1晚期非小细胞肺癌免疫检查点抑制剂新型生物标志物:血液PD-L1动态检测显示文摘背景免疫检查点抑制剂(immune checkpoint inhibitors,ICIs)具有良好疗效已成为恶性肿瘤治疗领域备受瞩目的翘楚。然而,仅有小部分患者获得长期临床获益。如何选择生物标志物来筛查ICIs治疗优势人群仍是一大热点。方法收集51例晚期恶性肿瘤患者的肿瘤组织和配对血样本,进行PD-L1表达的相关性分析。40例晚期非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)患者接受ICIs治疗,2个月时检测血液PD-L1(bloodPD-L1,bPD-L1)表达的动态变化,包括PD-L1 mRNA、外泌体PD-L1(exosomalPD-L1,exoPD-L1)蛋白和可溶性PD-L1(solublePD-L1,sPD-L1)。应用R软件计算最佳截断值,用于预测最佳客观缓解(best objective response,b OR)、无进展生存期(progression-free survival,PFS)和总生存期(overall survival,OS)。结果51例不同恶性肿瘤患者中,组织PD-L1(tissuePD-L1,tPD-L1)表达阳性患者的PD-L1mRNA表达水平显著升高。40例接受ICIs治疗的晚期NSCLC患者中,bPD-L1 mRNA上调≥2.04的患者b OR、PFS和OS更佳;21例接受ICIs治疗的晚期NSCLC患者中,exoPD-L1上调≥1.86的患者临床获益更大。sPD-L1动态变化与ICIs疗效无显著相关性。PD-L1 mRNA和exoPD-L1联合检测更有利于预测ICIs治疗疗效。结论bPD-L1表达与tPD-L1表达存在正相关;晚期NSCLC患者ICIs治疗初期PD-L1 mRNA和(或)exoPD-L1表达升高,可作为评估临床获益的新型生物标志物。Qiao YANG Mingjing CHEN Jiaoyang GU Kai NIU Xianlan ZHAO Linpeng ZHENG Zihan XU Yongxin YU Feng LI Lingxin MENG Zhengtang CHEN Wenlei ZHUO Luping ZHANG Jianguo SUN 杨峤(译) 孙建国(译) 2021中国肺癌杂志2021,24,12:10

4Rational design of hierarchically porous Fe-N-doped carbon as efficient electrocatalyst for oxygen reduction reaction and Zn-air batteries显示文摘The rational design and construction of hierarchically porous nanostructure for oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) electrocatalysts is crucial to facilitate the exposure of accessible active sites and promote the mass/electron transfer under the gas-solid-liquid triple-phase condition. Herein, an ingenious method through the pyrolysis of creative polyvinylimidazole coordination with Zn/Fe salt precursors is developed to fabricate hierarchically porous Fe-N-doped carbon framework as efficient ORR electrocatalyst. The volatilization of Zn species combined with the nanoscale Kirkendall effect of Fe dopants during the pyrolysis build the hierarchical micro-, meso-, and macroporous nanostructure with a high specific surface area (1,586 m^(2)·g^(−1)), which provide sufficient exposed active sites and multiscale mass/charge transport channels. The optimized electrocatalyst exhibits superior ORR activity and robust stability in both alkaline and acidic electrolytes. 5Uplift mechanism for a shallow-buried structure in liquefi able sand subjected to seismic load: centrifuge model test and DEM modeling显示文摘Based on a centrifuge model test and distinct element method(DEM), this study provides new insights into the uplift response of a shallow-buried structure and the liquefaction mechanism for saturated sand around the structure under seismic action. In the centrifuge test, a high-speed microscopic camera was installed in the structure model, by which the movements of particles around the structure were monitored. Then, a two-dimensional digital image processing technology was used to analyze the microstructure of saturated sand during the shaking event. Herein, a numerical simulation of the centrifuge experiment was conducted using a two-phase(solid and fl uid) fully coupled distinct element code. This code incorporates a particle-fl uid coupling model by means of a 'fi xed coarse-grid' fl uid scheme in PFC3D(Particle Flow Code in Three Dimensions), with the modeling parameters partially calibrated based on earlier studies. The physical and numerical models both indicate the uplifts of the shallow-buried structure and the sharp rise in excess pore pressure. The corresponding micro-scale responses and explanations are provided. Overall, the uplift response of an underground structure and the occurrence of liquefaction in saturated sand are predicted successfully by DEM modeling. 