2Vacancy defect modulation in hot-casted NiOx film for efficient inverted planar perovskite solar cells显示文摘Nickel oxide(NiOx)has exhibited great potential as an inorganic hole transport layer(HTL)in perovskite solar cells(PSCs)due to its wide optical bandgap and superior stability.In this study,we have modulated the Ni26 vacancies in NiOx film by controlling deposition temperature in a hot-casting process,resulting the change of coordination structure and charge state of NiOx.Moreover,the change of the HOMO level of NiOx makes it more compatible with perovskite to decrease energy losses and enhance hole carrier injection efficiency.Besides,the defect modulation in the electronic structure of NiOx is beneficial for increasing the electrical conductivity and mobility,which are considered to achieve the balance of charge carrier transport and avoid charge accumulation at the interface between perovskite and HTL effectively.Both experimental analyses and theoretical calculations reveal the increase of nickel vacancy defects change the electronic structure of NiOx by increasing the ratio of Ni3^+/Ni2^+-and improving the p-type characteristics.Accordingly,an optimal deposition temperature at 120℃enabled a 36.24%improvement in the power conversion efficiency compared to that deposited at room temperature(25℃).Therefore,this work provides a facile method to manipulate the electronic structure of NiOx to improve the charge carrier transport and photovoltaic performance of related PSCs.Aili Wang Zhiyuan Cao Jianwei Wang Shurong Wang Chengbo Li Nuo Li Lisha Xie Yong Xiang Tingshuai Li Xiaobin Niu Liming Ding Feng Hao 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,9:1
3Prim-O-glucosylcimifugin ameliorates aging-impaired endogenous tendon regeneration by rejuvenating senescent tendon stem/progenitor cells显示文摘Adult tendon stem/progenitor cells(TSPCs)are essential for tendon maintenance,regeneration,and repair,yet they become susceptible to senescence with age,impairing the self-healing capacity of tendons.In this study,we employ a recently developed deep-learning-based efficacy prediction system to screen potential stemness-promoting and senescence-inhibiting drugs from natural products using the transcriptional signatures of stemness.The top-ranked candidate,prim-O-glucosylcimifugin(POG),a saposhnikovia root extract,could ameliorate TPSC senescent phenotypes caused by long-term passage and natural aging in rats and humans,as well as restore the self-renewal and proliferative capacities and tenogenic potential of aged TSPCs.In vivo,the systematic administration of POG or the local delivery of POG nanoparticles functionally rescued endogenous tendon regeneration and repair in aged rats to levels similar to those of normal animals.Mechanistically,POG protects TSPCs against functional impairment during both passage-induced and natural aging by simultaneously suppressing nuclear factor-κB and decreasing mTOR signaling with the induction of autophagy.Thus,the strategy of pharmacological intervention with the deep learning-predicted compound POG could rejuvenate aged TSPCs and improve the regenerative capacity of aged tendons.Yu Wang Shanshan Jin Dan Luo Danqing He Min Yu Lisha Zhu Zixin Li Liyuan Chen Chengye Ding Xiaolan Wu Tianhao Wu Weiran Huang Xuelin Zhao Meng Xu Zhengwei Xie Yan Liu 2023Bone Research2023,11,4:0
4Hot-Casting Large-Grain Perovskite Film for Efficient Solar Cells:Film Formation and Device Performance显示文摘Organic-inorganic metal halide perovskite solar cells(PSCs) have recently been considered as one of the most competitive contenders to commercial silicon solar cells in the photovoltaic field.The deposition process of a perovskite film is one of the most critical factors affecting the quality of the film formation and the photovoltaic performance.A hot-casting technique has been widely implemented to deposit high-quality perovskite films with large grain size,uniform thickness,and preferred crystalline orientation.In this review,we first review the classical nucleation and crystal growth theory and discuss those factors affecting the hot-casted perovskite film formation.Meanwhile,the effects of the deposition parameters such as temperature,thermal annealing,precursor chemistry,and atmosphere on the preparation of high-quality perovskite films and high-efficiency PSC devices are comprehensively discussed.The excellent stability of hot-casted perovskite films and integration with scalable deposition technology are conducive to the commercialization of PSCs.Finally,some open questions and future perspectives on the maturity of this technology toward the upscaling deposition of perovskite film for related optoelectronic devices are presented.Kejun Liao Chengbo Li Lisha Xie Yuan Yuan Shurong Wang Zhiyuan Cao Liming Ding Feng Hao 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,11:0
