1Uncommon N-Methoxyindolediketopiperazines from Acrostalagmus luteoalbus,a Marine Algal Isolate of Endophytic Fungus显示文摘Main observation and conclusion Four new N-methoxyindolediketopiperazines(acrozines D—G,1—4)and six known congeners(5—10)were purified from the organic extract of Acrostalagmus luteoalbus TK-43,which was a marine algal-derived fungus obtained from Codium fragile.Their structures were determined by interpretation of NMR and mass spectroscopic data.The structures of compounds 1,2,and 4 including their absolute configurations were confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,while the absolute configuration of compound 3 was elucidated by comparative analysis of ECD and TDDFT-ECD calculations.Compounds 1—4,with a unique methoxy substitution at N-2,were rarely discovered among indolediketopiperazine alkaloids.All these compounds were evaluated for antimicrobial activities against human-and aquatic-pathogenic bacteria and plant-related pathogenic fungi,with compounds 5 and 7 exhibiting potent activity against Edwardsiella icataluri(MIC=3 and 5μmol/L,respectively),while compound 9 displayed a broad spectrum of antibacterial activities.The four new compounds were further tested for anti-acetylcholinesterase(AChE)properties,and compound 3 exhibited inhibitory activity with IC_(50)value of 8.4μmol/L.Jin Cao Xiao-Ming Li Xin Li Hong-Lei Li Belma Konuklugil Bin-Gui Wang 2021Chinese Journal of Chemistry2021,39,10:5
2海绵Axinella verrucosa中溴吡咯生物碱的研究显示文摘目的分离鉴定海绵Axinella verrucosa中的溴吡咯生物碱,并进行体外免疫活性评价。方法利用减压柱层析、Sephdex LH-20凝胶柱层析、半制备HPLC等色谱方法分离纯化,运用NMR、MS等波谱方法并结合文献鉴定化合物结构,采用体外脾淋巴细胞增殖实验评价化合物的免疫活性。结果分离得到5个溴吡咯生物碱,分别鉴定为hymenidin(1)、stevensine(2)、4-bromopyrrole-2-carboxylic acid(3)、4,5-dibromopyrrole-2-carboxylic acid(4)和3,5-dibromo-2-pyrrolecarboxylic acid(5)。化合物1能够增强ConA诱导的T淋巴细胞增殖,化合物2能够增强LPS诱导的B淋巴细胞增殖。结论化合物4为首次从该种中分到,5为首次从该属中鉴定。化合物1和2具有一定的增强免疫作用。高尚 李海花 王道亮 Belma Konuklugil 刘红兵 2015中国海洋药物2015,34,2:2
3海鞘内生真菌焦曲霉Aspergillus ustus TK-5的化学成分研究显示文摘焦曲霉(Aspergillusustus)TK-5是分离自土耳其海域海鞘(Pyuramomus)新鲜组织中的一株内生真菌,利用正相与反相硅胶柱层析、葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20柱层析以及高效液相制备等色谱方法从其发酵产物中分离得到17个化合物,通过一维、二维核磁共振、质谱等技术鉴定了所有化合物的结构,分别为血苋烷型倍半萜类化合物strobilactone A(1), ustusolate E(2), ustusolate C(3), ustusolate D(4),11-hydroustusolate E(5), 11, 6’-hydroustusolate E(6),(2’E, 4’E, 6’E)-6-(1’-carboxyocta-2’, 4’, 6’-triene)-11,12-epoxy-9, 11-dihydroxydrim-7-ene(7), 12-hydroxy-6-epi-albrassitriol (8), ustusolate A (9), deoxyuvidin B(10)和二倍半萜类化合物6-epi-ophiobolinG(11),(6α)-21,21-O-dihydroophiobolinG(12),6-epi-ophiobolin K(13), ophiobolin P(14) ophiobolin H(15), ophiobolin Q(16)及ophiobolin R(17)。活性筛选表明化合物2、6、7、9、11和13对神经氨酸酶具有一定的抑制活性,其半数抑制浓度(IC50)分别为31.8、37.3、28.4、36.8、46.6和37.6μmol/L。李莉 李晓明 李洪雷 Belma Konuklugil 李鑫 王斌贵 2018海洋科学2018,42,5:2
