1The Research on 220GHz Multicarrier High-Speed Communication System显示文摘This paper presents our investigation into a 220 GHz multicarrier highspeed communication system based on solid state transceivers.The proposed system has eased the demand of high sampling rate analog-to-digital converter(ADC)by providing several signal carriers in microwave band and converting them to 220 GHz channel.The system consists of a set of 220 GHz solid-state transceiver with 2 signal carriers,two basebands for 4 GSPS ADCs.It has achieved 12.8 Gbps rate real-time signal transmission using 16QAM modulation over a distance of 20 m without any other auxiliary equipment or test instruments.The baseband algorithm overcomes the problem of frequency difference generates by non-coherent structure,which guarantees the feasibility of long-distance transmission application.Most importantly,the proposed system has already carried out multi-channel 8K video parallel transmission through switch equipment,which shows the multicarrier high-speed communication system in submillimeter wave has great application prospects.To the best of the authors’knowledge,this is the first all-solid-state electronics multicarrier communication system in submillimeter and terahertz band.Zhongqian Niu Bo Zhang Jiale Wang Ke Liu Zhi Chen Ke Yang Zhen Zhou Yong Fan Yaohui Zhang Dongfeng Ji Yinian Feng Yang Liu 2020China Communications2020,17,3:5
2Target alignment in the Shen-Guang Ⅱ Upgrade laser facility显示文摘The Shen-Guang II Upgrade(SG-Ⅱ-U) laser facility consists of eight high-power nanosecond laser beams and one shortpulse picosecond petawatt laser. It is designed for the study of inertial confinement fusion(ICF), especially for conducting fast ignition(FI) research in China and other basic science experiments. To perform FI successfully with hohlraum targets containing a golden cone, the long-pulse beam and cylindrical hohlraum as well as the short-pulse beam and cone target alignment must satisfy tight specifications(30 and 20 μm rms for each case). To explore new ICF ignition targets with six laser entrance holes(LEHs), a rotation sensor was adapted to meet the requirements of a three-dimensional target and correct beam alignment. In this paper, the strategy for aligning the nanosecond beam based on target alignment sensor(TAS) is introduced and improved to meet requirements of the picosecond lasers and the new six LEHs hohlraum targets in the SG-II-U facility. 4Design and performance of final optics assembly in SG-ⅡUpgrade laser facility显示文摘In high power laser facility for inertial confinement fusion research, final optics assembly(FOA) plays a critical role in the frequency conversion, beam focusing, color separation, beam sampling and debris shielding. The design and performance of FOA in SG-II Upgrade laser facility are mainly introduced here. Due to the limited space and short focal length, a coaxial aspheric wedged focus lens is designed and applied in the FOA configuration. Then the ghost image analysis,the focus characteristic analysis, the B integral control design and the optomechanical design are carried out in the FOA design phase. 7Discovery and theoretical and technical innovations of Yuanba gas field in Sichuan Basin, SW China显示文摘To solve the difficulties in exploration and development in Yuanba ultra-deep gas field in Sichuan Basin,SW China,the article studies the mechanism of quality reef reservoirs development and gas accumulation and innovates techniques in ultra-deep seismic exploration,drilling,completion and testing.Through the reconstruction of dynamic depositional evolution process and regional depositional framework of homoclinal ramp-rimmed platform in Upper Permian,three theories are put forward:first,'early beach-late reef,multiple stacking,arrangement in rows and belts'is the sedimentary mode for the reservoirs in the Changxing Formation of Yuanba area;second,'dissolution in early exposure stage and dolomitization during shallow burial giving rise to the pores in matrix,overpressure caused by cracking of liquid hydrocarbon during deep burial inducing fractures'is the reservoirs development mechanisms;third,'coupling of pores and fractures'controls the development of high quality reservoirs in deep formations.From correlation of oil and source rock,it is concluded that the Wujiaping Formation and Dalong Formation of deep-water continental shelf are the major source rocks in the Permian of northern Sichuan Basin.The hydrocarbon accumulation mode in ultra-deep formations of low-deformation zones is characterized by'three-micro(micro-fault,micro-fracture interbed crack)migration,near-source enrichment,and persistent preservation'.Through seismic inversion using the pore structure parameters of pore-fracture diadactic structure model,the high production gas enrichment area in Yuanba gas field is 98.5 km^2.Moreover,special well structure and unconventional well structure were used to deal with multiple pressure systems and sealing of complex formations.A kind of integral,high pressure resistant FF-level gas wellhead and ground safety linkage device was developed to accomplish safe and environmentally friendly gas production.GUO Xusheng HU Dongfeng LI Yuping DUAN Jinbao JI Chunhui DUAN Hua 2018Petroleum Exploration and Development2018,45,1:0
8A mechanical reliability study of 3-dB waveguide hybrid couplers in submillimeter and terahertz bands显示文摘This paper presents a mechanical reliability study of 3-dB waveguide hybrid couplers in submillimeter and terahertz bands.To show the necessity of improving the mechanical properties of the coupler’s branch in submillimeter and terahertz bands,a comprehensive study regarding the displacement of hybrid branch variation with varying width-length ratio and height-length ratio has been completed.In addition,a modified 3-dB waveguide hybrid coupler is designed and presented.Compared with the traditional branch structure,the proposed hybrid consists of a modified middle branch with circular cutouts at the top and bottom on both sides instead of the traditional rectangle branch,which increases the branch size and improves its mechanical reliability while achieving the same performance.Simulation results show that the deformation of the modified hybrid branch is 22%less than those of other traditional structure designs under the same stress.In practice,a vibration experiment is set up to verify the mechanical reliability of hybrid couplers.Measurement results show that the experiment deteriorates the coupling performance.Experimental results verify that the performance of the novel structure coupler is better than that of a traditional structure branch hybrid coupler under the same electrical properties.Zhongqian NIU Bo ZHANG Daotong LI Dongfeng JI Yang LIU Yinian FENG Tianchi ZHOU Yaohui ZHANG Yong FAN 2021Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering2021,22,8:0