5Monitoring Media Velocity Variations with Coda Wave Interferometry显示文摘Multiply scattered waves are sensitive to media changes owing to the effect of repeated sampling,superposition and amplification. Based on this characteristic,small-medium changes could be detected by using coda wave interferometry. In recent years,coda wave interferometry has been widely used in estimating velocity variation with high precision in areas such as seismology and non-destructive testing. This paper systematically presents the principle and research status of coda wave interferometry,and especial focus is placed on the research of media velocity variations by using repeating earthquakes,artificial sources,and ambient noise. 6Bioactive Hydrogels with Pro-coagulation Effect for Hemostasis显示文摘Hemostatic hydrogels are widely applied for wound management of damaged tissues,traumatic wounds,and surgical incisions.Some hydrogels composed of bioactive components,including fibrin and thrombin,showed great promise in the clinic due to their good pro-coagulation effect.With the expanding knowledge of cascade reaction of blood coagulation and emerging bioactive substances,massive bioactive hydrogels consisting of peptides,hemocoagulase,polyphosphate(polyP),etc.,have been developed as effective hemostatic materials.Based on the coagulation process and mechanism,we summarize the role of reported bioactive hydrogels in hemostasis in this review.We conclude the key points in the coagulation process,including activation of coagulation factors,fibrinogen polymerization,etc.,then discuss how to design bioactive hydrogels to accelerate coagulation targeted to these points.Finally,we conclude the progress and propose a perspective of bioactive hydrogels with a pro-coagulation effect for hemostasis.Quanshi Guo Yihang Ding Lisha Yu Zongrui Tong Zhengwei Mao 2024Chinese Journal of Chemistry2024,42,1:0
7The Estimation of the Higher Heating Value of Biochar by Data-Driven Modeling显示文摘Biomass is a carbon-neutral renewable energy resource.Biochar produced from biomass pyrolysis exhibits preferable characteristics and potential for fossil fuel substitution.For time-and cost-saving,it is vital to establish predictive models to predict biochar properties.However,limited studies focused on the accurate prediction of HHV of biochar by using proximate and ultimate analysis results of various biochar.Therefore,the multi-linear regression(MLR)and the machine learning(ML)models were developed to predict the measured HHV of biochar from the experiment data of this study.In detail,52 types of biochars were produced by pyrolysis from rice straw,pig manure,soybean straw,wood sawdust,sewage sludge,Chlorella Vulgaris,and their mixtures at the temperature ranging from 300 to 800℃.The results showed that the co-pyrolysis of the mixed biomass provided an alternative method to increase the yield of biochar production.The contents of ash,fixed carbon(FC),and C increased as the incremental pyrolysis temperature for most biochars.The Pearson correlation(r)and relative importance analysis between HHV values and the indicators derived from the proximate and ultimate analysis were carried out,and the measured HHV was used to train and test the MLR and the ML models.Besides,ML algorithms,including gradient boosted regression,random forest,and support vector machine,were also employed to develop more widely applicable models for predicting HHV of biochar from an expanded dataset(total 149 data points,including 97 data collected from the published literature).Results showed HHV had strong correlations(|r|>0.9,p<0.05)with ash,FC,and C.The MLR correlations based on either proximate or ultimate analysis showed acceptable prediction performance with test R2>0.90.The ML models showed better performance with test R^(2)around 0.95(random forest)and 0.97–0.98 before and after adding extra data for model construction,respectively.Feature importance analysis of the ML models showed that ash and C were the most important inputs to predict biochar HHV.Jiefeng Chen Lisha Ding Pengyu Wang Weijin Zhang Jie Li Badr A.Mohamed Jie Chen Songqi Leng Tonggui Liu Lijian Leng Wenguang Zhou 2022Journal of Renewable Materials2022,10,6:0
8New Explorations of Laboratory and On-site Testing of Broadband Seismographs in China显示文摘According to different testing purposes, methods and available environmental conditions, the seismograph testing can be divided into laboratory and on-site testing, respectively. The testing of the seismograph's key parameters and other concerning technical specifications are well described in guide documents(China Earthquake Administration, 2017). This includes seismometer sensitivity, linearity and clip levels based on the shake table test, as well as the seismometer natural period, damping constant based on electrical calibration(Wang Guangfu,1986; Ple?inger A.,1993) and instrumental self-noise collocation estimation(Holcomb L.G., 1989; Sleeman R. et al., 2006).
