3Obtaining,structure,microstructure and dielectric characteristics of ceramics and thin films of ferro-piezoelectric materials based on the PZT system显示文摘This paper presents the results of studies of the structure,microstructure,dependences of the piezoelectric properties on the electric field(dielectric hysteresis loops,reversible nonlinearity,deformation characteristics)and dielectric properties of the ceramic material PCR-13(based on the PZT system)in the temperature range 300-900K and frequencies of an alternating electric field(25÷2·10^(6))Hz.The character of the obtained dependences made it possible to attribute PCR-13 to ferro-hard materials.Using the HF cathodic sputtering method,PCR-13 thin films were fabricated on Si(001)substrates.It is shown that they are polycrystalline textured,while in comparison with bulk material,the film contains tensile stresses of the unit cell in the plane of the substrate and compresses in the perpendicular direction with the valueε_(33)=-0.018.The capacitance-voltage characteristics of the Al/PCR-13/Si/Al heterostructure were studied.The reasons for the revealed patterns are discussed.Inna Andryushina Anatoliy Pavlenko Sergey Zinchenko Konstantin Andryushin Lidiya Shilkina Ekaterina Glazunova Alexandr Nagaenko Daniil Stryukov Hizir Sadykov Larisa Reznichenko 2020Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2020,10,1:0
4The influence of thermodynamic history and external influences on the electrophysical properties of ferropiezoceramic materials based on a multicomponent system PZT-PMN-PZN+SiO_(2)显示文摘This paper presents the results of a comprehensive study of the industrially produced ferro-piezoelectric ceramic material based on the PbZrO_(3)-PbTiO_(3)-PbMn_(1/3)Nb_(2/3)O_(3)-PbZn_(1/3)Nb_(2/3)O_(3)+SiO_(2)system.Studies have confirmed that this material refers to ferrorigid materials with high coercive fields,stable dielectric properties in a wide temperature range,practically no Curie temperature hysteresis,as well as low controllability of the dielectric constant and deformation characteristics by constant bias electric fields.The revealed correlation between dielectric,deformation characteristics and dielectric hysteresis allows us to consider this material as promising for devices operating in power modes:piezotransformers,highly loaded ultrasonic devices,piezoelectric motors,etc.Konstantin Andryushin Inna Andryushina Hizir Sadykov Alexandr Nagaenko Larisa Reznichenko 2020Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2020,10,1:0
5Destruction phenomena in ferroactive materials显示文摘The results of a comprehensive study of the crystal structure,grain structure,and strength properties of ceramic bismuth ferrite with rare earth elements(REE)obtained by two-stage solid-phase synthesis followed by sintering using conventional ceramic technology are presented.The reasons for the formation of low mechanical strength and the development of destruction phenomena in solid solutions with small REE(R<0:94Å)are considered:Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb,Lu.The causes of the observed phenomena associated with the composite-like structure of the studied media and,as a consequence,the occurrence of local stresses of structural elements that provoke crack formation are established.A source of the latter are also the structural features of the grain landscape.The conclusion is made about the appropriateness of taking into account the information obtained when developing devices based on BiFeO_(3)/REE multiferroics.Sidek Khasbulatov Aleksander Cherpakov Ivan Parinov Konstantin Andryushin Lidiya Shilkina Vladimir Aleshin Inna Andryushina Balabek Mardaliev David Gordienko Iliya Verbenko Larisa Reznichenko 2020Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2020,10,4:0
6Crystal structure,microstructure,electrophysical properties,and thermally induced aging of PZT-CdNb_(2)O_(6)ceramics显示文摘Solid solution samples of the three-component system(1−x)Pb(Ti_(0.5)Zr_(0.5))O_(3)−xCdNb_(2)O_(6)with x=0.0125-0.0500,Δx=0.0125 were obtained by solid phase synthesis followed by sintering using conventional ceramic technology.The crystal structure,microstructure,electrophysical,and thermophysical properties of these ceramics have been studied.It is shown that all studied solid solutions can be divided into two groups(with x=0.0125 and with x>0.0125),characterized by different characteristics of the change in properties with variations in external influences.This is probably due to the transition from a perovskite-type structure with a tetragonal(T)unit cell to inhomogeneous solid solutions consisting of a series of T-phases with similar cell parameters.A conclusion is made about the expediency of using the data obtained in the development of similar materials for devices based on them.Andryushin Konstantin Pavelko Alexey Sahoo Sushrisangita Shilkina Lidiya Nagaenko Alxandr Andryushina Inna Moysa Maksim Reznichenko Larisa 2022Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2022,12,5:0
7Peculiarities of the dependences of the dielectric properties of solid solutions of multicomponent systems on the electronegativity of their constituent cations显示文摘Solid solutions(SS)of 3-and 4-component systems based on lead titanate-zirconate were prepared by the method of solid-phase reactions and uniaxial hot pressing.The dependences of the relative permittivity of polarized samples on the electronegativity(EN)of their constituent cations have been studied.The ferro-hardness of the SS(the stability of the domain structure to external influences)is shown to be directly dependent on the EN of elements B in the corresponding oxidation states,i.e.,the degree of covalence of the B-O bond.The deviation from this dependence in SS with Ni and Cd is explained by their individual features,which result in changes in the degree of bond covalence in both cationic sublattices.The conducted crystal-chemical analysis made it possible to choose promising SS when creating ferroelectric materials,including textured piezoelectric ceramic materials for piezoelectric transducers for various purposes:Piezotransformers,piezoelectric motors,ultrasonic emitters,filter devices,ultrasonic flaw detectors,accelerometers,etc.Andryushin Konstantin Dudkina Svetlana Shilkina Lidiya Sahoo Sushrisangita Moysa Maksim Andryushina Inna Verbenko Iliya Reznichenko Larisa 2022Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2022,12,4:0