8A green method for synthesizing novel nanoparticles and their application in flexible conductive patterns显示文摘A general and unified approach to synthesize Ag,Cu and Au nanoparticles(NPs)is developed at room temperature in air atmosphere under ultrasonication in poly(N-vinylpyrrolidone)(PVP)solutions with ascorbic acid and glucose as the reducing and nucleation agents,respectively.XRD,TEM,and HR-TEM analysis of the Ag,Cu,and Au NPs confirm purity and average diameters of 15.5±2.0 nm,50±3.0 nm,and 10±1.0 nm,respectively.An ultrasonic-assisted mechanism,wherein reduction occurs readily and produces anti-oxidation particles,is proposed and discussed.Fast infrared sintering was used to avoid damaging the substrate of conductive patterns whose resistivity at 10 W(~50℃)sintering power for less than 6 min reached up to 10±0.5 μΩ cm,40±3.0 μΩ cm,and 280±5 μΩ cm for Ag,Cu,and Au patterns,respectively.Paper-based electrodes were produced successfully and exhibited excellent flexibility and good conductivity.The potential of this method for large scale production is discussed.Wei Li Qiongying Cen Wenjiang Li Zihan Zhao Wenlong Yang Yuqian Li Minfang Chen Guang Yang Jinjun Yang 2020Journal of Materiomics2020,6,2:2

10Tip-assisted ambient electric arc ionization mass spectrometry for rapid detection of trace organophosphorus pesticides in strawberry显示文摘In this study,an ambient mass spectrometry(AMS)based method was developed for rapid detection of organophosphorus pesticides in strawberry.This method combines an electric arc and a microsyringe tip to realize tip-assisted ambient electric arc ionization(TAAEAI).A high-voltage electric arc can be applied to the microsyringe tip to generate an electric field,which results in corona discharge at the microsyringe tip.The juiced strawberry sample loaded on the tip could be directly ionized with TAAEAI and then analyzed by a mass spectrometer.TAAEAI-MS was successfully applied to analyze 6 organophosphorus pesticides in three strawberry samples.Malathion and profenofos were detected from the investigated strawberry samples.This method could quantitatively determine the contents of organophosphorus pesticides in strawberry with high reproducibility,high precision,and high sensitivity.Sample matrices did not interfere with the pesticide analysis.The recoveries of organophosphorus pesticides spiked in strawberry samples varied between 82.6%and 116%with relative standard deviations(RSDs)less than 9.2%.The limits of detection(LODs)varied between 0.0124µg/g and 0.0245µg/g,while the limits of quantification(LOQs)varied between 0.0413µg/g and 0.0817µg/g.The coefficients of determination(R2)of the method were determined to be>0.995.The method established here may have potential application in the detection of organophosphorus pesticides in vegetables and fruits.Zihan Ma Yuanji Gao Fengjian Chu Yunli Tong Yuwen He Yuan Li Zhan Gao Weiwei Chen Shuheng Zhang Yuanjiang Pan 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,9:2
11Surface coal mining impacts on land use change and ecological service value:a case study in Shengli coalfield,Inner Mongolia显示文摘Coal plays a crucial role in global economic development and remains the most common and widely distributed fossil fuel worldwide.As the world's largest developing country,China's mining and utilization of coal resources have contributed signifcantly to the country’s rapid economic growth.Inner Mongolia is an ecologically fragile arid and semi-arid area of China.The exploitation of opencast mining has seriously hindered the sustainable use of regional land and the residents'well-being.Using ENVI-based remote sensing images from 2000,2005,2010,2015,and 2020,this study employed a random forest algorithm to divide land utilization types into construction land,vegetation,cultivated land,bare land,and water areas and analyzed the characteristics of land use and ecosystem service value changes over the past 20 years.The results were as follows:(1)Construction land in the mining area changed minimally from 2000 to 2020;vegetation and water bodies showed a decreasing trend,whereas bare and cultivated lands showed an increasing trend.Bare land exhibited the largest change in area proportion and water bodies the smallest.