1A multi-rate sensor fusion approach using information filters for estimating aero-engine performance degradation显示文摘Gas-path performance estimation plays an important role in aero-engine health management, and Kalman Filter(KF) is a well-known technique to estimate performance degradation. In previous studies, it is assumed that different kinds of sensors are with the same sampling rate, and they are used for state estimation by the KF simultaneously. However, it is hard to achieve state estimation using various kinds of sensor measurements at the same sampling rate due to a complex network and physical characteristic differences between sensors, especially in an advanced multisensor architecture. For this purpose, a multi-rate sensor fusion using the information filtering approach is proposed based on the square-root cubature rule, which is called Multi-rate Squareroot Cubature Information Filter(MSCIF) to track engine performance degradation. Soft measurement synchronization of the MSCIF is designed to provide a sensor fusion condition for multiple sampling rates of measurement, and a fault sensor is isolated by maximum likelihood validation before state estimation. The contribution of this paper is to supply a novel multi-rate informationfilter approach for sensor fault tolerant health estimation of an aero-engine in a multi-sensor system. 2The role of bone marrow-derived cells in the origin of liver cancer revealed by single-cell sequencing显示文摘Objective:Epithelial cancers often originate from progenitor cells,while the origin of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is still controversial.HCC,one of the deadliest cancers,is closely linked with liver injuries and chronic inflammation,which trigger massive infiltration of bone marrow-derived cells(BMDCs)during liver repair.Methods:To address the possible roles of BMDCs in HCC origination,we established a diethylnitrosamine(DEN)-induced HCC model in bone marrow transplanted mice.Immunohistochemistry and frozen tissue immunofluorescence were used to verify DENinduced HCC in the pathology of the disease.The cellular origin of DEN-induced HCC was further studied by single cell sequencing,single-cell nested PCR,and immunofluorescence-fluorescence in situ hybridization.Results:Studies by using single cell sequencing and biochemical analysis revealed that HCC cells in these mice were coming from donor mice BMDCs,and not from recipient mice.Furthermore,the copy numbers of mouse orthologs of several HCC-related genes previously reported in human HCC were also altered in our mouse model.DEN-induced HCCs exhibited a similar histological phenotype and genomic profile as human HCCs.Conclusions:These results suggested that BMDCs are an important origin of HCC,which provide important clues to HCC prevention,detection,and treatments.Lu Chen Xianfu Yi Piao Guo Hua Guo Ziye Chen Chunyu Hou Lisha Qi Yongrong Wang Chengwen Li Peng Liu Yucun Liu Yuanfu Xu Ning Zhang 2020Cancer Biology & Medicine2020,17,1:4
3Formation of the Yalong Downstream Terraces in the SE Tibetan Plateau and Its Implication for the Uplift of the Plateau显示文摘The Yalong River is an important river that runs across the abruptly changing terrain of the SE Tibetan Plateau. The terraces and Quaternary sediments in its valleys preserve the information of tectonic uplift,climate changes,and landform evolution since the Middle Pleistocene. Based on geomorphological,sedimentological,and chronological investigations,6–8 terraces are identified in the lower reaches of Yalong catchment and its tributary—the Anning River. The electron spin resonance(ESR) or optically stimulated luminescence(OSL) data on the alluvial sediments in the upper portion of terraces indicate that they formed in 1.10,0.90,0.72,0.06–0.04,0.03–0.02,and 0.01 Ma. Tectonic uplift and the climatic cycle controlled the formation of the Yalong River terraces. The former dominated the dissection depths and incision rates,whereas the latter controlled the transformation between accumulation,which developed during the glacial period,and incision,which developed during the glacial-interglacial transition. The Yalong downstream incised rapidly from 1.10 to 0.72 Ma and rapidly from 0.06 Ma until the present; the terraces developed during these two periods. The incision rates in space during the two periods indicate the uplifting extent of the Jinpingshan area,which decreases toward the east