1Altered relationship between thickness and intrinsic activity amplitude in generalized tonic–clonic seizures显示文摘A thinner cortex has higher potential for binding GABA receptor A which is associated with larger amplitudes of intrinsic brain activity(i BA). However, the relationship between cortical thickness and i BA is unknown in intact and epileptic brains. To this end, we investigated the relationship between cortical thickness measured by highresolution MRI and surface-based i BA derived from resting-state functional MRI in normal controls(n = 82) andpatients with generalized tonic–clonic seizures(GTCS)only(n = 82). We demonstrated that the spatial distribution of cortical thickness negatively correlated with surface-based i BA amplitude at both whole-brain and within independent brain functional networks. In GTCS patients,spatial coupling between thickness and i BA amplitude decreased in the default mode, dorsal attention, and somatomotor networks. In addition, the vertex-wise acrosssubject thickness–i BA amplitude correspondence altered in the frontal and temporal lobes as well as in the precuneus in GTCS patients. 2A dual plasmonic core-shell Pt/[TiN@TiO_(2)]catalyst for enhanced photothermal synergistic catalytic activity of VOCs abatement显示文摘Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)are ubiquitous organic pollutants affecting atmospheric environment and human health.The development of new efficient and environmentally friendly materials utilizing photothermal synergistic catalysis for purification of VOCs is still challenging.Herein,we design and prepare a core–shell TiN@TiO_(2)nanostructure integrating with nanoscaled Pt(Pt/[TiN@TiO_(2)])by an attractive quenching method.The strong light-harvesting capability of Pt and TiN components improve light-to-heat utilization efficiency by their intrinsic surface plasmon resonance effect.The TiO_(2)component upon the surface and the coexisting coupling effect of Pt0 and Pt2+enhance the photocatalytic effect of the system.As a result,the catalytic performance is significantly improved with toluene(120 ppm)conversion of 100%under the gas hourly space velocity of 72,000 mL·g^(−1)·h^(−1)and light illumination of 500 mW·cm^(−2).The desired catalyst thus achieves highly efficient coupling effect of photocatalysis and light-to-heat conversion for promoting VOCs abatement.Anqi Li Qianpeng Zhang Shuaiqi Zhao Yanan Chong Peng Wu Yifei Li Xiaojing Jin Guangxu Chen Yongcai Qiu Shihe Yang Daiqi Ye 2022Nano Research2022,15,8:0

4Comprehensive bioinformatics analysis and experimental validation:An anoikis-related gene prognostic model for targeted drug development in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma显示文摘We analyzed RNA-sequencing(RNA-seq)and clinical data from head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC)patients in The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)Genomic Data Commons(GDC)portal to investigate the prognostic value of anoikis-related genes(ARGs)in HNSCC and develop new targeted drugs.Differentially expressed ARGs were screened using bioinformatics methods;subsequently,a prognostic model including three ARGs(CDKN2A,BIRC5,and PLAU)was constructed.Our results showed that the model-based risk score was a good prognostic indicator,and the potential of the three ARGs in HNSCC prognosis was validated by the TISCH database,the model’s accuracy was validated in two independent cohorts of the Gene Expression Omnibus database.Immune correlation analysis and half-maximal inhibitory concentration were also performed to reveal the different landscapes of TIME between risk groups and to predict immuno-and chemo-therapeutic responses.Potential small-molecule drugs for HNSCC were subsequently predicted using the L1000FWD database.Finally,in vitro experiments were used to verify the database findings.The relative ARG mRNA expression levels in HNSCC and surrounding normal tissues remained consistent with the model results.BIRC5 knockdown inhibited anoikis resistance in WSU-HN6 and CAL-27 cells.Molecular docking,real-time PCR,cell counting kit-8(CCK-8),plate clone,and flow cytometry analyses showed that small-molecule drugs predicted by the database may target the ARGs in the prognostic model,inhibit HNSCC cells survival rate,and promote anoikis in vitro.Therefore,we constructed a new ARG model for HNSCC patients that can predict prognosis and immune activity and identify a potential small-molecule drug for HNSCC,paving the way for clinically targeting anoikis in HNSCC.LIN QIU ANQI TAO XIAOQIAN SUN FEI LIU XIANPENG GE CUIYING LI 2023Oncology Research2023,31,5:0
