2Research on hybrid multi-terminal high-voltage DC technology for offshore wind farm integration显示文摘Multi-terminal high-voltage DC(MTDC)technology is a promising way to transmit large amounts of offshore wind power to the main grids.This paper proposes a hybrid MTDC scheme to integrate several offshore wind farms into the onshore power grids at different locations.A hybrid four-terminal HVDC system comprising two onshore line commutated converters(LCCs)and two voltage source converters(VSCs)connecting an offshore wind farm is constructed in PSCAD/EMTDC.A coordination control scheme based on the VSCs’AC voltage control and the LCCs’DC voltage droop control is designed to ensure smooth system operation and proper power sharing between onshore AC grids.The operational characteristics of the system are analyzed.In addition,a black start-up method without any auxiliary power supply for the VSCs is proposed.The transmission scheme is tested through simulations under various conditions,including start-up,wind speed variation,and the disconnection of one VSC or of one LCC.Peng ZHAN Chenghao LI Jinyu WEN Yu HUA Meiqi YAO Naihu LI 2013Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2013,1,1:9
3Acoustic field analysis of detection and location of targets in layered media by time reversal-reverse time migration mixed method显示文摘Using the time reversal(TR)-reverse time migration(RTM) mixed method, the numerical analysis towards the acoustic field for detection and location of targets in layered media is performed. First the approaches and steps of the numerical analysis and simulation for acoustic field are proposed, then, the acoustic field distribution of single target and multiple targets are further computed by using the approaches of single emission-multiple receiving and multiple emission-multiple receiving. The numerical simulation results indicate that target detection and location can be well realized. By comparison, good results are obtained from the both two approaches, but large time-consuming is observed in way of multiple emission-multiple receiving, and so would be unacceptable. 4Experimental investigation of the detection and location of a target in layered media by using the TR-RTM mixed method显示文摘Targets in layered media can be detected and located using a time reversal(TR)-reversed-time migration(RTM) mixed method.In this study, this single emission-multiple receiving method is tested experimentally by using two types of layered media and three types of targets. The signal reflected at the interface and the signal scattered by the target are measured by each receiver to obtain the travel time for several transmitter-receiver pairs. Thereafter, the amplitude ratio between the two measured signals is compared with the theoretical amplitude. The RTM process involves the convolution of the forward acoustic beam from the source with the backward acoustic beam from the receiver which adds an appropriate delay determined on the measured travel time data. 6Effective electromechanical coupling coefficient of high-overtone bulk acoustic resonator显示文摘A high-overtone bulk acoustic resonator(HEAR) is composed of a substrate,a piezoelectric film and upper and lower electrodes,the influences of their structure parameter(thickness) and performance parameter(characteristic impedance) on effective electromechanical coupling coefficient K_(eff)~2 are investigated systematically.The relationship between K_(eff)~2 and these parameters is obtained by a lumped parameter equivalent circuit instead of distributed parameter equivalent circuit near the resonant frequency,and K_(eff)~2 at the resonance frequency closest to the given frequency is analyzed.The results show that K_(eff)~2 declines rapidly and oscillatorily with the continuous increase of the substrate thickness when the piezoelectric film thickness is fixed,and decreases inversely proportion to the thickness when the substrate thickness is greater than a certain value.With the ratio of the characteristic impedance of the substrate to the piezoelectric layer increasing,the maximum of K_(eff)~2 obtained from the variation curve of K_(eff)~2 with the continuous increase of the piezoelectric film thickness decreases rapidly before reaching the minimum value,and later increases slowly.Fused silica with low impedance is appropriate as the substrate of HBAR to get a larger K_(eff)~2.Compared with Al electrode,Au electrode can obtain larger K_(eff)~2 when the appropriate electrode thickness is selected.The revealed laws above mentioned provide the theoretical basis for optimizing parameters of HBAR.LI Jian WANG Chenghao LIU Mengwei 2017Chinese Journal of Acoustics2017,36,1:2
