1Effects of ecological factors on secondary metabolites and inorganic elements of Scutellaria baicalensis and analysis of geoherblism显示文摘This study analyzed the effects of ecological factors on secondary metabolites of Scutellaria baicalensis using two sources:92individual roots of S.baicalensis from all over China,and secondary metabolites,medicinal materials and inorganic element contents obtained from the testing of 92 S.baicalensis rhizosphere soil samples.The study used environmental data from the Genuine Medicinal Material Spatial Analysis Database.Most of the chemical constituents of S.baicalensis were negatively correlated to latitude and positively correlated to temperature;generally,the contents of 21 chemical constituents were higher at low latitudes than that at high latitudes.By gradual regression analysis,it was found that the content of baicalin in S.baicalensis was negatively correlated to latitude and generally the content of inorganic elements in soil was excessively high(excluding Mg and Ca),which has a negative effect on the accumulation of chemical constituents in S.baicalensis.Based on the cluster analysis of 21 constituents,S.baicalensis from different places of origin was divided into two groups,and S.baicalensis was not genuine only in a specific small region.Within the zone from Chifeng,Inner Mongolia to Taibai,Shaanxi is suitable for accumulation of secondary metabolites of S.baicalensis and such a zone represents a suitable distribution and potential genuine producing area.GUO LanPing WANG Sheng ZHANG Ji YANG Guang ZHAO ManXi MA WeiFeng ZHANG XiaoBo LI Xuan HAN BangXing CHEN NaiFu HUANG LuQi 2013Science China(Life Sciences)2013,56,11:7
2Debris flow prevention pattern in national parks Taking the world natural heritage Jiuzhaigou as an example显示文摘With the development of the ecological tourism, how to control debris flow in national parks becomes an urgent problem. The characteristics of prevention of the debris flow in the areas are systematically studied, and a scientific strategy is introduced for dealing with debris flows. In term of the activity attribute of the debris flow and objects protected in Jiuzhaigou, some methods are proposed to arrange the projects of hazard mitigation, and finally an approach is established to carry out the technology in the control of the debris flow scientifically, reasonably and feasibly. Integrating the aforesaid strategy with methods, the pattern of prevention and countermeasures of the debris flow has been theorized, in this way the mitigation hazards engineering is in harmony with the natural view and combined with the ecology. 7CHARACTER DETECTION AND RECOGNITION SYSTEM OF BEER BOTTLES显示文摘An optical imaging system and a configuration characteristic algorithm are presented to reducethe difficulties in extracting intact characters image with weak contrast, in recognizing characters on fastmoving beer bottles. The system consists of a hardware subsystem, including a rotating device, CCD, 16mm focus lens, a frame grabber card, a penetrating lighting and a computer, and a software subsystem. Thesoftware subsystem performs pretreatment, character segmentation and character recognition. In the pre-treatment, the original image is filtered with preset threshold to remove isolated spots. Then the horizontalprojection and the vertical projection are used respectively to retrieve the character segmentation. Subse-quently, the configuration characteristic algorithm is applied to recognize the characters. 14Fast saccharide mapping method for quality consistency evaluation of commercial xylooligosaccharides collected in China显示文摘Due to the extensive use of xylooligosaccharides(XOS)as functional food ingredients,many inferior goods and even adulterants are generally found in the market,which may pose a health hazard to certain populations.Chromatography method such as high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and high-performance thin-layer chromatography(HPTLC)is traditionally applied for the quality analysis of XOS.However,it is time consuming due to the prolonged separation and pre-or post-derivatization procedure.In this study,a fast saccharide mapping method based on matrix-assisted laser desorption/time-of-flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF-MS)was developed for the quality consistency analysis of 22 batches of XOS collected from different manufacturers in China.The time needed for saccharides analysis using MALDI-MS was less than 30 min for one plate,at least 6 times faster than that by the traditional HPTLC chromatography method.In addition,MALDI-MS possessed higher resolution for XOS with DP4-DP7 based on the difference of m/z,which is hardly separated using HPTLC.The results showed that XOS were present only in samples XY01-XY11,samples XY12-XY14 only consisted of hex oligosaccharides,and samples XY15-XY22 were free of oligosaccharides.These indicate that the quality consistency of XOS products in the China market was poor,which should be carefully investigated.Yong Deng Cunwu Chen Lingxiao Chen Bangxing Han Shaoping Li Jing Zhao 2021Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2021,11,3:1
15Analysis of Influencing Factors of Pine Wood Nematode Disease in Lu an City Based on GIS显示文摘[Objectives]The paper was to figure out the distribution of Monochamus alternatus in the stumps of pine wood nematode infected wood in Lu'an City and to provide a theoretical and practical basis for differentiated prevention and control of pine wood nematode disease in the future.[Methods]The factors influencing the number of epidemic small classes and infected plants in all counties and districts of Lu'an City were analyzed by GIS method,and the number of worms and wormholes of M.alternatus inside and outside the stumps of pine wood nematode infected wood in Lu'an City were investigated on the spot.