| 1 | SCATTERING FAR FIELD SOLUTION OF SH-WAVE BY MOVABLE RIGID CYLINDRICAL INTERFACE INCLUSION显示文摘The Green’s function is used to solve the scattering far field solution of SH-wave by a mov-able rigid cylindrical interface inclusion in a linear elastic body.First,a suitable Green’s function is devel-oped,which is the fundamental displacement solution of an elastic half space with a movable rigid half-cylin-drical inclusion impacted by out-of-plane harmonic line source loaded at any point of its horizontal surface.By using the Green’s function,a series of Fredholm integral equations of the first kind which determine thescattering far field can be set up.Then the paper gives the expressions on the far field including the displace-ment mode of scattering wave and the solution of scattering cross-section.Finally,some examples and nu-merical results are discussed to analyze the influence of the combination of different media parameters on theanswer of far field. | Yang Zailin Liu Diankui Shi Wenpu | 2002 | Acta Mechanica Solida Sinica2002,15,3: | 12 |
| 2 | The generalized quasi-variational principles of non-conservative systems with two kinds of variables显示文摘According to the corresponding relations between general forces and general displacements, the balancing and geometrical equations of elasticity are multiplied by the corresponding virtual quantities, integrated with volume and area, and then added algebraically. Proceeding to the next step, by substituting constitutive relation and considering that body force and surface force are both fellow forces, the generalized quasi-variational principles with the two kinds of variables of the first type are established in non-conservative systems. Through substituting another constitutive relation, using similar methods as above, the generalized quasi-variational principles with the two kinds of variables of the second type are established in non-conservative systems. | 4 | STRESS CONCENTRATIONS IN CYLINDRICAL SHELLS WITH LARGE OPENINGS显示文摘Based on Donnell’s shallow shell equation, a new method is given in this paper to ana-lyze theoretical solutions of stress concentrations about cylindrical shells with large openings. With themethod of complex variable function, a series of conformal mapping functions are obtained from dif-ferent cutouts’ boundary curves in the developed plane of a cylindrical shell to the unit circle. And,the general expressions for the equations of a cylindrical shell, including the solutions of stress concen-trations meeting the boundary conditions of the large openings’ edges, are given in the mapping plane.Furthermore, by applying the orthogonal function expansion technique, the problem can be summa-rized into the solution of infinite algebraic equation series. Finally, numerical results are obtained forstress concentration factors at the cutout’s edge with various opening’s ratios and different loadingconditions.