7Effective femtosecond laser shock peening on a Mg-3Gd alloy at low pulse energy 430 μJ of 1 kHz显示文摘In this paper,microstructure evolution and hardness of Mg-3 Gd alloy treated by femtosecond(fs)laser shock peening(LSP)with direct and confined ablation m odes were investigated in detail.Under a relatively low pulse energy of 430μJ with a repetition of 1 kHz,the surface hardness of sample has been enhanced by 70%effectively.Comp a r e d with ns-LSP with pulse fluence of 71.7J/cm2,fs-LSP with pulse fluence of 34.2 J/cm2 is superior in the hardness increment,both of which are in the same order of magnitude.A distinct grain refinement of surface layer has been discovered and results in the increase of hardness.Nonuse of absorption and confining layers and the employment of the industry commercial fs laser with high repetition can inspire big potential L S P application in special metal material.©2019 Published by Elsevier B.V.on behalf of Chongqing University.Chenghao Lu Licheng Ge Bing Zhu Yangxin Li Xianfeng Chen Xiaoqin Zeng Yuping Chen 2019Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2019,7,3:2
8Molecular Mechanism of Induction on Apoptosis of Human Esophageal Cancer HCE-4 Cells by Active Components from Astragalus membranaceus显示文摘[Objectives] To investigate the pharmacologic effects of active components from A. membranaceus on human esophageal cancer HCE-4 cells and its apoptosis mechanism. [Methods] The viabilities of HCE-4 cells were measured by MTT assay. The induction of active components from A. membranaceus on apoptosis of HCE-4 cells was detected by Annexin V-FITC/PI double staining. The apoptotic-related protein expression levels were determined by Western blotting. [Results] Formononetin and astragaloside IV suppressed the proliferation of HCE-4 cells in a dose-dependent manner. The Annexin V-FITC/PI double staining results showed that formononetin and astragaloside IV could induce HCE-4 cells apoptosis in a time-dependent manner. The Western blotting results showed that formononetin and astragaloside IV could significantly down-regulate p-AKT,pro-caspase-3,and increase cle-caspase-3 protein expression in HCE-4 cells. 10Mechanical quality factor of high-overtone bulk acoustic resonator显示文摘Mechanical quality factor Qm is a key characteristic parameter of High-overtone bulk acoustic resonator(HBAR). The effects of structure parameter(thickness) and perfor?mance parameters(characteristic impedance and mechanical attenuation factor) of substrate,piezoelectric film and electrode constituting HBAR on Qm are carried out. The relationships between Qm and these parameters are obtained by a lumped parameter equivalent circuit instead of distributed parameter equivalent circuit near the resonance frequency, and the an?alytical expressions oi Qm are given. The results show that Qm increases non-monotonically with the continuous increase of the substrate thickness for HBAR with certain piezoelectric film thickness, and it approaches to the substrate material mechanical quality factor as the substrate thickness is large. Qm decreases wavily with the continuous increase of the piezoelectric film thickness for HBAR with certain substrate thickness. Sapphire and YAG with low mechanical loss are appropriate as the substrate to get a larger Qm- The electrode loss must be considered since it can reduce Qm- Compared with Au electrode, A1 electrode with lower loss can obtain higher Qm when the appropriate electrode thickness is selected. In addition, Qm decreases with the increase of frequency. 11Overexpression of the LoMYB29 gene of Larix olgensis contributes to the regulation of proanthocyanidin biosynthesis in Arabidopsis thaliana显示文摘Proanthocyanidins(PAs)are the most broadly distributed secondary metabolites that play important roles in various aspects of plant development and response to biotic and abiotic stresses.In this study,we cloned a R2R3 MYB gene LoMYB29,which has a full-length coding sequence of 921 bp identified in Larix olgensis.Quantitative real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction analysis indicates that LoMYB29 is expressed under mechanical wounding,high light intensity,and NaCl,PEG6000,Methyl Jasmonate,and abscisic acid treatments.Subcellular localization analysis and yeast twohybrid