| 1 | Crystal Structure Evolution of the Cu-rich Nano Precipitates from bcc to 9R in Reactor Pressure Vessel Model Steel显示文摘The crystal structure evolution of the Cu-rich nano precipitates from bcc to 9R during thermal aging was studied in nuclear reactor pressure vessel(RPV)model steels.The specimens,contained higher copper and nickel contents than commercially available one,were heated at 890 C for 0.5 h and then water quenched followed by tempering at 660 C for 10 h and aging at 400 C for 1000 h.It was observed that bcc and 9R orthogonal structure,as well as 9R orthogonal and 9R monoclinic structure,coexist in a single Cu-rich nano precipitate.Further analyses pointed out that Cu-rich nano precipitates of bcc structure were not stable,it may preferentially transform to 9R orthogonal structure and then to 9R monoclinic structure.This results showed that the crystal structure evolution of the Cu-rich nano precipitates was complex. | Liu FENG Bangxin ZHOU Jianchao PENG Junan WANG | 2013 | Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2013,26,6: | 7 |
| 2 | Effect of high magnetic field on the crystallization of Nd_2Fe_(14)B/α-Fe nanocomposite magnets显示文摘Nd8.1Dy0.9Fe76.95Co8.55B5.5 nanocomposite magnets annealed with and without a 10 T magnetic field were inves-tigated in this article. The ribbons with coexisting amorphous and crystalline phases were selected to do this study. The re-sults of M?ssbauer spectroscopy revealed that the content of α-Fe increased when annealed in high strength magnetic field. The size of the grains also increased considerably after the application of magnetic annealing. A three-dimen- sional atom probe (3DAP), an instrument with near- atomic resolutions of about 0.06 and 0.2 nm in depth and transverse direction, respectively, has been em- ployed to map out the elemental distribution of some conductive materials within a nano-scale volume. This instrument is fit to analyze the elemental distri- bution in nano materials and nano precipitation in common materials. 3DAP is applied to investigate the microstructure of Nd2Fe14B/α?Fe nanocomposite magnets. | 4 | Influence of zirconium addition on the microstructure and magnetic properties of nanocomposite Nd_(10.1)Fe_(78.2-x)Co_5Zr_xB_(6.7) permanent magnets显示文摘Nanocomposite Nd10.1Fe78.2?xCo5ZrxB6.7 (x = 0, 1.5, 2.5, 2.7, 3, 4) permanent magnets were prepared by melt-spun and annealing. The microstructure and magnetic properties of the permanent magnets were investigated. The re- sults reveal that the addition of Zr element significantly reduces the grain size and improves the thermal stability of the amorphous phase. A fine nanocomposite microstructure with an average grain size of about 35 nm can be developed at a wheel speed of 16 m·s?1 with the content of Zr up to 2.7 at.%.
