1Ability of Bacillus mucilaginosus GY03 Strain to Adsorb Chromium Ions显示文摘A research with Bacillus mucilaginosus cultured in nitrogen-free medium for forming a flocculant material to adsorb Cr+6 was conducted to determine the effects of different pH, volume, treatment time, and chromium (Ⅵ) concentrations on chromium (Ⅵ) adsorption by microbial flocculant (MBF), which was produced from the B. mucilaginosus GY03 strain. The results showed that MBF had outstanding flocculation on chromium (Ⅵ). Based on the results of a oneway experiment and actual wastewater treatment conditions, the optimum conditions, obtained by using orthogonal experiments, for chromium (Ⅵ) adsorption by MBF were: Cr6+ solution pH of 9, flocculant material volume of 15 mL,treatment time of 12 h and chromium ion concentration of 30 mg L-1. The results demonstrated that the MBF produced from GY03 could be used in the chromium-containing wastewater treatment. Meanwhile, after extraction and analysis of the MBF polysaccharides, it was found that MBF was mainly composed of glycoprotein. Analysis on constituents of monosaccharide showed that polysaccharides of B. mucilaginosus were composed of rhamnose, glucose etc. Thus, because it was applied over a wide range of pH, in small amounts and had a rapid flocculation speed the flocculant used in this experiment had a vast field of application potential.CHENYe LIANBin 2005Pedosphere2005,15,2:24

3MoS_(2) wrapped MOF-derived N-doped carbon nanocomposite with wideband electromagnetic wave absorption显示文摘Designing electromagnetic wave absorption(EMWA)materials with wide bandwidth,strong absorption,and light weight is still a great challenge for practical applications.Herein,the novel nitrogen doped carbon(NDC)/MoS_(2) composite with rationally designed composition and structure was developed.The NDC particles were introduced into MoS_(2) nanosheets through the calcination of ZIF-8 precursor and consequent hydrothermal process.A series of characterizations were carried out to investigate the physical properties of the as-prepared nanocomposites.The NDC particles exhibited the shape of rhombic dodecahedron with the size of about 500 nm,which were decorated on flower-shaped MoS_(2) with the size of about 3μm.With the increasing NDC content,the absorbing properties of NDC/MoS_(2) composites increased firstly and then decreased.The features of NDC/MoS_(2) composite including interconnected porous structure,nitrogen dopant,and appropriate electrical conductivity gave rise to the polarization,multiple reflection,multiple scattering,and impedance matching,resulting in the outstanding EMWA performance.With a filler loading ratio of 30 wt.%,the optimized EMWA property can be achieved when the mass ratio of NDC to MoS_(2) was adjusted to be 1:1.At a coating thickness of 3.0 mm,the effective EMWA bandwidth(<−10 dB)reached 6.08 GHz(8.56–14.64 GHz).These satisfactory achievements provide a way for the reasonable design of high-performance EMWA and new ideas for future research on wideband EMWA.Juhua Luo Mengna Feng Ziyang Dai Chenye Jiang Wei Yao Naixin Zhai 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:8
4Biochemical sensing in graphene-enhanced microfiber resonators with individual molecule sensitivity and selectivity显示文摘Photonic sensors that are able to detect and track biochemical molecules offer powerful tools for information acquisition in applications ranging from environmental analysis to medical diagnosis.The ultimate aim of biochemical sensing is to achieve both quantitative sensitivity and selectivity.As atomically thick films with remarkable optoelectronic tunability,graphene and its derived materials have shown unique potential as a chemically tunable platform for sensing,thus enabling significant performance enhancement,versatile functionalization and flexible device integration.Here,we demonstrate a partially reduced graphene oxide(prGO)inner-coated and fiber-calibrated Fabry-Perot dye resonator for biochemical detection.Versatile functionalization in the prGO film enables the intracavity fluorescent resonance energy transfer(FRET)to be chemically selective in the visible band.Moreover,by measuring the intermode interference via noise canceled beat notes and locked-in heterodyne detection with Hz-level precision,we achieved individual molecule sensitivity for dopamine,nicotine and single-strand DNA detection.This work combines atomic-layer nanoscience and high-resolution optoelectronics,providing a way toward high-performance biochemical sensors and systems.Zhongxu Cao Baicheng Yao Chenye Qin Run Yang Yanhong Guo Yufeng Zhang Yu Wu Lei Bi Yuanfu Chen Zhenda Xie Gangding Peng Shu-Wei Huang Chee Wei Wong Yunjiang Rao 2019Light(Science & Applications)2019,8,1:8