assay localized LoMYB29 to the nucleus,acting as a transcriptional activator.Staining with 4-dimethylaminocinnamaldehyde showed a darker blue-purple color in LoMYB29-overexpressing Arabidopsis seeds compared to that of wild seeds.LoMYB29-overexpression resulted in a significant increase in leaf PA content.The expression of early flavonoid biosynthesis-related gene CHI and late flavonoid biosynthesis-related genes,including DFR,LDOX,and ANR(PA branch gene),were also activated in transgenic plants overexpressing LoMYB29.The results indicate that LoMYB29 plays a positive role in the regulation of PA biosynthesis by activating the expression of PA biosynthetic genes.Dandan Li Xiaoqing Hu Chenghao Li 2019Journal of Forestry Research2019,30,5:2
12Intrusions of Kuroshio and Shelf Waters on Northern Slope of South China Sea in Summer 2015显示文摘The northern slope region of the South China Sea(SCS) is a biological hot spot characterized by high primary productivity and biomasses transported by cross-shelf currents, which support the spawning and growth of commercially and ecologically important fish species. To understand the physical and biogeochemical processes that promote the high primary production of this region, we conducted a cruise from June 10 and July 2, 2015. In this study, we used fuzzy cluster analysis and optimum multiparameter analysis methods to analyze the hydrographic data collected during the cruise to determine the compositions of the upper 55-m water masses on the SCS northern slope and thereby elucidate the cross-slope transport of shelf water(SHW) and the intrusions of Kuroshio water(KW). We also analyzed the geostrophic currents derived from acoustic Doppler current profiler measurements and satellite data. The results reveal the surface waters on the northern slope of the SCS to be primarily composed of waters originating from South China Sea water(SCSW), KW, and SHW. The SCSW dominated a majority of the study region at percentages ranging between 60% and 100%. 13In sight of K-deficient layered K_(x)MnO_(2) cathode for potassium-ions batteries显示文摘Potassium-ions batteries(PIBs)are attracting increasing attention as up-and-coming youngster in largescale grid-level energy storage benefiting from its low-cost and high energy density.Nevertheless,enough researches regarding indispensable cathode materials for PIBs are badly absent.Herein,we synthesize K-deficient layered manganese-based oxides(P2-K_(0.21)MnO_(2) and P3-K_(0.23)MnO_(2))and investigate them as cathode of PIBs for the first time.As the newcomer of potassium-containing layered manganese-based oxides(K_(x)MnO_(2))group,P2-K_(0.21)MnO_(2) delivers high discharge capacity of 99.3 mAh g^(-1) and P3-K_(0.23)MnO_(2) exhibits remarkable capacity retention rate of 75.5%.Besides,in-situ XRD and ex-situ XRD measurements reveal the reversible phase transition of P2-K_(0.21)MnO_(2) and P3-K_(0.23)MnO_(2) with the potassium-ions extraction and reinsertion,respectively.This work contributes to a better understanding for the potassium storage in K-deficient layered K_(x)MnO_(2)(x≤0.23),possessing an important basic scientific significance for the exploitation and application of layered K_(x)MnO_(2) in PIBs.Tiezhong Liu Shuang Hou Youpeng Li Shoufeng Xue Junhua Hu Haikuo Fu Chenghao Yang Lingzhi Zhao 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,1:2
14Numerical analysis of capacitive pressure micro-sensors显示文摘Pseudo-spectral method is used to numerically model the diaphragm deflection of capacitive pressure micro-sensor under uniform load. The relationship between the capacitance of the micro-sensor and the load is then analyzed after the description of the computational principle. For normal mode micro-sensor, the tensile force on the diaphragm can be ignored and thereby the capacitance increases linearly with the load increase only when the load is so small that the resultant deflection is less than the diaphragm thickness. The linear relationship between the capacitance and the load turns to be nonlinear thereafter and the capacitance rises dramatically with the constant increase of the load. 16Genome-wide identification and expression analysis of the bZIP gene family in silver birch ( Betula pendula Roth.)