor photothermal conversion efficiency have always impeded their further applications in cancer clinical therapy.Herein,BiOCl rich in oxygen vacancies has been reported to have fullspectrum absorption properties,making it possible to achieve photothermal property under near-infrared laser.Under 808nm irradiation,the photothermal conversion efficiency of black BiOCl nanosheets(BBNs)is up to 40%.BBNs@PEG can effectively clear primary subcutaneous tumors and prevent recurrence,achieving good synergistic treatment effect.These results not only broke the limitation of UV on the BiOCl material and provided a good template for other semiconductor materials,but also represent a promising approach to fabricate BBN@PEG a novel,potent and multifunctional theranostic platform for precise photothermal therapy and prognostic evaluation.Qianlan Fang Yu Xu Lijia Luo Chuang Liu Zihou Li Jie Lin Tianxiang Chen Aiguo Wu 2022Regenerative Biomaterials2022,9,1:0
10HPDA/Zn as a CREB Inhibitor for Ultrasound imaging and Stabilization of Atherosclerosis Plaque+显示文摘Thrombosis,secondary to rupture of unstable plaque,is a fatal risk factor for myocardial infarction and ischemic stroke.At present,more novel methods are needed for the diagnosis and treatment of vulnerable plaque.Here,we report a hollow polydopamine/Zn(HPDA/Zn)ultrasound contrast agent.Through western-blot,Elisa,and other experiments,we found that in addition to having a good contrast-enhancement capability in ultrasound imaging in vitro and in vivo,HPDA/Zn also has the effect of reducing the expres-sion of CREB.CREB protein and its downstream-regulated proteins and factors are closely related to the stability of plaque.HPDA/Zn has the effect of reducing the expression of CREB protein,which leads to the decrease of expression of MMP-9,the regulatory pro-tein downstream of the CREB protein.In addition,it also reduces the secretion of inflammatory factors hs-CRP and IL-17A.Thus,HPDA/Zn can stabilize plaque by inhibiting CREB and reducing plaque vulnerable markers and inflammatory factors.In a word,HPDA/Zn is a kind of ultrasound contrast agent,which can stabilize plaques by inhibiting CREB protein.Linzi Chen Zhenqi Jiang Lifei Yang Ye Fang Shuwei Lu Ozioma U.Akakuru Shuaishuai Huang Juan Li Suya Ma Aiguo Wu 2023Chinese Journal of Chemistry2023,41,2:0
