2Study on seismic response control of a single-tower self-anchored suspension bridge with elastic-plastic steel damper显示文摘Elastic-plastic steel damper(EPSD) is a new device controlling seismic responses.The mechanical principle of EPSD was presented and a comparison was conducted between the theoretical formulas and finite element(FE) simulation of damper units.The verified force-displacement hysteretic curve of the damper system was obtained with reference to tests.The Nanjing Jiangxinzhou Bridge(NJB) was subsequently taken as the case to investigate the seismic response control effect of EPSDs on single-tower self-anchored suspension bridges.A 3-dimensional FE model of the bridge was established in ANSYS and the dynamic and static analyses of the bridge were conducted,the control effect of EPSDs under different seismic waves was further investigated through nonlinear time-history analysis based on the validated model.Results showed that both the simplified theoretical and FE simulation methods can preferable reflect the mechanical performance of EPSD,and that seismic responses of NJB with EPSDs are better than those with elastic connection device or fluid viscous damper.However,the control effect of EPSDs is influenced by seismic wave characteristics.WANG Hao ZHOU Rui ZONG ZhouHong WANG Chen LI AiQun 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,6:12
3Resilience-based retrofitting of existing urban RC-frame buildings using seismic isolation显示文摘The improvement of the seismic resilience of existing reinforced-concrete(RC) frame buildings, which is essential for the seismic resilience of a city, has become a critical issue. Although seismic isolation is an effective method for improving the resilient performance of such buildings, target-oriented quantitative improvements of the resilient performance of these buildings have been reported rarely. To address this gap, the seismic resilience of two existing RC frame buildings located in a high seismic intensity region of China were assessed based on the Chinese Standard for Seismic Resilience Assessment of Buildings. The critical engineering demand parameters(EDPs) affecting the seismic resilience of such buildings were identified. Subsequently, the seismic resilience of buildings retrofitted with different isolation schemes(i.e., yield ratios) were evaluated and compared, with emphasis on the relationships among yield ratios, EDPs, and levels of seismic resilience. Accordingly, to achieve the highest level of seismic resilience with respect to the Chinese standard, a yield ratio of 3% was recommended and successfully applied to the target-oriented design for the seismic-resilience improvement of an existing RC frame building. 4Analysis of the ore-controlling structure of the Shihu gold deposit, Hebei Province and deep-seated ore-prospecting prediction显示文摘Under the guidance of the theory of mantle-branch structure-associated metallogenesis and on the basis of the geological characteristics, analysis of the ore-forming and ore-controlling structures, the geochemical characteristics of metallogenesis, the source of ore-forming materials, changes in the physical and chemical conditions of metallogenesis, changes in the vertical width of ore veins, and changes in gold grade of the Shihu gold deposit, the mechanism of its metallogenesis was discussed and the rules of vertical variation of ore veins were summarized in this study. It is pointed out that the orebodies under exploitation at present time should be in the middle and upper portions of gold veins in the Shihu gold mining district. Particularly on the basis of the characteristics of mantle-branch structure-associated metallogenesis, it is indicated that metallogenesis is controlled mainly by such ore-forming conditions as temperature and pressure. Deep-seated ore-forming fluids are characterized mainly by injection and precipitation. So the vein bodies in the adjacent metallogenic structures are of obvious comparability, and there would be great prospects for ore search both at depth and in the periphery of the Shihu gold deposit. 5Infl uence of structural parameters on dynamic characteristics and wind-induced buffeting responses of a super-long-span cable-stayed bridge显示文摘A 3D finite element(FE) model for the Sutong cable-stayed bridge(SCB) is established based on ANSYS. The dynamic characteristics of the bridge are analyzed using a subspace iteration method. Based on recorded wind data, the measured spectra expression is presented using the nonlinear least-squares regression method. Turbulent winds at the bridge site are simulated based on the spectral representation method and the FFT technique. The influence of some key structural parameters and measures on the dynamic characteristics of the bridge are investigated. These parameters include dead load intensity, as well as vertical, lateral and torsional stiffness of the steel box girder. In addition, the influence of elastic stiffness of the connection device employed between the towers and the girder on the vibration mode of the steel box girder is investigated. The analysis shows that all of the vertical, lateral and torsional buffeting displacement responses reduce gradually as the dead load intensity increases. The dynamic characteristics and the structural buffeting displacement response of the SCB are only slightly affected by the vertical and torsional stiffness of the steel box girder, and the lateral and torsional buffeting displacement responses reduce gradually as the lateral stiffness increases. 