1Experimental demonstrations of high-Q superconducting coplanar waveguide resonators显示文摘We successfully designed and fabricated an absorption-type of superconducting coplanar waveguide (CPW) resonators. The resonators are made from a niobium film (about 160 nm thick) on a high-resistance Si substrate, and each resonator is fabricated as a meandered quarter-wavelength transmission line (one end is short to the ground and another end is capacitively coupled to a through feedline). With a vector network analyzer we measured the transmissions of the applied microwave through the resonators at ultra-low temperature. The obtained loaded quality factors are significantly high, i.e. up to ~10 6 . When the temperature increases slowly from the base temperature (20 mK), the resonance frequencies of the resonators are blue shifted and the quality factors are lowered slightly. 2Preparation of Starch Succinate WITH INTERMEDIATE DS BY AQUEOUS SLURRY REACTION显示文摘The succinylation of cornstarch by slurry reaction has been studied using sodium hydroxide as catalyst. Several reaction parameters afJecting the succinylation were investigated including the concentration of starch in water, the ratio of succinic anhydride to starch, the reaction time and the reaction temperature. The favorable conditions for an intermediate degree of substitution (DS) and reasonably high reaction efficiency (RE) are pH 8.5~9.0, 50% starch by weight to water, succinic anhydride to starch I/I (w/w), reaction time 4h, reaction temperature 30 ℃Under these conditions, the DS of 0.45 and RE of 28% were achieved. 3Correlation of chloride diffusion coefficient and microstructure parameters in concrete: A comparative analysis using NMR,MIP, and X-CT显示文摘Permeability is a major indicator of concrete durability,and depends primarily on the microstructure characteristics of concrete,including its porosity and pore size distribution.In this study,a variety of concrete samples were prepared to investigate their microstructure characteristics via nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),mercury intrusion porosimetry(MIP),and X-ray computed tomography(X-CT).Furthermore,the chloride diffusion coefficient of concrete was measured to explore its correlation with the microstructure of the concrete samples.Results show that the proportion of pores with diameters<1000 nm obtained by NMR exceeds that obtained by MIP,although the difference in the total porosity determined by both methods is minimal.X-CT measurements obtained a relatively small porosity;however,this likely reflcts the distribution of large pores more accurately.A strong correlation is observed between the chloride diffusion coefficient and the porosity or contributive porosity of pores with sizes<1000 nm.Moreover,microstructure parameters measured via NMR reveal a lower correlation coefficient R2 versus the chloride diffusion coefficient relative to the parameters determined via MIP,as NMR can measure non-connected as well as connected pores.In addition,when analyzing pores with sizes>50 um,X-CT obtains the maximal contributive porosity,followed by MIP and NMR.Yurong ZHANG Shengxuan XU Yanhong GAO Jie GUO Yinghui CAO Junzhi ZHANG 2020Frontiers of Structural and Civil Engineering2020,14,6:2
4Studies on Fragrance Raw Materials of α-Terpineol Analogues显示文摘Thirty four α-substituted or α, α-disubstituted-( 1-methylcyclohexen-4-yl )methanols and α-substituted or α,α-disubstituted-(4-methylcyclohexyl) methanols weresynthesized. 12A Cloud-Fog Enabled and Privacy-Preserving IoT Data Market Platform Based on Blockchain显示文摘The dynamic landscape of the Internet of Things(IoT)is set to revolutionize the pace of interaction among entities,ushering in a proliferation of applications characterized by heightened quality and diversity.Among the pivotal applications within the realm of IoT,as a significant example,the Smart Grid(SG)evolves into intricate networks of energy deployment marked by data integration.This evolution concurrently entails data interchange with other IoT entities.However,there are also several challenges including data-sharing overheads and the intricate establishment of trusted centers in the IoT ecosystem.In this paper,we introduce a hierarchical secure data-sharing platform empowered by cloud-fog integration.Furthermore,we propose a novel non-interactive zero-knowledge proof-based group authentication and key agreement protocol that supports one-to-many sharing sets of IoT data,especially SG data.The security formal verification tool shows that the proposed scheme can achieve mutual authentication and secure data sharing while protecting the privacy of data providers.Compared with previous IoT data sharing schemes,the proposed scheme has advantages in both computational and transmission efficiency,and has more superiority with the increasing volume of shared data or increasing number of participants.Yurong Luo Wei You Chao Shang Xiongpeng Ren Jin Cao Hui Li 2024Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2024,139,5:0
13Stability and bifurcation analysis of a fractional-order single-gene regulatory model with delays under a novel PD^α control law显示文摘In this paper,we propose a novel fractional-order proportional-derivative(PD)strategy to achieve the control of bifurcation of a fractional-order gene regulatory model with delays.The stability theory of fractional differential equations proved that with delays,some explicit conditions for the local asymptotical stability and Hopf bifurcation are given for the controlled fractional-order genetic model.It is demonstrated that the fractional-order gene regulatory model becomes controllable by adjusting the control gain parameters.In addition,the effect of fractional-order parameter on the dynamical behaviors is shown.Finally,numerical simulations are carried out to testify the validity of the main results and the availability of the fractional-order PD controller.Qiu Lu Min Xiao Zunshui Cheng Yurong Song Chengdai Huang Jinde Cao 2020International Journal of Biomathematics2020,13,3:0