and the south. The results reveal two rapidly uplifting stages in the SE Tibetan Plateau,including an accelerated uplifting since 0.06 Ma. Since the Middle Pleistocene,the tectonic uplift of the SE and NE parts of the Tibetan Plateau is synchronous,according to the same development stages of the river terraces of the Yalong downstream and the Yellow River in the Lanzhou area of the NE Tibetan Plateau. The difference in the horizontal displacement between the Xianshuihe Fault and the Anninghe Fault bend resulted in the rapid uplift of the Jinpingshan area. The incision rate for the spatial distribution of the Yalong downstream is the geomorphological response of crustal shortening and uplift differences in the SE margin block of the Tibetan Plateau. 4The effect of rural labor migration on poverty alleviation:a village-level study in China显示文摘The construction of the new socialist countryside is being carried out in China nowadays. Although lots of successful experience has been gotten, different problems occur in various regions yet. To analyze the relationships among rural labor migration, poverty alleviation and characteristics of migrants is important in considering the effect of rural labor migration on the construction of the new socialist countryside. Available sampling and typical case study are adopted and 236 questionnaires are collected from four villages in northwest Guangxi, China, Daxin, Lixin, Longhe and Yongchang. We analyze the rural labor migration status, characteristics of migrants, remittance situation and income, household income and the ratio of remittance income to total household income. About 2/3 of the households have migrants in surveyed villages. And nearly half of the migration households have only one fam-ily member as migrants in the four villages. The migrants mainly comprise male and the younger, with the education level of junior middle school and higher. More than half of the migrants are employed in Guangdong Province. But the characteristics of migrants in Yongchang are more diverse. The rural labor migration in the village is extremely active and extensive. And over 60% of the household with family members as migrants have remittance income. The rate in Yongchang is extremely high (80%). And the income of households with migrants getting remittance income is signif icantly higher than their counterparts. More than half of their income comes from remittance as far as the former kind of household is concerned. And in Yongchang, the rate is nearly 80%. The conclusion is that rural labor migration is popular and extensive in lots of villages. And the migration and remittance play an important role in rural household income, especially in some poor villages. For this kind of village, the rural labor migration may be some 'compulsory course' in rural development. And the rural labor emigration is an essential way in poverty al-leviation. 514.46% Efficiency small molecule organic photovoltaics enabled by the well trade-off between phase separation and photon harvesting显示文摘Small molecule organic photovoltaics(SMPVs) were prepared by utilizing liquid crystalline donor material BTR-Cl and two similar optical bandgap non-fullerene acceptor materials BTP-BO-4 F and Y6.The BTPBO-4 F and Y6 have the similar optical bandgap and different absorption coefficients.The corresponding binary SMPVs exhibit different short circuit current density(/sc)(20.38 vs.23.24 mA cm^(-2)),and fill factor(FF)(70.77% vs.67.21%).A 14.46% power conversion efficiency(PCE) is acquired in ternary SMPVs with 30 wt% Y6,companied with a JSC of 24.17 mA cm^(-2) a FF of 68.78% and an open circuit voltage(Voc) of 0.87 V.The improvement on PCE of ternary SMPVs should originate from the well trade-off between phase separation and photon harvesting of ternary active layers by incorporating 30 wt% Y6 in acceptors.This work may deliver insight onto the improved performance of SMPVs by superposing the superiorities of binary SMPVs with similar optical bandgap acceptors into one ternary cell.Chunyu Xu Haiyan Chen Zijin Zhao Jinhua Gao Xiaoling Ma Shirong Lu Xiaoli Zhang Zeyun Xiao Fujun Zhang 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,6:2

