1面向未来的双燃料发动机技术进展显示文摘当前双燃料发动机正在大缸径发动机市场逐步觉醒。长期以来双燃料技术仅应用于电站发电领域,然而近十年来,由于纯天然气发动机性能的大幅度提高,以及采用大型中速发动机实现功率等级的延伸,电站市场显著萎缩。除了先前大量的陆用外,移动式应用也为大缸径双燃料发动机提供了更广阔的市场。上述应用包括船用主推进(例如液化天然气运输船,豪华游轮)和辅机应用(例如集装箱船)以及铁路牵引(例如,长途机车)。促使业界关注双燃料发动机的主要动力是,与使用昂贵的重油或柴油相比较低的燃料成本,以及降低以NOx为主的排放污染物进而满足未来的排放法规。另外,对于大量的移动式发动机的应用,天然气将很快成为一种潜在的低硫燃料。除天然气之外的典型液态替代燃料通常不利于在电站双燃料发动机的应用,然而对于移动式应用却是一种可靠的备用燃料。对于船舶应用可以在ECA(排放控制区)区域内外通过天然气和柴油模式切换,从而使双燃料发动机更容易满足IMO(国际海事组织)的排放法规。移动式应用的难点在于,频繁的转速工况变化、快速的负荷响应要求、天然气品质变化和复杂工况下,对发动机运转可靠性的考验。由于双燃料发动机具有两种典型运转模式(天然气工况和柴油工况),在发动机设计时必须进行折中考虑(例如压缩比、活塞碗形状、气门正时等),这就导致了目前效率和功率密度方面的缺陷。关于上述问题,奥地利AVL公司通过单缸中速发动机测试研究了双燃料发动机相关技术问题。对大量参数进行了评估并对工况边界条件进行了研究。基于获得的数据,将给出当前双燃料发动机技术的短期预测。AVL公司关于双燃料发动机技术的展望也将促进中期开发需求。Hinrich Mohr Torsten Baufeld 管明华 2013国外铁道机车与动车2013,,6:5
