2番茄ps-2基因的SSR及CAPS标记开发显示文摘含有ps-2雄性不育基因的番茄材料可通过自交获得100%的雄性不育后代,从而方便地应用于番茄杂交制种。以优良的加工番茄品系92155为父本,以来自保加利亚含有ps-2基因的不育材料CMC1ps2为母本,构建了123个F2代分离群体,育性表型分离比例完全符合孟德尔遗传规律,为隐性单基因。根据番茄形态和分子标记整合遗传连锁图谱,选取相应的SSR、RFLP及COS标记,分别筛选了5对SSR引物、13对由RFLP探针序列转化来的CAPS引物及1对COSⅡ引物。经连锁遗传分析,获得了与ps-2基因紧密连锁的1个SSR标记(SSR450)和1个CAPS标记(命名为TG123),它们与ps-2基因的连锁遗传距离分别是4.9cM和11.6cM,位于该基因两侧,均为共显性标记。这两个标记的获得可直接用于标记辅助育种和杂种纯度鉴定,加速番茄雄性不育的转育与利用。朱莎 宋燕 刘磊 Bistra Atanassova 徐和金 周国龙 李君明 2010园艺学报2010,37,2:7
3与番茄Ps-2位点紧密连锁的AFLP分子标记的获得显示文摘含有ps-2雄性不育基因的番茄材料可通过自交获得100%的不育后代,方便地应用于番茄杂交制种。作者以来自保加利亚含有ps-2基因的不育材料CMC1ps2为母本,以优良的加工番茄92155为父本,构建了123个F2分离群体,育性表型分离比例完全符合孟德尔遗传规律,为单基因隐性遗传。采用AFLP分子标记技术,通过筛选64对AFLP引物组合,获得了与可育ps-2位点紧密连锁的3个AFLP标记(E37/M47、E38/M48及E33/M50),它们与可育基因的遗传图距分别是6.04cM、6.04cM、6.06cM,而且位于可育基因的同一侧,位置基本相同,分别扩增出390bp、150bp、80bp的DNA片断。这3个标记的获得,可直接用于标记辅助选育,加速番茄雄性不育的转育和利用。李君明 朱莎 宋燕 张智 Bistra Atanassova 张盛林 徐和金 2006植物遗传资源学报2006,7,1:4

10A data directory to facilitate investigations on worldwide wildlife trafficking显示文摘Wildlife trafficking is a global phenomenon posing many negative impacts on socio-environmental systems.Scientific exploration of wildlife trafficking trends and the impact of interventions is significantly encumbered by a suite of data reuse challenges.We describe a novel,open-access data directory on wildlife trafficking and a corresponding visualization tool that can be used to identify data for multiple purposes,such as exploring wildlife trafficking hotspots and convergence points with other crime,discovering key drivers or deterrents of wildlife trafficking,and uncovering structural patterns.Keyword searches,expert elicitation,and peer-reviewed publications were used to search for extant sources used by industry and non-profit organizations,as well as those leveraged to publish academic research articles.The open-access data directory is designed to be a living document and searchable according to multiple measures.The directory can be instrumental in the data-driven analysis of unsustainable illegal wildlife trade,supply chain structure via link prediction models,the value of demand and supply reduction initiatives via multi-item knapsack problems,or trafficking behavior and transportation choices via network interdiction problems.Meredith L.Gore Rowan Hilend Jonathan OPrell Emily Griffin John R.Macdonald Burcu B.Keskin Aaron Ferber Bistra Dilkina 2023Big Earth Data2023,7,2:0

12Indoor Radon Concentrations of School Buildings in Varna District, Bulgaria显示文摘Radon is a radioactive gas that is naturally produced by the breakdown of uranium in soil,rock and water.Recent International Commission on Radiological Protection(ICRP)and World Health Organization(WHO)requirements include controlling indoor radon exposure and settings of a reference level for the annual average activity concentration of up to 300 Bq/m3 for dwellings and public buildings.Radon measurements in school buildings have long been carried out in many countries.Systematic measurements in schools in Bulgaria have started and are progressing.The study concerns the measurements of radon concentration(CRn)in all state school buildings in one of the Black Sea regions,Varna district,and the analysis of indoor variation.The survey of 1,185 premises of 107 schools was conducted from December 2019/January 2020 to March/May 2020 using a passive method.The AM(Arithmetic Mean)of CRn in the premises of the studied schools on the territory of Varna district is 130 Bq/m^(3),and the geometric mean is 97 Bq/m^(3).The number of premises exceeding the national reference level of 300 Bq/m^(3) is 72 located in 38 schools(about 36% of schools).A statistically significant difference(KW(Kruskal-Wallis),p<0.0001)was found between the radon data,grouped by municipalities.Furthermore,the radon data were classified into two groups based on municipality location:on the Black Sea coast and inland.Schools located near the sea have a higher value of CRn.In order to more accurately assess the exposure of pupils and teachers,the results are divided into four groups,depending on the type of use of the premises and the floor on which they are located.The highest CRn value was found in the study rooms used for specialized education such as physics,chemistry,music etc.(AM=155 Bq/m3),which can be explained by their smaller size and less frequent use.A statistically significant difference(KW,p<0.0001)was found,which means that the radon exposure in the examined rooms depends on the type of use.The key to reducing children’s exposure in schools is to measure CRn and then apply corrective action to the high levels of radon.Desislava Djunakova Bistra Kunovska Jana Djounova Kremena Ivanova Zdenka Stojanovska 2022Journal of Environmental Science and Engineering(B)2022,11,2:0
