Laser direct writing and characterizations of flexible piezoresistive sensors with microstructures显示文摘Functional materials with high viscosity and solid materials have received more and more attentions in flexible pressure sensors, which are inadequate in the most used molding method.Herein, laser direct writing(LDW)method is proposed to fabricate flexible piezoresistive sensors with microstructures on PDMS/MWCNTs composites with an 8%MWCNTs mass fraction.By controlling laser energy, microstructures with different geometries can be obtained, which significantly impacts the performances of the sensors.Subsequently, curved microcones with excellent performance are fabricated under parameters of f=40 kHz and v=150 mm·s^(-1).The sensor exhibits continuous multi-linear sensitivity, ultrahigh original sensitivity of 21.80%kPa^(-1),wide detection range of over 20 kPa,response/recovery time of~100 ms and good cycle stability for more than 1000 times.Besides, obvious resistance variation can be observed when tiny pressure(a peanut of 30 Pa)is applied. Finally, the flexible piezoresistive sensor can be applied for LED brightness controlling, pulse detection and voice recognition. | Chenying Zhang Wei Zhou Da Geng Cheng Bai Weida Li Songyue Chen Tao Luo Lifeng Qin Yu Xie | 2021 | Opto-Electronic Advances2021,4,4: | 7
Recent developments in regenerative ophthalmology显示文摘Regenerative medicine(RM)is one of the most promising disciplines for advancements in modern medicine, and regenerative ophthalmology(RO)is one of the most active fields of regenerative medicine. This review aims to provide an overview of regenerative ophthalmology, including the range of tools and materials being used, and to describe its application in ophthalmologic subspecialties, with the exception of surgical implantation of artificial tissues or organs(e.g.,contact lens, artificial cornea, intraocular lens, artificial retina, and bionic eyes)due to space limitations. In addition, current challenges and limitations of regenerative ophthalmology are discussed and future directions are highlighted. | Ye Shen He Shen Dongyu Guo Xinghuai Sun Yuan Sun Nan Hong Xiawei Wang Chen Xie Yuan Zhao Qin He Le Jin Yingying Wen Bo Jiang Chenying Yu Miaomiao Zhu Feng Cai Jianwu Dai | 2020 | Science China(Life Sciences)2020,63,10: | 2

Incorporation of hydrogen-bonding units into polymeric semiconductors toward boosting charge mobility, intrinsic stretchability, and self-healing ability显示文摘The soft nature has endowed conjugated polymers with promising applications in a wide range of field-effect transistor(FET)based flexible electronics. With unremitting efforts on revealing the molecular structure-property relationships, numerous novel conjugated polymers with high mobility and excellent mechanical property have been developed in the past decades.Incorporating hydrogen-bonding(H-bonding)units into semiconducting polymers is one of the most successful strategies for designing high-performance semiconducting materials. In this review,we aim to highlight the roles of H-bonding units in the performances of polymeric FETs from three aspects. These include(i)charge mobility enhancement for semiconducting polymers after incorporation of H-bonding units into the side chains,(ii)the effects of H-bonding units on the stretchability of conjugated polymers, and(iii)the improvement of self-healing properties of conjugated polymers containing dynamic hydrogen bonds due to the H-bonding units in the side chains or conjugated backbones. | Xiaobo Yu Cheng Li Chenying Gao Xisha Zhang Guanxin Zhang Deqing Zhang | 2021 | SmartMat2021,2,3: | 1
Fucoidan-based dual-targeting mesoporous polydopamine for enhanced MRI-guided chemo-photothermal therapy of HCC via P-selectin-mediated drug delivery显示文摘The development of novel theranostic agents with outstanding diagnostic and therapeutic performances is still strongly desired in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Here,a fucoidan-modified mesoporous polydopamine nanoparticle dual-loaded with gadolinium iron and doxorubicin(FMPDA/Gd^(3+)/DOX)was prepared as an effective theranostic agent for magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)-guided chemo-photothermal therapy of HCC.It was found that FMPDA/Gd^(3+)/DOX had a high photothermal conversion efficiency of 33.4%and excellent T1-MRI performance with a longitudinal relaxivity(r1)value of 14.966 m M^(-1)·s^(-1).Moreover,the results suggested that FMPDA/Gd^(3+)/DOX could effectively accumulate into the tumor foci by dual-targeting the tumor-infiltrated platelets and HCC cells, which resulted from the specific interaction between fucoidan and overexpressed p-selectin receptors. The excellent tumor-homing ability and MRI-guided chemo-photothermal therapy therefore endowed FMPDA/Gd^(3+)/DOX with a strongest ability to inhibit tumor growth than the respective single treatment modality.Overall, our study demonstrated that FMPDA/Gd^(3+)/DOX could be applied as a potential nanoplatform for safe and effective cancer theranostics. | Gaofeng Shu Lin Shen Jiayi Ding Junchao Yu Xiaoxiao Chen Xiaoju Guo Enqi Qiao Yaning Chen Chenying Lu Zhongwei Zhao Yongzhong Du Minjiang Chen Jiansong Ji | 2022 | Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2022,17,6: | 0
Toluidine blue O and porphyrin-mediated photodynamic therapy on three main pathogenic bacteria of periodontitis using portable LED phototherapy device显示文摘Photodynamic therapy(PDT)has been commonly used in treating many diseases, such as cancer and infectious diseases. We investigated the different effects of PDT on three main pathogenic bacteria of periodontitis-Prevotella melaninogenica(P.m.),Porphyromonas gingitvalis(P.g.)and Aggregatibacter actinomycetercomitans(A.a-).The portable red light-ermitting diode(LED)phototherapy device was used to assess the exogenous PDT effects with different light doses and photosensitizer concentrations(Toluidine blue O,TBO).The portable blue LED phototherapy device was used to assess the endogenous PDT effects with the use of endogenous photosensit izers(porphyrin)under dfferent light doses. We found out that both exogenous and endogenous PDT were able to restrict the growth of all the three bacteria significantly. Moreover, the optimal PDT conditions for these bacteria were obtained through this in vitro screening and could guide the clinical PDT on periodontitis. | Xuewei Jiang Zhichao Fan Yili Yu Chenying Shao Yuanzhen Suo Xunbin Wei Yi Zhou | 2015 | Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2015,8,4: | 0