14Cathepsin B S-nitrosylation promotes ADAR1-mediated editing of its own mRNA transcript via an ADD1/MATR3 regulatory axis显示文摘Genetic information is generally transferred from RNA to protein according to the classic“Central Dogma”.Here,we made a striking discovery that post-translational modification of a protein specifically regulates the editing of its own mRNA.We show that S-nitrosylation of cathepsin B(CTSB)exclusively alters the adenosine-to-inosine(A-to-I)editing of its own mRNA.Mechanistically,CTSB S-nitrosylation promotes the dephosphorylation and nuclear translocation of ADD1,leading to the recruitment of MATR3 and ADAR1 to CTSB mRNA.ADAR1-mediated A-to-I RNA editing enables the binding of HuR to CTSB mRNA,resulting in increased CTSB mRNA stability and subsequently higher steady-state levels of CTSB protein.Together,we uncovered a unique feedforward mechanism of protein expression regulation mediated by the ADD1/MATR3/ADAR1 regulatory axis.Our study demonstrates a novel reverse flow of information from the post-translational modification of a protein back to the post-transcriptional regulation of its own mRNA precursor.We coined this process as“Protein-directed EDiting of its Own mRNA by ADAR1(PEDORA)”and suggest that this constitutes an additional layer of protein expression control.“PEDORA”could represent a currently hidden mechanism in eukaryotic gene expression regulation.Zhe Lin Shuang Zhao Xuesong Li Zian Miao Jiawei Cao Yurong Chen Zhiguang Shi Jia Zhang Dongjin Wang Shaoliang Chen Liansheng Wang Aihua Gu Feng Chen Tao Yang Kangyun Sun Yi Han Liping Xie Hongshan Chen Yong Ji 2023Cell Research2023,33,7:0
15Physiological and Biochemical Characteristics and Response Patterns of Salinity Stress Responsive Genes (SSRGs) in Wild Quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa L.)显示文摘Cultivating salt-tolerant crops is a feasible way to effectively utilize saline-alkali land and solve the problem of underutilization of saline soils.Quinoa,a protein-comprehensive cereal in the plant kingdom,is an exceptional crop in terms of salt stress tolerance level.It seems an excellent model for the exploration of salt-tolerance mechanisms and cultivation of salt-tolerant germplasms.In this study,the seeds and seedlings of the quinoa cultivar Shelly were treated with different concentrations of NaCl solution.The physiological,biochemical characteristics and agronomic traits were investigated,and the response patterns of three salt stress-responsive genes(SSRGs)in quinoa were determined by real-time PCR.The optimum level of stress tolerance of quinoa cultivar Shelly was found in the range of 250–350 mM concentration of NaCl.Salt stress significantly induced expression of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),and particularly betaine aldehyde dehydrogenase(BADH).BADH was discovered to be more sensitive to salt stress and played an important role in the salt stress tolerance of quinoa seedlings,particularly at high NaCl concentrations,as it displayed upregulation until 24 h under 100 mM salt treatment.Moreover,it showed upregulation until 12 h under 250 mM salt stress.Taken together,these results suggest that BADH played an essential role in the salt-tolerance mechanism of quinoa.Based on the expression level and prompt response induced by NaCl,we suggest that the BADH can be considered as a molecular marker for screening salt-tolerant quinoa germplasm at the early stages of crop development.Salt treatment at different plant ontogeny or at different concentrations had a significant impact on quinoa growth.Therefore,an appropriate treatment approach needs to be chosen rationally in the process of screening salt-tolerant quinoa germplasm,which is useful to the utilization of saline soils.Our study provides a fundamental information to deepen knowledge of the salt tolerance mechanism of quinoa for the development of salt-tolerant germplasm in crop breeding programs.Yurong Jiang Muhammad Yasir Yuefen Cao Lejia Hu Tongli Yan Shuijin Zhu Guoquan Lu 2023Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2023,92,2:0
16Flexible radio-frequency micro electro-mechanical switch towards the applications of satellite communications显示文摘This paper presents a flexible radio-frequency microelectromechanical system(RF MEMS)switch integrated on cyclo-olefin polymer(COP)substrate using a modified surface MEMS processing technology,which could be used in the 17-19 GHz frequency band of satellite communication.Through systematic simulation analysis,it is found that flexible RF MEMS switch can achieve certain bending radius by miniaturizing the electronic dimension,without degrading the RF performance.It is demonstrated that the RF characteristics of flexible RF MEMS switch with special anchor structural design,fabricated by modified surface MEMS processing,are not sensitive to bending deformation under the curvature of 0 mm^(-1),0.05 mm^(-1),0.10 mm^(-1).Furthermore,the range of bending curvature which will affect the RF characteristics is given through systematic simulation.The flexible RF MEMS switch with high process compatibility and stable RF performance is believed to be promising candidates for future microwave communications and other consumer electronics.Yingli Shi Chao Zhou Zibo Cao Yurong He Jingwen Guo Chunxin Li Qianhong Wu Kui Liang Yanzhao Li Yuan Lin 2022npj Flexible Electronics2022,6,1:0
