1Antibacterial and angiogenic chitosan microneedle array patch for promoting wound healing显示文摘A patch with the capability of avoiding wound infection and promoting tissue remolding is of great value for wound healing.In this paper,we develop a biomass chitosan microneedle array(CSMNA)patch integrated with smart responsive drug delivery for promoting wound healing.Chitosan possesses many outstanding features such as the natural antibacterial property and has been widely utilized for wound healing.Besides,the microstructure of microneedles enables the effective delivery of loaded drugs into the target area and avoids the excessive adhesion between the skin and the patch.Also,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)is encapsulated in the micropores of CSMNA by temperature sensitive hydrogel.Therefore,the smart release of the drugs can be controllably realized via the temperature rising induced by the inflammation response at the site of wounds.It is demonstrated that the biomass CSMNA patch can promote inflammatory inhibition,collagen deposition,angiogenesis,and tissue regeneration during the wound closure.Thus,this versatile CSMNA patch is potentially valuable for wound healing in clinical applications.Junjie Chi Xiaoxuan Zhang Canwen Chen Changmin Shao Yuanjin Zhao Yongan Wang 2020Bioactive Materials2020,5,2:25

3Red carbon dots as label-free two-photon fluorescent nanoprobes for imaging of formaldehyde in living cells and zebrafishes显示文摘Direct,in situ selective detection of intracellular formaldehyde(FA)is of great significance for understanding its function in FA-related diseases.Herein,red carbon dots(RCD)are reported as label-free two-photon fluorescent nanoprobes for detecting and imaging of FA.Upon addition of FA,the-NH2 groups of RCD could quickly and specially react with aldehydes to form Schiff base and then the strong fluorescence of RCD with blue-shift emission is recovery due to the destruction of the hydrogen bond interaction between RCD and water.In addition,the nanoprobes exhibit outsta nding photo stability,rapid response(<1 min),high sensitivity(~9.9μmol/L)and excellent selectivity toward FA over other aldehyde group compounds.Notably,owing to the good cell-membrane permeability and biocompatibility,as well as the large two-photon absorption cross-section,the as-prepared RCD can be used as label-free nanoprobes for selectively detecting and imaging FA in living cells and zebrafishes through one-photon and two-photon excitation.Moreover,RCD could stain the tissue of zebrafishes at depths interval of up to 240μm under two-photon excitation.This research implied that RCD are promising tools for directly and in situ imaging FA in vivo,thus providing critical insights into FA-related pathophysiological processes.Hong Wang Jing Wei Chonghua Zhang Yuan Zhang Yubin Zhang Lin Li Changmin Yu Peisheng Zhang Jian Chen 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,3:3
4OGT Mediated Histone H2B S112 Glc NAcylation Regulates DNA Damage Response显示文摘O-GlcNAcylation is an important post-translational modification and has been implicated in many fundamental cellular processes. Recent studies showed that O-linked N-acetylglucosamine(GlcNAc) transferase(OGT) mediated O-Glc NAcylation of histone H2B Ser 112(H2B S112 Glc NAcylation) plays an important role in gene transcription. However, the role of this histone modification in DNA damage response has not been studied yet. In this study, we found that OGT and OGT mediated H2B S112 Glc NAcylation are involved in DNA damage response for maintaining genomic stability and are required for resistance to many DNA-damaging and replication stressinducing agents. OGT mediated H2B S112 GlcNAcylation increased locally upon the induction of double-strand breaks(DSBs), and depletion of OGT or overexpression of H2B S112A mutant impaired homologous recombination(HR) and nonhomologous end-joining(NHEJ). Mechanistically, H2B S112 GlcNAcylation could bind Nijmegen breakage syndrome 1(NBS1) and regulate NBS1 foci formation. 