1Research and application of enterprise resource planning system for foundry enterprises显示文摘PPDB issues-four aspects of current management issues of foundry enterprises are discussed in this paper,including Production Management,Process Control,Duration Monitoring and Business Intelligence Data Analysis.Also a whole Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) solution for foundry enterprises is proposed.The solution contains many models,four of which are used to solve the PPDB issues.These are called SPDB models,which separately are the Single-piece management model(based on casting lifecycle),Process management model(based on task-driven technology),Duration monitoring model(based on surplus period),and Business intelligence data analysis model(based on data mining).An ERP system for foundry enterprises,named HZERP,was researched and developed,and applied to a sand casting company of single piece and small batch production.Qualitatively and quantitatively comparing the application effect before and after implementing the HZERP system,the result demonstrated that the foundry ERP system based on the SPDB models can help metal casting enterprises achieve the single-piece management,better regulate the production processes,improve production and delivery management,shorten the production cycle,reduce costs,and speed up the capital turnover to a large extent.Zhou Jianxin Ji Xiaoyuan Liao Dunming Guan Bifeng Guan Bihong Pang Shengyong Tang Hongtao 2013China Foundry2013,10,1:16
2Sorption of uranyl ions on TiO_2:Effects of pH,contact time,ionic strength,temperature and HA显示文摘Sorption of U(VI) onto TiO_2 as functions of pH, ionic strength, contact time, soil humic acid(SHA), solid-to-liquid ratio and temperature was studied under ambient conditions using batch and spectroscopic approaches. The sorption of U(VI) on TiO_2 was significantly dependent on pH and ionic strength. The presence of SHA slightly enhanced the sorption of U(VI) on TiO_2 below pH 4.0, while it inhibited U(VI) sorption in the higher pH range. U(VI)sorption on TiO_2 was favored at high temperatures, and the sorption process was estimated to be endothermic and spontaneous. Reduction of U(VI) to lower valent species was confirmed by X-ray photo-electron spectroscopy analysis. It is very interesting to find that U(VI) sorption on TiO_2 was promoted in solutions with higher back-ground electrolyte concentrations. In the presence of U(VI), higher back-ground electrolyte made more TiO_2 particles aggregate through(001) facets, leading more(101) facets to be exposed. 3Performance of a two-state quantum engine improved by the superposition effect显示文摘The performance of a two-state quantum engine under different conditions is analyzed.It is shown that the efficiency of the quantum engine can be enhanced by superposing the eigenstates at the beginning of the cycle.By employing the finite-time movement of the potential wall,the power output of the quantum engine as well as the efficiency at the maximum power output(EMP) can be obtained.A generalized potential is adopted to describe a class of two-level quantum engines in a unified way.The results obtained show clearly that the performances of these engines depend on the external potential,the geometric configuration of the quantum engines,and the superposition effect.Moreover,it is found that the superposition effect will enlarge the optimally operating region of quantum engines.OU CongJie HUANG ZhiFu LIN BiHong CHEN JinCan 2013Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2013,56,10:4

19Latest Middle Miocene fauna and flora from Kumkol Basin of northern Qinghai-Xizang Plateau and paleoenvironment显示文摘We report 7 mammalian and 16 pollen species from the top of the Shimagou Formation in Kumkol Basin of northern Qinghai-Xizang Plateau, whose age is latest Middle Miocene(about 12.5 Ma). We erect a new species of fossil rodent,Spermophilinus kumkolensis sp. nov. The micromammalian fauna from the Kumkol Basin shares high similarities with contemporary faunas from Europe and northern China, indicating the existence of active zoogeographic exchange between Europe and northern Asia. Trees are dominant in pollen fossils, and herbs and shrubs are minorities. Broadleaved Quercus and Fagus predominate in tree pollens. The flora reconstructed by pollens displays a mixture of evergreen broadleaved forest and dry and warm steppe landscape. Compared to the modern vegetation in Yunnan region, the latest Middle Miocene flora in the Kumkol Basin represents a distinct vertical distribution.