显示文摘Basic Leu zipper ( bZIP ) genes play pivotal, versatile roles in abiotic or biotic stress responses and in other biological processes. Knowledge on the evolutionary relationships and patterns of gene expression of bZIP family members in woody plants, however, has been limited. Here we identified and characterized 47 BpbZIP genes across the silver birch ( Betula pendula Roth.) genome. With reference to bZIP classifications for Arabidopsis thaliana , all BpbZIP proteins clustered among 10 groups in phylogeny. The bZIP domains were divided into five patterns based on intron positions and splicing phases. A total of 24 conserved motifs were detected in BpbZIPs with high group specificity. We also analyzed the protein structure of the BpAREB/ABF/ ABI5 subfamily, the most important subfamily in the bZIP family. Expression analyses demonstrated that BpbZIP genes were widely involved in abscisic acid, salt, drought, and heat stress responses, with BpbZIP07/ABF4 and BpbZIP21/ABF2 most highly expressed. 17High frequency acoustic microscopy with Fresnel zoom lens显示文摘The acoustic field distributions and the convergent beams generated by the planar-structure Fresnel zone transducers on solid surface are investigated. Because only 0 and 180 degree phase transducers are used, an imaging system with the Fresnel zoom lens could work at very high frequency, which overcomes the frequency limit of the traditional phased array acoustic imaging system. Simulation results are given to illustrate the acoustic field distributions along the focal axis and the whole plane as well. Based on the principle of scanning of the focus with the change of frequency for the excited signal, an experimental imaging system is also built. Acoustic Fresnel zone transducers are fabricated at center frequency of 400 MHz. 19Fast valve power loss evaluation method for modular multi-level converter operating at high-frequency显示文摘There is no common accepted way for calculating the valve power loss of modular multilevel converter(MMC).Valve power loss estimation based on analytical calculation is inaccurate to address the switching power loss and valve power loss estimation based on detailed electro-magnetic simulation is of low speed.To solve this problem,a method of valve power loss estimation based on the detailed equivalent simulation model of MMC is proposed.Results of valve power loss analysis of 201-level 500MW MMC operating at 50Hz~1000Hz are presented.It is seen that the valve power loss of a MMC increased by 12,40 and 93%under 200Hz,500Hz and 1000Hz operating frequency.The article concludes that in a device with isolated inner AC system,MMC operating at higher frequency will be more competitive than typical 50Hz/60Hz MMC with moderate increase of operating power loss and significant reduction of the size of the AC components.Fen Tao Zhujun Xie Jie Cheng Chenghao Li Lu Zhao Jinyu Wen 2016Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems2016,1,1:1
20G-CNTs/PVDF mixed matrix membranes with improved antifouling properties and filtration performance显示文摘Although carbon nanomaterials have been widely used as effective nanofillers for fabrication of mixed matrix membranes(MMMs)with outstanding performances,the reproducibility of the fabricated MMMs is still hindered by the non-homogenous dispersion of these carbon nanofillers in membrane substrate.Herein,we report an effective way to improve the compatibility of carbon-based nanomaterials with membrane matrixes.By chemically conjugating the oxidized CNTs(o-CNTs)and GO using hexanediamine as cross-linker,a novel carbon nanohybrid material(G-CNTs)was synthesized,which inherited both the advanced properties of multi-walled carbon nanotubes(CNTs)and graphene oxide(G0).The G-CNTs incorporated polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)MMMs(GCNTs/PVDF)were fabricated via a non-solvent induced phase separation(NIPS)method.The filtration and antifouling performances of G-CNTs/PVDF were evaluated using distillate water and a1g/L bovine serum albumin(BSA)aqueous solution under 0.10 MPa.Compared to the MMMs prepared with o-CNTs,GO,the physical mixture of o-CNTs and GO and pure PVDF membrane,the G-CNTs/PVDF membrane exhibited the highest water flux up to 220 L/m%and a flux recovery ratio as high as 90%,as well as the best BSA rejection rate.The excellent performances should be attributed to the increased membrane pore size,porosity and hydrophilicity of the resulted membrane.The successful synthesis of the novel nanohybrid G-CNTs provides a new type of nanofillers for MMMs fabrication.Xiaoyan Guo Chunyu Li Chenghao Li Tingting Wei Lin Tong Huaiqi Shao Qixing Zhou Lan Wang Yuan Liao 2019Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2019,13,6:1