[Results]There were 98,40,54,781,193,268 and 34 epidemic small classes of pine wood nematode disease,and 7241,6099,9532,39161,11079,49876 and 4853 infected plants in Yu'an District,Jin'an District,Yeji District,Shucheng County,Huoshan County,Jinzhai County and Huoqiu County,respectively.Pine wood nematode disease in Lu'an City mostly occurred in Huoshan County,Shucheng County and Jinzhai County,with relatively high altitude,paddy soil,the annual precipitation higher than 2062 mm,and the annual average temperature lower than 16.2℃.The number of diseased plants of pine wood nematode disease was positively correlated with altitude and annual precipitation,and was negatively correlated with annual average temperature.The number of worms and wormholes in pine wood nematode infected wood was very small at different altitudes,stump heights and stump diameters.[Conclusions]The pine wood nematode infected wood can be differentially processed after stump treatment,and stumps can be peeled.The results will provide a theoretical and practical basis for differentiated prevention and control of pine wood nematode disease in the future.Juanjuan HU Hao SONG Gao LIU Yongquan CHENG Yehan YAN Xianrong WANG Xianbin SUN Bangxing HAN 2023Plant Diseases and Pests2023,14,4:0
16Follow-up Study on the Outcomes of Recovered Pregnant Women with a History of COVID-19 in the First and Second Trimesters: A Case Series from China显示文摘Objective: To determine the pregnancy and neonatal outcomes of women who recovered from coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) that developed in early pregnancy.Methods: This case series analyzed five pregnant women (26-33 years) whom recovered from COVID-19 which were developed in early pregnancy (6-27 weeks) and admitted at the Wuhan Union Hospital from January 15, 2020 to April 30, 2020. The clinical manifestation, laboratory examinations, treatment, pregnancy outcomes, maternal and neonatal severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) throat swab reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction test results, and SARS-CoV-2 antibody test results in neonates were reviewed. The placental pathology, placental angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 expression were studied by hematoxylin-eosin and immunohistochemistry staining, SARS-CoV-2 presence was examined by QT-PCR. We also followed up the infants at 3-6 months.Results: Three pregnant women were diagnosed with COVID-19 in early pregnancy (Cases 1-3), and two were serum immunoglobulin G positive asymptomatic cases (Cases 4 and 5). Cases 1-3 showed complete recovery after severe COVID-19. Case 3 was infected at 6 weeks of gestation during the first trimester and had induced medical abortion at 12 weeks of gestation. All neonates had no pneumonia, SARS-CoV-2 mRNA reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and serum immunoglobulin M were negative, and immunoglobulin G were positive. All placental samples were negative for SARS-CoV-2 in the nucleic acid test. Placental pathology showed chronic ischemia changes. ACE-2 expressed in both placenta and decidua. The follow-up showed that the infants were healthy and asymptomatic at 3-6 months.Conclusion: No adverse outcomes was observed in our case series. However, systemic inflammatory responses to SARS-CoV-2 infection may cause placental injury. 18Miura folding based charge-excitation triboelectric nanogenerator for portable power supply显示文摘Miniaturized mobile electronic devices have aroused great attention due to their convenience to daily life. However, they still face a problem that power supply from the conventional cell needs to be regularly charged or replaced. Portable electricity supply collecting energy from environment is highly desired. Herein, a highly flexible and stretchable Miura folding based triboelectric nanogenerator (MF-TENG) is prepared by using flexible polyethylene terephthalate (PET) as a folding substrate with a double working side design, specifically one side as the main TENG (M-TENG) and other side as the excitation TENG (E-TENG). The E-TENG supplements charge to M-TENG by a half-wave rectifier circuit. This design increases the TENG working area and reduces its volume. The output performance of the TENG based on Miura folding with charge excitation called MF-CE-TENG is greatly boosted. The optimal output charge and maximum peak power of MF-CE-TENG achieves 1.54 µC and 5.17 mW at 1 Hz, respectively, which is 4.61 and 10.55 times as much as that of MF-TENG without charge excitation. To demonstrate its applications, the MF-CE-TENG is used to light up 456 LEDs brightly and charge a 100 µF capacitor to 6.07 V in 5 min. A calculator and a temperature-humidity sensor work normally powered by MF-CE-TENG with an energy management module. 20trkA激酶抑制剂对人翼状胬肉成纤维细胞凋亡的影响(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the growth inhibition effects and the mechanisms of trkA kinase inhibitor on human pterygium fibroblasts(HPF).Methods:Three normal conjunctivas and eleven pterygiums were surgically collected,trkA and p75 was examined in different tissues by immunohistochemistry.trkA and p75 expression was detected in HPF by immumofluorescence method.After being treated with 10-80 nmol/L trkA kinase inhibitor for 24-96 h,the growth activities of HPF were studied by MTT colorimetry.Caspase-3 was inspected in HPF by spectrophotometric method.The apoptosis of HPF was detected by flow cytometry.Results:Expression of trkA and p75 was significantly observed in epithelium and fibroblast of pterygium tissues.Expression of trkA was observed in epithelium and fibroblast of normal conjunctiva.Expression of p75 was only observed in epithelium of normal conjunctiva.trkA kinase inhibitor could effectively inhibit the growth of human pterygium fibroblasts in vitro in time and dose dependent manners.Caspase-3 expression was increased.The rates of apoptosis were 8.26%-29.62%(P < 0.01).Conclusion:TrkA and p75 possibly participate in genesis and development of pterygium.trkA kinase inhibitor could induce apoptosis of human pterygium fibroblasts.Inducing apoptosis through changing the ratio of trkA and p75 in fibroblasts and up-regulate Caspase-3 was probably one of its molecular mechanisms.Chunming Zhao Mingchang Zhang Bangxing Huang Jie Zhang Xueying Yan 2010The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2010,9,2:0
