3Facile fabrication of three-dimensional interconnected nanoporous N-TiO_2 for efficient photoelectrochemical water splitting显示文摘Three-dimensional(3 D) interconnected porous architectures are expected to perform well in photoelectrochemical(PEC) water splitting due to their high specific surface area as well as favourable porous properties and interconnections. In this work, we demonstrated the facile fabrication of 3 D interconnected nanoporous N-doped TiO_2(N-TiO_2 network) by annealing the anodized 3 D interconnected nanoporous TiO_2(TiO_2 network) in ammonia atmosphere. The obtained N-TiO_2 network exhibited broadened light absorption, and abundant, interconnected pores for improving charge separation, which was supported by the reduced charge transfer resistance. 5Inorganic Nanotube/Organic Nanoparticle Hybrids for Enhanced Photoelectrochemical Properties显示文摘Inorganic/organic nanohybrids composed of arrayed TiO_2 nanotubes(Ti NTs)/porphyrin nanoparticles(NPs) have been fabricated via a wet chemical approach. The inorganic component, particularly the arrayed one-dimensional(1D) nanostructures, provides high charge-carrier mobility and rapid charge transport. The organic component exhibits extensive visible light absorption and good solution processability. Additionally, the geometric restraint by supramolecular assembly renders an improved photostability. A combination of these two components could thus allow for an efficient solar energy conversion. In this work, a colloid of porphyrin NPs prepared by a solvent exchange method is coated on anodic Ti NTs by means of a dip-coating treatment to form inorganic/organic hybrids. The hybrids exhibit an improvement on solar absorption and a significant enhancement on photocurrent generation at a small bias compared with individual component. 7Micro-ecology restoration of colonic inflammation by in-Situ oral delivery of antibody-laden hydrogel microcapsules显示文摘In-situ oral delivery of therapeutic antibodies,like monoclonal antibody,for chronic inflammation treatment is the most convenient approach compared with other administration routes.Moreover,the abundant links between the gut microbiota and colonic inflammation indicate that the synergistic or antagonistic effect of gut microbiota to colonic inflammation.However,the antibody activity would be significantly affected while transferring through the gastrointestinal tract due to hostile conditions.Moreover,these antibodies have short serum half-lives,thus,require to be frequently administered with high doses to be effective,leading to low patient tolerance.Here,we develop a strategy utilizing thin shell hydrogel microcapsule fabricated by microfluidic technique as the oral delivering carrier.By encapsulating antibodies in these microcapsules,antibodies survive in the hostile gastrointestinal environment and rapidly release into the small intestine through oral administration route,achieving the same therapeutic effect as the intravenous injection evaluated by a colonic inflammation disease model.Moreover,the abundance of some intestinal microorganisms as the indication of the improvement of inflammation has remarkably altered after in-situ antibody-laden microcapsules delivery,implying the restoration of micro-ecology of the intestine.These findings prove our microcapsules are exploited as an efficient oral delivery agent for antibodies with programmable function in clinical application.Bo Li Xin Li Xiaodong Chu Pengcheng Lou Yin Yuan Aoxiang Zhuge Xueling Zhu Yangfan Shen Jinghua Pan Liyuan Zhang Lanjuan Li Zhongwen Wu 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,9:1
8Fiber‑Optic Microfiber:Tracking Activity Enhancement and Suppression of Heterogeneous Photocatalysts显示文摘Obtaining detailed insight into the photocatalytic performance of heterogeneous photocatalytic materials,is important for evaluating material properties as well as guiding material design.However,capture of the detailed matter changes on a photocatalyst surface in real time,and in situ during photocatalysis remains challenging.This work reports a promising optical microfiber sensor integrating a photocatalytic reaction monolayer on an optical microfiber surface to monitor reaction kinetics using Cu_(2)O-based heterogeneous photocatalysts,as an example.The evanescent field of microfiber is used to track the photocatalytic process in real time,through the interaction with the catalytic layer,by monitoring the surface refractive index changes caused by adsorption and degradation.Since the catalytic layer is less than 1µm thick,the typical high-power light source can be replaced by low-power light irradiation.This method successfully reveals that relative to the pristine Cu_(2)O microspheres,the photocatalytic activity is enhanced by the incorporation of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene into Cu_(2)O,whereas incorporation of CdS into Cu_(2)O suppresses the activity.Compared with the existing methods used for photocatalysis evalu-ation,this optical microfiber can be directly employed in real matrices to track local photocatalytic performance.It can also provide details about the different adsorption/degradation kinetics of photocatalysts.It is suitable for most photocatalytic processes and is not limited to pollutants with characteristic UV–visible absorption spectra.This study provides important inspiration for the future development of in situ,real-time reaction assessment.Yunyun Huang Jiaxuan Liang Pengwei Chen Jiaxin Wan Haotian Wu Xiaolan Wu Aoxiang Xiao Bai‑Ou Guan 2023Advanced Fiber Materials2023,5,2:0
9Analysis and control of multidrug-resistant bacteria in hospital显示文摘Objective:To investigate the status of multidrug-resistant bacteria and the prevention and control measures of nosocomial in-fection in our hospital.Methods:The annual monitoring of multidrug-resistant bacteria infection was measured to summarize the bacteria species,statistical distribution and antibiotic resistance.Identification of multidrug-resistant bacteria infection in patients infected or hospital acquired infections was taken to analyze the reasons of multidrug-resistant bacteria strain and put forward the relevant measures.Results:The top five of multidrug-resistant strains infections were:Gram-positive bacteria including methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus aureus;Gram-negative bacteria including Escherichia coli,Acinetobacter bauman-nii,Klebsiella pneumoniae.Conclusions:The occurrence of multidrug-resistant hospital infections could be prevented by rational use of antibiotics,hand hygiene and disinfection management,and reinforced monitoring of multidrug-resistant bacteria.Aoxiang Shi Lihua Sun 2015Discussion of Clinical Cases2015,2,3:0
10Application of Flow Cytometry in Examination of Immunophenotypes in Human Cells显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to establish a method for detecting the immunophenotypes of venous blood CIK cells in healthy donors and patients with triple-negative breast cancer or lung cancer by flow cytometry,and to further analyze and discuss the proportion of cellular immunophenotypes such as CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD3^(+)CD8^(+),CD3^(+)CD56^(+)in CIK cells.[Methods]Human venous blood was drawn,then anticoagulated with heparin and isolated with lymphocyte isolation solution,and the relevant immunophenotypes were detected by flow cytometry after 21 d of culture.[Results]The expression of CD3^(+)CD8^(+)and CD3^(+)CD56^(+)in the venous blood CIK cells was significantly higher in healthy donors than that in triple-negative breast and lung cancer patients.[Conclusions]CD3^(+)CD8^(+)and CD3^(+)CD56^(+)CIK cells have high anti-tumor activity.Zebo HUANG Aoxiang FENG Yuhan SHI Haoxian WANG Guanghong WU 2022Agricultural Biotechnology2022,11,6:0