7Rural-urban Migration,Rural Household Income and Sustainable Development in Rural Areas of China显示文摘The objective of this paper is to investigate the rela- tionships among rural-urban migration,rural household income and sustainable development in rural areas of China.The typical case study is done and 288 questionnaires are collected from five villages in Hebei and Guangxi provinces,China.The migration and remittance status,household income and sustainable devel- opment of rural areas are analyzed on the basis of questionnaires. 8Rural-urban Migration, Rural Household Income and Local Geographical Contexts——A Case of Northwestern Guangxi, China显示文摘This paper aims to examine New Economics of Labor Migration (NELM) in the northwestern Guangxi, China and investigate the relationships among rural-urban migration, rural household income and local geographical contexts. Stratified sampling and typical case study were adopted and 236 questionnaires were collected from four vil- lages, Daxin, Lixin, Longhe and Yongchang. We analyzed the rural-urban migration rate, household income and local geographical factors, focusing on the ratio of remittance income to total household income. Data descriptions and sta- tistical methods, such as Pearson Chi-square test, Contingency coefficient, Eta, Pearson correlation coefficient, t-test, multiple comparisons (LSD test, Tamhane T2, Dunnett T3 and Dunnet C test) were used. The results are as follows. Rural households’ income is diversified in survey villages so the motivation of rural-urban migration in the study area can be partly explained by NELM. The migration rate of households (the percentage of households with migrants in survey households) in survey villages varies from 50% to 86%, while the proportion of remittance income to house- hold income is in the range of 30% to 80%. In the village of Yongchang, with the least average arable land area per household, the remittance income plays a vital role in household income (80%). And the statistical findings show that the proportion is significantly and negatively correlated with arable land area per household. 9Association of immunoglobulin G4-related disease with a family history of malignancy:A retrospective study of 168 cases显示文摘Objective:Immunoglobulin G4-related disease(IgG4-RD)is a systemic immune-mediated fibroinflammatory condition.Previous studies have indicated relationships between malignancy and autoimmunity.This retrospective cohort study aimed to determine IgG4-RD incidence and clinical features in patients with a family history of malignancy.Methods:To analyze the relationship between IgG4-RD and family history of malignancy,we reviewed IgG4-RD patients with a family history of malignancy diagnosed in various departments in West China Hospital,Sichuan University from December 2012 to September 2019.Clinical data and laboratory features were compared between IgG4-RD patients with and without a family history of malignancy.Results:Among 168 enrolled patients with IgG4-RD,22(13.1%)had a family history of malignancy.The most frequently involved system in family members with malignancy was the digestive system(38.5%).Among patients with a family history of malignancy,the most frequently involved organs in IgG4-RD were the pancreas(31.9%)and lymph nodes(31.9%).Age at symptom onset was older in IgG4-RD patients with a family history of malignancy than in patients without a family history of malignancy(50–59 years:36.3%vs.16.4%,p=0.0393).Hemoglobin(p=0.0172)and albumin(p=0.0247)levels were higher and globulin(p=0.0232)levels were lower in patients with a family history of malignancy.Conclusions:Our findings suggest that a family history of malignancy may be associated with IgG4-RD development.We hypothesize that genetic susceptibility may be involved in the pathogenesis of IgG4-RD.Diping Hu Yanhong Li Yu Zhou Yubin Luo Lu Cheng Chunyu Tan Qiuping Zhang Yi Zhao Yi Liu 2021Rheumatology & Autoimmunity2021,1,2:1
10Polymerase mutations rtN238R,rtT240Y and rtN248H of hepatitis B virus decrease susceptibility to adefovir显示文摘Long term antiviral therapy with nucleos(t)ide analogs(NAs) may lead to the emergence of drug-resistance viral mutants in chronic hepatitis B virus(HBV) patient.The purpose of this study was to identify adefovir dipivoxil(ADV) resistance mutations of HBV polymerase and determine effective drugs to replace ADV.The reverse transcriptase(RT) coding region was PCR-amplified using HBV DNA extracted from patient blood samples and sequenced.Nineteen substitution mutations were detected.Among them,rtN238R,rtT240Y and rtN248H were often observed in patients receiving ADV