| 2 | Collaborative validation of GlobeLand30:Methodology and practices显示文摘30-m Global Land Cover(GLC)data products permit the detection of land cover changes at the scale of most human land activities,and are therefore used as fundamental information for sustainable development,environmental change studies,and many other societal benefit areas.In the past few years,increasing efforts have been devoted to the accuracy assessment of GlobeLand30 and other finer-resolution GLC data products.However,most of them were conducted either within a limited percentage of map sheets selected from a global scale or in some individual countries(areas),and there are still many areas where the uncertainty of 30-m resolution GLC data products remains to be validated and documented.In order to promote a comprehensive and collaborative validation of 30-m GLC data products,the GEO Global Land Cover Community Activity had organized a project from 2015 to 2017,to examine and explore its major problems,including the lack of international agreed validation guidelines and on-line tools for facilitating collaborative validation activities.With the joint effort of experts and users from 30 GEO member countries or participating organizations,a technical specification for 30-m GLC validation was developed based on the findings and experiences.An on-line validation tool,GLCVal,was developed by integrating land cover validation procedures with the service computing technologies.About 20 countries(regions)have completed the accuracy assessment of GlobeLand30 for their territories with the guidance of the technical specification and the support of GLCVal. | Jun Chen Lijun Chen Fei Chen Yifang Ban Songnian Li Gang Han Xiaohua Tong Chuang Liu Vanya Stamenova Stefan Stamenov | 2021 | Geo-Spatial Information Science2021,24,1: | 5 |
| 3 | Directional Growth of Tin Crystals Controlled by Combined Solute Concentration Gradient Field and Static Magnetic Field显示文摘A new method was introduced to achieve directional growth of Sn crystals. Microstructures in liquid(Pb)/liquid(Sn) diffusion couples were investigated under various static magnetic fields. Results show that the β-Sn crystals mainly reveal an irregular dendritic morphology without or with a relatively low static magnetic field(B0.3 T). When the magnetic field is increased to 0.5 T, the β-Sn dendrites close to the final stage of growth begin to show some directional character. With a further increase in the magnetic field to a higher level(0.8–5 T), the β-Sn dendrites have an enhanced directional growth character, but the dendrites show a certain deflection. As the magnetic field is increased to 12 T, the directional growth of the β-Sn dendrites in the center of the couple is severely destroyed. | 4 | Cardiac-specific deletion of BRG1 ameliorates ventricular arrhythmia in mice with myocardial infarction显示文摘Malignant ventricular arrhythmia(VA)after myocardial infarction(MI)is mainly caused by myocardial electrophysiological remodeling.Brahma-related gene 1(BRG1)is an ATPase catalytic subunit that belongs to a family of chromatin remodeling complexes called Switch/Sucrose Non-Fermentable Chromatin(SWI/SNF).BRG1 has been reported as a molecular chaperone,interacting with various transcription factors or proteins to regulate transcription in cardiac diseases.In this study,we investigated the potential role of BRG1 in ion channel remodeling and VA after ischemic infarction.Myocardial infarction(MI)mice were established by ligating the left anterior descending(LAD)coronary artery,and electrocardiogram(ECG)was monitored.Epicardial conduction of MI mouse heart was characterized in Langendorff-perfused hearts using epicardial optical voltage mapping.Patch-clamping analysis was conducted in single ventricular cardiomyocytes isolated from the mice.We showed that BRG1 expression in the border zone was progressively increased in the first week following MI.Cardiac-specific deletion of BRG1 by tail vein injection of AAV9-BRG1-shRNA significantly ameliorated susceptibility to electrical-induced VA and shortened QTc intervals in MI mice.BRG1 knockdown significantly enhanced conduction velocity(CV)and reversed the prolonged action potential duration in MI mouse heart.Moreover,BRG1 knockdown improved the decreased densities of Na^(+)current(I_(Na))and transient outward potassium current(I_(to)),as well as the expression of Na_(v)1.5 and K_(v)4.3 in the border zone of MI mouse hearts and in hypoxia-treated neonatal mouse ventricular cardiomyocytes.We revealed that MI increased the binding among BRG1,T-cell factor 4(TCF4)andβ-catenin,forming a transcription complex,which suppressed the transcription activity of SCN5A and KCND3,thereby influencing the incidence of VA post-MI. | Jing Li Zi-yue Ma Yun-feng Cui Ying-tao Cui Xian-hui Dong Yong-zhen Wang Yu-yang Fu Ya-dong Xue Ting-ting Tong Ying-zi Ding Ya-mei Zhu Hai-jun Huang Ling Zhao Hong-zhao Lv Ling-zhao Xiong Kai Zhang Yu-xuan Han Tao Ban Rong Huo | 2024 | Acta Pharmacologica Sinica2024,45,3: | 0 |
