| 2 | Fabrication and biological evaluation of 3D-printed calcium phosphate ceramic scaffolds with distinct macroporous geometries through digital light processing technology显示文摘Digital light processing(DLP)-based 3D printing technique holds promise in fabricating scaffolds with high precision.Here raw calcium phosphate(CaP)powders were modified by 5.5%monoalcohol ethoxylate phosphate(MAEP)to ensure high solid loading and low viscosity.The rheological tests found that photocurable slurries composed of 50wt%modified CaP powders and 2wt%toners were suitable for DLP printing.Based on geometric models designed by computer-aided design(CAD)system,three printed CaP ceramics with distinct macroporous structures were prepared,including simple cube,octet-truss and inverse face-centered cube(fcc),which presented the similar phase composition and microstructure,but the different macropore geometries.Inverse fcc group showed the highest porosity and compressive strength.The in vitro and in vivo biological evaluations were performed to compare the bioactivity of three printed CaP ceramics,and the traditional foamed ceramic was used as control.It suggested that all CaP ceramics exhibited good biocompatibility,as evidence by an even bone-like apatite layer formation on the surface,and the good cell proliferation and spreading.A mouse intramuscular implantation model found that all of CaP ceramics could induce ectopic bone formation,and foam group had the strongest osteoinduction,followed by inverse fcc,while cube and octet-truss had the weakest one.It indicated that macropore geometry was of great importance to affect the osteoinductivity of scaffolds,and spherical,concave macropores facilitated osteogenesis.These findings provide a strategy to design and fabricate high-performance orthopedic grafts with proper pore geometry and desired biological performance via DLP-based 3D printing technique. | Jing Wang Yitao Tang Quanle Cao Yonghao Wu Yitian Wang Bo Yuan Xiangfeng Li Yong Zhou Xuening Chen Xiangdong Zhu Chongqi Tu Xingdong Zhang | 2022 | Regenerative Biomaterials2022,9,1: | 2 |
| 3 | Evaluation and intelligent deployment of coal and coalbed methane coupling coordinated exploitation based on Bayesian network and cuckoo search显示文摘Coal and coalbed methane(CBM)coordinated exploitation is a key technology for the safe exploitation of both resources.However,existing studies lack the quantification and evaluation of the degree of coordination between coal mining and coalbed methane extraction.In this study,the concept of coal and coalbed methane coupling coordinated exploitation was proposed,and the corresponding evaluation model was established using the Bayesian principle.On this basis,the objective function of coal and coalbed methane coordinated exploitation deployment was established,and the optimal deployment was determined through a cuckoo search.The results show that clarifying the coupling coordinated level of coal and coalbed methane resource exploitation in coal mines is conducive to adjusting the deployment plan in advance.The case study results show that the evaluation and intelligent deployment method proposed in this paper can effectively evaluate the coupling coordinated level of coal and coalbed methane resource exploitation and intelligently optimize the deployment of coal mine operations.The optimization results demonstrate that the safe and efficient exploitation of coal and CBM resources is promoted,and coal mining and coalbed methane extraction processes show greater cooperation.The observations and findings of this study provide a critical reference for coal mine resource exploitation in the future. | Quanle Zou Zihan Chen Zhiheng Cheng Yunpei Liang Wenjie Xu Peiran Wen Bichuan Zhang Han Liu Fanjie Kong | 2022 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2022,32,6: | 1 |

| 6 | Morphological evolution and flow conduction characteristics of fracture channels in fractured sandstone under cyclic loading and unloading显示文摘In coal mining,rock strata are fractured under cyclic loading and unloading to form fracture channels.Fracture channels are the main flow narrows for gas.Therefore,expounding the flow conductivity of fracture channels in rocks on fluids is significant for gas flow in rock strata.In this regard,graded incremental cyclic loading and unloading experiments were conducted on sandstones with different initial stress levels.Then,the three-dimensional models for fracture channels in sandstones were established.Finally,the fracture channel percentages were used to reflect the flow conductivity of fracture channels.The study revealed how the particle size distribution of fractured sandstone affects the formation and expansion of fracture channels.It was found that a smaller proportion of large blocks and a higher proportion of small blocks after sandstone fails contribute more to the formation of fracture channels.The proportion of fracture channels in fractured rock can indicate the flow conductivity of those channels.When the proportion of fracture channels varies gently,fluids flow evenly through those channels.However,if the proportion of fracture channels varies significantly,it can greatly affect the flow rate of fluids.The research results contribute to revealing the morphological evolution and flow conductivity of fracture channels in sandstone and then provide a theoretical basis for clarifying the gas flow pattern in the rock strata of coal mines. | Quanle Zou Zihan Chen Jinfei Zhan Chunmei Chen Shikang Gao Fanjie Kong Xiaofeng Xia | 2023 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2023,33,12: | 0 |
| 7 | Analysis of Heavy Metal Pollution in Urban Surface Soil显示文摘The impact of human activities on the quality of urban environment has become increasingly prominent and urban soil pollution problems on the health of local residents also gradually prominent. In addition, the study of heavy metal pollution in urban surface soil is an important part of the evolution model of urban geological environment so it is necessary to analyze the heavy metal pollution in urban soil. In this paper, the data of the given samples are processed and analyzed by MATLAB software and EXCEL spreadsheet. The three - dimensional image model and the planar model of metal element space are established by interpolation method. The spatial distribution of eight kinds of heavy metal elements in the city is presented in detail. For the urban environment, especially the macro-grasp of soil pollution, regulation provides a simple and accurate three-dimensional spatial distribution model of pollutants. Combined with data analysis of the urban area of different areas of heavy metal pollution to make a preliminary judgment. The data show that in the five types of cities, heavy soil pollution is the most serious in industrial areas. A method of imagination of the data analysis is boldly used and then combined with the distribution map, they found a source of pollution. For the spatial distribution of heavy metal elements, this paper uses EXCEL to calculate the data and MATLAB to map the data which showed a detailed and intuitive distribution map according to the distribution map can be analyzed in different areas of pollution;For the second question, this paper uses a method of design to deal with the data, part of the data for the results of the more effective show to determine the cause of pollution. For the third question, this article will be more serious pollution or a wider range of local screening, analysis, and then speculate the location of pollution sources.