5A telomere-to-telomere genome assembly of Zhonghuang 13,a widely-grown soybean variety from the original center of Glycine max显示文摘Soybean(Glycine max)stands as a globally significant agricultural crop,and the comprehensive assembly of its genome is of paramount importance for unraveling its biological characteristics and evolutionary history.Nevertheless,previous soybean genome assemblies have harbored gaps and incompleteness,which have constrained in-depth investigations into soybean.Here,we present Telomere-to-Telomere(T2T)assembly of the Chinese soybean cultivar Zhonghuang 13(ZH13)genome,termed ZH13-T2T,utilizing PacBio Hifi and ONT ultralong reads.We employed a multi-assembler approach,integrating Hifiasm,NextDenovo,and Canu,to minimize biases and enhance assembly accuracy.The assembly spans 1,015,024,879 bp,effectively resolving all 393 gaps that previously plagued the reference genome.Our annotation efforts identified 50,564 high-confidence protein-coding genes,707 of which are novel.ZH13-T2T revealed longer chromosomes,421 not-aligned regions(NARs),112 structure variations(SVs),and a substantial expansion of repetitive element compared to earlier assemblies.Specifically,we identified 25.67 Mb of tandem repeats,an enrichment of 5S and 48S rDNAs,and characterized their genotypic diversity.In summary,we deliver the first complete Chinese soybean cultivar T2T genome.The comprehensive annotation,along with precise centromere and telomere characterization,as well as insights into structural variations,further enhance our understanding of soybean genetics and evolution.Anqi Zhang Tangchao Kong Baiquan Sun Shizheng Qiu Jiahe Guo Shuyong Ruan Yu Guo Jirui Guo Zhishuai Zhang Yue Liu Zheng Hu Tao Jiang Yadong Liu Shuqi Cao Shi Sun Tingting Wu Huilong Hong Bingjun Jiang Maoxiang Yang Xiangyu Yao Yang Hu Bo Liu Tianfu Han Yadong Wang 2024The Crop Journal2024,12,1:0
6Coverless Image Steganography Method Based on Feature Selection显示文摘A new information hiding technology named coverless information hiding is proposed.It uses original natural images as stego images to represent secret information.The focus of coverless image steganography method is how to represent image features and establish a map relationship between image feature and the secret information.In this paper,we use three kinds of features which are Local Binary Pattern(LBP),the mean value of pixels and the variance value of pixels.On this basis,we realize the transmission of secret information.Firstly,the hash sequence of the original cover image is obtained according to the description of the feature,and then the sequence of the secret information and the hash sequence of the original cover image are matched one by one.If the values are not the same,the image blocks of the original cover image are replaced according to the secret information to get the stego image.This paper explores the effect of three features on the visual quality of stego image.Experimental results show that the feature LBP is the best.Anqi Qiu Xianyi Chen Xingming Sun Shuai Wang Guo Wei 2019Journal of Information Hiding and Privacy Protection2019,1,2:0
7Incorporating redox-sensitive nanogels into bioabsorbable nanofibrous membrane to acquire ROS-balance capacity for skin regeneration显示文摘Facing the high incidence of skin diseases,it is urgent to develop functional materials with high bioactivity for wound healing,where reactive oxygen species(ROS)play an important role in the wound healing process mainly via adjustment of immune response and neovasculation.In this study,we developed a kind of bioabsorbable materials with ROS-mediation capacity for skin disease therapy.Firstly,redox-sensitive poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-acrylic acid)(PNA)nanogels were synthesized by radical emulsion polymerization method using a disulfide molecule as crosslinker.The resulting nanogels were then incorporated into the nanofibrous membrane of poly(L-lactic acid)(PLLA)via airbrushing approach to offer bioabsorbable membrane with redox-sensitive ROS-balance capacity.In vitro biological evaluation indicated that the PNA-contained bioabsorbable membrane improved cell adhesion and proliferation compared to the native PLLA membrane.In vivo study using mouse wound skin model demonstrated that PNA-doped nanofibrous membranes could promote the wound healing process,where the disulfide bonds in them were able to adjust the ROS level in the wound skin for mediation of redox potential to achieve higher wound healing efficacy.Shihao Zhang Yamin Li Xiaofeng Qiu Anqi Jiao Wei Luo Xiajie Lin Xiaohui Zhang Zeren Zhang Jiachan Hong Peihao Cai Yuhong Zhang Yan Wu Jie Gao Changsheng Liu Yulin Li 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,10:0