9Mitochondria-targeted fluorescent probe based on vibration-induced emission for real-time monitoring mitophagy-specific viscosity dynamic显示文摘Directly monitoring mitophagy-specific viscosity dynamic in living cells is of great significance but remains challenging.Herein,this study reported a novel mitochondria-targeted fluorescent probe DPACDY based on vibration-induced emission(VIE)for monitoring viscosity changes during mitochondrial autophagy.This probe contained N,N’-diphenyl-dihydrodibenzo[a,c]phenazine(DPAC)as the VIE core and two positively charged pyridinium moieties for mitochondria anchoring.As the ambient viscosity increased,the vibration of DPAC-DY could be hindered,and subsequently resulting in the enhancement of fluorescence emission.In vitro and intracellular experiments indicated that the probe DPAC-DY showed highly sensitive response to viscosity due to VIE mechanism.Importantly,by virtue of this probe,in situ and real-time visualization of the specific viscosity dynamics during the mitochondrial autophagy process was achieved.Thus,this work provides a novel strategy for VIE-based viscosity response sensors applied to specific organelles and offers a platform for in-depth study of mitochondrial viscosity-related diseases.Shuangxi Wang Bicong Zhou Na Wang Changmin Yu Naidi Yang Jian Chen Qiong Wu Chengwu Zhang Lin Li Wei Huang 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,11:1

11Hierarchical Hydrogels with Ordered Micro-Nano Structures for Cancer-on-a-Chip Construction显示文摘In the drug therapy of tumor,efficient and stable drug screening platforms are required since the drug efficacy varies individually.Here,inspired by the microstructures of hepatic lobules,in which hepatocytes obtain nutrients from both capillary vessel and the central vein,we present a novel hierarchical hydrogel system with ordered micro-nano structure for liver cancer-on-a-chip construction and drug screening.The hierarchical hydrogel system was fabricated by using pregel to fill and replicate selfassembled colloidal crystal arrays and microcolumn array template.Due to the synergistic effect of its interconnected micro-nano structures,the resultant system could not only precisely control the size of cell spheroids but also realize adequate nutrient supply of cell spheroids.We have demonstrated that by integrating the hierarchical hydrogel system into a multichannel concentration gradients microfluidic chip,a functional liver cancer-on-a-chip could be constructed for high-throughput drug screening with good repeatability and high accuracy.These results indicated that the hierarchical hydrogel system and its derived liver cancer-on-a-chip are ideal platforms for drug screening and have great application potential in the field of personalized medicine.Luyao Zhu Changmin Shao Hanxu Chen Zhuoyue Chen Yuanjin Zhao 2021Research2021,,1:1

16Interface engineering of Fe-Sn-Co sulfide/oxyhydroxide heterostructural electrocatalyst for synergistic water splitting显示文摘To realize large-scale hydrogen production by electrolysis of water,it is essential to develop non-precious metal catalysts for oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).Here,we fabricate Sn-,Fe-,and Co-based sulfide/oxyhydroxide heterostructural catalyst on nickel foam(FeSnCo_(0.2)S_(x)O_(y)/NF)by solvothermal method.The FeSnCo_(0.2)S_(x)O_(y)/NF requires low overpotentials of 48 and 186 mV at 10 mA·cm^(-2),respectively,for HER and OER.When it is assembled into an electrolytic cell as a bifunctional electrocatalyst,it only needs 1.54 V to reach 10 mA·cm^(-2),far better than IrO_(2)||Pt/C electrolyzer.The formation of sulfide/hydroxide heterostructural interfaces improves the electron transfer and reduces the reaction energy barrier,thus promoting the electrocatalytic processes.Siyu Chen Ting Zhang Jingyi Han Hui Qi Shihui Jiao Changmin Hou Jingqi Guan 2024Nano Research Energy2024,3,2:0