5A BP neural network based information fusion method for urban traffic speed estimation显示文摘Obtaining comprehensive and accurate information is very important in intelligent traffic system (ITS). In ITS, the GPS floating car system is an important approach for traffic data acquisition. However, in this system, the GPS blind areas caused by tall buildings or tunnels could affect the acquisition of traffic information and depress the system performance. Aiming at this problem, a novel method employing a back propagation (BP) neural network is developed to estimate the traffic speed in the GPS blind areas. When the speed of one road section is lost, the speed of its related road sections can be used to estimate its speed. The complete historical data of these road sections are used to train the neural network, using Levenberg-Marquardt learning algorithm. Then, the current speed of the related roads is used by the trained neural network to get the speed of the road section without GPS signal. 7The E Protein Is a Multifunctional Membrane Protein of SARS-CoV显示文摘The E (envelope) protein is the smallest structural protein in all coronaviruses andis the only viral structural protein in which no variation has been detected. Weconducted genome sequencing and phylogenetic analyses of SARS-CoV. Based ongenome sequencing, we predicted the E protein is a transmembrane (TM) pro-tein characterized by a TM region with strong hydrophobicity and α-helix con-formation. We identified a segment (NH2-_L-Cys-A-Y-Cys-Cys-N_-COOH) in thecarboxyl-terminal region of the E protein that appears to form three disulfide bondswith another segment of corresponding cysteines in the carboxyl-terminus of the S(spike) protein. These bonds point to a possible structural association between theE and S proteins. 8Full-IC manufacturability check based on dense silicon imaging显示文摘With the increased design complexities brought in by applying different Reticle Enhancement Technologies (RETs) in nanometer-scale IC manufacturing process, post-RET sign-off verification is quickly becoming necessary. By introducing innovative algorithms for lithographic modeling, silicon imaging and yield problem locating,this paper describes a new methodology of IC manufacturability verification based on Dense Silicon Imaging (DSI). Necessity of imaging based verification is analyzed.Existing post-RET verification methods are reviewed and compared to the new methodology. Due to the greatly improved computational efficiency produced by algorithms such as the ~16*log2N/Iog2M times faster Specialized FFT, DSI based manufacturability checks on full IC scale, which were impractical for applications before,are now realized. 9Removal of Vand Fe from spent denitrification catalyst by using oxalic acid:Study of dissolution kinetics and toxicity显示文摘The selective dissolution of V and Fe from spent denitrification catalyst(SDC)with oxalic acid was investigated to minimise their environmental effects.The dissolution kinetics of different elements from SDC by using 0.1–1.5 mol L^(-1) oxalic acid concentration was studied at 60℃–90℃.V and Fe were preferentially released(65%and 81%)compared with Al,Ti and W within 5 min due to the redox reactions of oxalic acid.The dissolved fractions of Fe,V,Al,Wand Ti increased with the increase of oxalic acid concentration and reaction temperature.The dissolution kinetic experiments were analysed and controlled diffusion with n<0.5 according to the Avrami dissolve reaction model(R^(2)>0.92).The Arrhenius parameters of the Ea values of Ti,W,V,Fe and Al from SDC with oxalic acid were 30,26,20,19 and 11 kJ mol^(-1),respectively.The obtained Avrami equation of V and Fe was successfully used to predict their leaching behaviour in oxalic acid.Toxicity characteristic leaching procedure revealed that the toxicity risk of Vand Fe metals from SDC after leaching with oxalic acid decreased to below 5 mg kg^(-1) residua.Overall,the leaching residua by oxalic acid indicated its safety for the environment.Wenfen Wu Chenye Wang Xingrui Wang Huiquan Li 2021Green Energy & Environment2021,6,5:2
10Application of Matter-element Model in Soil Nutrient Evaluation of Ecological Fragile Region显示文摘On the basis of the soil environment investigation in Da′an City, Jilin Province, China, 40 soil samples from main land use types were obtained and tested by standard method. Soil organic matter (SOM), total N (TN), total P (TP), total K (TK), available N (AN), available P (AP) and available K (AK) were chosen as the evaluation factors. A regional soil nutrient evaluation model was developed based on the matter-element model. The results show that the soil samples with nutrient grade Ⅱ–Ⅴ respectively account for 10%, 30%, 32.5% and 27.5%, and those with grade Ⅳ and Ⅴ account for 60% in all samples. The relationship between soil nutrients and land types indicates that the nutrients of farmland are relatively good, with 41.7% of soil samples with the nutrient grade Ⅳ and Ⅴ. The nutrients of saline-alkali land and sandy land are the worst, with 100% of soil samples with the nutrient grade Ⅳ and Ⅴ. And the ratios of soil samples grade Ⅳ and Ⅴ in grassland and wasteland are respectively 62.5 % and 54.55%. Generally speaking, the soil nutrients status in Da′an City is poor, 60% of soil samples are in poor and extremely poor conditions, indicating that the soil has been severely eroded.
