1Synthesis of Branched Chains with Actuation Redundancy for Eliminating Interior Singularities of 3T1R Parallel Mechanisms显示文摘Although it is common to eliminate the singularity of parallel mechanism by adding the branched chain with actuation redundancy, there is no theory and method for the configuration synthesis of the branched chain with actuation redundancy in parallel mechanism. Branched chains with actuation redundancy are synthesized for eliminating interior singularity of 3-translational and 1-rotational(3T1R) parallel mechanisms. Guided by the discriminance method of hybrid screw group according to Grassmann line geometry, all the possibilities are listed for the occurrence of interior singularities in 3T1R parallel mechanism. Based on the linear relevance of screw system and the principles of eliminating parallel mechanism singularity with actuation redundancy, different types of branched chains with actuation redundancy are synthesized systematically to indicate the layout and the number of the branched chainsinterior with actuation redundancy. 2Phase Equilibria in the Ternary Systems KBr–K_2B_4O_7–H_2O and KCl–K_2B_4O_7–H_2O at 373 K显示文摘According to the compositions of the underground gasfield brines in the west of Sichuan Basin,the phase equilibria in the ternary systems KBr–K2B4O7–H2O and KCl–K2B4O7–H2O at 373 K were studied using the isothermal dissolution equilibrium method.The solubilities of salts and the densities of saturated solutions in these ternary systems were determined.Using the experimental data,phase diagrams and density-composition diagrams were constructed.The two phase diagrams were simple co-saturation type,each having an invariant point,two univariant curves and two crystallization regions.The equilibrium solid phases in the ternary system KBr–K2B4O7–H2O are potassium bromide(KBr)and potassium tetraborate tetrahydrate(K2B4O7·4H2O),and those in the ternary system KCl–K2B4O7–H2O are potassium chloride(KCl)and potassium tetraborate tetrahydrate(K2B4O7·4H2O).Comparisons of the phase diagrams of the two systems at different temperatures show that there is no change in the crystallization phases,but there are changes in the size of the crystallization regions.As temperature increases,the solubility of K2B4O7·4H2O increases rapidly,so the crystallization field of K2B4O7·4H2O becomes smaller.CUI Ruizhi SANG Shihua HU Yongxia HU Jiawen 2013Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2013,87,6:5

4Experimental investigation of a Portevin-Le Chatelier band in Ni–Co-based superalloys in relation toγ’precipitates at 500℃显示文摘The macroscopically localized deformation behaviors of Ni–Co-based superalloys with differentγ’precipitate content were investigated at 500?C and 1×10-4 s-1 via an in situ method namely,digital image correlation(DIC).The DIC results showed that the serrated flow of the stress–strain curves was accompanied by localized deformation of the specimens.The fracture morphology was characterized mainly by transgranular fracture with numerous dimples in the lowγ’content alloy,and intergranular fracture with large fracture section in the highγ’content alloy.The Portevin–Le Chatelier(PLC)effect occurred in the investigated Ni–Co-based superalloys.Furthermore,the localized deformation of the highγ’content alloy was more severe than that of the lowγ’content alloy,and the band width was slightly larger.Moreover,for the first-time ever,a special propagation feature,namely±60?zigzag bands characterized by head-to-tail connections,was observed in the highγ’content alloy.Yanke Liu Yulong Cai Chenggang Tian Guoliang Zhang Guoming Han Shihua Fu Chuanyong Cui Qingchuan Zhang 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,47,14:2
5Diagnostic Accuracy of Three-Dimensional Whole-Heart Magnetic Resonance Angiography to Detect Coronary Artery Disease with Invasive Coronary Angiography as a Reference:A Meta-Analysis显示文摘Objective:We aimed to evaluate the diagnostic performance of three-dimensional whole-heart magnetic resonance coronary angiography(MRCA)in detecting coronary artery disease(CAD)with invasive coronary angiography as the reference standard.Methods:We searched PubMed and Embase for studies evaluating the diagnostic performance of three-dimensional whole-heart MRCA for the diagnosis of CAD with invasive coronary angiography as the reference standard.The bivariate mixed-effects regression model was applied to synthesize available data.The clinical utility of whole-heart MRCA was calculated by the posttest probability based on Bayes’s theorem.Results:Eighteen studies were included,of which 16 provided data at the artery level.Patient-based analysis revealed a pooled sensitivity of 0.90(95%confi dence interval[CI]0.87–0.93)and specifi city of 0.79(95%CI 0.73–0.84),while the pooled estimates were 0.86(95%CI 0.82–0.89)and 0.89(95%CI 0.84–0.92),respectively,at the artery level.The areas under the summary receiver operating characteristic curve were 0.93(95%CI 0.90–0.95)and 0.92(95%CI 0.90–0.94)at the patient and artery levels,respectively.With a pretest probability of 50%,the patients’posttest probabilities of CAD were 81%for positive results and 11%for negative results.Conclusions:Whole-heart MRCA can be an alternative noninvasive method for diagnosis and assessment of CAD.Shiqin Yu Chen Cui Minjie Lu Shihua Zhao 2020Cardiovascular Innovations and Applications2020,,1:2

11Infection of SARS-CoV-2 causes severe pathological changes in mouse testis显示文摘Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARSCoV-2),has affected more than 600 million people worldwide.Several organs including lung,intestine,and brain are infected by SARS-CoV-2.It has been reported that SARS-CoV-2 receptor angiotensin-converting enzyme-2(ACE2)is expressed in human testis.However,whether testis is also affected by SARS-CoV-2 is still unclear.In this study,we generate a human ACE2(hACE2)transgenic mouse model in which the expression of hACE2 gene is regulated by hACE2 promoter.Sertoli and Leydig cells from hACE2 transgenic mice can be infected by SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus in vitro,and severe pathological changes are observed after injecting the SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus into the seminiferous tubules.Further studies reveal that Sertoli and Leydig cells from hACE2 transgenic mice are also infected by authentic SARS-CoV-2 virus in vitro.After testis interstitium injection,authentic SARS-CoV-2 viruses are first disseminated to the interstitial cells,and then detected inside the seminiferous tubules which in turn cause germ cell loss and disruption of seminiferous tubules.Our study demonstrates that testis is most likely a target of SARS-CoV-2 virus.Attention should be paid to the reproductive function in SARS-CoV-2 patients.Min Chen Shihua Li Shujun Liu Yuhang Zhang Xiuhong Cui Limin Lv Bowen Liu Aihua Zheng Qihui Wang Shuguang Duo Fei Gao 2023Journal of Genetics and Genomics2023,50,2:0
