| 4 | Mid-infrared active metasurface based on Si/VO_(2) hybrid meta-atoms显示文摘Active metasurfaces whose optical properties can be tuned by an external stimulus have attracted great research interest recently. Introduction of VO_(2)phase change material in all-dielectric metasurfaces has been demonstrated to modulate the resonance wavelength and amplitude in the visible to near-infrared wavelength range. In this study, we report a mid-infrared active metasurface based on Si∕VO_(2)hybrid meta-atoms. By incorporating VO_(2)thin films in different locations of Si∕VO_(2)all-dielectric nanodisks, we demonstrate different modulation amplitude of the electric or magnetic resonance scattering cross sections, leading to drastically different transmission spectrum upon VO_(2)insulator to metal phase transition. The physical mechanism is originated from the field profiles of the resonance modes, which interact with VO_(2)differently depending on its locations. Based on this mechanism, we experimentally demonstrated a large modulation of the transmittance from 82% to 28% at the 4.6 μm wavelength. | 7 | Cr-doped Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)@C enables high-capacity with V^(2+)/V^(5+)reaction and stable sodium storage显示文摘Due to its abundant sodium content and low cost,sodium-ion battery(SIB)has become an effective substitute and supplement for lithium-ion batteries,which has a broad development prospect in largescale energy storage systems.Na-super-ionic conductor(NASICON)structural materials have stable 3D skeleton structures and open Na+transport channels,which is a very promising SIB cathode material.But in the typical NASICON material Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)(NVP),the number of electrons involved in NVP per formula unit is less than 2 at the stable voltage window,which limits the further improvement of battery performance.In this work,we report another NASICON structured Na_(3)V_(4/3)Cr_(2/3)(PO_(4))_(3)@C(NVCP@C),which is obtained by Cr-doped NVP through spray drying.By taking full advantage of the voltage platforms of V^(5+/4+),V^(4+/3+),and V^(3+/2+)in the window of 1.5-4.4 V,NVCP@C delivered a high discharge capacity(175 mAh g^(-1))and durable cyclability(86%capacity retention for 2000 cycles).In-situ X-ray diffraction results demonstrate that the reversible structural evolution accompanies by solid-solution reaction and two-phase reaction mechanisms co-exist during charge/discharge processes.When coupled with Na^(+)preembedded hard carbon(HC),the assembled NVCP@C//HC full cell delivers a high capacity(105 mAh g^(-1))and long cycling performance(70%after 1000 cycles).This Cr-doped NVP method offers new insights into the design of high-energy NASICON-structured cathode materials. | Bo Mai Boyu Xing Yunfan Yue Nianyao Cai Congcong Cai Sitian Lian Hao Fan Mengyu Yan Ting Zhu Ping Hu Xuewen Wang Liqiang Mai | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,34: | 0 |
| 8 | FBXW7βloss-of-function enhances FASN-mediated lipogenesis and promotes colorectal cancer growth显示文摘Continuous de novo fatty acid synthesis is required for the biosynthetic demands of tumor.FBXW7 is a highly mutated gene in CRC,but its biological functions in cancer are not fully characterized.Here,we report that FBXW7β,a FBXW7 isoform located in the cytoplasm and frequently mutated in CRC,is an E3 ligase of fatty acid synthase(FASN).Cancer-specific FBXW7βmutations that could not degrade FASN can lead to sustained lipogenesis in CRC.COP9 signalosome subunit 6(CSN6),an oncogenic marker of CRC,increases lipogenesis via interacting with and stabilizing FASN.Mechanistic studies show that CSN6 associates with both FBXW7βand FASN,and antagonizes FBXW7β’s activity by enhancing FBXW7βautoubiquitination and degradation,which in turn prevents FBXW7β-mediated FASN ubiquitination and degradation,thereby regulating lipogenesis positively.Both CSN6 and FASN are positively correlated in CRC,and CSN6-FASN axis,regulated by EGF,is responsible for poor prognosis of CRC.The EGF-CSN6-FASN axis promotes tumor growth and implies a treatment strategy of combination of orlistat and cetuximab.Patient-derived xenograft experiments prove the effectiveness of employing orlistat and cetuximab combination in suppressing tumor growth for CSN6/FASN-high CRC.Thus,CSN6-FASN axis reprograms lipogenesis to promote tumor growth and is a target for cancer intervening strategy in CRC. | Wenxia Wei Baifu Qin Weijie Wen Boyu Zhang Haidan Luo Yuzhi Wang Hui Xu Xiaoshan Xie Sicheng Liu Xin Jiang Mengan Wang Qin Tang Jiayu Zhang Runxiang Yang Zongmin Fan Haiwen Lyu Junzhong Lin Kai Li Mong-Hong Lee | 2023 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,6: | 0 |