administration.These three potential drug resistant sites were introduced into HBV replication-competent plasmids.The in vitro susceptibility of both wild-type(WT) and mutant-type(MT) HBV to NAs was analyzed by Southern blotting and quantitative real-time PCR.The rtN238R,rtT240Y and rtN248H substitutions had no obvious effect on HBV DNA replication or gene expression.The in vitro susceptibility analysis showed that rtN238R,rtT240Y and rtN248H substitutions were responsible for the reduced susceptibility to ADV,and demonstrated a 5.42-,2.89-and 5.72-fold increase in resistance towards ADV,respectively.However,HBV harbored these mutations retained normal susceptibility to LMV,LdT,ETV and TDF.QIN Bo PEI RongJuan HE TingTing HUANG ZhaoHui PAN GuoShao TU ChunYu LU MengJi CHEN XinWen 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,15:1

12Swift Assembly of Adaptive Thermocell Arrays for Device‑Level Healable and Energy‑Autonomous Motion Sensors显示文摘The evolution of wearable technology has prompted the need for adaptive,self-healable,and energy-autonomous energy devices.This study innovatively addresses this challenge by introducing an MXene-boosted hydrogel electrolyte,which expedites the assembly process of flexible thermocell(TEC)arrays and thus circumvents the complicated fabrication of typical wearable electronics.Our findings underscore the hydrogel electrolyte’s superior thermoelectrochemical performance under substantial deformations and repeated self-healing cycles.The resulting hydrogel-based TEC yields a maximum power output of 1032.1 nW under theΔT of 20 K when being stretched to 500%for 1000 cycles,corresponding to 80%of its initial state;meanwhile,it sustains 1179.1 nW under theΔT of 20 K even after 60 cuthealing cycles,approximately 92%of its initial state.The as-assembled TEC array exhibits device-level self-healing capability and high adaptability to human body.It is readily applied for touch-based encrypted communication where distinct voltage signals can be converted into alphabet letters;it is also employed as a self-powered sensor to in-situ monitor a variety of body motions for complex human actions.The swift assembly approach,combined with the versatile functionality of the TEC device,paves the way for future advancements in wearable electronics targeting at fitness monitoring and human–machine interfaces.Xin Lu Daibin Xie Kaihua Zhu Shouhao Wei Ziwei Mo Chunyu Du Lirong Liang Guangming Chen Zhuoxin Liu 2023Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,11:1
13Spontaneous immunomodulation and regulation of angiogenesis and osteogenesis by Sr/Cu-borosilicate glass (BSG) bone cement to repair critical bone defects显示文摘Injectable bone biomaterials like bone cement should be designed and fabricated with certain biological criteria,which include:1)recruitment and polarization of the macrophages from M1(pro-inflammatory)to M2(anti-inflammatory)phenotype,2)enhance vascularization,and 3)activate osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow-derived stem cells to promote bone healing.So far,no injectable biomaterials could spontaneously regulate the entire bone healing process that involves inflammation,angiogenesis,and osteogenesis.Therefore,in this study,we designed bone cement comprised of strontium and copper-incorporated borosilicate glass(Sr/Cu-BSG)in the liquid phase of chitosan to modulate bone healing.In vitro studies showed that the controlled release of Sr and Cu ions up-regulated anti-inflammatory genes(IL-1Ra and TGF-β1)while down-regulating pro-inflammatory genes(IL-1βand IL-6)in macrophages at 3 days.Sr and Cu ions also increased the expressions of angiogenic genes(VEGF and bFGF)in HUVECs at 5 days and osteogenic genes(Runx-2,OCN,and OPN)in hBMSCs at 7,14,and 21 days.5Sr3Cu-BSG bone cement exhibited the best anti-inflammatory,angiogenic,and osteogenic properties among the bone cement groups with different Sr and Cu ratios.Short-term and long-term implantation of Sr/Cu-BSGs in femoral condylar bone defects of rats and rabbits confirmed the in vitro results,where the degradation rate of Sr/Cu-BSG matched the bone healing rate.Similar to in vitro,the 5Sr3Cu-BSG group also showed the highest bone formation in vivo.Excellent physical and chemical properties,along with its bone repairing ability,make the Sr/Cu-BSG bone cement a good candidate biomaterial for treating bone defects.Shuaijie Li Liyan Zhang Chunyu Liu Jua Kim Kun Su Tingli Chen Limin Zhao Xiaomei Lu Hao Zhang Yinglin Cui Xu Cui Feng Yuan Haobo Pan 2023Bioactive Materials2023,,5:1