6Effects of Cd(Ⅱ) and Cu(Ⅱ) on microbial characteristics in 2-chlorophenol-degradation anaerobic bioreactors显示文摘The effects of Cd2+ and Cu2+ at 300 mg/L on anaerobic microbial communities that degrade 2-cholorophenol (2-CP) were examined. Based on the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) of 16S rDNA, bacterial community diversity and archaeal community structure were analyzed with denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) and cloning, respectively. Degradation capabilities of the anaerobic microbial community were drastically abated and the degradation efficiency of 2-CP was reduced to 60% after shock by Cu2+ and Cd2+, respectively. The bacterial community structure was disturbed and the biodiversity was reduced after shock by Cu2+ and Cd2+ for 3 d. Some new metal-resistant microbes which could cope with the new condition appeared. The sequence analysis showed that there existed common Archaea species in control sludge and systems when treated with Cu2+ and Cd2+, such as Methanothrix soehngenii, Methanosaeta concilii, uncultured euryarchaeote, and so on. Both the abundance and diversity of archaeal species were altered with addition of Cd2+ and Cu2+ at high concentration. Although the abundance of the predominant archaeal species decreased with Cd2+ and Cu2+ addition for 3 d, they recovered to some extent after 10 d. The diversity of archaeal species was remarkably reduced after recovery for 10 d and the shift in archaeal composition seemed to be irreversible. 7Identification of micro RNAs in six solanaceous plants and their potential link with phosphate and mycorrhizal signalings显示文摘To date, only a limited number of solanaceous miRNAs have been deposited in the miRNA database. Here,Rgenome-wide bioinformatic identification of miRNAs was performed in six solanaceous plants(potato, tomato, tobacco,eggplant, pepper, and petunia). A total of 2,239 miRNAs were identified following a range of criteria, of which 982 were from potato, 496 from tomato, 655 from tobacco, 46 from eggplant,45 were from pepper, and 15 from petunia. The sizes of miRNA families and miRNA precursor length differ in all the species.Accordingly, 620 targets were predicted, which could be functionally classified as transcription factors, metabolic enzymes, RNA and protein processing proteins, and other proteins for plant growth and development. We also showed evidence for miRNA clusters and sense and antisense miR NAs.Additionally, five Pi starvation- and one arbuscular mycorrhiza(AM)-related cis-elements were found widely distributed in the putative promoter regions of the miRNA genes. Selected miRNAs were classified into three groups based on the presence or absence of P1BS and MYCScis-elements, and their expression in response to Pi starvation and AM symbiosis was validated by quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR). 8Comparison between the Xishimen gold deposit and the Shihu gold deposit in western Hebei and analysis of the potential for ore exploration显示文摘The Xishimen gold deposit is located in the tectonic zone southeast to the Shihu gold deposit, both of which belong to the same orefield. Then, how is the prospecting potential for the Xishimen gold deposit? A com-parison was made between the Xishimen gold deposit and the Shihu gold deposit on the basis of their geological background of metallogenesis, geological characteristics of the ore deposits, the sources of ore-forming materials, etc. The results showed that both the deposits possess many similarities in the respects mentioned above. And their met-allogeneses can be compared. Therefore, there is great potential for ore prospection in the periphery or at the deep levels of the Xishimen gold deposit. Ore exploration should be well programmed on the basis of a better dissection of the tectonic setting of the orefield. 9Timing of mineralization at the Shihu gold deposit in the middle segment of the Taihang Mountain, China显示文摘The Shihu gold deposit, located in the middlesouth section of the core of the Fuping mantle branch structure, is hosted in the Archean Fuping Group and adjacent to the quartz diorite porphyrite. The gold deposit is the only large gold deposit with reserves of more than 30 tons gold discovered in western Hebei Province so far. In order to constrain the timing of mineralization of this ore deposit, this paper focuses on the isotopic dating of zircon and pyrite. Zircons in gold-bearing quartz veins are magmatic in origin and no hydrothermal zircon has been found in such quartz veins, indicating that zircons were derived from the wall rocks. U–Pb ages of zircons fall mainly in the two domains: 2492 ± 82 and 136 ± 4 Ma, respectively,indicative of the contribution of the Fuping-Group TTG gneiss and Yanshanian igneous rocks, respectively. The Re–Os isotopic compositions of pyrites in the gold-bearing quartz veins yield an isochron age of 127 ± 31 Ma. 10Study on the ore-forming and ore-controlling structure of the Mujicun Cu (Mo) ore deposit, Hebei Province, China显示文摘The Mujicun Cu (Mo) ore deposit at Laiyuan, Hebei Province, is a currently proven large-sized Cu (Mo) polymetallic ore deposit and it is located in the second-ordered fault depression basin of the ditachment belt on the hanging-wall on the western side at the juncture of the Laiyuan dumbell-shaped complex in the northern part of the Fuping mantle-branch structure. Metallogenesis is controlled by diorite porphyrite in intrusive relation with the fault depression basin and other relevant fault structure systems and intenstive wall-rock alteration zones. This study, in conjunction with the most recent exploration data, analyzed the geological background of metallogenesis of this deposit, summaried the geological characteristics of typical ore deposits, determined the alteration zonation of the deposit, investigated regional metallogenesis and the genesis of typical ore deposits, discussed the regional ore-forming and ore-controlling structures, and generalized the regional ore-controlling model and metallogenic model of the deposit. 11A new isolation device using shape memory alloy and its application for long-span structures显示文摘The key points to consider in determining the effectiveness of using structural isolation with shape memory alloys (SMA) are the constitutive model, the SMA isolation device and the analysis method. In this paper, a simplifi ed constitutive model based on the classic theory of plasticity is proposed to simulate the behavior of the superelasticity of the SMA, in which the martensite volume fraction is considered as one of the state variables. Comparisons between simulation results and experimental results are made and indicate that the proposed constitutive model yields stress-strain curves that are in good agreement with the experimental ones. Thus, the proposed model can correctly simulate the yield mechanism and energy dissipation capacity of the SMA. Next, in order to make full use of the superelasticity of SMA, a new SMA isolator composed of pre-tensioned SMA bars is presented. Then, a fi nite element analytical model is established to simulate the behavior of the SMA isolator according to its confi guration and simplifi ed constitutive model. Finally, a simplifi ed design method for long-span structures installed with SMA isolators is proposed, which is further used to investigate the isolation effects of a space grid structure. 12Analysis of the ore-controlling role of Guojiadian mantle branch structure,Northwest Shandong Peninsula,China显示文摘Metallogenesis in the gold ore-concentrated zone of Northwest Shandong Peninsula is closely related to deep processes.The region in the eastern part of North China entered into the stage of mantle plume evolution during the Yanshanian movement,following the long-time stage of stable platform evolution during Paleozoic time.At that time,the ore-concentrated zone of Northwest Shandong Peninsula just entered into the development-evolution stage of the Laiyang sub-mantle plume and the Guojiadian mantle branch structure in its periphery.The core-mantle-source gold was present in the gas-liquid form,and it migrated through mantle plume→sub-mantle plume→mantle branch structure→favorable tectonic expansion zone to the favorable loci of the mantle branch structure,where gold was deposited as ores,thereafter constituting a series of large-to medium-sized gold deposits distributed around the Guojiadian mantle branch structure.This study also dealt with the Jiaojia fault as the main detachment(fault altered rock) belt on the northwestern margin of the mantle branch structure and also presented a basic cognition about the fact that the Sanshandao fault as the listric fault on the hanging wall of the detachment belt.Furthermore,on this basis,this study also pointed out the orientation for further ore prospecting in this region.NIU Shuyin Sun Aiqun ZHANG Jianzhen MA Baojun WANG Baode CHEN Chao ZHANG Fuxiang LIU Cheng ZHANG Xiaofei 2012Chinese Journal Of Geochemistry2012,31,4:2
13Throughput and BER of wireless powered DF relaying in Nakagami-m fading显示文摘Energy harvesting provides a promising solution to the extra energy requirement at the relay due to relaying. In this paper, the throughput and bit error rate of a decode-and-forward relaying system are studied using power splitting wireless power. Three different transmission scenarios are considered: instantaneous transmission, delay-or error-constrained transmission and delay-or error-tolerant transmission. For each scenario,exact expressions for the throughput and bit error rate are derived. Numerical results show that, for instantaneous transmission, the optimum splitting factor is not sensitive to the channel gain of the source-to-relay link.For delay-or error-constrained transmissions, the optimum splitting factor increases with the quality of the source-to-relay link and decreases with the quality of the relay-to-destination link. 16Jasmonate mediates salt-induced nicotine biosynthesis in tobacco(Nicotiana tabacum L.)