| 9 | Irreversible electroporation versus radiofrequency ablation for malignant hepatic tumor:A prospective single-center double-arm trial显示文摘Objective:Irreversible electroporation(IRE)is a nonthermal ablation technique for the treatment of malignant liver tumors.IRE has demonstrated efficacy and safety in the treatment of malignant liver tumors and its unique advantages in the treatment of nearby vascular lesions.This study aimed to compare the efficacy,safety,and intermediate-term outcomes of IRE and radiofrequency(RF)therapy in malignant liver tumors.Methods:Twenty-four patients with primary or secondary liver malignancies were included in this prospective,double-arm clinical trial.Patients were randomly divided into the IRE and RF groups.The primary outcome was the efficacy(local ablation control evaluation at 90 days).The secondary outcomes were safety(procedure-related complications at≤90 days)and intermediate-term survival(at 24 months).Results:The ablation assessment at 90 days after surgery with m RECIST for IRE versus RF were 70%,20%,0%,and 10%versus 92.9%,7.1%,0%,and 0%(CR,PR,SD,and PD,respectively).The complication rates of IRE versus RF with Clavien-Dindo classification were 16.7%,25%,0%,8.3%,and 8.3%versus 8.3%,50%,0%,0%,and 0%(Grade I,II,Ⅲ,IV,and V,respectively).The average overall survival(OS)was 17.55 months in the IRE group(95%CI 15.13-22.37)and 18.75 months in the RF group(95%CI 12.48-22.61).There was no statistical difference between the IRE and RF groups in terms of efficacy(p=0.48),safety(p=0.887),or 24-month OS(p=0.959).Conclusions:IRE ablation revealed similar efficacy and safety in a short-term follow-up,and similar OS in midterm survival as RF ablation in treating malignant hepatic tumors. | Boyu Liu Dianxun Fu Yong Fan Zhe Wang Xu Lang | 2022 | Journal of Interventional Medicine2022,5,2: | 0 |

| 11 | Decomposed input-output stability analysis and enhancement of integrated power systems显示文摘The integrated power system(IPS) is a foundation of all-electrical ships and vessels. The stability of IPS becomes a prerequisite of complicated cruise tasks. Thus, advanced stability analysis and regulation methods for IPS are of great importance. In this paper, a novel method is proposed for analyzing and enhancing transient stability of IPS, which is regarded as a cyber-physical system comprising of subsystems and connections. Criterions for determining input-output stability of such a system are firstly derived. Then, the stability analysis of IPS can be performed in the following two steps: 1) evaluating local input-output stability features of each subsystem independently through simulations. 2) Checking stability criterions with system topology and subsystem stability features. Moreover, synthetic approaches are proposed for stabilization and stability enhancement of IPS. To avoid system in-stability after major failures or topology changes, the optimal emergency control is performed to reconfigure subsystems. The other optimal regulation is used to strengthen system stability by adjusting subsystems' control parameters during normal operation conditions. | 12 | Effect of Extrusion Combination Types on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of the AZ31/GW103K Bimetallic Composite Plates显示文摘The AZ31/GW103 K bimetallic composite plates were prepared by co-extrusion of different combination types(sandwich extrusion type and double semicircle extrusion type),and effects of different extrusion combination types on the microstructure and mechanical properties of bimetallic composite plates were systematically investigated.The results show that both the AZ31/GW103 K bimetallic composite plates prepared by different extrusion combination types have good metallurgical bonding,and changing the combination type does not affect the thickness of the interfacial transition layer of composite plates.Compared with the monolithic AZ31 and GW103 K extruded plates,co-extrusion can promote the dynamic recrystallization(DRX)of AZ31 and GW103 K components in composite plates,and double semicircular extrusion type has a better promotion effect on the DRX than sandwich extrusion type.In addition,the texture of AZ31 in both monolithic AZ31 and AZ31/GW103 K/AZ31(A/G/A)plates is a typical(0002)basal texture,while that in the AZ31/GW103 K(A/G)composite plate shifts to the tangent direction(TD)of extruded plate.Compared with the monolithic AZ31 extruded plate,both the yield strength and tensile strength of A/G and A/G/A bimetallic composite plates are significantly improved.The strength of A/G/A composite plate is higher than that of A/G composite plate,but its elongation is worse.Meanwhile,co-extrusion reduces the dislocation density of AZ31 and GW 103 K components in composite plates,and different extrusion combination types also affect the dislocation density. | Yunpeng Meng Boyu Lin Lifei Wang Jianfeng Fan Shangzhou Zhang Liwei Lu Hans Jφrgen Roven Hua Zhang | 2022 | Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2022,35,12: | 0 |
