1Achieving over 16% efficiency for single-junction organic solar cells显示文摘To achieve high photovoltaic performance of bulk hetero-junction organic solar cells(OSCs), a range of critical factors including absorption profiles, energy level alignment, charge carrier mobility and miscibility of donor and acceptor materials should be carefully considered. For electron-donating materials, the deep highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO) energy level that is beneficial for high open-circuit voltage is much appreciated. However, a new issue in charge transfer emerges when matching such a donor with an acceptor that has a shallower HOMO energy level. More to this point, the chemical strategies used to enhance the absorption coefficient of acceptors may lead to increased molecular crystallinity, and thus result in less controllable phase-separation of photoactive layer. Therefore, to realize balanced photovoltaic parameters, the donor-acceptor combinations should simultaneously address the absorption spectra, energy levels, and film morphologies. Here, we selected two non-fullerene acceptors, namely BTPT-4F and BTPTT-4F, to match with a wide-bandgap polymer donor P2F-EHp consisting of an imidefunctionalized benzotriazole moiety, as these materials presented complementary absorption and well-matched energy levels. 2Seasonal variability in tropical and subtropical convective and stratiform precipitation of the East Asian monsoon显示文摘Seasonal variations in tropical and subtropical convective and stratiform precipitation of the East Asian monsoon are analyzed using 10-year (1998-2007) Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission (TRMM) precipitation radar (PR) rain products (2A25). Datasets from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change Fourth Assessment Report (AR4) 24 general circulation models (GCMs) are evaluated using TRMM PR rain products in terms of their ability to simulate convective and stratiform precipitation and their deficiencies. The results show that Asian monsoon convective and stratiform precipitation increases significantly after onset of the summer monsoon, but the percentage of convective precipitation clearly decreases over tropical areas while it increases in subtropical regions. The GCMs simulate well the seasonal variation in the contribution of Asian monsoon subtropical convective precipitation to the total rainfall; however, the simulated convective precipitation amount is high while the simulated stratiform precipitation amount is low relative to TRMM measurements, especially over the Asian monsoon tropical region. 5Recent progress in thick-film organic photovoltaic devices:Materials,devices,and processing显示文摘A successful transfer of organic photovoltaic technologies from lab to fab has to overcome a range of critical challenges such as developing high-mobility light-harvesting materials,minimizing the upscaling losses,designing advanced solar modules,controlling film quality,decreasing overall cost,and extending long-operation lifetime.To realize large-area devices toward practical applications,much effort has been devoted to understanding the fundamental mechanism of how molecular structures,device architectures,interfacial engineering,and light management and carrier dynamics affect photovoltaic performance.Such studies addressed various fundamental issues of charge carrier behavior in organic heterojunctions primarily in terms of exciton generation dependence upon light incidence,charge transportation dependence on built-in electric field,and charge extraction versus recombination.In consideration of high-throughput roll-to-roll process for large-scale fabrication of organic photovoltaic devices,it is highly appreciable to realize high power conversion efficiencies that are highly tolerable to the film thickness.Herein we summarize the recent progress in developing thick-film organic photovoltaic devices from the perspective of efficiency-loss mechanisms,material design,and device optimization strategies,proposing guidelines for designing high-efficiency thickness-insensitive devices toward mass production.Difei Zhang Baobing Fan Lei Ying Ning Li Christoph J Brabec Fei Huang Yong Cao 2021SusMat2021,1,1:2

8Spatio-Temporal Cellular Network Traffic Prediction Using Multi-Task Deep Learning for AI-Enabled 6G显示文摘Spatio-temporal cellular network traffic prediction at wide-area level plays an important role in resource reconfiguration,traffic scheduling and intrusion detection,thus potentially supporting connected intelligence of the sixth generation of mobile communications technology(6G).However,the existing studies just focus on the spatio-temporal modeling of traffic data of single network service,such as short message,call,or Internet.It is not conducive to accurate prediction of traffic data,characterised by diverse network service,spatio-temporality and supersize volume.To address this issue,a novel multi-task deep learning framework is developed for citywide cellular network traffic prediction.Functionally,this framework mainly consists of a dual modular feature sharing layer and a multi-task learning layer(DMFS-MT).The former aims at mining long-term spatio-temporal dependencies and local spatio-temporal fluctuation trends in data,respectively,via a new combination of convolutional gated recurrent unit(ConvGRU)and 3-dimensional convolutional neural network(3D-CNN).For the latter,each task is performed for predicting service-specific traffic data based on a fully connected network.On the real-world Telecom Italia dataset,simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposal through prediction performance measure,spatial pattern comparison and statistical distribution verification.Xiaochuan Sun Biao Wei Jiahui Gao Difei Cao Zhigang Li Yingqi Li 2022Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology2022,31,5:1

14A Bayesian Game Approach for Demand Response Management Considering Incomplete Information显示文摘Residential flexible resource is attracting much attention in demand response(DR)for peak load shifting.This paper proposes a scenario for multi-stage DR project to schedule energy consumption of residential communities considering the incomplete information.Communities in the scenario can decide whether to participate in DR in each stage,but the decision is the private information that is unknown to other communities.To optimize the energy consumption,a Bayesian game approach is formulated,in which the probability characteristic of the decision-making of residential communities is described with Markov chain considering human behavior of bounded rationality.Simulation results show that the proposed approach can benefit all residential communities and power grid,but the optimization effect is slightly inferior to that in complete information game approach.Xiaofeng Liu Difei Tang Zhicheng Dai 2022Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2022,10,2:1

16Improving photovoltaic parameters of all-polymer solar cells through integrating two polymeric donors显示文摘The incorporation of an additional component into the bulk-heterojunction light-harvesting layer of polymer solar cells has been considered as an effective strategy to enhance photovoltaic performance.Here we demonstrated that the photovoltaic parameters of all-polymer solar cells could be enhanced upon replacing a certain ratio of electron-donating polymer PTz BI-o F with a widely used wide-bandgap polymer donor PM6.The photoluminescent characterizations confirmed the F?rster resonance energy transfer from incorporated PM6 to PTz BI-o F.Moreover,the combination of Fourier-transform photocurrent spectroscopy and electroluminescence external quantum efficiencies measurements demonstrated reduced non-radiative recombination energy loss upon the incorporation of PM6,resulting in a slightly enhanced open-circuit voltage of 0.88 V of the ternary cell regarding the binary PTz BI-o F:PFA1 device.The optimized ternary blend devices comprising of PTz BI-o F:PM6:PFA1 presented an impressively high power conversion efficiency of 16.3%,and the efficiency remains 15%on a device with an enlarged effective area of 1 cm^(2),demonstrating the great potential of these all-PSCs for potential applications.Kang An Feng Peng Wenkai Zhong Wanyuan Deng Difei Zhang Lei Ying Hongbin Wu Fei Huang Yong Cao 2021Science China Chemistry2021,64,11:1

20Research on perception of juncturebetween syllables in Chinese显示文摘For Chinese synthesis systems that use syllables as basic units, the perception of between-syllable juncture is a matter of interest. In this paper, a two-step perception test to investigate the perception property of formani transition is presented. The first step is a set of exploring tests, from which it is found that subjects can not distinguish whether the formants of two successive syllables are transited smoothly. The second step perception test is disigned to investigate the perception of formant transitions on a more thorough environment. The stimuli of the test are disyllabic words, which cover various phonemic structures and tonal combinations. Both the average person and specialists on phonetics and speech technology are invested to be subjects. Results of the second step test are consistent with those of the flrst step.
