| 2 | Progress in flexible organic thin-film transistors and integrated circuits显示文摘Organic thin-film transistor constructs the headstone of flexible electronic world such as conformable sensor arrays and flexible active-matrix displays. With solutionprocessed methods, it forges ahead toward large-area, lowcost manufacturing goals. As an indispensable complement to traditional silicon-based transistors, organic thin-film field-effect transistors have made great progress in materials,performance, bending capacity, and integrated circuits in recent few years. Flexible transistors and circuitry have extremely promising application prospects and possess irreplaceable status in foldable displays, artificial skins and bendable smart cards. | 8 | Efficacy of phytogenic extracts on growth performance and health of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus × O. aureus)显示文摘The present study was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of phytogenic extract on growth and health of tilapia.Three experimental diets were designed as the basal diet(Con)and phytogenic extract(Flourishing,F)supplemented diets at 0.5 and 1 g/kg inclusion(F-1 and F-2),which the phytogenic additive was extracted from Eucommia ulmoides,Astragalus membranaceus,Lonicera japonica and Codonopsis pilosula.The three diets were fed to juvenile tilapia(14.0±0.1 g)with 30 fish per cage,and three replicate cages from the three groups were placed in one indoor concrete pool(a total of three pools were used).After 8 weeks of feeding,the weight gain was significantly increased,and feed conversion ratio was decreased in F-2 group(P<0.05)when compared to the control.Both levels of phytogenic extract significantly promoted the retentions of protein and lipid and the apparent digestibility coefficient of dry matter and protein(P<0.05).The activity of superoxide dismutase and the levels of white blood cells,haemoglobin and glutamic pyruvic transaminase were also significantly increased by the supplementation of phytogenic extract(P<0.05).The villus height in anterior intestine was significantly enhanced in F-1 and F-2 groups(P<0.05).After challenging with Aeromonas hydrophila,the cumulative mortality was significantly declined in F-1 and F-2 groups(P<0.05).In summary,the dietary supplementation of phytogenic extract at 1 g/kg feed could provide positive efficiency on growth,nutrient utilization,immunity,gut morphology and disease resistance of tilapia under the present conditions. | Lumpan Poolsawat Yifeng Yu Xiaoqin Li Xu Zhen Wenxiang Yao Pu Wang Congyan Luo Xiangjun Leng | 2022 | Aquaculture and Fisheries2022,7,4: | 0 |

| 10 | On the “International Law-Based International Order”显示文摘In recent years,some countries have advocated a“rules-based international order.”However,they have not explicitly defined the“rules”here as“international law”and thereupon elaborated on their view of the rules for the international order.In fact,a series of legal practices implemented by these countries indicate that what they pursue is largely a view of rules that prioritizes domestic law over international law and regional international law over universal international law,and that politicizes international law.This view of rules undermines the role of international law in the international order and violates the requirements of the times for improving global governance and promoting the establishment of a more just and reasonable international order.To correct the view of rules pursued by these countries through the advocacy of a“rules-based international order,”China proposes an“international law-based international order.”The view of rules embodied in the“international law-based international order”recognizes that international law based and centered on the UN Charter is the authoritative system of rules governing international relations,while not excluding the role in the international order of other rules that do not violate international law. | Cai Congyan Li Cunna | 2023 | Social Sciences in China2023,44,3: | 0 |

| 13 | Analysis and Identification of miRNA Expression in the Skeletal Muscle of Sichuan White Rabbits显示文摘[Objectives]miRNAs play an important role in the proliferation and differentiation of different myoblasts.This study was conducted to elucidate the complex genetic mechanisms that affect the meat production performance of Sichuan white rabbits and reveal the regulatory role of miRNAs in their muscle growth and meat quality formation.[Methods]Three constructed skeletal muscle libraries of Sichuan white rabbits aged six months were sequenced by the solexa technology to identify known miRNAs,predict new miRNAs and construct an expression profile of muscle miRNAs.[Results]A total of 511 known miRNAs and 42 miRNAs were detected in 34089472 pure sequences,and the proportion of miRNAs with a length of 22 nt was the highest.The number of known miRNA sequences accounted for 71.38%of pure sequences,which was much higher than the proportion of other types of RNAs.The proportion of sequences from exons was 0.38%,indicating a low degree of mRNA degradation in the samples.Base U had the highest proportion at the first position,and the bases with the highest proportions at positions 8 and 10 were U and A,respectively.Muscle-specific miRNAs(miR-1,miR-133,and miR-206)ranked in the top 10 in terms of expression level.The number and expression levels of new miRNAs were lower than those of known miRNAs.The length distribution,base bias at different positions and expression profile characteristics of miRNAs might be related to the biological function of miRNAs in regulating muscle proliferation and differentiation and the action mechanisms with target genes.[Conclusions]The identification and expression of miRNAs in muscle tissues of Sichuan white rabbits will help to understand the complex molecular mechanisms of meat production performance and provide a theoretical basis for the functional research of miRNAs in meat rabbits. | Xiangyu ZHANG Kai ZHANG Bin WEN Dingsheng YUAN Chao YANG Yuying LI Liangde KUANG Rui YANG Congyan LI Jie ZHENG Yongjun REN Zhiqiang GUO Li TANG Yang JI Min LEI Dengping HUANG Xiaohong XIE Cuixia ZHANG | 2023 | Agricultural Biotechnology2023,12,3: | 0 |
