1Experimental and clinic-opathologic study on the relationship between transcription factor Egr-1 and esophageal carcinoma显示文摘AIM To observe the growth suppression effect of exogenous introduction of early growth response gene-1 (Egr-1 gene) on esophageal carcinoma tissue as well as on esophageal carcinoma cell line Eca109 and to explore the potential application of Egr-1 gene in gene therapy of tumor.METHODS Eukaryotic expression vector of PCMV-Egr-1 plasmid was introduced into Eca109 cell line which expressed no Egr-1 protein originally with lipofectamine transfection method. The introduction and expression of PCMV-Egr-1 plasmid into Eca109 cell line was confirmed by G418 selection culture, PCR amplification of neogene contained in the vector, Western blot analysis and immunocytochemical analysis. The cell growth curve,soft agar colony formation rate and tumorigenicity in SClD mice were examined to demonstrate the growth suppression effect of exogenous Egr-1 gene on Eca109 cell line. The Egr-1 mRNA and Egr-1 protein were also detected in 50 surgical specimens of esophageal carcinoma by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry.RESULTS Exogenous Egr-1 gene was introduced successfully into Eca109 cell line and expressed Egr-1 protein stably. The transfected Eca109 cell line grew more slowly than control Eca109 as shown by cell growth curves, the soft agar colony formation rate (4.0% vs 6.9%, P<0.01) and the average growth rate of tumor in SCID mice (35.5 ± 7.6 vs 65.8 ± 7.6, P<0.05). The expression level of Egr-1 mRNA and protein significantly increased in dysplastic epithelia adjacent to cancer rather than in cancer tissues (65.8% vs 20.0% by ISH and 57.9% vs 14.0% by IHC, P<0.01).CONCLUSION Exogenous Egr-1 gene shows the strong effect of growth inhibition in Eca109 cell line. 2冷水机利用变流量冷冻水的若干设计问题显示文摘目前变水量冷冻水系统的设计一般都采用一、二次双环路方式。但这种双环路配置方式会产生:使用两个水泵增加设备投资;冷冻水送水及回水的混合影响冷水机在部分负荷时的效率;实际的高负荷空调需求条件与最大设计工况条件不吻合时不能充分利用冷水机的全负荷容量等不良后果。设计单环路空调冷冻水系统可以避免上述问题。讨论了单环路变流量系统的长处以及可能产生的问题,并提供在整个运行范围内,能够实现安全、稳定和可靠的冷水机控制策略。Original by Thomas B. 3Synchronous estimation of DTM and fractional vegetation cover in forested area from airborne LIDAR height and intensity data显示文摘We proposed a method to separate ground points and vegetation points from discrete return,small footprint airborne laser scanner data,called skewness change algorithm.The method,which makes use of intensity of laser scanner data,is especially applicable in steep,and forested areas.It does not take slope of forested area into account,while other algorithms consider the change of slope in steep forested area.The ground points and vegetation points can be used to estimate digital terrain model(DTM) and fractional vegetation cover,respectively.A few vegetation points which were classified into the ground points were removed as noise before the generation of DTM.This method was tested in a test area of 10000 square meters.A LiteMapper -5600 laser system was used and a flight was carried out over a ground of 700―800 m.In this tested area,a total number of 1546 field measurement ground points were measured with a total station TOPCON GTS-602 and TOPCON GTS -7002 for validation of DTM and the mean error value is -18.5 cm and the RMSE(root mean square error) is ±20.9 cm.A data trap sizes of 4m in diameter from airborne laser scanner data was selected to compute vegetation fraction cover.Validation of fractional vegetation cover was carried out using 15 hemispherical photographs,which are georeferenced to centimeter accuracy by differential GPS.The gap fraction was computed over a range of zenith angles 10° using the gap light analyzer(GLA) from each hemispherical photograph.The R2 for the regression of fractional vegetation cover from these ALS data and the respective field measurements is 0.7554.So this study presents a method for synchronous estimation of DTM and fractional vegetation cover in forested area from airborne LIDAR height and intensity data.BAO YunFei1,2,CAO ChunXiang1,ZHANG Hao1,CHEN ErXue3,HE QiSheng1,2,HUANG HuaBing1,LI ZengYuan3,LI XiaoWen1,4 & GONG Peng1 1 State Key Laboratory of Remote Sensing Science,jointly sponsored by the Institute for Remote Sensing Applications of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Beijing Normal University,Beijing 100101,China 2 Graduate University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences,Beijing 100049,China 3 Institute of Forest Resource Information Technique,the Chinese Academy of Forestry,Beijing 100091,China 4 Research Center for Remote Sensing and GIS,Department of Geography and Beijing Key Laboratory for Remote Sensing of Environment and Digital Sites,Beijing Normal University,Beijing 100875,China 2008Science China(Technological Sciences)2008,51,S2:10

7Absolute radiometric calibration of CBERS-02 IRMSS thermal band显示文摘Based on the laboratory calibration before launch of CBERS-02 IRMSS thermal infrared channel, the onboard blackbody calibration, the radiometric cross- calibration against TERRA MODIS corresponding channel and the in-flight field calibration at Lake Qinghai: water surface radiometric calibration test site of China on Aug. 17, 2004 are carried out in this research. When making onboard blackbody calibration of CBERS-02 IRMSS, it is necessary to understand inside structures and light path in IRMSS camera and receive and process calibration blackbody signals at normal and high temperatures. Onboard blackbody calibration results of each detector are very important to relative radiometric calibration of images processing and absolute radiometric calibration of each detector. In-flight field calibration mainly contains field experiments, obtaining synchronous images, spectrum marching and MODTRAN radiative transmi- ssion computation. Radiometric cross-calibration of CBERS-02 IRMSS thermal band against TERRA MODIS selected 6 times synchronous images of two sensors passing through Lake Qinghai and Lake Taihu from August to December, 2004 to compute the cross calibration data. Combining the in-flight field calibration and radiometric cross calibration data, the absolute radiometric calibration coefficients are calculated by the linear regression method. This new calibration model can obviously control the radiometric calibration uncertainties aroused by the single point method used in the in-flight calibration of CBERS-02 IRMSS, this kind of sensors cannot receive the cosmic background radiation. 12AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON BEDMAKING AND CATASTROPHIC PROCESSES IN ISLAND BRAIDED CHANNEL显示文摘In this paper 4 Principles for developing island braided channels are discussed. Based on those principles an island braided bedmaking experiment is designed by a process-response model with 12 steps and the Lower Yangtze River as an example to be taken. The bedmaking experiment takes 10 runs and 180 running hours and channel changes are described. The paper also analyses controlling factors on island braided channel hydraulic geometries. 14A Study of Broadband Intelligent Network Implementing Video Conference and Multicast Routing Algorithm显示文摘The dissertation studies the architecture of broadband intelligent network (BIN) and implementation of video conference based on ATM network and of multicast routing problem on video conference using BIN under the aid of the important task Study of IN and B ISDN Integration (69896244) sponsored by National Natural Science Fund. A lot of points of view and solutions are present. The main contributions in the dissertation are as follows:\; (1) Design the new architecture of BIN and improve the architecture of BIN proposed by ITU T. It is easy to set up the connections of video conference using the new architecture of BIN.\; (2) Present the detailed scheme that BIN controls and implements video conference without specialized resource function, study the scheme of all the media on video conference transmitted and switched under the control of BIN, and discuss how to implement point to multipoint communications using BIN.\; (3) First present the scheme of implementing multicast routing algorithms on video conference using BIN.\; (4) Explicitly introduce a series of concepts including neighboring node, neighboring node set, neighboring edge, then propose an Adjustable Dynamic Multicast (ADM) routing algorithm which is suitable for video conference, analyze its performances, and prove the algorithm is appropriate and feasible.\; (5) Develop a degree constrained dynamic multicast (DADM) routing algorithm which can find less cost multicast routing tree. The results of simulation and experiments confirm that DADM algorithm can find the less cost multicast tree. Finally, analyze the relation between the size of degree constrained and value of multicast tree cost.\; (6) Present a delay constrained dynamic multicast routing algorithm suitable for video conference characteristic, and advise a series of schemes reducing the delay of transmitting all the media on videoconference.\; (7) First propose implementing the reliable multicast routing transport protocol using BIN, thereby ACK implosion problem can be solved. 15A Study of the Next Generation Intelligent Networks Interworking with IP Networks显示文摘In the past three years, the author has participated in several projects involved in Intelligent Network (IN). In 1997, we started our research on the project 'The Integration of IN and B ISDN' supported by National Science Foundation. Since 1999, the author has engaged in the project 'the Next Generation IN Based Service Platform Interworking with IP Networks' supported by the National 863 Project. While working on the project, the author made a deep research on the architecture and the key technology of the next generation IN defined by ITU T IN CS3 and CS4. In the following parts. 1. I conclude the research work and the innovation in my dissertation. The early research on the interworking of IN and Internet, despite the shortage of materials, the interworking architecture by means of IAF is analyzed. Some key techniques like triggering intelligent service and reporting dynamic IP address are solved. Some new SIBs and INAPs are added, and the dial up software of users is enhanced, too. The incoming call notification service is designed. What we have done paves the way for the future research. 2. The gateway based architecture for the interworking of IN and Internet is described. Considering the research results from ITU, PINT work group and TIPHON work group, we emphasize that the interworking scenario through MG,SCG and C/BG is promising. Based on the CIN software developed by ourselves, we provide the scenario to enhance the function entities and signaling protocol. We address the function of entities and the interaction of signaling with an example like ICW service. 3. With the introduction of mobile agent technology, the author proposes the distributed IN which can be integrated with IP networks. According to the drawbacks of the centralized IN, we address the architecture and conceptual model of distributed IN to support advanced service in IP Telephony. We try to illustrate the role and relationship between function entities. We also present a smooth evolution scenario from today’s networks. 4. A novel service control software based on mobile agent technology is proposed. With the adiquately understanding of CIN 02 SCP, we present the OO based framework of MA SCP. And we explore how our new SCP works. We prove that our solution can work efficiently by a service called VPN in IP Telephony. 5. The concept, architecture and related research of active networks are introduced. We take the ticket order service as an example, give the simulation results and prove that active networks can improve the performance of distributed applications.