14Simultaneous 3D Visualization of the Microvascular and Neural Network in Mouse Spinal Cord Using Synchrotron Radiation Micro-Computed Tomography显示文摘Effective methods for visualizing neurovascular morphology are essential for understanding the normal spinal cord and the morphological alterations associated with diseases.However,ideal techniques for simultaneously imaging neurovascular structure in a broad region of a specimen are still lacking.In this study,we combined Golgi staining with angiography and synchrotron radiation micro-computed tomography(SRμCT)to visualize the 3D neurovascular network in the mouse spinal cord.Using our method,the 3D neurons,nerve fibers,and vasculature in a broad region could be visualized in the same image at cellular resolution without destructive sectioning.Besides,we found that the 3D morphology of neurons,nerve fiber tracts,and vasculature visualized by SRjiCT were highly consistent with that visualized using the histological method.Moreover,the 3D neurovascular structure could be quantitatively evaluated by the combined methodology.The method shown here will be useful in fundamental neuroscience studies.Liyuan Jiang Chengjun Li Miao Li Xianzhen Yin Handing Wu Chunyue Duan Yong Cao Hongbin Lu Jianzhong Hu 2021Neuroscience Bulletin2021,37,10:1

16Signal-background discrimination with convolutional neural networks in the PandaX-Ⅲ experiment using MC simulation显示文摘The Panda X-Ⅲ experiment will search for neutrinoless double beta decay of136 Xe with high pressure gaseous time projection chambers at the China Jin-Ping underground Laboratory. The tracking feature of gaseous detectors helps suppress the background level, resulting in the improvement of the detection sensitivity. We study a method based on the convolutional neural networks to discriminate double beta decay signals against the background from high energy gammas generated by214 Bi and208 Tl decays based on detailed Monte Carlo simulation. Using the 2-dimensional projections of recorded tracks on two planes, the method successfully suppresses the background level by a factor larger than 100 with a high signal efficiency. 17Construction of hierarchically porous metal-organic framework particle by a facile MOF-template strategy显示文摘Increasing the mass diffusion efficiency is a major challenge in the realm of metal-organic frameworks(MOFs).Construction of hierarchically porous,typically microporous MOF adsorbents or catalysts is crucial for enhancing both mass transfer and molecular accessibility.Many strategies have been proposed for the synthesis of hierarchically porous MOFs(HP-MOFs),with some striking results.In this paper,we proposed a facile and versatile strategy,termed the MOF-Template strategy,for fabricating hierarchical pores in MOF particle.The highly controlled crystalline sizes and morphologies of the unstable Cu-MOFs Cu_(3)(BTC)_(2) and Cu(Qc)_(2) have been exploited in their utilization as sacrificial agents by uniformly dispersing them during the shaping process of ZIF-8.Through a facile treatment with alkaline solution,tunable mesopores and macropores could be easily introduced in the shaped ZIF-8 spheres.This strategy could effectively improve the adsorption kinetics and separation productivity of MOF materials while maintaining high mechanical stability,offering promising prospects for industrial application.Tianhao Lan Qi Wang Chunyu Lu Jianhui Li Jinlong Li Yang Chen Libo Li Jiangfeng Yang Jinping Li 2023Particuology2023,,3:1
18Visualization of Macrophase Separation and Transformation in Immiscible Polymer Blends显示文摘Identification and visualization of phase structures inside polymer blends are of critical importance in the understanding of their intrinsic structure and dynamics.However,the direct optical observation of the individual component phase in a dense bulk material poses a significant challenge.Herein,three-dimensional fluorescence imaging of phase separation and realtime visualization of phase transformation in immiscible polymer blends of polypropylene and polystyrene is realized through multiphoton laser scanning microscopy.Owing to the specific fluorescence behavior of the cyanostyrene derivative 2-(4-bromophenyl)-3-(4-(4-(diphenylamino)styryl)phenyl)fumaronitrile,the high-contrast imaging of the macrophase of the component polymer in two and three dimensions with a maximum depth of 140μm and a high signal-to-noise ratio of 300 can be achieved.Detailed spectroscopic and structural studies reveal that the distinctive fluorescence features of each phase domain should originate from the formation of a completely different aggregate between probes and component polymer.Furthermore,visualizations of the internal morphology deformation and macrophase transformation were realized by employing a stretched dumbbell sample under constant tension.Zhiyuan Wu Chunyu Zhang Youliang Zhu Zhongyuan Lu Heng Liu Bin Xu Xuequan Zhang Wenjing Tian 2023CCS Chemistry2023,5,3:0