17Radiative-coupled evaporative cooling:Fundamentals,development,and applications显示文摘As global energy demand continues to rise and climate change accelerates,the need for sustainable and energy-efficient cooling solutions has reached a critical level.Conventional air conditioning systems heavily rely on energy-intensive mechanical cooling,which significantly contributes to both electricity demand and greenhouse gas emissions.Passive cooling strategies,particularly radiative cooling(RC)and evaporative cooling(EC),present an alternative approach by harnessing natural processes for temperature regulation.While standalone RC can be affected by weather conditions and EC relies on water availability,Radiative-coupled EC(REC)offers a versatile and sustainable cooling solution suitable for various applications.Here we summarize an overview of the theoretical foundations and mathematical models of REC,encompassing REC by bulk water(REC-BW),REC by perspiration(REC-P),and REC by sorbed water(REC-SW).Moreover,we explore a range of applications,spanning from industrial processes to personal thermal management,and examine the advantages and challenges associated with each REC approach.The significance of REC lies in its potential to revolutionize cooling technology,reduce energy consumption,and minimize the environmental impact.REC-BW can conserve water resources in industrial cooling processes,while REC-P offers innovative solutions for wearable electronics and textiles.REC-SW’s adaptability makes it suitable for food preservation and future potable cooling devices.By addressing the challenges posed by REC,including water consumption,textile design,and optimization of bilayer structures,we can unlock the transformative potential of REC and contribute to sustainable cooling technologies in a warming world.Li Yu Yimou Huang Weihong Li Changmin Shi Brian W.Sheldon Zhuo Chen Meijie Chen 2024Nano Research Energy2024,3,2:0

19Migration of paleo-uplift in southwestern Tarim Basin and its implications for orogenesis and reservoir development, NW China显示文摘Based on well horizon calibration,the typical seismic profiles in southwestern Tarim Basin were interpreted systematically,regional geological sections were established,and the regional denudation thickness of each tectonic period was restored.On this basis,the plane morphology maps of ancient structures of the Cambrian pre-salt dolomites in different periods were compiled,and the spatial distribution,development,evolution and migration of paleo-uplift in the late Early Paleozoic were analyzed.In the late Early Paleozoic,there existed a unified regional paleo-uplift widely distributed in southwestern Tarim Basin,which is called the southwestern Tarim plaeo-uplift.The“Tarim SW paleo-uplift”and“Hetian paleo-uplift”proposed in previous literatures are not independent,but the result of the spatio-temporal migration and evolution of the southwestern Tarim paleo-uplift identified in this paper.The southwestern Tarim paleo-uplift emerged at the end of Middle Ordovician,and took its initial shape with increased amplitude in the Late Ordovician.During the Silurian,the southwestern Tarim paleo-uplift rose steadily and expanded rapidly to the east,incorporating Pishan-Hetian and other areas,with the structural high locating in the Pishan-Hetian area.During the Devonian,the southwestern Tarim paleo-uplift began to shrink gradually,to a limited range in the Pishan-Hetian area in the southern part of the basin.During the Carboniferous,the southwestern Tarim paleo-uplift became an underwater uplift,that is,the paleo-uplift gradually died out.The southwestern Tarim paleo-uplift belongs to the forebulge of the southwestern Tarim foreland basin in the late Early Paleozoic,and its formation and evolution are related to the early Paleozoic orogeny of the West Kunlun orogenic belt in the south of the Tarim Basin.The migration of the southwestern Tarim paleo-uplift from the northwestern part of the southwestern Tarim Basin to the Pishan-Hetian area indicates the early Paleozoic orogenic process of the West Kunlun orogenic belt,which started in the western section at the end of Middle Ordovician and extended from west to east in a“scissor”style.The migration and evolution of the southwestern Tarim paleo-uplift controlled the development of unconformities at the end of Middle Ordovician,the end of Late Ordovician,and the end of Middle Devonian,and the spatial distribution of dissolved fracture-cave reservoirs in weathered crust below the unconformities in the southwest of Tarim Basin.The migration of the structural high of the southwestern Tarim paleo-uplift also played an important role in controlling the development of dissolved fracture-cave reservoirs in weathered crust.YAN Jiakai CHEN Hanlin CHENG Xiaogan CHEN Yongquan ZENG Changmin CHEN Cai WU Hongxiang 2023Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,1:0
