6Destruction phenomena in ferroactive materials显示文摘The results of a comprehensive study of the crystal structure,grain structure,and strength properties of ceramic bismuth ferrite with rare earth elements(REE)obtained by two-stage solid-phase synthesis followed by sintering using conventional ceramic technology are presented.The reasons for the formation of low mechanical strength and the development of destruction phenomena in solid solutions with small REE(R<0:94Å)are considered:Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb,Lu.The causes of the observed phenomena associated with the composite-like structure of the studied media and,as a consequence,the occurrence of local stresses of structural elements that provoke crack formation are established.A source of the latter are also the structural features of the grain landscape.The conclusion is made about the appropriateness of taking into account the information obtained when developing devices based on BiFeO_(3)/REE multiferroics.Sidek Khasbulatov Aleksander Cherpakov Ivan Parinov Konstantin Andryushin Lidiya Shilkina Vladimir Aleshin Inna Andryushina Balabek Mardaliev David Gordienko Iliya Verbenko Larisa Reznichenko 2020Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2020,10,4:0
7Peculiarities of the dependences of the dielectric properties of solid solutions of multicomponent systems on the electronegativity of their constituent cations显示文摘Solid solutions(SS)of 3-and 4-component systems based on lead titanate-zirconate were prepared by the method of solid-phase reactions and uniaxial hot pressing.The dependences of the relative permittivity of polarized samples on the electronegativity(EN)of their constituent cations have been studied.The ferro-hardness of the SS(the stability of the domain structure to external influences)is shown to be directly dependent on the EN of elements B in the corresponding oxidation states,i.e.,the degree of covalence of the B-O bond.The deviation from this dependence in SS with Ni and Cd is explained by their individual features,which result in changes in the degree of bond covalence in both cationic sublattices.The conducted crystal-chemical analysis made it possible to choose promising SS when creating ferroelectric materials,including textured piezoelectric ceramic materials for piezoelectric transducers for various purposes:Piezotransformers,piezoelectric motors,ultrasonic emitters,filter devices,ultrasonic flaw detectors,accelerometers,etc.Andryushin Konstantin Dudkina Svetlana Shilkina Lidiya Sahoo Sushrisangita Moysa Maksim Andryushina Inna Verbenko Iliya Reznichenko Larisa 2022Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2022,12,4:0