显示文摘Jasmonate(JA),as an important signal,plays a key role in multiple processes of plant growth,development and stress response.Nicotine and related pyridine alkaloids in tobacco(Nicotiana tabacum L.) are essential secondary metabolites.Whether environmental factors control nicotine biosynthesis and the underlying mechanism remains previously unreported.Here,we applied physiological and biochemical approaches to investigate how salt stress affects nicotine biosynthesis in tobacco.We found that salt stress induced the biosynthesis of JA,which subsequently triggered the activation of JA-responsive gene expression and,ultimately,nicotine synthesis.Bioinformatics analysis revealed the existence of many Nt MYC2a-recognized G-box motifs in the promoter regions of Nt LOX,Nt AOS,Nt AOC and Nt OPR genes.Applying exogenous JA increased nicotine content,while suppressing JA biosynthesis reduced nicotine biosynthesis.Salt treatment could not efficiently induce nicotine biosynthesis in transgenic anti-COI1 tobacco plants.These results demonstrate that JA acts as the essential signal which triggers nicotine biosynthesis in tobacco after salt stress.Xiaodong Chen Xiaoming Zhang Aiqun Jia Gang Xu Hong Hu Xiangyang Hu Liwei Hu 2016植物分类与资源学报2016,38,2:1

18In situ cultivation of deep-sea water with bicarbonate fueled a different microbial community显示文摘Some deep-sea microbes may incorporate inorganic carbon to reduce CO_(2) emission to upper layer and atmosphere.How the microbial inhabitants can be affected under addition of bicarbonate has not been studied using in situ fixed and lysed samples.In this study,we cultivated 40 L natural bottom water at~1000 m depth with a final concentration of 0.1 mmol/L bicarbonate for 40 min and applied multiple in situ nucleic acids collection(MISNAC)apparatus for nucleic acids extraction from the cultivation.Our classification result of the cultivation sample showed a distinct microbial community structure,compared with the samples obtained by Niskin bottle and six working units of MISNAC.Except for notable enrichment of Alteromonas,we detected prevalence of Asprobacter,Ilumatobacter and Saccharimonadales in the cultivation.Deep-sea lineages of Euryarchaeota,SAR406,SAR202 and SAR324 were almost completely absent from the cultivation and Niskin samples.This study revealed the dominant microbes affected by bicarbonate addition and Niskin sampling,which suggested rapid responses of deep-sea microbes to the environmental changes.Yong Wang Jun Li Zhanfei Wei Qingmei Li Yingli Zhou Wenli Li Jun Chen Suixue Wang Yongzhi Xin Aiqun Zhang 2022Acta Oceanologica Sinica2022,41,12:0
19A One-Time Pad Encryption Scheme Based on Efficient Physical-Layer Secret Key Generation for Intelligent IoT System显示文摘The one-time pad(OTP)is an applicationlayer encryption technique to achieve the informationtheoretic security,and the physical-layer secret key generation(SKG)technique is a promising candidate to provide the random keys for OTP.In this paper,we propose a joint SKG and OTP encryption scheme with the aid of a reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS)to boost secret key rate.To maximize the efficiency of secure communication,we divide the process of secure transmission into two stages:SKG and then encrypted packet transmission.Meanwhile,we design an optimal algorithm for allocating time slots for SKG to maximize SKG efficiency without security risk.Furthermore,we design a key updating protocol based on our SKG scheme for OTP encryption.Simulation results verify that our scheme can generate keys securely and efficiently,and significantly improve the secure communication performance in an intelligent IoT system.Liquan Chen Kailin Cao Tianyu Lu Yi Lu Aiqun Hu 2022China Communications2022,19,7:0
20Velocity model and time-depth conversion for the northwestern South China Sea deepwater areas显示文摘There are rich natural gas resources in the northwestern South China Sea deepwater areas, with poor degree of exploration. Because of the unique tectonic, sedimentary background of the region, velocity model building and time-depth conversion have been an important and difficult problem for a long time. Recent researches in this direction have revealed three major problems for deepwater areas, i.e., the way to determine error correction for drilling velocity, the optimization of velocity modeling, and the understanding and analysis of velocity variations in the slope areas. The present contribution proposes technical solutions to the problems:(1) velocity correction version can be established by analyzing the geology, reservoir, water depths and velocity spectrum characteristics;(2) a unified method can be adopted to analyze the velocity variation patterns in drilled pale structural positions;and(3) across-layer velocity is analyzed to establish the velocity model individually for each of the layers.
