1Preparation of RuO_2-SnO_2 nanomaterial by sol gel technique显示文摘Ru Sn binary oxide is one of the most frequently used anode coating material in electrochemical industry, but its composition distribution and microstructure are not homogeneous, so the nanoscale RuO 2 SnO 2 binary oxide was prepared for improvement by a sol gel technique. The morphology, microstructure, crystal structure and other properties of the new oxide were studied by EPMA, DTA,XRD,TEM, and electrochemical analysis. 3Characterization of the Nanoscale Microstructure of an Immersion Silver on Sputtered Copper显示文摘Silver has grown its attraction of the scientists in microelectronic field recently. Electrochemical deposition of silver onto copper substrates by immersion method has been one of the keen topics. In this study, ethanol was used as the plating solution in which some chemicals were added. The silver deposits were characterized by a field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), an atom force microscope (AFM), a transmission electron microscope (TEM) and a selected area electron diffraction (SAED). It was found that silver immersion using ethanol-based bath has good coverage feature. 4NANO-STRUCTURED SILVER COATING ON COPPER PREPARED IN AN ETHANOL-BASED SOLUTION显示文摘Recently, silver as an electrochemical deposit on copper substrate has been attracting much attention in the microelectronics field. To deposit nano-scale silver particles on copper, immersion plating using cyanide-based baths is commonly used. In this study, non-toxic ethanol was used as the plating solution. Sputtered copper samples were terized by a field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), an energy dispersive X-ray spectroscope (EDS),and an atomic force microscope (AFM). It was found that the deposited particles are metallic silver. After 3 s immersion,fine particles whose diameters were around 6 nm had covered about 40% of the surface of the copper substrate. After10 s immersion, the copper surface was completely covered by silver particles, the diameters of which have increased to about 10-15 nm. 5The role of microRNAs in bone remodeling显示文摘Bone remodeling is balanced by bone formation and bone resorption as well as by alterations in the quantities and functions of seed cells, leading to either the maintenance or deterioration of bone status. The existing evidence indicates that micro RNAs(mi RNAs), known as a family of short non-coding RNAs, are the key post-transcriptional repressors of gene expression,and growing numbers of novel mi RNAs have been verified to play vital roles in the regulation of osteogenesis, osteoclastogenesis,and adipogenesis, revealing how they interact with signaling molecules to control these processes. 6Solving SAT problem by heuristic polarity decision-making algorithm显示文摘This paper presents a heuristic polarity decision-making algorithm for solving Boolean satisfiability (SAT). The algorithm inherits many features of the current state-of-the-art SAT solvers, such as fast BCP, clause recording, restarts, etc. In addition, a preconditioning step that calculates the polarities of variables according to the cover distribution of Karnaugh map is introduced into DPLL procedure, which greatly reduces the number of conflicts in the search process. The proposed approach is implemented as a SAT solver named DiffSat. Experiments show that DiffSat can solve many 'real-life' instances in a reasonable time while the best existing SAT solvers, such as Zchaff and MiniSat, cannot. In particular, DiffSat can solve every instance of Bart benchmark suite in less than 0.03 s while Zchaff and MiniSat fail under a 900 s time limit. 7Spatio-temporal Evolution on Geographic Boundaries of HFRS Endemic Areas in Shandong Province, China显示文摘Objective To take effective strategies and measures for the prevention and control of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS) endemic areas by investigating its dynamic geographical boundaries in Shandong Province, China. Methods The incidence of HFRS from 1982 to 2008 in Shandong Prvince, China, was detected with inverse distance weighting(IDW) interpolation based on geographical information system(GIS). Dynamic geographical boundaries of HFRS endemic areas in Shandong Province, China, were analyzed by geographical boundary analysis. Results The HTN-type endemic areas of HFRS were located in Linyi City in phase 1(1982-1986), the SEO-type endemic areas of HFRS were located in Jining City in phase 2(1987-2003), and the endemic areas of HFRS in Jining City gradually disappeared and the endemic areas of HFRS with mixed-types of reservoir rodents were located in Linyi City in phase 3(2004-2008). Meanwhile, new endemic areas emerged in the northwestern Shandong province, China. 17The BZR1-EDS1 module regulates plant growth-defense coordination显示文摘Plants have developed sophisticated strategies to coordinate growth and immunity,but our understanding of the underlying mechanism remains limited.In this study,we identified a novel molecular module that reg-ulates plant growth and defense in both compatible and incompatible infections.This module consisted of BZR1,a key transcription factor in brassinosteroid(BR)signaling,and EDS1,an essential positive regulator of plant innate immunity.We found that EDS1 interacts with BZR1 and suppresses its transcriptional activ-ities.Consistently,upregulation of EDS1 function by a virulent Pseudomonas syringae strain or salicylic acid treatment inhibited BZR1-regulated expression of BR-responsive genes and BR-promoted growth.Furthermore,we showed that the cytoplasmic fraction of BZR1 positively regulates effector-triggered im-munity(ETI)controlled by the TIR-NB-LRR protein RPS4,which is attenuated by BZR1's nuclear transloca-tion.Mechanistically,cytoplasmic BZR1 facilitated AvrRps4-triggered dissociation of EDS1 and RPS4 by binding to EDS1,thus leading to efficient activation of RPS4-controlled ETI.Notably,transgenic expression of a mutant BZR1 that accumulates exclusively in the cytoplasm improved pathogen resistance without compromising plant growth.Collectively,these results shed new light on plant growth-defense coordina-tion and reveal a previously unknown function for the cytoplasmic fraction of BZR1.The BZR1-EDS1 mod-ule may be harnessed for the simultaneous improvement of crop productivity and pathogen resistance.Guang Qi Huan Chen Dian Wang Hongyuan Zheng Xianfeng Tang Zhengzheng Guo Jiayu Cheng Jian Chen Yiping Wang Ming-yi Bai Fengquan Liu Daowen Wang Zheng Qing Fu 2021Molecular Plant2021,14,12:1