(2)The total ecosystem service value of the mining area declined from 10.939 to 9.527 billion Yuan.Vegetation ecosystem service value was the highest,followed by cultivated land and water,with the bare land ecosystem service value the lowest.(3)On a spatial scale,the total ecosystem service value of the Shengli mining area decreased year by year,indicating that land use changes in the mining area do have an impact on ecosystem service value.Lijia Zhang Xu Zhou Yan Zhou Ji Zhou Jiwang Guo Zihan Zhai Yan Chen Xiangyan Su Lingxiao Ying Liwei Wang Ying Qiao 2022International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2022,9,5:1
12Evaluation and intelligent deployment of coal and coalbed methane coupling coordinated exploitation based on Bayesian network and cuckoo search显示文摘Coal and coalbed methane(CBM)coordinated exploitation is a key technology for the safe exploitation of both resources.However,existing studies lack the quantification and evaluation of the degree of coordination between coal mining and coalbed methane extraction.In this study,the concept of coal and coalbed methane coupling coordinated exploitation was proposed,and the corresponding evaluation model was established using the Bayesian principle.On this basis,the objective function of coal and coalbed methane coordinated exploitation deployment was established,and the optimal deployment was determined through a cuckoo search.The results show that clarifying the coupling coordinated level of coal and coalbed methane resource exploitation in coal mines is conducive to adjusting the deployment plan in advance.The case study results show that the evaluation and intelligent deployment method proposed in this paper can effectively evaluate the coupling coordinated level of coal and coalbed methane resource exploitation and intelligently optimize the deployment of coal mine operations.The optimization results demonstrate that the safe and efficient exploitation of coal and CBM resources is promoted,and coal mining and coalbed methane extraction processes show greater cooperation.The observations and findings of this study provide a critical reference for coal mine resource exploitation in the future.Quanle Zou Zihan Chen Zhiheng Cheng Yunpei Liang Wenjie Xu Peiran Wen Bichuan Zhang Han Liu Fanjie Kong 2022International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2022,32,6:1

20Analysis of Conducted Disturbance via Current Transformer Due to Switch Operation of GIS Disconnector in UHV Substation显示文摘The characteristics of conducted disturbances via current transformer(CT)caused by switch operations in 1000 kV UHV substations are studied in this paper.Since the broadband circuit models might have limitations on the stability and accuracy for CT conducted disturbance simulation,a frequencydomain simulation method without circuit synthesis is proposed based on VFTC spectrum and CT transfer characteristics.To improve VFTC simulation accuracy,both the bushing radiation loss and frequency-dependent earth impedance are taken into consideration.Transfer characteristics of three types of windings for the 1000 kV GIS CT are ingeniously measured from a combination of fast and slow impulse tests.Through conducted disturbances simulations in UHV Wuhu substation,bushing radiation loss is found to have a suppression effect on the highfrequency response but the effect of frequency-dependent earth impedance can be ignored.As a result,the maximum amplitude of 84.5 A for the conducted disturbance is obtained,thus a fast damped oscillatory wave immunity test with no lower than Level 4 from IEC standard is suggested to test the anti-interference performance of the secondary equipment in UHV substation.Jun Zhao Weijiang Chen Kejie Li Zihan Teng Ni Li Tao Wen Xing Fan 2023CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2023,9,3:0