19Discovery of a highly specific ^(18)F-labeled PET ligand for phosphodiesterase 10A enabled by novel spirocyclic iodonium ylide radiofluorination显示文摘As a member of cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase(PDE)enzyme family,PDE10A is in charge of the degradation of cyclic adenosine(cAMP)and guanosine monophosphates(cGMP).While PDE10A is primarily expressed in the medium spiny neurons of the striatum,it has been implicated in a variety of neurological disorders.Indeed,inhibition of PDE10A has proven to be of potential use for the treatment of central nervous system(CNS)pathologies caused by dysfunction of the basal ganglia–of which the striatum constitutes the largest component.A PDE10A-targeted positron emission tomography(PET)radioligand would enable a better assessment of the pathophysiologic role of PDE10A,as well as confirm the relationship between target occupancy and administrated dose of a given drug candidate,thus accelerating the development of effective PDE10A inhibitors.In this study,we designed and synthesized a novel ^(18)F-aryl PDE10A PET radioligand,codenamed[^(18)F]P10A-1910([^(18)F]9),in high radiochemical yield and molar activity via spirocyclic iodonium ylide-mediated radiofluorination.[^(18)F]9 possessed good in vitro binding affinity(IC_(50)=2.1 nmol/L)and selectivity towards PDE10A.Further,[^(18)F]9 exhibited reasonable lipophilicity(logD=3.50)and brain permeability(P_(app)>10×10^(−6) cm/s in MDCK-MDR1 cells).PET imaging studies of[^(18)F]9 revealed high striatal uptake and excellent in vivo specificity with reversible tracer kinetics.Preclinical studies in rodents revealed an improved plasma and brain stability of[^(18)F]9 when compared to the current reference standard for PDE10A-targeted PET,[^(18)F]MNI659.Further,dose–response experiments with a series of escalating doses of PDE10A inhibitor 1 in rhesus monkey brains confirmed the utility of[^(18)F]9 for evaluating target occupancy in vivo in higher species.In conclusion,our results indicated that[^(18)F]9 is a promising PDE10A PET radioligand for clinical translation.Zhiwei Xiao Huiyi Wei Yi Xu Ahmed Haider Junjie Wei Shiyu Yuan Jian Rong Chunyu Zhao Guocong Li Weibin Zhang Huangcan Chen Yuefeng Li Lingling Zhang Jiyun Sun Shaojuan Zhang Hai-Bin Luo Sen Yan Qijun Cai Lu Hou Chao Che Steven H.Liang Lu Wang 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,4:0
20Isolation of Enterococcus faecium with Feeding Attractant Function from Pacific White Shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) Intestine显示文摘In the present study,we isolated the lactic acid bacterium strain SC-01 from Pacific white shrimp(Litopenaeus vannamei)intestine.Using conventional and molecular methods,we identified the bacterium as Enterococcus faecium,and found it had the function of feeding attractant and could inhibit the development of Vibrio parahaemolyticus(zone of inhibition:14 mm).The attractant effect of its fermentation broth is significantly better than that of the chemical attractant trimethylamine oxide(TMAO)(P<0.05),and is equivalent to that of dimethyl-beta-propiothetin(DMPT)based on the feeding behavior of shrimp.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)analysis suggested that inosine-5’-monophosphate(IMP)may be a component of the attractant.A biosecurity evaluation revealed a negative result in hemolytic assays,and no shrimp mortality was resulted from SC-01 fermentation broth challenge.Feeding trials(60 days)indicated that the SC-01 fermentation broth(viable counts:5.7×109 cfu mL−1)could improve feed intake,weight gain rate(WGR)and specific growth rate(SGR),and decrease the count of Vibrio sp.in the intestine of shrimp.LI Yan LU Chunyu YU Zhanqiao MA Qingshan 2020Journal of Ocean University of China2020,19,4:0
